    I have received fraudulent phone calls & text messages from @O2 yet nobody there is interested. I didn’t have roaming when I visited Spain & nobody was able to help. I want to leave O2, 1st call ended with fee being waived; cut off; 2nd said it couldn’t be. Appalling service.

    @O2 Chat doesn't work either. No, over a week is rediculous, a technical fault is a load of rubbish . No other company has this issue like this.

    @O2 I really need to speak with someone over the phone about an issue with my contract. Every time I ring I get cut off and the online chat isn’t helpful at all. Do you have any advice?

    @O2 Can't get anything from o2. Hours waiting on hold to speak to be hung up on instead speaking to someone. No service on phone or watch since setting up esim so can't even call anymore. Will be fighting way to local store to cancel at the weekend

    @O2 No reply still -there were plenty of alternative suppliers ( and cheaper ) but went with o2 because the customer service had been good - how wrong was I

    @O2 I need help. At 2pm today i went in to the priority app and saved an odeon ticket. It's now saying out of stock but it saved earlier and I haven't used it
