    @O2 After spending 6 hours trying to get hold of customer services, I ended up driving (and paying for parking) to go to one of your shops to get a sim swap. This apparently the only to get service working. Not the best of starts.

    @O2 why does the local B90 4AJ mast go faulty EVERY week. 6 weeks in a row now, we get no service until it is repaired. You need better repair engineers as their repairs do not even last a week!!!

    @O2 can you stop advising people to "reset network settings" when your network has problems. This didn't fix the problem with your network and unfortunately wipes out all WiFi and Bluetooth settings, which then need manually setting up again. Not good advice at all.

    @O2 Getting very close to the point of cancelling my order. The port has failed and I have no service. Cannot get through to your support as there are no agents available. No reply to FB message since 9 am. The clock is ticking...

    @O2 just changing to O2 as I opted for deal with Virgin. Disappointed with how poor your coverage is locally in the B90 area. Where I had over 200mbits 5G with three, I am now lucky to get 20mbits with O2. Do you have plans to improve your network? Have I made a mistake?

    @O2 Really @o2? You started out so well acknowledging the issue and it just went downhill from there. The app was down for the day, yet touts managed to buy and relist them for £hundreds, it is disgusting.

    @o2 why is your service unusable in areas that your map says has good coverage? No backhaul bandwidth? B90 4AJ poor outside nothing inside. B13 0UR poor inside. Intermittent connectivity in spite of reasonable signal. Three works perfectly onside and out.

    @O2 your service is terrible and I haven't even fully moved over from my current provider. Managed to move 2 sims across but struggling with two more. Keep getting a declined, then your customer service team call saying can see incomplete order but then cut me off !

    @O2 hi trying to help a family member with there o2 sim. They having there sim coming up with invalid sim. Is there a way to fix the sim remotely at all?

    @AshleyG72960578 @JordanKinsleyx @O2 The bots are the ticket sellers themselves too. Ticketmaster are the worlds worst. How can tickets be on resale 30 seconds after the first presale/on-sale if it not an inside job?! Viagogo is owned by Ticketmaster

    @O2 @virginmedia Further to this, he has now told me that as I get a £15/month discount for my 1st 6 months with O2, I need to cancel that and pay full price in order to get the extra #Volt speed boost with VM

    @O2 frankly appallingly rude service in the Coventry shop today. Can’t find a number to call, no call back for days and live chat not working. SORT IT OUT.

    mad because both @virginmedia and @O2 insist that MK has full coverage with no issues yet central milton keynes is the only spot in Europe i can't get signal, it's been an issue every day i've been here for nearly six months, clearly there is an issue with the 4G coverage here

    @O2 Today is a week since ordering after being told 1-3 days. @MPD_Online are saying it’s down to @O2. My contract ends on the 17th, I’ve ordered the phone with enough time to not run over my contract. Looks like I will and I personally won’t be paying out of my contract period.

    I had an O2 online agent ask for my answer to the security question. I said what’s the question, but he wouldn’t tell me the question because I hadn’t got through security. He’s kinda left me feeling that I am actually the idiot here, but more because I am still with @O2.

    @O2 Disgusting service in Irthlingborough NN9 Northants area! let down with phone calls,texts etc! Have to walk round outside to try to get signal. Neighbour walked all round estate to try to get signal. Cut off talkn to drs & hospitals! its a disgrace! What r we paying for!!!!

    @O2 First my iMessage and FaceTime won’t activate with no solution and now 4G calling turned off. Seriously considering the 14 day cooling off after this porting failure.

    @sazmeister88 @virginmedia @O2 There is a problem in CMK, but I'm not sure if it is lack of signal or lack of bandwidth for everyone trying to use it. My phone regularly says it has G3 or G4 there, but then refuses to send/receive data. The signal exists but is useless for any practical purposes.
