@O2 I'm on holiday. Mainly use wi-fi at home. Never use my data, text or minutes allowance. I only need data when I am away with no hotel access to internet. Carrying forward allowances should be available.

@O2 @Apple Please please think twice about being with O2 we are long term customers who have had a problem changing over sims it’s been 5 days now without my husbands phone all we keep being told is there working on it can’t detail the problem . Don’t even off a solution or short term fix

Cannot wait to leave @O2 as a network!! I’ve never heard of a network giving you options to solve a problem as ridiculous as this, it’s because there service is s@&t! I mean turn off mobile data to 2g, which they charge you for! Then you should be able to make a call..

Waiting for @O2 phone and @DPDgroup_news completely mess up delivery. No attempt made to deliver and image not of my property! Absolutely useless. @O2 customer for years, you've disappointed me by using rubbish couriers!
