@nowtvhelp @NOWTV I received my Now TV Stick today and it refuses to update. I log into the Wi-Fi and every single time it says I need to do a software update. I do the update and it doesn’t work!!!! It’s happened min 10 times. I have tried resetting it!

@NOWTV help please! I have a pC that crashes every time I want to watch something on my projector. The app starts then switches to projector, black screen, briefly blue, then the app crashes. It worked perfectly until a few weeks ago? Help please.

@NOWTV It was yesterday, Sky sports pass on a MacBook Pro via Safari - numerous times I got an error and had to re start (also a persistent error to begin with until I switched from SS Main Event to Cricket) - I was watching the ODI

Why is our sky sports picture quality so poor through our @NOWTV stick @nowtvhelp? All other applications are streaming fine in HD yet sky sports is barely watchable. It’s not cheap so it’s not acceptable. I see others are having the same issue. Our broadband is fine.

@All4 getting a login error on my @NOWTV All4 sign in. Have changed my password three times. Definitely have a. Registered account, can sign in to the website as well as the app on my phone without a hitch, but error message on the NowTV All4app. What am I doing wrong please?
