    @O2 Well for the 100th time, 4G is slower than dial up ever was and despite having full signal or so my phone shows when ever I make or get a call the person on the other end can’t ever hear me. This has been going on for the best part of a year if not longer. And I always get fobbed

    @O2 day 11 & still no contact from the fraud team! o2 do not care about their customers! I am a victim of fraud which was reported immediately & I have been given no support & lied to. As well as billed for this fraudulent act. I’ve never been treated so badly by a company!

    I’m still smarting from my experience with @O2 yesterday!! They asked the name if my FIRST pet but the correct security question was just “name of pet”. Failed security (one chance) then put on hold forever. Do they appreciate how infuriating that is with no signal / 4G? 🤬🤬

    @O2 The sim is 2 and a half years old I believe and I’m unable to test it elsewhere. My signal is either a really weak 1 bar or no signal at all where it used to be at least 2 bars

    @O2 I requested a Number change on Tuesday and still have nothing. No signal, no internet. no number. Very disappointed it’s taking this long.
