  @nowtvhelp @NOWTV I received my Now TV Stick today and it refuses to update. I log into the Wi-Fi and every single time it says I need to do a software update. I do the update and it doesn’t work!!!! It’s happened min 10 times. I have tried resetting it!

  @NOWTV help please! I have a pC that crashes every time I want to watch something on my projector. The app starts then switches to projector, black screen, briefly blue, then the app crashes. It worked perfectly until a few weeks ago? Help please.

  .@NOWTV has been absolute rubbish today, error after error, re starting over and over ‘oops something has gone wrong’ over and over - rubbish, not worth the cost of the pass today #fail

  @NOWTV It was yesterday, Sky sports pass on a MacBook Pro via Safari - numerous times I got an error and had to re start (also a persistent error to begin with until I switched from SS Main Event to Cricket) - I was watching the ODI

  @CybillLiberty Wow Presents Plus - it's like 4-5 quid a month and you get all the international franchises too so it's worth it - we also share the login with our friends in exchange for their NowTV login so it's been a good trade.

  Anyone else getting fed up with @NOWTV coverage of @SkySportsF1 Every time I click on it, it’s a black screen. Then eventually the sound is out of sync with the visuals. It’s been an issue for months and I brought it up with them. It’s still not been fixed.

  @GermanTank_BW @SenabyeGee I'm not specifically talking him as opposition but the rest, on the issue of languages he offered an alternative i.e. focus on languages that can enable trade with the rest of the world, not familiar with the NOWTV issue, he also offered ideas on Bonno Housing

  It's either very dark at Silverstone or the very flakey @NOWTV is broken. Sort it out - or if you're going to be so useless then allow switching between devices. £40pm to watch a blank screen is a rip.

  Can we PLEASE just be straightforward about what this is? The problem is a failure to tackle predatory online behaviour, not because there’s ****** online. If we care about “naked pictures”, how is this going to stop a teen using their parents NowTV profile to watch Euphoria?

  @colinmufc2 Hahaha it does work with NowTV tbf and doesn’t have to be done over the phone. Just get to the final stage of cancelling online and you get it cheaper!

  @NOW I have emailed, you didn't answer. I've looked on your help pages, they didn't help. I do not want audio description on tv shows, I want it gone. It's not my tv, it's only a NowTV problem, I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app, it's still there. I am losing patience.
