@O2 I think it is absolutely ridiculous how you’ve made it impossible to get through to someone over the phone for help. There isn’t even a live chat option anymore. I will be leaving o2 over this. My phone isn’t working and I can’t even get any help . What a joke you’ve become

@O2 Busier than usual but I shouldn’t get cut off after 18 minutes of waiting. Can you arrange for someone to call me or give me an email address please? I have tried the tips however still poor signal. When I was on another network provider I never had these problems! @02

@O2 for contacting you people demand payment before I'm spoken to, after going around the houses for almost 3 hours on my wife's no. we was told the problem was fixed "just turn your phone of and on again", that's 3 renewals with another provider February, can't come quick enough
