    @O2 your customer service has really nose dived. Your website was shocking for iPhone 17 release. But after 2 1/2 hours I got my pre order done. 2 weeks later, before phone received I got a message apologising for the issues on pre order day and giving me £50 off handset

    @o2 just what am I paying for? I can’t make a call, texts are barely getting through and there’s no point in using the Internet. The signal is between nothing and 5G and drops out all the time. 5G is a lie, it’s non existent. I can’t communicate with anyone from inside my home

    I have lost access to my account and every time I contact you on the phone I get cut off @O2. No-one at O2 can help or contact me (you don’t have the right details) and I cannot pay my bill as I cannot access the account. This is a hell cycle.

    @O2 I usually avoid contacting you like the plague My experience today: **** Absolutely unutterably bollocks ******* surpassed your **** standard today Why amid your interminable battery of recorded announcements and 1970's porn music do you keep telling me that "it's quick and easy to contact us through the virtual assistant"? No it isn't! Have you tried using your virtual assistant? It's as **** as the rest of your operation!
