@NOWTV There are serious technical issues to renew payment details in their website. Online help is very close to useless, and phone customer services only deals with broadband enquiries. A total disgrace !

@Dutchman1795 @NOWTV @NOWHelpTeam We've had no internet broadband and telephone since last Thursday! I was promised it would be done Monday (yesterday) and an Engineer visit today. No visit and still not working! Further told to call Now TV on Friday if not fixed by Thursday!

Really disappointed with @NOWTV_It after they decided to deduct money from me for a membership I never wanted nor requested. Unfortunately they’re ignoring my requests for a refund, hoping @Ofcom will be able to help. Strongly suggest everyone is careful when using #NOWTV #ofcom

@MartinSLewis Ive cancelled Amazon and Netflix. The content on Apple tv is limited but the content is quality in my view. It’s easy to dip in and out of, like you can with Nowtv.

@NOW_Ireland I have been locked out of my NOWTV account for almost a WEEK! I contact support twice last week, the first said they had to escalate the issue and I would hear back by email. When I contacted support again after 2 days, they said the same. I need this resolved!

@NOWTV I've moved into a new flat, ordered my internet almost a month ago to ensure it was ready the day I move in because I work from home, and now you're telling me my line hasn't been activated and to wait up to 72 hours for an email from another team to tell me why??
