    @O2 is there a help desk I can call? I am paying more for my phone still than what was originally agreed at the start of my contract. I was told I'd get discount as I work for Bupa. My bill is still over £40 per month and it is not what I signed up to. Really unhappy.

    @O2 I'm on holiday. Mainly use wi-fi at home. Never use my data, text or minutes allowance. I only need data when I am away with no hotel access to internet. Carrying forward allowances should be available.

    @O2 Yes I have email & text. It's been horrible not texting or calling , don't expect it when we only had this before Xmas, .

    @O2 you have given my phone number out illegally to a third party and because I am not a customer with you there is no way to get my information removed from your database. Absolute shambles this took a 50-minute phone call to find this out. Disgraceful will be referring to ICO
