    Managed to free myself from the main stream phone 📞 provider. However #giffgaff using @O2 means my signal 📡 now drops out. 📴 🤔

    Wow. Another day trying to get any kind of usable 4g on the dogshit network that is @O2 in Skegness. Abysmal service.

    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    @O2 trying to correct my DoB on my contract seems to be beyond O2 ability. 6 days in, countless calls to customer service, visits to local O2 store and logging a complaint and still no closer to a resolution.

    @O2 my SIM has been deactivated early before my replacement arrived. I was told I’d keep service until I inserted the new SIM, but I now have no signal at all and cannot call support. Please urgently reactivate my old SIM

    Where's my refund @O2? Absolutely disgusting that you tell me I'm getting a refund and 14days later I still don't have it. Also you are going to owe me for this month too as you still haven't replaced the mast so it still doesn't work most of the time! #evidenceforombudsman

    @O2 Happens at your call centres in Mumbai daily. Stop tjem from selling. Or move call centres away from Mumbai. Its long been suspected data agents get their information from these call centres. And as you dont have an O2 official stationed permanently in Mumbai trust is an issue

    @olive_blacklab @O2 Not ideal. I’m sick of it. Theres next to no reception at mum’s on any network, and at home I show 5G but data never works and calls are poor quality.

    @O2 Thanks phone not working in hospital so on a kindle will deal with this when I get out of hospital in a ton of pain right now
