    @O2 No, I hung up. I’m not spending my evening trying to cancel a SIM that I’ve never used because it was bundled with a virgin media product. I’ve cancelled my direct debit and this is my correspondence that I’ve cancelled the contract. You lot do what you want

    @O2 I took a phone out on contract last Saturday. The battery is terrible In it am I still able to hand it back in for something else

    @O2 Hi it’s started working but now my watch plan wont activate. I get Code 14. I even reset my watch and setup as new but still the same problem.

    @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 O2 signal is very bad, masts always going down, they now offer an extra charge if you want signal to use the new satellite scheme.

    @O2 why am I paying a fortune a month for a service that is non-existent? Data NEVER works. I have to be connected to the internet via WiFi to be able to use the internet. Disappointed as I’ve been an O2 customer for over 10 years.

    @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 Enjoy the lack of signal. I switched the other way last year and haven’t looked back.

    @O2 We have NO coverage at all. It is causing problems with our alarm system. People working in the house and garden can’t make calls. It seems particularly bad in and around our house. Can an engineer please come to inspect?
