  • MuslimShamir Follow Poor Shamir Claimant Ali Entrapment (@MuslimShamir) reported from Birmingham, England

@O2 Answer the phone. Is your phone not working ? Is it a desk phone or mobile you using ?

  • notdodgy Roger Leitch (@notdodgy) reported from Solihull, England

@O2 After spending 6 hours trying to get hold of customer services, I ended up driving (and paying for parking) to go to one of your shops to get a sim swap. This apparently the only to get service working. Not the best of starts.

  • notdodgy Roger Leitch (@notdodgy) reported from Solihull, England

@O2 just changing to O2 as I opted for deal with Virgin. Disappointed with how poor your coverage is locally in the B90 area. Where I had over 200mbits 5G with three, I am now lucky to get 20mbits with O2. Do you have plans to improve your network? Have I made a mistake?

  • EvanD Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Solihull, England

@O2 That looks like an Apple device. #Alexa won’t help you there. #Siri might.

  • BilalAhmadRana 🅱🅸🅻🅰🅻 🅰🅷🅼🅰🅳 (@BilalAhmadRana) reported from Rugby, England

@O2 It's been more than 5 years I am using your network in CV21 area. I have very poor coverage and downloading speed. I had my current upgrade in April 2022. I have tried both 5g and 4g signals. Problem stays the same. Your chat support isn't available.

  • notdodgy Roger Leitch (@notdodgy) reported from Solihull, England

@o2 why is your service unusable in areas that your map says has good coverage? No backhaul bandwidth? B90 4AJ poor outside nothing inside. B13 0UR poor inside. Intermittent connectivity in spite of reasonable signal. Three works perfectly onside and out.

  • EvanD Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Solihull, England

@O2 @virginmedia Further to this, he has now told me that as I get a £15/month discount for my 1st 6 months with O2, I need to cancel that and pay full price in order to get the extra #Volt speed boost with VM

  • hijabiexplorer Mimii Hatun |Y| aka Ms Begum (@hijabiexplorer) reported from Birmingham, England

Typical of @o2 for not cancelling my line when I a called in during the cooling off period to cancel the contract. #Thieves

  • notdodgy Roger Leitch (@notdodgy) reported from Solihull, England

@O2 Getting very close to the point of cancelling my order. The port has failed and I have no service. Cannot get through to your support as there are no agents available. No reply to FB message since 9 am. The clock is ticking...

  • railwaychaplain Liam Johnston (@railwaychaplain) reported from Rugby, England

@Paul_Martin1970 @O2 The reception says 4G. They will probably say there is work being done on the transmitter. But it's been a recurring and frequent issue for the last three years but it's getting worse. I think it is to push people to get 5G phones.

  • GoGishiGoGo Gish Abeyratne (@GoGishiGoGo) reported from Birmingham, England

@O2 customer service nailing it once again! Information on the website is about as useful as having a third armpit, and then you call and the automated system cuts you off. Bravo you feckless morons 👏 🙄

  • _Rachele_ Rachele (@_Rachele_) reported from Birmingham, England

Help @O2 - I want to upgrade to the Huawei P30 Pro but it says it's not in stock. Will it ever be or can we not get Huawei anymore?

  • DirtySurti Ketan Surti (@DirtySurti) reported from Dickens Heath, England

@O2 your service is terrible and I haven't even fully moved over from my current provider. Managed to move 2 sims across but struggling with two more. Keep getting a declined, then your customer service team call saying can see incomplete order but then cut me off !

  • edmundmlawrence Edmund Lawrence (@edmundmlawrence) reported from Coventry, England

@O2 frankly appallingly rude service in the Coventry shop today. Can’t find a number to call, no call back for days and live chat not working. SORT IT OUT.

  • GoGishiGoGo Gish Abeyratne (@GoGishiGoGo) reported from Birmingham, England

@O2 Device is damaged. Your website and app are as clear as mud about repairs and replacements. I'm on hold waiting for an advisor to be available (20 minutes elapsed). Can you help me out?

  • BilalAhmadRana 🅱🅸🅻🅰🅻 🅰🅷🅼🅰🅳 (@BilalAhmadRana) reported from Rugby, England

@O2 Quiet convenient for you to send this reply to me. I have checked this many time. I have this problem since I got new sim after upgrade.

  • notdodgy Roger Leitch (@notdodgy) reported from Solihull, England

@O2 can you stop advising people to "reset network settings" when your network has problems. This didn't fix the problem with your network and unfortunately wipes out all WiFi and Bluetooth settings, which then need manually setting up again. Not good advice at all.

  • berniebaps101 ҍҽɾղíҽҍɑԹՏ ♏ (@berniebaps101) reported from Birmingham, England

@O2 I have £45 left to pay on my device, if I pay that can I then cancel the contract as I don't use the sim?

  • UKWasimPerviz Wasim Perviz (@UKWasimPerviz) reported from Coventry, England

@O2 can I move from my current network to 02 and keep the same number? Also please follow me

  • ReissOmari Gordé 🥚 (@ReissOmari) reported from Birmingham, England

I’ve just been in to the @O2 store to get a new sim, fantastic service in store, however, I was shocked to find my contract has gone up £6 since October? How does that work??

As @O2 face rising costs in energy and substantial increases in the costs associated with running the network, the consumer is seeing a major hit. A 17.3% rise in monthly charge - with 13.4% of that in line with the Retail Price Index rate of inflation. #tech #mobiles #energy

  • TinkMissy Missy Tink (@TinkMissy) reported

@O2 Rising prices and lowering signal coverage. If you want an unreliable service provider, shocking customer service and much more then the o2 network is for you 👌🏻

  • morganthedruid martin morgan (@morganthedruid) reported

@O2 My partner had massive stroke, in hospital.Called O2 to ask to cancel airtime charges but keep phone payment. We were told no, even though she unable to speak and understand she must pay £20 airtime charge every month, that's the lowest o2 will go.All we wanted was help

  • TitanofTea TitanofTea☕🇺🇦 (@TitanofTea) reported

@UtanoPandora So sorry you've had that experience 😔 Shame on @O2, I've actually experienced similar in my local store as well where I'm trying to discuss a technical problem and they just look at me like I'm a ******. Maybe you could switch networks?

  • scrivabare Scriv (@scrivabare) reported

@O2 I have no network coverage! What difference does it being free make? Offering useless suggestions (for the sake of this conversation being public) is not making this less annoying.

  • furlyScott thomas longer (@furlyScott) reported

Ordered AirPods from @O2 . @DPDgroup_news are the worst delivery service I’ve ever used - they attempted delivery on the wrong building and have now sent the parcel back to O2 after promising delivery this morning. I booked this morning off work to be here, awful service.

  • UtanoPandora Utano Pandora 🎤🐼 (@UtanoPandora) reported

@TitanofTea @O2 Literally only been with them for a month and experienced so many issues. 🤡 it’s weird cause the other staff actually wanted to help but the manager was such a horrid person and talked to me as if I was stupid..

  • doctorsimon_net Simon Minkoff (@doctorsimon_net) reported

@AvantiWestCoast I find the standard of internet access on the WCML to be little better than in 1998. Your WiFi struggles to deliver (basic WWW or Email) and my signal via @VodafoneUK or @O2 is little better. Very disappointing. Any comments/suggestions?

  • dg2642_david David Gandy (@dg2642_david) reported

@O2 You are raising my bill by 17.3%. I get thats its in your T&C's. Fair enough, once more you have the paying public over a barrel BUT why are we paying for such a poor service? Its 30 years since I got my first mobike phone and as I sit in my property still cant get signal.
