@O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

@O2 It's not a happy Monday thanks to o2! Absolutely awful customer service. Been without signal since 17th Jan - told to wait, then wait again. Given misinformation and outright lied to... Now told to wait until Friday... And it 'should' come back. Try to make a complaint...

@O2 help. Upgrades keep getting returned to O2 few minutes before delivery by company. Second time its happened. DHL saying O2 requested them back.

@O2 Attempted to get bill information on Tuesday 24th January 2023. Currently on hold for over 38 minutes. Have spent over 2hrs on the phone and used DM with no luck. There is something wrong with my access to the billing . Poor service from a communication service

@o2 dire service - for second day running, my service has dropped because allegedly "not registered on network". I agreed to have new SIM because of tech problems, but ordering new SIM has killed old service before new SIM arrives! HORRENDOUS. Does anyone care?

@O2 ... And nobody will speak to me - has to be a call back. How? I have no signal! Can email to complain but just a mention of wait 28 days and you'll close the case - no timings for contact, resolution etc. Got it pretty sewn up. Take my money and couldn't care less!
