    @O2 morning! What time does your customer service open? I need to change direct debit details ASAP. My late Dads number is in my name but because I’ve closed his bank account the money won’t come out now - need to get it fixed before the DD date of the 3rd and only just realised

    Managed to free myself from the main stream phone 📞 provider. However #giffgaff using @O2 means my signal 📡 now drops out. 📴 🤔

    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    I'm not surprised @O2 is the worst rated complaint company. 6th March open an account with Virgin Media. 22th went on holiday, O2 just decided without notice to close the account. Been back for over a month, calling O2 every single day, complaints and fraud, nothing. Any help?

    @O2 O2 refuse to accommodate customer needs re: payment dates. The data allowance is appalling for PAYG users, and the coverage is poor also. Cue the ‘sorry you feel that way‘ dismissal from O2.

    @O2 why do I waste my time. Being loyal to a network that I can't trust to work when I need it... Been having this problem for years.. complain a couple of years ago and got feed some BS from your customer service team.. just not good enough... Obviously loyalty means nothing 😡

    @O2 I have transferred to o2 but my number transfer hasn't been scheduled (I entered all of the details correctly and it's on the system). It's very difficult to get help with this. Can you help?

    @O2 why has signal and service dropped so much since you joined up with @virginmedia?? Used to love O2 as customer service was great. Prices go up service gets less.
