@O2 bit baffled as to how 4 different people can get something so wrong and then the supervisor is rude enough to just close the ticket with no outcome! Guess that’s what you get for being a long term customer, fobbed off dire customer service with 0 compensation for time wasted.

@O2 utterly appalling coverage in WN postcodes for several days now yet your coverage checker claims everything is wonderful indoors and out. STOP TELLING LIES! THIS WAS SUPPOSEDLY BEING SORTED OUT ON 12 JULY AS THE PROBLEM WAS 'CAPACITY' IF ANYTHING ITS GOT WORSE. O2 - LIARS
