    @O2 is there a help desk I can call? I am paying more for my phone still than what was originally agreed at the start of my contract. I was told I'd get discount as I work for Bupa. My bill is still over £40 per month and it is not what I signed up to. Really unhappy.

    @O2 I'm on holiday. Mainly use wi-fi at home. Never use my data, text or minutes allowance. I only need data when I am away with no hotel access to internet. Carrying forward allowances should be available.

    @O2 hello, for 2 weeks now signal and 4g has hardly been working in Southport. My battery is drained within 5 hours because 4g is trying to find the network to connect. This is happening to a few people. Are there any works in progress? Thanks

    o2 please fix o2 priority presales for the love of god I cannot count on one hand anymore how many times I’ve gotten to the front of the queue for there to be no presale and it just takes me to the event listing and it just happened again with adéla FIX IT @O2

    @wheat_daddy @O2 Government should start imposing meaty fines on all network providers not providing reasonable rural coverage! Plenty of masts around here but they’re basically all dialed down to save on energy costs!
