@O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

@O2 morning! What time does your customer service open? I need to change direct debit details ASAP. My late Dads number is in my name but because I’ve closed his bank account the money won’t come out now - need to get it fixed before the DD date of the 3rd and only just realised

Absolutely horrendous service from @O2 in Plymouth City Centre! Internet is non existent and on calls I sound terrible to the other end. It’s 2022 in a big city and this is what you provide?!

@O2 was told by @virginmedia that I had no phone coverage due to a problem with one of your masts just checked the network checker and looks like it's fixed and still no coverage? I have 2 virgin media contracts so it makes no sense that one is working and the other one isn't??
