    @O2 Yes I have email & text. It's been horrible not texting or calling , don't expect it when we only had this before Xmas, .

    I assume we’re not paying a full months bill this month then @O2! Off until 23rd Feb with no warning of an outage! Your service is woeful!

    @O2 I'm on holiday. Mainly use wi-fi at home. Never use my data, text or minutes allowance. I only need data when I am away with no hotel access to internet. Carrying forward allowances should be available.

    Not the best customer care from @O2 in Spain. My router doesn’t work since Friday, called them, was asked to wait for someone to come and fix it. Monday afternoon, nothing happened. Working from home on my hotspot (luckily I pay for 30gb!), but now it doesn’t work properly too...

    @O2 Your customer service is AWFUL. Can’t even find a number to ring. So frustrating. Quick to take money and not offer support. The complaints team only respond as an when they feel like it.

    @O2 I'm trying to get in touch with someone to talk to, but your website and app keeps sending me around in circles of pages that are of zero help and defer me to forums or standard help pages which don't help. Any ideas?

    @O2 also tried to talk to someone online how I am dyslexic so again this isn’t great. Just got to told try the online team again tomorrow! Absolutely 5 star service yet again. 🙄

    @O2 trying to change a billing date is the worst experience ever. However if I don’t pay the bill I bet you would call me then......wanna explain how to do this as your website say to call but no ones there when you do!?! Bad customer service
