  @O2 morning! What time does your customer service open? I need to change direct debit details ASAP. My late Dads number is in my name but because I’ve closed his bank account the money won’t come out now - need to get it fixed before the DD date of the 3rd and only just realised

  @O2 I am tired of using your My Network app to report no service, only to get a "Our network monitoring system hasn’t currently identified any issues at this location" SMS back. There is NO DATA in AL5 2RU - the centre of Harpenden town - for several months. It needs fixing!!!

  @_unidropout @O2 I'm on Tesco Mobile (wife works in their pharmacy so it's a steal) have definitely been noticing. Got a new SIM and had the antenna checked thinking it was a fault at my end. Can't set foot outside a town centre and retain signal lately. Nightmare.
