Managed to free myself from the main stream phone 📞 provider. However #giffgaff using @O2 means my signal 📡 now drops out. 📴 🤔

@O2 could you help please? Just tried to upgrade tariff on an account that is up for renewal on 28/3/21. Tariff has upgraded successfully but it still says on my o2 contract will end 28/3/21

@O2 It won’t even load your link the signal is that poor! Both me and my wife are on O2 and she’s the same. WiFi is an issue as we don’t have it. I will have to change provider I think as this isn’t great at all

@O2 hi guys. I’ve been a customer with you for over 13 years and the way that I have been treated today is beyond insane. I am so unhappy with the way that my calls (plural) have been dealt with. I’ve spent 4 hours on the phone today for nothing. Thanks
