    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    Hi @O2 I have rung several times now to cancel a phone with a SIM card. I returned the phone and cancelled the sim but I am still being charged for the sim and I have received no refund for the phone😔any help without having to ring again!?

    @O2 in the uk absolutely disgusting level of service from yr so called on the phone gurus! 5days,3/4 calls a day my issue not resolved! 1 hour in store,issue sorted.

    @O2 Happy to. Appears I am not alone in discovering one’s tariff does not include emojis (54p) or more than 160 chars. I don’t need either but if your service dept spend their days explaining this to customers, clearly we are not alerted sufficiently at point of sale.

    @O2 @GreggsOfficial Never mind the sausage roll, I’ve been calling O2 since the offices closed about paying for a phone that stopped working months ago. The phone was paid off but the money still is taken. When do the phones get answered?

    Cont.. Day 1 - Spent 30mins at an @O2 store trying to get my phone number transferred over (O2 to O2). Was told it was done - it wasn’t Day 2 - Spent abt 20mins at the same @O2 store trying to have the same issue resolved. Was told it was now resolved - it wasn’t Gets worse..
