    @O2 @virginmedia Further to this, he has now told me that as I get a £15/month discount for my 1st 6 months with O2, I need to cancel that and pay full price in order to get the extra #Volt speed boost with VM

    @O2 I had a issue with my billing and spoke to several of your phone assistants who did not help much at all, kept batting me off to Ariel Direct who also were useless. I finally got through to Tracy who explained the situation in 2 mins and resolved the issue, pls reward her.

    @O2 your service is terrible and I haven't even fully moved over from my current provider. Managed to move 2 sims across but struggling with two more. Keep getting a declined, then your customer service team call saying can see incomplete order but then cut me off !

    @Paul_Martin1970 @O2 The reception says 4G. They will probably say there is work being done on the transmitter. But it's been a recurring and frequent issue for the last three years but it's getting worse. I think it is to push people to get 5G phones.

    @O2 It's been more than 5 years I am using your network in CV21 area. I have very poor coverage and downloading speed. I had my current upgrade in April 2022. I have tried both 5g and 4g signals. Problem stays the same. Your chat support isn't available.

    @O2 Ported a number from Three into my account can’t get iMessages and FaceTime to activate since port, tried steps on Apple Support page but it instantly comes up “Activation Failed”. Tried sim in my iPhone too and same instant Activation Failed message. Is it account related?

    Terrible experience with @SkyUK trying to get a new phone today. No attempt from customer services to help at all. Went to @O2 and they sorted me out in 10 minutes with a much better experience.

    @O2 it’s been about 2 weeks that i’ve had network problems and it’s been difficult to do day to day ovcurances with a phone that doesn’t work. i don’t think it’s fair to keep charging me for a phone that doesn’t work and on top you’ve once again vhanged the date that’ll be fixed
