    @O2 I'm on holiday. Mainly use wi-fi at home. Never use my data, text or minutes allowance. I only need data when I am away with no hotel access to internet. Carrying forward allowances should be available.

    @O2 Hi O2, I've just bought a 5G ready phone, but my O2 sim is not providing 5G. My colleagues have O2 and get 5G in the same office but I do not. I have a pay as you go monthly sim only plan, which started at the beginning of the year. Can you please help?

    So as a loyal customer of @o2 for 10years plus tickets for the cancelled show of @peterkay_co_uk I cannot get any tickets on priority as o2 (a tech company!) cannot cope with unprecedented demand !!!!!! Shambles and a disgrace,touts can get them and resell them circa £550!
