    @nowtvhelp @NOWTV I received my Now TV Stick today and it refuses to update. I log into the Wi-Fi and every single time it says I need to do a software update. I do the update and it doesn’t work!!!! It’s happened min 10 times. I have tried resetting it!

    @NOWTV help please! I have a pC that crashes every time I want to watch something on my projector. The app starts then switches to projector, black screen, briefly blue, then the app crashes. It worked perfectly until a few weeks ago? Help please.

    @NOWTV It was yesterday, Sky sports pass on a MacBook Pro via Safari - numerous times I got an error and had to re start (also a persistent error to begin with until I switched from SS Main Event to Cricket) - I was watching the ODI

    @CybillLiberty Wow Presents Plus - it's like 4-5 quid a month and you get all the international franchises too so it's worth it - we also share the login with our friends in exchange for their NowTV login so it's been a good trade.

    @Bleasedog @NOWTV I’ve had the same issue tonight. 4K smart box worked when first setup this morning apart from Netflix. Factory reset and now getting nothing other than the same error you’re getting

    To make matters worse, she tried to defend the service I'd had, even though my partners business relies on a fast and RELIABLE connection. In two years with NOWTV we never had a single issue - in 2 months with Virgin, I've had to call customer services every week! (cont)

    @nowtvhelp hello, I bought a sky sports day pass last week and received an email today saying that a 4 month mobile pass has been added to my nowtv account, but I’m unable to watch sky sports on any of my devices as it says I don’t have a pass. Please can you help?

    @NOWTV still no broadband since 4th November! No one will help and I can’t even go somewhere else as you have my line with an ‘order pending’ This is unacceptable service!!!
