    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    @O2 morning! What time does your customer service open? I need to change direct debit details ASAP. My late Dads number is in my name but because I’ve closed his bank account the money won’t come out now - need to get it fixed before the DD date of the 3rd and only just realised

    @O2 @LutzSchueler (2/2) I took out a new contract to see if that might fix. It hasn't. Now your CS phone rep's saying I would have to pay £20pm to connect to network and is making baseless claim that I got refused because I failed credit check. At wits end & want to leave O2 now.

    @O2 hey o2 wanna sort your customer services team out just been hung up on after being on hold for an hour. Tried the online chat been on there for 4 hours and noones helping they just keep leaving the chats before even saying anything piss take

    @mister___ran @O2 I concur. They fkd my credit rating. (Now sorted) but had to extend my car lease as credit rating was bad due to there mistake. I wanted to replace my car not extend lease. They offered £250 ffs! Took 6 months to sort!! I have rejected the £250 total insult.

    @EnigmaAkila @O2 I've had this issues for weeks now. I've had three phone calls that resulted in them saying they couldn't do anything. They sent me into a store and they had no idea about it either and reffered me back. I'm now waiting in my fourth call. It's maddening.

    O2 serious issue…utter mess caused by @O2 has been escalated to complaints and copied to CEO yet all in getting is told to go back to customer care/retentions, which they say is incorrect, via multiple copy and paste AI emails which ignore everything in saying! Help!
