@NOWTV Update of card payment details in the website doesn’t work. Horrible customer service. The worst I have seen in years !

@NOWTV There are serious technical issues to renew payment details in their website. Online help is very close to useless, and phone customer services only deals with broadband enquiries. A total disgrace !

@NOWHelpTeam Hi, I have NowTv Broadband and for the past week it has been extremely slow. It takes a few minutes to load a page, that's if it even loads it. I have restarted it multiple times but it doesn't really help. Can you please help?

Hey @NOWTV been having issues with connectivity for around 6 months now and was told a new stick was being sent my back back in October and still nothing? Now the remote doesn’t work so you’re pretty useless to me right now

@ste_malone @SkyUK I have TV, Broadband and phone with them. Only have the TV and phone as its necessary/cheaper in order to get the Broadband. With the problems I've had it's not worth it anymore. I'm paying over £60 a month, plus I have 2 NowTv boxes and Amazon. Time for a new supplier!

I'm again having endless issues with #BBC #freeview channels not working in #Hull. I watch via @NOWTV box but I think it's a regional antenna issue. Is anyone else in Hull / Humber having trouble with receiving BBC channels?

@NOWTV_It can someone get back to me that isn’t a robot about an issue I am having with Nowtv entertainment pack. That should have been included in our broadband package that has been missed off. I can’t seem to get anywhere online or by email!
