I log into the Wi-Fi and every single time it says I need to do a software update. I do the update and it doesn’t work!!!! It’s happened min 10 times. I have tried resetting it!

Netflix and all the normal tv apps are streaming fine it’s just Nowtv! This is Entertainment, Sky Movies and HayU and all 3 of these are just loading then says error in the player.

I’ve got a Roku stream stick + have rebooted and updated stick, rebooted WiFi, problem still happens and only on NowTV. Any ideas?

Sayer_13 (@gsayer13) reported@NOWTV I really do not wish to waste my time constantly ringing to not get anything resolved. All you do is BB test's that come back "ok". Its been an ongoing issue, that's never been resolved. Now your just charging more for it!

It still at times buffers when trying to watch a programme which is quite distracting. What is @SkyUK doing to resolve this???
