@O2 I'm on holiday. Mainly use wi-fi at home. Never use my data, text or minutes allowance. I only need data when I am away with no hotel access to internet. Carrying forward allowances should be available.

@O2 I HAVE and one wont work and you’re not responding on the other!!! Live chat won’t work and I’m having a severe episode with my cluster headaches one of the most painful conditions there is and can’t make a phone call. I’ve done everything and it’s never enough

@O2 I will cancel my current contract as in 14 day cooling off period and order a new phone with the discount. Its insane that @O2 cannot just agree a mistake was made and as a gesture of goodwill credit the full £50 to my account

@wendyk1501 @O2 Jamies on EE they are really good. I’d swap if I were you. The only reason I haven’t is because on the very very rare occasion he doesn’t have service, I do. But he has service a good 99.9% vs my 60%. Is there no support for your broadband given you need it for job hunting?
