@O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

@O2 can you please tell me why when I am less than 30 miles from London in a built up area, I literally can get no 5g,4g or 3g data signal. Phone is less than a year old. The suspicious part of me thinks you're restricting the service

@DerChem @ThreeUK @O2 Yup. Three were never the best full package but they offered great service, good roaming and non of the 'extra benefits' like discount cinema tickets you actually do end up paying for. Was very happy with them for a long time. Big shame.

@O2 there's a problem on your network? I haven't been able to access the internet for about a week now on 4G or 3G in my area (SE12), it can't be my phone as I and the wife are on o2, (I use android and she uses iPhone.)

@o2 @virginmedia I need help trying to get my #Volt benefits. I've tried the website which redirects to the app. I tried the app which tells to call 202. I call 202 & get partly through the call (yesterday even spoke to a human) & then I get disconnected. What can I do? 😥

@IthicaHawk Having exactly the same issues with @ThreeUK . Been with them over 10 years. They have no interest in retaining me, so I'll check out @O2 since they still offer the Go Roam abroad.
