    @O2 morning! What time does your customer service open? I need to change direct debit details ASAP. My late Dads number is in my name but because I’ve closed his bank account the money won’t come out now - need to get it fixed before the DD date of the 3rd and only just realised

    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    @virginmedia @O2 For the past few weeks as I’ve been using the WiFi it will just suddenly disconnect, can still watch the tv just fine. But yesterday it went down for about 3hours.
