Derek Myles MacHale (@DerekMacHale) reported from Magherafelt, Northern IrelandGenuinely the single worst example(s) of horrific customer service I've EVER encountered by @O2 #O2 15 years with them and not a single shred of respect for their customers! Not to mention the lies from their staff! #cx #CustomerService #nonexistent #thieves

Bec Treveil 💙 (@bectreveil) reportedBeen a loyal @o2 customer since 2008 but after being told my bill is going up 13.4% for RPI plus 3.9% on top of that, reckon I'll be shopping around at the end of my contract. Surely there are only so many eye-watering shareholder profits I can contribute to.
-
Emily Pawson (@emilypaws) reported@O2 putting my phone bill up by THIRTEEN POINT FOUR PERCENT due to inflation is a huge kick in the face to customers. Surely “everything is going up, we know you’re struggling, but we’ll freeze your price this year to help you out” is much better for customer retainment? #O2
-
Simon Hemmings (@SimonHemmingshj) reported from Chelmsford, England@O2 @GarethTurpin I appreciate your personal message. However, I now remember why I left you last time, lower than average service, and now a 17.3% total price increase, which is disproportionate and completely knobbish if you ask me. @BBCNews
-
Stb (@Thgoit) reported@matthewpearce12 @O2 Totally unprotected from the rise in energy bills, which have quadrupled in a year. No state support. Maybe something to do with that?
-
Dave (@dakegra) reported@OrendaBooks @O2 blimey, and I though EE were bad!
-
ESC (@IRBFSTU) reportedWhilst I wait 45 minutes to speak to someone at @O2 I’ll also ask here I got an o2 SIM card when I upgraded my Virgin Media package and now have a separate bill to you monthly But I lost the SIM card and need a new one. I can’t receive a text obviously 🙄 to verify online. Help
-
Chris (@chriswb) reportedHi @virginmedia, not every customer wants a bloody @O2 SIM with a contract renewal - I don’t care if it would be good for a ‘backup SIM’ as you suggested, I ain’t paying for it.
-
Mike Langlois (@Mike_Langlois) reportedYou know @O2 are trying to get some good will when they get the CCO to write the price increase email. Doesnt help cushion the blow of a 17.3% increase. I guess they need to maintain their £7bn revenue as of end of September 2022 somehow
-
Dog of War (@RyanJLTarrant) reported@k2eagle_ @O2 Had the same. That’s another customer they will be losing…..
-
Andrew (@pitcombe) reportedSo @O2 are putting up their prices by 17% ~ put the service in BA10 up by 16% and I might even get a signal. Hello. From April 2023 the monthly price of your calls, texts and data will rise by the 13.4% RPI rate of inflation plus 3.9% as set out in your terms.
