@nowtvhelp @NOWTV I received my Now TV Stick today and it refuses to update. I log into the Wi-Fi and every single time it says I need to do a software update. I do the update and it doesn’t work!!!! It’s happened min 10 times. I have tried resetting it!

@NOWTV It was yesterday, Sky sports pass on a MacBook Pro via Safari - numerous times I got an error and had to re start (also a persistent error to begin with until I switched from SS Main Event to Cricket) - I was watching the ODI

@NOWTV help please! I have a pC that crashes every time I want to watch something on my projector. The app starts then switches to projector, black screen, briefly blue, then the app crashes. It worked perfectly until a few weeks ago? Help please.

Just watched @lastnightinsoho on @NOWTV - absolutely amazing twists in that. When I can't guess the ending, when I can't figure out plot points, I know that's good #storytelling. And what a swansong for #DianaRigg. Seriously excellent piece of work!!

So @NOWHelpTeam how do I speak to a PERSON. I was considering you for #BROADBAND but only if you have PHONE support for problems. If (my) #NOWTV BB fails I cannot use the internet to reach you, so I would be 100% stuffed. What do I do in that situation?
