    @O2 Hi it’s started working but now my watch plan wont activate. I get Code 14. I even reset my watch and setup as new but still the same problem.

    SOMEONE PLEASE HELP. @ThreeUKSupport won't generate a PAC for "5 working days" and I have to keep ringing up to check. And neither contract works. I need a working phone to help my mum. @O2 can't help until I get a PAC from @threeUKSupport. I'm stuck! HELP!!!!

    @O2 why has it taken you 3 months a dozen calls and you still you cannot seem to perform a very simple task to send Missing her itemised PAPER bill/ statements for my disabled mother of 70.. just send it out as paper bill every month ..I want to make an official complaint !!

    Thanks too @O2 for their **** system not allowing my payment of my bill and then cutting me off bc of it. I’m super poorly with tonsilitis and CANNOT even ring the doctors or have them contact me to get treatment. Sort your systems out!

    @O2 why is my signal strength so bad and always has been on O2. I have been with O2 for years and cant wait to swop networks. My signal strength is always above -88dBm but mostly its -95dBm. Awful signal in most places now @mobilephones @mobilenetworks

    Oh my @O2 has probably the worst phone menu system I've had the misfortune to use. All I wanted to do was speak to someone and pay the closing balance. Took 4 calls and over 30 minutes... thank god I'm no longer a customer 🎉🥳 🎉🥳

    @O2 Do you plan on sorting out the absolute dismal coverage in my area? Used to be fine, now you get near mine and the signal just vanishes.. calls constantly drop etc. One bar of 4G signal outside.. wouldn’t think I had a 5G phone.
