@O2 I'm on holiday. Mainly use wi-fi at home. Never use my data, text or minutes allowance. I only need data when I am away with no hotel access to internet. Carrying forward allowances should be available.

@O2 data is so slow on both 3G and 4G - it’s taking 2 mins to load a webpage on 4G and the 3G ones are just not loading at all. Network checker says area is busy but I can’t use my phone at all really as nothing is loading?

@O2 recently delivered reconditioned iPhone X voice calls poor quality. People on other end of line says my voice fades in and out or like under water. Calling from my house. No similar problem with old iPhone (5s). How do I seek help. Can’t call you because you won’t hear me!

@tiffstevenson @O2 Serbia's network doesn't enter into mutual roaming agreements with anyone else's networks, so those other networks pay enormous fees to Serbia for use of its network.
