    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    @O2 I was half way through a query with you via DM yesterday and you stopped replying before even attempting to solve my issue, I paid for a new contract on Monday and after paying I've heard nothing - please advise as this doesn't fill me with confidence in your services

    @O2 why have I received a 97p bill for a contract I cancelled the day after I took it out (within the cooling off period and I never even used the sim, it’s still in the sealed packaging) and why can’t I view it anywhere?
