@O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

Managed to free myself from the main stream phone 📞 provider. However #giffgaff using @O2 means my signal 📡 now drops out. 📴 🤔

Since @o2 have merged with @Virgin the Mobile phone service has dramatically went down Hill, customer service is non existent it's typical of a Richard Branson company take your money and run they don't care about customers

3rd failed attempt to get a PAC code so I can port my number (due to O2's repeated "system issues"), resulted in my call accidentally being merged with several other customers. Shout out to everyone else on the call, it was fun while it lasted! @O2 @Offcom #EpicFail #IT #doh

@O2 I’d like to cancel my contract then please as I’m not paying you anymore to never have signal I cannot justify paying you I have checked your network links and it’s says my signal is good so I’d like to cancel with you I’m fed up of not being able to ever use my phone out!! 😡

@O2 I cancel my order and reorders new phone was promise for a different courier only to get the same Dhl Now Over 3 weeks and 5 attempts off them them cancelling my delivery for a different days. I am so disappointed in the service I have received from o2.
