  • martinrblow M a r t i n (@martinrblow) reported from Boston, England

Managed to free myself from the main stream phone 📞 provider. However #giffgaff using @O2 means my signal 📡 now drops out. 📴 🤔

Been with @o2 well over 10 years, whilst not the cheapest always felt value for money with the good overall service, price rises reasonable as per their T&Cs, but whichever idiot signed off a close to 12% annual ‘standard’ price rise at this time is either brain dead or sadistic

  • melwilks Mel Wilks 🏏💻☁️ (@melwilks) reported

@O2 Been a customer 20 years. This is the end. I think your a disgrace.

  • melwilks Mel Wilks 🏏💻☁️ (@melwilks) reported

@O2 Your network is terrible. Your 4G barely works in Devon. 3G if you’re lucky. No sign of 5G. So what exactly are you investing in other than your profits?!? No answer to either of my questions. I’ll be leaving at the first possible opportunity once your restrictive contract allows

  • LegendLarry_ Larry Laher (@LegendLarry_) reported

@O2 @ben_pendery Have just sent a DM with my code as well. Attempting to use it in Leicester but again no luck. Can you help with this please.

  • hellfiregay Sylar (@hellfiregay) reported

My mobile tariff is going up by nearly £2 in April - **** ******** off @O2

  • TheRealAMcKay Alastair McKay (@TheRealAMcKay) reported

@O2 iPhone 5s Never used the app before now. Decided to use it to top up. Had to use the web instead.

  • _tbond Tom Bond (@_tbond) reported

@O2 am at post code Mk43 0, your network bandwidth is shocking. Signal OK but never data transfer. Any plans to fix? If not, how do I leave? Watch on a 3-year, phone on 30-day. Many thanks!

  • mop_a_top Darren (@mop_a_top) reported

@O2 Even this rediculous rise of almost 12%? New customer get the old rate too. Advertised prices don’t go up. It’s almost better value to use pay and go with a bundle (they don’t increase either it seems)

  • DuncanManton Felonius Dunc (@DuncanManton) reported

@DarwinsWetDream @tsh2 @O2 They rise their prices by inflation plus a set percentage. Except the bill increase is a measure of inflation. Which they then add a set percentage to. Which drives up inflation. Which they then add a set percentage to… See the issue?

  • DandyBee Daniel Brennan (@DandyBee) reported

FYI @O2, I suggest you consider using a service other than @dhlexpressuk, who, despite my three phone calls and their promises, have made absolutely no attempt at retrieving the phone they delivered to the wrong address last Friday.
