@O2 No, I hung up. I’m not spending my evening trying to cancel a SIM that I’ve never used because it was bundled with a virgin media product. I’ve cancelled my direct debit and this is my correspondence that I’ve cancelled the contract. You lot do what you want

@O2 can't top up the SIM card I got from a Sainsbury's. A message says there are problems trying to do the payment but my bank card does not have any problem.

@Amalik7991 @O2 EE (BT) gets better coverage as they’re the only network to hold two of the four GSM licenses issued by @Ofcom. Having one each of 900MHz (Orange) & 1,8GHz (121, later T-Mobile) they have a *huge* chunk of spectrum versus any other operator, hence the reliability. 📶🎂😳

I am so sick of @O2 I NEVER have signal anywhere I go, not even in my house. Paired with @sky ****** wifi - I basically don’t have access to the internet.

@DieselDragonUK @O2 @Ofcom I see. EE is good for cities and countryside apart from the time when there was a broken cell tower near my hotel in the Isle of Wight! Had to deal with very slow speeds as the hotel WiFi limited their speeds. 😭

So, because @O2 and @virginmedia have joined forces and I’m a customer of both, I’ve just activate #Volt. Double amount of mobile data and I’m just waiting for my broadband upgrade. I mean, I could say no because I don’t necessarily need these things but, hey, they offered. 👍🏻
