@O2 Hi it’s started working but now my watch plan wont activate. I get Code 14. I even reset my watch and setup as new but still the same problem.

@O2 disgraceful customer service. My wife and I have both had fraudulent O2 contracts opened in our names. Promised on 8 occasions by clueless CS that the "fraud team" will sort it in, 30 days the issue is still unresolved. We now have missed payments from o2 on our credit file
