    @O2 I've been trying to get hold of the pay as you go help number +44 7860 980202 and its constantly "busy on another call". Is there another number I can try?

    @O2 WTF, you switch over my business phone before checking that I've got your SIM. Then you can't even divert my phone to my business phone line in less than 24 hours. Then it will take another 24 hours to connect my Sim & you can't even guarantee that I will get it tomorrow!!

    @O2 I have been through all that. It is a mast issue but it has taken over six weeks and no end in sight.
