    @O2 Hi it’s started working but now my watch plan wont activate. I get Code 14. I even reset my watch and setup as new but still the same problem.

    @O2 No, I hung up. I’m not spending my evening trying to cancel a SIM that I’ve never used because it was bundled with a virgin media product. I’ve cancelled my direct debit and this is my correspondence that I’ve cancelled the contract. You lot do what you want

    @O2 why is your service so appallingly bad in Weymouth, Dorset. DT postcode Showing 4G and have a reasonably signal. Yet I am missing phone calls and the chat apps are not connecting. Unfortunately I've missed a few calls that are important.

    @O2 Never had a problem with coverage, but last few days has been really bad. (Sheffield) Even dropped to 3G this morning. Just letting you know.

    @O2 The trouble was that I’d already saved the offer expecting the store to be open. It was too long a walk to the next store within the 25 mins :(
