@O2 I'm on holiday. Mainly use wi-fi at home. Never use my data, text or minutes allowance. I only need data when I am away with no hotel access to internet. Carrying forward allowances should be available.

Very disappointed in @O2. No signal or data for two years. Because I’ve put up with it this long apparently I’m lying. Apparently there is an error with the mast, can’t tell me when it will be fixed. Won’t uphold my complaint but offer me credit for 3 months.

@O2 I have not been rude to anyone in O2. I only wish to be treated fairly. I want to resolve my complaint. I don't want to spend hours and days chasing this up, trying to find a single person to speak to in order to finalise this
