@NOWTV You are total charlatans. I’ve been trying to close my account for months now. I login cancel the passes. Have no passes to speak of but every month, there you are stealing money from my account. The website is a maze, round and round and round, no answers!

@NOWTV When attempting a “reset” on my NowTV stick, I am getting beyond the internet password only to be told I need to check my hdmi cable connection. There is no problem with that. Solution please?

Subtitles: I have used many online streaming platforms to waste time during lockdown. @BBCiPlayer @NetflixUK @PrimeVideo @disneyplus @ITV and by far the worst most insaccessible and most unhelpful of them all is @NOWTV @nowtvhelp. The subtitles are incomplete, broken, freezing

@NOWTV I’m helping an elderly neighbour who’s broadband and calls is not working. Is their a phone number to call? He hasn’t created an online a/c, and no help function seems to work unless you have this.

@NOW Awful to not get the finale ep10… something wrong I think Nowtv has been hacked. Ep10 plays Ep9 instead every time.

@ljtrickster @SkyHelpTeam Someone has probably damaged the cable from the shared satellite. Had the same issue in my old flat. So I just went with NowTV instead and used the WiFi. You can contact your property management company to get an engineer to check the dish and cables

@NOWHelpTeam Why do i need to read an article? Send amd engineer out to fix the problem!! She is a vulnerable woman with no phone or internet access nowtv has said and engineer will be out 48hrs!!!! She should not have to wait that long!!

@NOWTV got to say you guys have one of the worst services possible. Not only did you disconnect me for no reason but now it's impossible to sign back up. No wonder everyone pirates films in the UK. Even worse that there's no way of contacting you.
