    @O2 I'm on holiday. Mainly use wi-fi at home. Never use my data, text or minutes allowance. I only need data when I am away with no hotel access to internet. Carrying forward allowances should be available.

    @O2 Hi O2 , this is still ongoing !!! Received a text a week ago to say the issue was resolved and the signal worked for less than a few hours then went off again . This is an absolute joke , just shy of a month with no signal

    Super annoyed with @O2 why ask a customer if they'd prefer to be emailed or phoned if you're going to ignore them???? When I said I wanted to be emailed it's because I knew I wouldn't be able to answer the phone.
