@O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

Managed to free myself from the main stream phone 📞 provider. However #giffgaff using @O2 means my signal 📡 now drops out. 📴 🤔

@O2 I'd like a phone menu that is easy to use. I'd like to speak to a person when I select 'technical support', rather than be told to use an app that doesn't answer my question. I'd like you to pay for a larger number of staff so that I'm not always left on hold for half an hour.

Once again no data roaming for me since I moved to a sim only card @O2 WHY?! I’ve called a few days ago to resolve this ahead of travelling again and the advice was to try out the different service providers. Here I am. Tried them all out. No dice

@O2 you saying ur improving the signal in Bristol city centre yet for months in end as soon as u get in town centre your phone becomes useless so obviously someone lying about improving the service didn’t know it was ok to pay for something and not get to use it
