@O2 I'm on holiday. Mainly use wi-fi at home. Never use my data, text or minutes allowance. I only need data when I am away with no hotel access to internet. Carrying forward allowances should be available.

@O2 once again blocked without any warning by o2. So fed up with the company and then they’re too busy to deal in customer service to sort it. Been with them since bt genie days, this is my last contract. Don’t give me covid excuses because that’s a cop out

@O2 Thank you for sorting this today. Feedback to people on phones about poor customer service and also that the AVR cuts you off and sends you to website unless you say ‘cancel my contract’ so not a great experience there either

@O2 I was told I could get a second line with a loyalty discount for being a customer for so long. After a couple of months the discount wasn’t applied. I called every month and it was added but then I was told there was no note of it so they wouldn’t apply it anymore...

To @O2 please please sort my 4G/WiFi calling out asap! This has also been switched off since resetting my contract! It says I have to call O2 but given poor telephone customer service and experience I don’t want to do that. Reception here appalling so need WiFi calling always.
