@O2 I'm on holiday. Mainly use wi-fi at home. Never use my data, text or minutes allowance. I only need data when I am away with no hotel access to internet. Carrying forward allowances should be available.

@O2 is there a help desk I can call? I am paying more for my phone still than what was originally agreed at the start of my contract. I was told I'd get discount as I work for Bupa. My bill is still over £40 per month and it is not what I signed up to. Really unhappy.

@O2 You didn't help did you. You just replied in private basically saying- look at the pitiful complaint Angela Haddington gave you and that is our final stance. £30 for debt threats, miss selling, no data or service, no resolution or timescales, failed callbacks. #shocking

@O2 I'd settle for O2 fixing their phone masts. For over a fortnight now, I've been unable to make phone calls or send/ receive texts due to poor phone signal. Your network status says there is a phone mast down in my area and your operators just say "we're working on it". 1/2
