    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    @O2 Everywhere, at work I’ve always had best signal and fast loading what ever app I use, merging with virgin was a big mistake as they have loads issues with their broadband

    @O2 one week in to a 24 month contract with you and I literally can’t take the awful signal anymore, and I’m 15 miles from London not in the countryside, had no hassle the last 4 years on ee but this is just sub standard at best, can I get out of my contract ?

    @O2 Hi guys, I’m currently in Greece and my roaming isn’t working. When I call 202 it send me to the My02 app, when I access the app it’s saying I am not in the country and can’t use the app. I’m stuck and need help asap!!

    @craigbromley @O2 Have the exact same problem and on your website @O2 it’s still saying it’s in stock spoke to an adviser earlier who said system is showing plenty of stock so why the delay?
