@O2 I'm on holiday. Mainly use wi-fi at home. Never use my data, text or minutes allowance. I only need data when I am away with no hotel access to internet. Carrying forward allowances should be available.

I assume we’re not paying a full months bill this month then @O2! Off until 23rd Feb with no warning of an outage! Your service is woeful!

@O2 are just ****. Absolutely ****. Placed an order on Friday and no one seems to know anything about it. They have credit checked me. And the only way to sort it is to sit on hold for ******* ever because none of their staff are allowed to message each other apparently. Shite.

@O2 I now haven't had working data or outgoing texts for over 6 weeks, with multiple phone calls and visits to the local o2 shop - waiting on a trouble ticket response but this is getting ridiculous! I really like o2 but sort it out....
