    @O2 Im in corfu, Greece - how do I manual select a network? I received a text saying welcome to Greece so didn't think it'd be a problem. Checked i had Europe roaming data. Can I have a refund?

    @davepakey71 @O2 Only just happened man tbf. A few days ago, it was just 4G where I live so might come in the next few weeks. I did get a text that work was getting done on the lines though. I only just upgraded my phone to get 5G anyway, before I never had a phone eligible for it.

    @o2 They managed to cut my service off and looks like they have intentionally done it again this evening to me out of spite. WTF! All of my o2 services are gone. You allow your branches to do this to customers?

    @boxofnumbers @O2 You sure no one keeps their phone face down? I do, quite often. As do a few people I personally know. I thought it was as common as leaving your phone face up?..

    @LutzSchueler Hey Lutz @LutzSchueler . Great to see O2 getting these results ! BUT why after years of promises on rural 4G coverage has my signal at a fixed rural location got worse ? No one at @O2 seems able to give support, they just say the area has patchy coverage. Please Help.

    @O2 Are you trying to rip me off? Got 19 mysterious MMS charges that are impossible to view. Sorry, service unavailable. Was told to check my app. Can’t download PDF so can’t see who apparently I’ve sent these to. Never happened before. Not happy
