    @O2 Hi it’s started working but now my watch plan wont activate. I get Code 14. I even reset my watch and setup as new but still the same problem.

    @O2 really disappointed in your online chat staff, I requested to be put through to complaints but a floor manager shut the chat down without my authorisation! Capacity issues have left the service practically useless, no point having 100gb data if I must use Wi-Fi!!!
