    I assume we’re not paying a full months bill this month then @O2! Off until 23rd Feb with no warning of an outage! Your service is woeful!

    @O2 I'm on holiday. Mainly use wi-fi at home. Never use my data, text or minutes allowance. I only need data when I am away with no hotel access to internet. Carrying forward allowances should be available.

    @O2 Hi, I updated my Samsung galaxy s10 this morning and since then I've been unable to receive text messages. I can send texts and send and receive calls but cannot receive text messages.. any reason or solution for this please?

    @O2 I have been a customer for over a decade. If you run any ads on GB news or any Fox-style news channel I will leave and encourage those I know to do the same. I will not patronise anyone supporting those spreading hate and bigotry. #DontFundGBNews

    So @O2 are you actually going to enable SMS over Wi-Fi like you've been promising since 2019 at least or is this just another empty promise from a mobile network operator?
