@O2 I'm on holiday. Mainly use wi-fi at home. Never use my data, text or minutes allowance. I only need data when I am away with no hotel access to internet. Carrying forward allowances should be available.

For approx 3 / 4 months @O2 networking team lied saying there is no network problems when everyone at home (5 phones) who are O2 users complained data is slow and doesn't load, and just Y'day a network engineer said sorry the antenna or mast not directed towards 1/2
