    Managed to free myself from the main stream phone 📞 provider. However #giffgaff using @O2 means my signal 📡 now drops out. 📴 🤔

    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    So now @O2 have gone from telling me “it can take up to 24hrs for a new SIM card to activate” which is strange, because it’s literally swapping the number over, to them totally ignoring me. #Poor

    @virginmedia @O2 You’re customer services are so rude! The woman just hung the phone up on me because I asked her, politely, to stop interrupting me so that I could actually give an answer to her questions. She clearly doesn’t want to be doing her job.

    @virginmedia @O2 @TheOlDavenport Same old virgin media. I just don't get why you have a chat service on here and on your website as you can't do anything on Twitter to help all you say is, have you got an open complaint. Then the website chat service doesn't even work. You are crap end of.

    @O2 absolutely rubbish customer service …. On hold for near 30 mins to try and sort a faulty 2 day old watch and still not fixed!! Absolute joke !!!
