@O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

@O2 appalling customer service. I’ve contacted you by DM , no response . By chat on the app…no response . Tried to contact payment team over 5 times the last 2 days . Transferred then put on hold for lengthy periods and then disconnected . APPALLING

@solutionsarc @O2 They don’t care about their signal, they sit there and say it’s fixed and it never is, leave them and move elsewhere, o2 need to be closed down and taken to court for fraud

A whole day without service and @O2 your service status briefly said there was a problem and now is pretending it's all good. Coupled with @virginmedia being up and down all week I've had to resort to cleaning. Come on, not one solid connection between the two of you! D:
