@O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

It’s absolutely disgusting that my network has been failing for months with @O2 and despite numerous methods of contact and complaints they are still fobbing me off with crap excuses and NOT dealing with my complaint. I have 100s of screen shots of YOUR network failing!! 😡

@O2 Day 15 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

I have been a mobile phone customer with @O2 for several years now but for last year or so, the reception in Harrow Weald has been really bad. I am considering leaving if they dont sort it out.
