    Managed to free myself from the main stream phone 📞 provider. However #giffgaff using @O2 means my signal 📡 now drops out. 📴 🤔

    @O2 morning! What time does your customer service open? I need to change direct debit details ASAP. My late Dads number is in my name but because I’ve closed his bank account the money won’t come out now - need to get it fixed before the DD date of the 3rd and only just realised

    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    Wow. Another day trying to get any kind of usable 4g on the dogshit network that is @O2 in Skegness. Abysmal service.

    @O2 appalling service. Cannot access online account, held on the phone for over an hour and cannot make payment either? Now you issue a penalty for non payment! Cant wait to quit the contract.

    The service in Richmond is so crap I can’t work out whether it’s the area or @O2. I cant even send iMessage using data inside my house it’s ridiculous. What network provider has better coverage pls. I’m cancelling this contract today

    @SophiePrestonHa @O2 Try the Telephone Preference Service. It doesn't always work, you can report the callers but the TPS can't always trace the company. As I have found out several times!

    @O2 @ad_moran4 O2 have the Worst customer service, don’t bother. I think I’ve wasted over 10 hours in the last year trying to speak to someone.
