@O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

Managed to free myself from the main stream phone 📞 provider. However #giffgaff using @O2 means my signal 📡 now drops out. 📴 🤔

@O2 No, they marked my conversation as resolved so how are they going to get back to me? I've checked my bill, that's how I know I've been charged twice. If this is your idea of customer service maybe if be better off with @EE or @VodafoneUK

@O2 My BF has same issue - also o2. Plenty of others on here have issues? And my local mast has apparently had issues for months - so I don’t think it’s my phone? Although I wish it was believe me because I’m fed up with it

@O2 your network in Manchester is absolutely abysmal. Full bars of 5G, and I can’t even send a text message yet along call anyone or use the internet. Can’t wait to leave at the end of my contract.

@O2 Shocking customer service from smart delay support. Still waiting after emailing them 6 hours ago to try and get an answer to why I have no voucher - they say they have no record of me registering! Despite me receiving confirmation from them!
