@NOWTV @theheauxmeaux Update of card payment details in the website doesn’t work. Tried it 20 times. Tried to call NowTv as well, but they only deal with broadband calls on the phone. In the end I missed the sports event I wanted to watch, because of this company’s terrible customer service !!

@NOWTV There are serious technical issues to renew payment details in their website. Online help is very close to useless, and phone customer services only deals with broadband enquiries. A total disgrace !

Well today’s the day....will @WeAreOpenreach turn up to fix my broadband. Now on day 15 of total loss of service. Failed to turn up twice already. Any ideas @NOWTV @nowtvhelp diabolical communication and customer service. Already feeling like my family will be let down again

More Nowtv customers have to report the new ui as useless instead of just complaining about & not even posting it to @NOWTV . Nowtv has stated that they need more complaints before the fix or replace the useless UI for disabled customers. @Ofcom I have the email to prove this.

@OpenreachHelp Hello, I have an issue with NOWTV who won't proccess an ORDI request with Openreach. My house changed name a few years ago and I need to get this updated on the Openreach database. However my ISP (Nowtv) seem unwilling to help or don't know what to do. Can you help?
