    @O2 Yes I have email & text. It's been horrible not texting or calling , don't expect it when we only had this before Xmas, .

    @O2 I'm on holiday. Mainly use wi-fi at home. Never use my data, text or minutes allowance. I only need data when I am away with no hotel access to internet. Carrying forward allowances should be available.

    @O2 is there a help desk I can call? I am paying more for my phone still than what was originally agreed at the start of my contract. I was told I'd get discount as I work for Bupa. My bill is still over £40 per month and it is not what I signed up to. Really unhappy.

    I assume we’re not paying a full months bill this month then @O2! Off until 23rd Feb with no warning of an outage! Your service is woeful!

    @O2 Does anyone find O2’s Data absolutely atrocious these days? I’ve been with them 15 years. Just got a new phone and plan and it’s as bad as I’ve ever known it. Might as well not have data half the time when I’m out. Really bad

    @O2 terrible customer service not helpful at all then after holding for 50 minutes waiting to be put through to a manager you cut me off !!! No call back as of yet

    @O2 mobile data coverage is absolute ******* pants. The service is getting worse and worse. Sporadic connection. Hindley, Platt Bridge basically is a ******* dead zone. Crock of ****

    @O2 It isn’t just my area. I travel the three counties of Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire. The network coverage in all these areas are suddenly poor

    @O2 I checked the map before adding and all the areas seem to be apparently strong in connection. But I thought you’re supposed to see a satellite symbol when the signal drops but nothing appears and I get E signal or just low connection.
