    @O2 I'm on holiday. Mainly use wi-fi at home. Never use my data, text or minutes allowance. I only need data when I am away with no hotel access to internet. Carrying forward allowances should be available.

    @O2 is there a help desk I can call? I am paying more for my phone still than what was originally agreed at the start of my contract. I was told I'd get discount as I work for Bupa. My bill is still over £40 per month and it is not what I signed up to. Really unhappy.

    I assume we’re not paying a full months bill this month then @O2! Off until 23rd Feb with no warning of an outage! Your service is woeful!

    @O2 you really need customer service training. Being told there’ll be no refund on a service that has been unreliable for a month and looks like it won’t be fixed any time soon is appalling. This mast in IG6 needs to fixed urgently now.

    @O2 … another moan about loss of signal. E2 London. All day & night no Wi-fi, 4G maybe and sometimes dropping into 3G. Status checker acknowledges there’s a mast problem but no updates. It may be a BH weekend but people still have to work!

    If @O2 have 90% or more mobile coverage of England, why do they engineer their network so that they have almost zero coverage of the train line from Guildford to London, which must be one of the busiest commuter lines? I don't think the other networks are better.

    @O2 I had an amazing first festival back at @Creamfields but why was your signal so ****? This is the first time I've been able to use my phone since Thursday afternoon! 🙈 Never had a problem before when I've been, just this year was so awful 😖

    @O2 Ok well now you have a reported issue! My device shows full signal & 3G/4G but there is often no service unless forced onto a different generation. Same with my wife's. This is not new - as I said it was the same years ago when I worked there (and I've upgraded my handset since)

    @O2 This has all been checked and I was due a phone call back which never happened. Instead I had to chase you. It’s not a network issue you yourselves have told me all recently new customers are facing this problem and you are working on it. 6 days in and you’ve not fixed it?

    @O2 what is going on with your service? Changed phones on Saturday but have had no calls or mobile data since yesterday lunchtime. No response on your chat service and can’t call customer services.
