Subtitles: I have used many online streaming platforms to waste time during lockdown. @BBCiPlayer @NetflixUK @PrimeVideo @disneyplus @ITV and by far the worst most insaccessible and most unhelpful of them all is @NOWTV @nowtvhelp. The subtitles are incomplete, broken, freezing

@NOWTV You are total charlatans. I’ve been trying to close my account for months now. I login cancel the passes. Have no passes to speak of but every month, there you are stealing money from my account. The website is a maze, round and round and round, no answers!

@MikeFinleyMusic God isn’t he awful. He definitely has “the look” of someone with a dark side. FYI there’s a five parter about the same thing on Sky/NOWTV called Murder at the Cottage - more in depth, but more of him which is not so great

@BBCWomansHour had exact experience with Curry’s and NOWTV — only Twitter to customer service worked to resolve issues. It’s now my go-to solution.

@NOWTV now just taking the pish. Finishing the few series I'm watching before ditching it, start a programme and have to suffer bunch of inane laugter at how stupid we are paying a subscription to avoid adverts with that god awful @McDonalds advert.

@NOWTV no broadband since Monday night, and now customer services are asking if we have had a flood! It's almost as if nobody is actually sure what the problem is, so not hopeful about the "it should be resolved within 72 hours of reporting"

@itvhub Glad I'm not the only one experiencing these problems, well at least the final is on BBC 1. Alternative platform's, I can only think of probably NowTV, Dazn or an Iptv service.

@virginmedia Been with you 1 month and had more broadband problems in 1 month (at least 1 complete loss of connection a week) than I have with NowTV over several years. I am working from home, sort it out, or I will leave It's a joke of a "service"
