@NOWTV It was yesterday, Sky sports pass on a MacBook Pro via Safari - numerous times I got an error and had to re start (also a persistent error to begin with until I switched from SS Main Event to Cricket) - I was watching the ODI

@nowtvhelp @NOWTV I received my Now TV Stick today and it refuses to update. I log into the Wi-Fi and every single time it says I need to do a software update. I do the update and it doesn’t work!!!! It’s happened min 10 times. I have tried resetting it!

.@NOWTV has been absolute rubbish today, error after error, re starting over and over ‘oops something has gone wrong’ over and over - rubbish, not worth the cost of the pass today #fail

@NOWTV help please! I have a pC that crashes every time I want to watch something on my projector. The app starts then switches to projector, black screen, briefly blue, then the app crashes. It worked perfectly until a few weeks ago? Help please.

@Michaelrossi81 @btsport I had a whole thing of having to make sure I’d downloaded the BTSport app onto Now then go on my phone to buy the fight then re-login to the app on Now. Changed to a Firestick (with the NowTV app and BTSport app) and it was actually much easier

@NOWHelpTeam I’ve been having ongoing issues with NowTV app on iOS devices, both iPhone and iPad. I have Sports subscription through BT TV but it just doesn’t work on mobile devices. Please help as I feel I’m paying for service that is not provided to me.

Status of UK streaming: NowTV - On deathwatch for HBOMax launching Netflix - Needs to up its originals game Amazon - Lots of content, rubbish at marketing Apple - Blandness of the highest quality Disney - Marvel, Star Wars and ABC programs, bound to increase prices soon

@IanJacklin1 I’ve had 4K TVs from all 3 and all great quality. Sony uses Google Play store so bonus of more apps. Samsung have limited apps on their store, no NowTV for some reason

Think @NOWTV must have the worse customer service I've ever come across. Instead of trying to help me they kept trying to sell me their offers. Disgraceful.

@panoparker Great work from NowTV. They’ve reaffirmed why I have absolutely no desire to purchase any of their product. Especially now it means their lining the pockets of these plebs.
