    @O2 Please listen to what people are telling you, I was dead on 10am and trying for tickets, I was waiting watching the countdown. Something has gone wrong here. Tickets are being sold for hundreds yet people had the same problem as me

    @O2 terrible service on live chat, they ignore what you say and then to resolve an app problem ask for so many details! Expecting them to ask my blood type and time of birth next!

    @O2 are the worst network I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with in the 20+ years I’ve had a mobile phone. Two months trying to sort a simple issue, multiple rude customer representatives, double charged for a service we don’t use and almost impossible to secure a refund!
