@O2 I'm on holiday. Mainly use wi-fi at home. Never use my data, text or minutes allowance. I only need data when I am away with no hotel access to internet. Carrying forward allowances should be available.

@O2 I have just switched upgraded my iPhone and switched to O2. Now I cannot send or receive sms from anyone not on the O2 network. I can’t get through to you on the phone and I have checked all possible guidance and tried lots of different hints. It’s cost me hours of my life!

@O2 Morning team, I checked after and the girl from the shop who set it up, didn't put a sim in the phone! Don't know what kind if problems this will cause now, but out of WiFi I can't use it at all and obviously can't use sms or normal calling.

@O2 Signal in Elms Vale Area of Dover is absolutely shocking, has been for months. Trying to get a text message through for online banking and nothing. Tried about 5 times. Not helpful at all 😠

@O2 so after 4 calls and promised you revert to my old contract and put my friends and family discount I am still waiting 3 days later. Each time I call told it will be done. Awful service - broken promises

@O2 help!! I've ported my number over to you and my temporary number now doesn't work. I can make outgoing calls but I can't receive any calls. I'm waiting on an urgent drs appointment and I can't receive the call? What do I do???
