@NOWTV Update of card payment details in the website doesn’t work. Horrible customer service. The worst I have seen in years !

@NOWTV There are serious technical issues to renew payment details in their website. Online help is very close to useless, and phone customer services only deals with broadband enquiries. A total disgrace !

@NOWTV Any idea as to why I keep getting a PL-0 error message on my Xbox one S? I’ve removed then re-installed the app, cleared the cache and checked the location and dns status-all good! Can’t watch movies and it seems I’m not the only one??
