@O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

Just proves @O2 O2 couldn’t give a toss at their customers ask for my PAC code sure they didn’t even ask why I wanted to leave and they still haven’t responded to my tweet they are also a s**t company to work for treat their staff like dirt

I switched to @O2 in September after 10 years with another network and I feel like I just need to say that the data / signal coverage is shockingly bad. Despite showing that I've got 5G, I basically can't use my phone unless I'm connected to wifi. Ever. 😩
