Just noticed someone use my 1/11/21 O2 Priority ticket and also typed on my mobile phone. Just called the useless customer services automatic answerphone that redirected me to the web. Wonder why I pay @O2 @Telefonica_En

@O2 I cancelled a contract with you in May 2021 within 3 days, and you took several hundred pounds from my bank account, admitted the error and repaid me FOUR MONTHS later. Inexplicably showing as a delinquent debt, halving my credit score. How long must I wait for resolution?

@O2 Really disappointed that almost 19hours after I asked to swap my sim I still have no service. You switched off my old sim immediately. I know you say it can take up 24hrs but I’ve never had a sim swap take so long 🙃

@O2 can someone please explain why I've had hardly any signal and no internet in the centre of Blackpool? I'm guessing the tower is some sort of blocking device? Perfect now I'm a mile away from the centre 😡

@Tintenfische1 @virginmedia @O2 I'm paying 98.99 a month for 650mb Oomph package with sky, bt, everything..... just got through about #voltme and been told the Volt free broadband next speed upgrades don't apply to oomph customers, only lower paying standard package customers!!!! Wtf?
