Managed to free myself from the main stream phone 📞 provider. However #giffgaff using @O2 means my signal 📡 now drops out. 📴 🤔

@O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

@O2 Fantastic I bought them from you, online and am still paying for them. Have taken them to an iPhone approved service centre and they have said it’s a hardware fault and they said to speak to Apple who I spoke to and they have confirmed it sounds like a hardware issue.

@O2 upgrade and see if my connection issues are fixed if I upgrade. My internet and signal are so poor when I’m not connected to the internet that I cannot make calls or texts in certain areas that only have 4G.
