@O2 I assume the phone upgrade journey via the My O2 app wasn't tested properly as it gets stuck in a loop trying to verify some new virgin media credentials (via email magic link and SMS OTP). It then crashes out back on the O2 site and your basket is gone. Really poor!

@Graham_Neil @O2 Same thing happened to my brother and sister in law. O2 take no responsibility for allowing these things to happen and even ‘locked’ the phones down only to allow hackers to access them again. Now say they are responsible for all charges! Disgusting company

I called @O2 to cancel my contract. I asked multiple times if I’d be charged again — your operator told me “no.” Yet today, money has STILL been taken from my account 💸. This is unacceptable. You reassured me there’d be no more charges, and then did the complete opposite.

@O2 No network outages. No long weekend. Just a regular Thursday. Yet im on hold for 30 minutes listening to"We apologise for the wait, we are extremely busy" when calling into your customer care line. In what world is it ok to make customers wait this long? Understaffed!
