@NOWTV Update of card payment details in the website doesn’t work. Horrible customer service. The worst I have seen in years !

@NOWTV There are serious technical issues to renew payment details in their website. Online help is very close to useless, and phone customer services only deals with broadband enquiries. A total disgrace !

@NOWTV I’m having big issues with my new account. I’ve been billed for a cinema pass when trying to install the app on my TV (it said it was a free 7 day trial). I cancelled it immediately. Now being told I signed up for it alongside Ents & I didn’t! It’s two diff sign up times.

@NOWHelpTeam Nowtv cancelled the service because another provider told you they'll be taking over my phone line because their customer is moving to my address. That is totally wrong, noone is moving to my address and it takes you 2 weeks to reconnect my broadband. That's terrible

NowTV has to be the worst streaming platform I have used. BT and DAZN are completely fine but Now have no common sense can’t change the devices I use as the one I want to use says that I’m streaming on multiple devices which I’m not. Bullshit

@NOWTV charge me £8.99 for a day pass with the promise of a "free 6 month mobile pass that will renew monthly after". Of course I took them up on that offer. My mobile pass has not worked for 3 months. Repeatedly I contacted customer support for a fix. 1/2

@NOWTV how can I contact you if there is no option to speak to someone on live chat on your site?!! It tells me to get in touch but gives no contact details and takes me back to self help, don't say you have live chat and then not let anyone see where it is!!!

@NOWHelpTeam Free practice 1 has begun at the Mexico Grand Prix and I STILL cannot use my NowTV account to watch it. As well as fixing the problem what sort of refund will I be getting?
