@dan_bevington @O2 Hi it also happen to my account for 2-months and I tried contacting support service but they always have me a robot reply so I got in contact with +1 (707) 653-5170 on WhatsApp, she was the one who helped me activate my iPhone 12 Pro she will help you out

Very angry right now with @O2 in the uk. Can’t speak to a human at all, DM’d them, was asked a bunch of questions which I answered immediately and now no response and no nearer a solution! No info on the website for my issue!

@O2 Network is literally non-existent, can't load the O2 Priority app or anything else walking up and down the high street, forced to give up in the end. It's been the same for months now, really is pointless paying for mobile data. How do I go about cancelling contract?

@O2 hi, The code wouldn’t scan in MK Centre and I clicked on it in front of the staff member. They rudely told me I couldn’t have my selects as it’s not working. Their attitude was disgusting.

@O2 just tried to get the rewards @McDonaldsUK chicken selects. Code didn’t work on self serve, went to till, staff said not working nothing they could do didn’t even attempt manual input! Poor customer service & now can’t redeem 1/4lb cheeseburger instead! Some reward!!
