    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone Iโ€™ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! Itโ€™s like having dial up on my phone!

    @O2 morning! What time does your customer service open? I need to change direct debit details ASAP. My late Dads number is in my name but because Iโ€™ve closed his bank account the money wonโ€™t come out now - need to get it fixed before the DD date of the 3rd and only just realised

    Wow. Another day trying to get any kind of usable 4g on the dogshit network that is @O2 in Skegness. Abysmal service.

    @O2 I'm trying to sign up for a SIM card online but when it goes to verify my identity with my card it doesn't work. I've used both my cards but they're not working

    Thanks for the update of not having signal for two days @O2 โ€ฆ.. been waiting for a phone call for two days and now been informed they tried to contact me. Iโ€™ve had ZERO signal for the past 24 hours and counting and no one told me. ยฃ70 a month for a load of ****

    @O2 @virginmedia @Virgin CEO Lutz Schueler Deadlock letter has now been received although it completely does not address my actual complaint and the reported resolution is factually incorrect. Just shows the total lack of respect shown to a 20 year loyal customer

    Looking for resolution from @O2 been having ongoing signal and network problems since joining in December 2025. Live in EN1, Enfield. Complaint after complaint and still no resolution. Why pay for a service if we are not receiving it. Canโ€™t make basic calls in our own home!

    @O2 Hi, are you having issues in the LN11 area (Louth, Lincolnshire)? The service checker says it's perfect 5G, but it really isn't! People are talking about it on the FB community pages. You can't get on banking apps, send or receive on WhatsApp or Messenger, nothing at all!

    I got tickets for today to ariana but I'm having a panic attack, I didn't realise how steep the nosebleeds section is. O2 staff said they couldn't help me. Is there anyone at all who can help? Even lower down in the nosebleeds is fine, any help would be ok ๐Ÿ™ @O2 @TeamAriana
