@O2 I'm on holiday. Mainly use wi-fi at home. Never use my data, text or minutes allowance. I only need data when I am away with no hotel access to internet. Carrying forward allowances should be available.

@O2 Trying to cancel anything with o2/virgin media is just beyond a joke. Can’t cancel online. Can’t cancel in the shop. Have to fone them. Can hardly hear anything for the noise in the background. Ridiculous

@Moonheid1 @teejwxm @O2 I saw this documentary once about a guy with no phone who got into distress, so he sent his dog to get help. Lassie I think the mutt was called. Feels like this guy should be training his chihuahua up rather than moaning on twitter.

@O2 How can you report a network issue on your status page when the area doesn't have a postcode and you can't geo locate because you don't have a data service?
