    @O2 morning! What time does your customer service open? I need to change direct debit details ASAP. My late Dads number is in my name but because I’ve closed his bank account the money won’t come out now - need to get it fixed before the DD date of the 3rd and only just realised

    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    @O2 has anyone else ever had a promise that O2 would call to sort out a serious mistake on their part, only for them not to call at all? Clear lack of customer service response demands another complaint! This company wouldn’t know customer service practice if it fell on its head!

    @O2 after 20+ years I’m waiting for my number to port to another network. It’s been one thing after the other over the years - poor signal, poor service, the issue with the iPhone XR that you dragged out for months, and the very sneaky price increase

    @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 If this is genuine DO NOT make the switch. Regardless of cost, EE are the mut’s nuts. I moved from o2 because of how simply shocking they are. EE are the best network for a reason. You pay for what you get and on o2, you’ll get nothing !!!

    @O2 your systems dont work. Just had eligible followed by declined for replacement phone. Can see others have the same issue.

    @waynetuckwell @O2 It's honestly ridiculous. I've given up on them now I don't think they'll fix it. I was with O2 before it was even O2 but this last year has been nothing short of shambolic. If it's not full 5g giving me 5mb/s it's the fact I cannot look at my own accounts.

    @GreggsOfficial @o2 app machine not working in my local Greggs so had to pay full price for my coffee (had saved the £1 treat for today) and also lost out on the Greggs point when paying full price 😩😡
