    I assume we’re not paying a full months bill this month then @O2! Off until 23rd Feb with no warning of an outage! Your service is woeful!

    @O2 I'm on holiday. Mainly use wi-fi at home. Never use my data, text or minutes allowance. I only need data when I am away with no hotel access to internet. Carrying forward allowances should be available.

    @stonkcat @O2 They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, You can message “syncunlocks” on Instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine

    @O2 Please can you reply to my dm? You have left me without a service for 16hrs now? Which means when i go out my phone will be useless to me as i cant connect to wifi to use any features at all? This is shocking and i cant even phone customer services?

    @O2 is a shambles, service restricted until I pay my bill, which is £0??? Try to phone someone and sit on hold for an hour and then cut off. An absolute joke of a network
