@O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

Managed to free myself from the main stream phone 📞 provider. However #giffgaff using @O2 means my signal 📡 now drops out. 📴 🤔

Got a planned power outage at home today and it highlights how reliant I am on home fibre broadband because @O2 is so unreliable at home and in the local area. It has got gradually worse over the last 5 years and completely unusable at times. Not sure if any providers are better

@O2 Was instructed to reset new phone to see if that did it , it didn’t. Then advised to do the airplane off for 15 seconds to try and force it to find a network still didn’t. Then your customer service passed around three different people

@shanes_loonie @O2 I've been with O2 for nearly 20 years, currently have 5 lines open with them, and haven't had any issues, except that the 5G is practically nonexistent.

@O2 @darklilly1604 App used to work. Now you have to validate you login with virgin which I assume many people have done, it work once, then you trying opening it again and you have to go through the validation process all over again. The worst process ever. Ditch the app. At least Priority works

@O2 why is the app so bad! Can’t check current billing, can’t check data. Just get an “oh this is embarrassing” screen message. Contract finishes in May and I’m tempted to walk!

@O2 the problem still isn’t dealt with . Now I’m still without service and no e sim . Terrible customer service and process. Would not recommend and I’m currently intending to leave o2

@O2 Then the customer advisers instructed me to delete the e sim (secondary) and then basically said you will have to contact o 2 tomorrow to generate a new e sim.
