    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    Managed to free myself from the main stream phone 📞 provider. However #giffgaff using @O2 means my signal 📡 now drops out. 📴 🤔

    @O2 hi there, I bought some galaxy buds 2 from you in December last year. I'm having all sorts of problems and have never been able to use them, because 1. They just keep falling out my ear 2. I've changed the cups that go on and can't find a comfortable fit & 3. They cause ear

    @O2 can someone please help me? I’m using an E-sim ‘airalo’ abroad. I have followed all the steps to ensure I’m not using my mobile data from O2, I’ve also got a cap & data roaming is off. Can someone ensure I’m still not being charged?

    @O2 and 3. When I have attempted to wear them, they cause problems in my ear canal. Seem to get skin irritation. What can I do?

    @balmybaldwin @SarahLudford @O2 Maybe. But the ability of British people to shrug and then just do nothing is why things remain bad. They put the price of fuel up and threatened pensions here in France and people kicked off. The UK could do with more of that.

    @O2 I’ve tried all this spoken to someone on the phone and they’ve said nothing is wrong my partner has same network and his phone works , you need to sort it out or I’ll be coming off your network I have a one year old in my care and need coverage.

    What has happened to @O2 i spend upwards of £200 a month on various bills and the customer service is soooo bad. last night i ordered the wrong colour phone and 5 minutes later i called to change it only to be told i couldnt. this morning i called back and have been pied off

    @O2 I have been wrongly reported to the credit agency by O2 for arrears which is absolutely incorrect. I’ve already discussed this with your accounts team a month ago and they assured me that they will not report anything as the matter was resolved. Please help! 😡
