  @O2 I'm on holiday. Mainly use wi-fi at home. Never use my data, text or minutes allowance. I only need data when I am away with no hotel access to internet. Carrying forward allowances should be available.

  @O2 Any recommended times to call without being in an hour long queue? Why is not possible to cancel your plan or to switch to a pay as you go plan online but it is very possible to sign up to a new plan online?

  @O2 Contacted you guys at the weekend re upgrading my sim, as I was getting a new phone. Data stopped working on Monday, no matter where I am. Turned my device and mobile data off and on multiple times, nothing appears to work. Had this problem last year when I got a new sim as well.
