@NOWTV help please! I have a pC that crashes every time I want to watch something on my projector. The app starts then switches to projector, black screen, briefly blue, then the app crashes. It worked perfectly until a few weeks ago? Help please.

Hey @OpenreachHelp apparently its your problem and an issue with your employees that have meant after 3 weeks we still have no internet with @NOWTV and are spending 100s of pounds on data to work and homeschool.....

Thanks @virginmedia I’ve only missed 20 minutes of this @MCFC game as the WiFi keeps dropping out. Good job I don’t pay you or @NOWTV collectively £101 a month for this terrible service. Oh wait 🤔

@NOWTV ordered a brand new tv stick off amazon. Arrived yesterday and it doesn’t work! Gets stuck on the pairing remote screen. Have been on all the forums and they say that this is an issue on some devices. I think the remote is faulty. How do I get a get a new one sent out?
