@O2 I'm on holiday. Mainly use wi-fi at home. Never use my data, text or minutes allowance. I only need data when I am away with no hotel access to internet. Carrying forward allowances should be available.

After over an hour on hold to @O2 customer support for an issue that can only be dealt with via phone (and still no answer), I have decided to make my way to a shop and cancel all three of my contracts. I’ve been a customer for over 15 years. Disgraceful service levels #o2

@ryanstanley22 @O2 I hear you. I’ve been with O2 since ‘96, the good old Cellnet days, and the service has been getting progressively worse. From best to appalling. Shocking that one of the biggest towns in the county has such rubbish signal, can’t even make a call in the middle of the high street.

@O2 | why is there no network at all where I work despite the fact that your network checker along with other third party network coverage checkers showing I can get 4G inside?? All other networks seem to work fine.
