    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    @o2 is by far the worst network in Cornwall. Awful coverage. Internet is so slow it doesn't work. Vodafone and EE are fine though. Starting to regret changing networks

    @O2 you’ve cut me off for not paying my bill, yet it was paid. Your customer services phone number terminated the call no matter what option is selected and your web chat doesn’t work. Is Twitter really the place to do this?

    @O2 Trying to change my billing date but your website keeps changing to a blank white page. Tried in Chrome and Firefox. Previously when trying this I ended up in an endless loop with no resolution so can't seem to change it.

    Why is the 4G signal so slow and bad - I’ve really noticed in the UK is really works quickly and every image remains pixelated. And thoughts @O2 I mean I know you like charging £60+ a month but could I have a service at least
