    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    @O2 morning! What time does your customer service open? I need to change direct debit details ASAP. My late Dads number is in my name but because I’ve closed his bank account the money won’t come out now - need to get it fixed before the DD date of the 3rd and only just realised

    Wow. Another day trying to get any kind of usable 4g on the dogshit network that is @O2 in Skegness. Abysmal service.

    Hi, I have recently joined @O2 on PAYG and topped up and ported my number in. Why am I getting an error when trying to log in to Priority followed by a text message telling me to top up to continue enjoying Priority? I am a new customer.

    @kokeshimum @O2 Same here. Switched over to o2 a couple of years ago and its the worst network ive been on. Can’t get signal anywhere and rarely get 5g

    @kokeshimum @O2 Yep, I live in Milnrow, signal is fine there but if I drive up Huddersfield road or Todmorden road the signal completely disappears. It’s hilarious when they add another number to the “G” when some places in the U.K. haven’t event got 1G.

    @O2 Is there something wrong with the signal around YO32 area? 2 bars of 4G isn’t enough for an email, text or Messenger connection.

    @pmw_77 @scampaboy @O2 Best ever yesterday. Absolutely no phone signal at Manchester airports brand new terminal 2. Could not connect to wifi. Couldn’t access tickets to check in for our flights. Had to go and stand outside to get a ******* signal. 😭

    @kokeshimum @O2 Without being disrespectful to Cambodia, we had 5G and no problems. Presumably in this country, it all comes down to money.
