@NOWTV @theheauxmeaux Update of card payment details in the website doesn’t work. Tried it 20 times. Tried to call NowTv as well, but they only deal with broadband calls on the phone. In the end I missed the sports event I wanted to watch, because of this company’s terrible customer service !!

@NOWTV There are serious technical issues to renew payment details in their website. Online help is very close to useless, and phone customer services only deals with broadband enquiries. A total disgrace !

@sjmjarvis Disney+ I only have for Marvel stuff, the odd bit of Star Wars, new movie releases and some childhood shows! But my Netflix list is the largest! I've never tried Apple TV, I've got NowTV though so I can watch The Last of Us and god the service quality is bad! It's expensive too!

@johnburtons I deffo quality as a #FatherBrown groupie as I binge watched season 10 as soon as it was on BBC iplayer & then went back to rewatch from season 1 right through again on NowTV. I've said before a world without a season of FB in it would be a travesty

@bt_uk I’m a new BT customer and for 3 days straight I have rang your customer service as I cannot access NowTV. No one can help and advises to ring back day after day. Yet you have the capability to send me my first bill which includes NowTV. I’m now regretting coming to you
