    I assume we’re not paying a full months bill this month then @O2! Off until 23rd Feb with no warning of an outage! Your service is woeful!

    @O2 my phone number was supposed to switch from Vodafone to O2 today but as of a few hours ago, my old Vodafone sim was deactivated but the O2 sim I’m using isn’t the number I wanted to keep… could you please help?

    @TomOwen18153132 @O2 I had a long convo with a customer service rep yesterday who kept saying the same robotic response about not having a clue how long it will take! I hit my six week mark yesterday!

    @O2 A week with no service and you expect me to pay for the entire month? Congratulations on losing a customer. My contract ends soon. I will also recommend to everyone I know to never use you. A nightmare 3 years with shocking service and customer service. Well done O2👏👏

    @BeccaCoughlanx @O2 This is standard with o2, think they just hood u shut up and go away. I tried to get ppl to complain, I have spoke to TV consumer rights program about my issues, hopefully I hear back from them soon.

    @jskemp76 @O2 Good luck with that, I tried that via ombudsman and was told ‘o2 don’t guarantee connection’. My local mast been as they put it ‘not working as it should’ for over a year! That means in normal English broken in some way.

    @O2 instead of seeing an improvement with the roll out of 5G my service home Marylebone to Buckinghamshire appears to be getting worse — it’s a mix of 3, 4 and some 5G in inner London, the 3G loads nothing so may as well@not be there — improvements soon?

    @O2 Still being passed around from department to department!!!! 30 minutes, what on earth is the problem??? All I want to do is increase my data allowance. Switching to another provider looks a good idea at the moment.

    @O2 i made a complaint on Friday about #02priority is false advertising im still waiting for a call back, ive called back again today to chase and been told they have 5 days to reply this is awful service and i was told on friday i would get a reply within 48 hours.!
