    @O2 morning! What time does your customer service open? I need to change direct debit details ASAP. My late Dads number is in my name but because I’ve closed his bank account the money won’t come out now - need to get it fixed before the DD date of the 3rd and only just realised

    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    Managed to free myself from the main stream phone 📞 provider. However #giffgaff using @O2 means my signal 📡 now drops out. 📴 🤔

    Hi @EE. My calls have been dropping quite frequently since switching from @O2 in January (never had a problem before). Are there any known issues in the Cardiff area? Had both vaccine jabs now (Pfizer) and am really hoping this isn’t causing the issue. Thanks.

    I’m on one today..... I’ve totally had enough of @TheO2 retail and customer service is absolutely shocking they can’t process a iwatch how hard can it be 3 times they’ve messed it up 3 times!!!!!!!! #o2 @O2

    Anyone else have shocking signal with @O2 in Linwood?! 1 bar all the time 2 at a push if I’m having a lucky day, can’t phone out or take incoming calls cause the signal is that crap! Pay £49 a month for a phone that I can’t even use! So frustrating!!

    @O2 But why state two prices? I don't need a sim. So I'm giving you 15 quid for nothing. Surely if I am already a customer with you that should be enough? Why say its 175 but then when it goes to the till its more. Why not just put 194?

    @O2 your staff are disrespectful and rude. When I asked to make a complaint your agent just said “yeah good luck with that!” And terminated the call. You want £200 from me. More than happy to pay. But will a member of management call me for the money

    @O2 HI there, I've been trying to get in touch regarding my O2 mobile. As I'm getting dozens of calls from mobile numbers and text off mobile numbers pretending to be businesses. I get around 4 or 5 a day which is worrying. Please can you help. Thanks.
