    @O2 morning! What time does your customer service open? I need to change direct debit details ASAP. My late Dads number is in my name but because I’ve closed his bank account the money won’t come out now - need to get it fixed before the DD date of the 3rd and only just realised

    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    Managed to free myself from the main stream phone 📞 provider. However #giffgaff using @O2 means my signal 📡 now drops out. 📴 🤔

    It’s absolutely unbelievable that normally my internet with @O2 is rubbish and now I have been since Friday night with no signal at all. Unable to receive calls or to use internet if is not WiFi around. I can’t wait to leave this company ASAP

    @bfafleck @O2 My 02 signal’s not the best either. I don’t know what they’re playing at just lately. I’ve been with 02 for years and it’s never been this bad and i’m not in the sticks either.

    @O2 Yes, my network do return to 5g when I step outside my house, but inside is 3g and I am struggling to browse with the network when I’m in…😫😫😫😫😫

    Nearly 2 weeks now & the @O2 mast near #Lamberhurst still down so no signal in #Wadhurst. Disastrous for workers at home, SMEs & sole traders like me in area packed with us, not great for general public either. Come on O2, get your act together, it's 2022.

    @FungusmunchCA @O2 Even if you do get through after all that, they’ll just hang up on you anyway. We had to actually go into the store. O2 can’t handle bare minimum of customer service!
