    Managed to free myself from the main stream phone 📞 provider. However #giffgaff using @O2 means my signal 📡 now drops out. 📴 🤔

    @O2 mobile data connection has completely stopped for internet searching / websites. WiFi is intermittent. Apps well Facebook updates can anyone help? Moto g 5g plus. No support at all going through website. Thank you Sarah

    @O2 But I can’t use a service I’m paying for? Barely get 3G and 4g here aswell so I don’t see how that will help

    @O2 The lady was less than polite. I posted it in the supplied packaging in perfect condition. If the screen was cracked, I would have declared this in the quote questionnaire.I have 4 separate contracts with yourself at the moment but am feeling very let down by this whole process.

    @O2 My phone has just been stolen. I've run home to report it, but your helpline has a 45-minute wait, and I've been locked out of my online account. This is so poor.

    @viixtorriiaa @Katieb2004 @O2 Mine arrived today. Just setting it up now. I was going to cancel yesterday and ended up being busy and didn’t get round to doing it and then got an email last night saying it was being delivered today

    @O2 I have no ability to cancel it through the my extras its a minimum term till june! Bit annoyed as i never opted for this to be added so why has this happened? Whats the best number to call as chat isn’t available it seems
