@O2 No, I hung up. I’m not spending my evening trying to cancel a SIM that I’ve never used because it was bundled with a virgin media product. I’ve cancelled my direct debit and this is my correspondence that I’ve cancelled the contract. You lot do what you want

@O2 your customer service is terrible , I have been waiting for two days for you to sort out your error. 2 days with no work phone !! No communication and when I do ring I just get told to wait for 24hrs. Even though it’s been 48 now !!

I first went to @O2 in Derby and it was there that problems started. I had to explain to the sales assistant several times that I was after a basic mobile phone, as they repeatedly showed me smart phones. Eventually, they understood, but had to go into the back of the shop.

@O2 Absolutely appalled by the service my wife has received. Taken nearly 4 days to move over from one network to yours and had no signal / unable to make calls and texts. On the phone for over 6 hours and broken promises and lies! Little compensation so PAC requested #Shocking
