Tried to call NowTv as well, but they only deal with broadband calls on the phone. In the end I missed the sports event I wanted to watch, because of this company’s terrible customer service !!

Your online help section and live chat ‘NOWbot’ are not much use. If your query doesn’t fit into their narrow answers you get thrown back to the beginning.
