@O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

@O2 morning! What time does your customer service open? I need to change direct debit details ASAP. My late Dads number is in my name but because I’ve closed his bank account the money won’t come out now - need to get it fixed before the DD date of the 3rd and only just realised

Just had some excellent customer service from @O2 although they couldnt offer me what i was really looking for it was a better service provided than my current provider @ThreeUK has given.

2/4 Finally sorted Wednesday in shop. Email from insurance on Friday for me to cancel 'IMEI'with @O2. Called O2 again Saturday to cancel IMEI (insurance & O2 seem to not speak to each other). As soon as IMEI cancelled so was my Sim. Rang again to ask to lift it so i could use Sim

@O2 - I'm being over charged on 2 new O2 contracts but it is impossible to talk to them to resolve the matter as their automated call system just cuts you off. What do I have to do to speak to someone ? Useless customer service !
