@O2 Noone can get hold of me and I can't make calls. CustServ had no solutions and didn't disagree when I said I would have to find another provider if this isn't resolved. Meanwhile I'm being charged for no service!

@O2 Day 65 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 my new O2 SIM is not working after my number was ported. I've tried restarting mobile many times. Sim 1 not provisioned is the message. No calls/txt/data for last 8 hours. Please can you help? Thanks
