@O2 @virginmedia Please don’t change, your customer service is brilliant, Virgin Media on the other hand (ahem)

  • RichieH37745130 Richie Hall (@RichieH37745130) reported from Leeds, England

@virginmedia @O2 Signal normal drops out due to signals from other routers would and can cloud your signal. The intelligent WiFi of the HUB 3.0 will switch between 2.4ghz and 5ghz wnd there is where you will experience the drop connection. My recommendation is a pin hole reset. 👍

  • sepezz Rich 🇪🇺 🇬🇧 (@sepezz) reported

@O2 Hi can you tell me what the rate is for calling an 00800 number from the UK on your network?

  • HyggeJem Jo Kneale (@HyggeJem) reported

@vmbusiness @O2 I mean, at least if someone clicked on to your Twitter to see an apology and acknowledgement that there's an issue with static ip addresses (or whatever) we could know there WAS something up, and await further info.

  • AbiClarey Abi (@AbiClarey) reported from Stockport, England

@O2 I seem to never have any internet access anywhere, even when showing 4G nothing loads and no WhatsApp’s come through

  • s_onward Elizabeth Fisher 💚 (@s_onward) reported

@sarahmariex @O2 @virginmedia And there is no point Virgin Media resoinding to me on this, because I have them blocked, so won't see their messages. I will NEVER ever have anything to do with VM.

  • David47203456 David 🇬🇧 (@David47203456) reported

@O2 @virginmedia If you read the tweets it's very clear @virginmedia has a terrible customer service. Very worrying for O2 customers and the customer will lose out as usual. I expect the Communications Ombudsman will be swamped with complaints in the years to come. A bad day.

  • davidvikingflag David drury (@davidvikingflag) reported

@virginmedia @O2 Who will be providing the mobile signal on 4g if i take a contract now ?

  • lexburnett86 Lex Burnett (@lexburnett86) reported

So when can I get a discount for being a @o2 mobile customer and a @virginmedia broadband customer , your services is great but neither of you are cheap?

  • RichieH37745130 Richie Hall (@RichieH37745130) reported

@snippetsofem @virginmedia @O2 Okay I would sugguest is login to the router and change the channel of the 2.4ghz and 5ghz. There is app called WiFi analyser. It will scan networks (access points) around you. Other routers on the same channel the app will show you your best channel to be on. Trust me it works
