    @O2 is there a help desk I can call? I am paying more for my phone still than what was originally agreed at the start of my contract. I was told I'd get discount as I work for Bupa. My bill is still over £40 per month and it is not what I signed up to. Really unhappy.

    @O2 I'm on holiday. Mainly use wi-fi at home. Never use my data, text or minutes allowance. I only need data when I am away with no hotel access to internet. Carrying forward allowances should be available.

    @O2 I’ve received a new pay as you go sim yesterday but it’s IMPOSSIBLE TO TOP UP. The app and website say ‘error, try again later’. By phone the ‘payment is unsuccessful’. It’s been two days! I can’t use my phone if you don’t allow me to top up. Please help

    @O2 @WhichUK @NBCWatchdog is it me or are o2 ‘sorry about this’ very often on twitter? However they still don’t fix or do what they say they are going to do? Maybe I ring again today and have a fresh new lie for the weekend!! What be fresh, be same one used 4 times before!

    @O2 Yes, My bank said straight away are you with O2 , they said lots of customers complaining since 7pm last night and it’s a known issue yes I have tried restarting my phone
