@NOWTV There are serious technical issues to renew payment details in their website. Online help is very close to useless, and phone customer services only deals with broadband enquiries. A total disgrace !

@NOWTV @theheauxmeaux Update of card payment details in the website doesn’t work. Tried it 20 times. Tried to call NowTv as well, but they only deal with broadband calls on the phone. In the end I missed the sports event I wanted to watch, because of this company’s terrible customer service !!

@CraigGrannell @seanjonesqc Another vote for Apple TV. Bought one a year ago and with the exception of the NowTV app which has somehow got worse (a Now issue, not Apple) it's sublime. No need for Sky or Virgin.

@NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp Bloody useless the pair of them, couldn’t organise a piss-up in a brewery. Internet and landline outage in Faringdon, Oxfordshire since last Tuesday in the property of an elderly lady alone without support. Helplines are inept!

@NOWTV My internet has stopped working from 1pm today and is still not back on. Called customer service earlier but they couldn’t help. The router is saying connected but can’t stream or access internet on any of our devices. I’ve switched off router and reset but still nothing

@mr_n_poos I’ll tell you one thing NowTV is a shambles. Good luck watching anything on the app without it freezing. Even sent an engineer out on Friday who said it’s a known issue. Total waste of time and delay Tati s from BT.

@NOWTV what an absolute shambles, changed provider over a week ago, no phone since, error message you do not have this service on your phone. Quick enough to take payment for it. Tried to resolve it then the broadband went down, felt as if you complain they pull the plug

@NOWTV My card was copied so it got cancelled by the bank. I missed my payment as a result. Received an email on Sunday from you to say in 2 weeks my account would be closed. It was closed yesterday, and as I work there's no one on chat. I have now added my new card. Any help welcome.

@EGadsby I hate to say this but we bought a Samsung not long ago and had a similar issue with NowTV app. Off at the plug and back on worked for us.

@BornInvestor @NOWTV Exited my $FUBO in pre at 51 .. +75% in 3 weeks .. moving on .. looks like a left a few bucks on the table .. was a low conviction and low research position .. sometimes they work out
