    @O2 I've been going around in circles on your website trying to find out how to cancel a sim only contract I've been signed up to as part of a virgin bundle ... very frustrating. Trying to charge me £10 a month for a sim I'm not even going to use. HOW DO I CANCEL THIS?

    @O2 I have already done all of that. Your advisors back in august said there was an issue in my area being looked at. We are now in December and it’s worse

    @O2 poor form,wanted to get a deal today,upgrade my watch and phone,been a customer of over 25 years and spoke with upgrade team, nothing,just the stock deals,didn’t even seem to want my custom,think that’ll be me done 🙈
