@O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

Managed to free myself from the main stream phone 📞 provider. However #giffgaff using @O2 means my signal 📡 now drops out. 📴 🤔

@O2 fix your god damn network. You're holding me ransom with a device plan that I agreed to BEFORE your network became terrible and as you say "busy" (I say you're charging the same for less product). I'm fed up of your terrible customer service. @Ofcom complaint has been sent.

@O2 What’s point of this service if it takes 48 hours to reply to every message? Your live chat is the same, start to deal with an issue but then they cut the chat off when they finish for the evening. 2 weeks I’ve not had service (your error)and tried to contact you every day.

@O2 hi guys just did a click and collect order for today to collect my upgrade, did all the checks and said it was in stock. Went through with the order to then receive an email saying I can't collect today. Can I cancel that order please if I can't get it today.

@O2 more shocking customer service. Clearly states “fair for existing and new customers” however, existing customers can only add the switch up plan if they pay off their current phone or upgrade early.. how is that fair?? 14 years with o2 and shafted again. Only care about new
