    I assume we’re not paying a full months bill this month then @O2! Off until 23rd Feb with no warning of an outage! Your service is woeful!

    @O2 I'm on holiday. Mainly use wi-fi at home. Never use my data, text or minutes allowance. I only need data when I am away with no hotel access to internet. Carrying forward allowances should be available.

    @O2 is there a help desk I can call? I am paying more for my phone still than what was originally agreed at the start of my contract. I was told I'd get discount as I work for Bupa. My bill is still over £40 per month and it is not what I signed up to. Really unhappy.

    @LadyMaher @HMRCcustomers @O2 The only thing they would do is ask you to block the number. If they breach the t&c, then the mobile network would deactivate the number. However this doesn’t stop the scammer from setting up a new number with the mobile network provider.

    been getting prank calls from an @O2 number. So Contacted O2 customer services to ask if they could contact their customer and ask them to stop. Nope, they can't be bothered, too lazy.

    @O2 Service is shocking, No signal as ongoing fault with mast in my area since January and Complaints team say they cant uphold my complaint as network not fault free! I expect it to work to a standard I signed up for!

    @iainmhepburn @O2 Exactly this! Switched from Virgin to O2 2 months ago and my phone has suddenly been inundated with spam texts. I've reported several and blocked but they just keep coming. I was with Virgin for 10 years and never got spam on the scale that I've been getting with 02.

    @O2 i have been trying to resolve a payment issue with your company, and am currently not in the UK but someone keeps hanging up on me after I have explained my delima and been transferred! I'll not accept any consequence or liability as u make is so difficult for me to resolve.

    @O2 THE BILL WAS PAID ON TIME & YOU EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED THAT!! MAYBE GIVE THIS INFORMATION TO THE CUSTOMER ABOUT RINGING OFF A RESTRICTED NUMBER 2729 OR GIVE CHOICE OF PAYING OR SPEAKING TO A HUMAN TO TELL YOU ABOUT YOUR ERROR!!!!!
