    @O2 Yes I have email & text. It's been horrible not texting or calling , don't expect it when we only had this before Xmas, .

    @O2 I'm on holiday. Mainly use wi-fi at home. Never use my data, text or minutes allowance. I only need data when I am away with no hotel access to internet. Carrying forward allowances should be available.

    @O2 asking for payment. She has called again and was put on hold by a customer advisor. Who then after a few minutes hung up on my girlfriend. This is absolute appalling and customer service is beyond a joke. Sort this out.

The leave campaign promised there wasn't going to be roaming charges not the EC, and part of our freedom from the EU means private companies can charge differently for counties not in the EU.     @O2 It's not a change of mind. You don't provide a basic service allowing me to make calls and send texts. I don't live somewhere remote but there is no signal. Not having texts over wifi is a really poor service
