@NOWTV Update of card payment details in the website doesn’t work. Horrible customer service. The worst I have seen in years !

@NOWTV There are serious technical issues to renew payment details in their website. Online help is very close to useless, and phone customer services only deals with broadband enquiries. A total disgrace !

@NOWTV have bought a day pass for the sport but cannot sign into the app on any device? Can you advise, this is so frustrating when it keeps coming up “unable to connect to sign in, please try again later” on laptop, phone and iPad?

With a NowTV day sports pass you know you'll get good picture and audio quality for 24hrs. With Hornet Hive you get a couple of hours poor video with even worse audio. And I have a 200mbs connection and a fast computer.

@SkySportsPL @bet365 Sky you own NOWTV. I have been promised a refund of £25.98 for being charged in Dec’20 & Jan ‘21 for your “boost” & “pass” even tho cancelled on 4th Dec for Sky Cinema pass.Please have yr NOWTV refund these 2 months totalling £25.98, thank you! I am not working now due to Covid

@NOWTV Have just switched to you from sky. I realise that you are the same but now 1471 & caller display are not working. All attempts to contact you failed. Broadband is less than 1/2 the speed advertised & don't give me that nonsense about testing the line over the 1st 10days
