@O2 is there a help desk I can call? I am paying more for my phone still than what was originally agreed at the start of my contract. I was told I'd get discount as I work for Bupa. My bill is still over £40 per month and it is not what I signed up to. Really unhappy.

@O2 I'm on holiday. Mainly use wi-fi at home. Never use my data, text or minutes allowance. I only need data when I am away with no hotel access to internet. Carrying forward allowances should be available.

@O2 hello. I have just moved over to O2 and am considering buying a phone from the company Oneplus. I have read that Oneplus phones don't work with the O2 5g network, is this correct? I don't want to buy the phone then realise I can't receive 5g. Thanks in advance

@O2 Day 70 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@Airtel_Zambia I see a huge gap in the market. And if a reputable western company like @vodaphoneuk or @O2 enter the zambian market they would destroy airtels market share based on customer service alone. airtel chooses 3rd world countries for a reason as it could never operate in the UK

Are you aware of any issues with sending texts this morning @O2 I keep having a message delivery failure come up when sending to android. iMessage on and off wifi seem to be ok. Turned phone on and off but still the same.
