    @O2 morning! What time does your customer service open? I need to change direct debit details ASAP. My late Dads number is in my name but because I’ve closed his bank account the money won’t come out now - need to get it fixed before the DD date of the 3rd and only just realised

    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    Have you read the reviews on Play Store of your app @O2?! 🤔 Since the latest update, just like me, everyone seems to hate it and has the same problems I do - it's a Crap App now tbh!! Time to sort out the issues or delete it completely... like I have!! 👋 #o2 #App #phones

    @O2 im getting fed up with you keep cutting my mobile phone off the last 3-4 months in a row..My bill is due on 29th every month..but u cut my phone off in 48 hours??..what gives??..usually i get a week to pay my bills before anything gets cut..but you guys cut everything in 48 hours🤬..when my contract is up next year im done with you lot..unless i get chance to pay the bill up early...customer service is rubbish as well..i will be moving to another operator..after 20+ years with u as well..shame...
