    @O2 morning! What time does your customer service open? I need to change direct debit details ASAP. My late Dads number is in my name but because I’ve closed his bank account the money won’t come out now - need to get it fixed before the DD date of the 3rd and only just realised

    Managed to free myself from the main stream phone 📞 provider. However #giffgaff using @O2 means my signal 📡 now drops out. 📴 🤔

    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    @O2 for 18 years I’ve had phone reception whilst at work and it was always perfect, now nothing at all for the last couple of months! What is going on? Other staff menebers are having the same problem too, I use my phone for work now I can’t. Bradford area

    @O2 Terrible company. I raised a complaint about the bereavement handling of my late father’s line You’ve repeatedly addressed the response of the complaint to him directly, distressing me and my mother. When I raised this to you, you sent another to him! Absolutely shameful.

    @O2 Internet service in my area has been very poor for the last 2–3 weeks. It was slow before, but now it’s become almost unusable. Could you please investigate the issue and provide an update? Or we can change to @vodafone_de @deutschetelekom ?
