  @O2 is there a help desk I can call? I am paying more for my phone still than what was originally agreed at the start of my contract. I was told I'd get discount as I work for Bupa. My bill is still over £40 per month and it is not what I signed up to. Really unhappy.

  @O2 I'm on holiday. Mainly use wi-fi at home. Never use my data, text or minutes allowance. I only need data when I am away with no hotel access to internet. Carrying forward allowances should be available.

  There has been a outage in @EnfieldCouncil with @O2 since 21st July and i have only found out now because i spoke with someone from....o2. Great communication guys......awful service. What a joke!!!!

  @kokeshimum @O2 UK is so bad with mobile phone coverage. I've been to Iceland and had a full signal with 5g driving through a tunnel or way out in the wilderness.

  @O2 had a call from what appeared to be an actual number from o2 stating that you’re shutting my sim down in a so many days due to the merge with virgin it’ll be deactivated I’ve contacted you and made you aware just want to share it for others and see if you are

  @O2 why is it no matter where I am in the uk there’s always a problem with streaming or phone signal! You’re supposed to be the best coverage out there but it’s a daily occurrence
