@O2 I'm on holiday. Mainly use wi-fi at home. Never use my data, text or minutes allowance. I only need data when I am away with no hotel access to internet. Carrying forward allowances should be available.

@moshkinstien @O2 @02 I'll be fair to them, up until now they've been very good, no complaints from me, but this is just ridiculous and there's no justification for it. I'm going to cancel my direct debit next month, and just pay off invoice, without the 13.4% added

  • KhanCatOfficial Khan (@KhanCatOfficial) reported

As your increasing my bill for 17% will i actually get signal? Because pretty much the whole of bridgwater has issues @O2

  • harlequinxgirl Vicky (@harlequinxgirl) reported

@O2 I’m on o2 refresh, if I pay off my device plan can I cancel my contract and go elsewhere?

  • Arrow_and_Bass DS (@Arrow_and_Bass) reported

@O2 a price rise 13.4% plus 3.9%, maybe understand your customer base and use the power on your network more efficiently rather than slam you loyal customer base. Time to change provider I think. #betterconnected #not

  • pauldward Paul Ward (@pauldward) reported

@O2 - I only switched to your network in December, and you’ve just emailed me to say my tariff is increasing by 17.3%! I will only have had four months on the agreed tariff at the point of increase! @MoneySavingExp is there anything I can do about this?

  • dakegra Dave (@dakegra) reported

@OrendaBooks @O2 blimey, and I though EE were bad!

  • IRBFSTU ESC (@IRBFSTU) reported

Whilst I wait 45 minutes to speak to someone at @O2 I’ll also ask here I got an o2 SIM card when I upgraded my Virgin Media package and now have a separate bill to you monthly But I lost the SIM card and need a new one. I can’t receive a text obviously 🙄 to verify online. Help

  • IVP_SUCKS OSRS bhaskar (@IVP_SUCKS) reported

I have a o2 sim card, classic pay as you go sim, had it since 2018, signal is low or drops out, the 2g signal, please explain @O2

  • LukeRobertMason Luke Robert Mason (@LukeRobertMason) reported

It's never good news from @o2's @GarethTurpin. It's never, "Because of the cost of living crisis O2 is doing something nice for its customers."

  • moshkinstien Andy Ⓥ (@moshkinstien) reported

@funkynoise74 @O2 They are robbing Bast**ds. How do they charge so much for an awful service. Will definitely be changing supplier when my contract up @02
