It's sent a code to a mobile number which nobody recognises! \o/ There's no way to fix! \o/ She'll be left with no phone OR internet.

Was then told that I needed to delete and reinstall the app. I replied “your mobile web page was also down”, at which point I was cut off the chat. Embarrassing service!!

Dave Fev (@davefev) reported@NOWHelpTeam The most frustrating thing is you online chat wasted so much time because they couldn't even be bothered to properly check your own list of supported devices. Now the game is 20 minutes gone, the app still doesn't work, and I have lost the will to ever use @NOWTV again.

Try again later” He can’t watch the football on a phone, please help

Tried it once when i was in a 5g covered area and i wanted to watch F1, and nowtv was still just as potatoe quality as on 4g. Ofc im sure there's some benefits but it feels a negligible step up from 4g for the time being
