    @O2 I took a phone out on contract last Saturday. The battery is terrible In it am I still able to hand it back in for something else

    @O2 Don’t even bother putting that to me. ‘Turn my phone on and off again’ have a laugh. I’ve had no phone signal for almost 5 months. And your status checker says you’re working on my area to try to improve it. That’s disgraceful. Every single o2 user in this area has NO signal

    @O2 Despite numerous attempts to get loyalty discount applied and assurances it has been it is still not done! I have spent far too much time on this and would never recommend O2 because of this. Could I arrange someone to call at my convenience?

    @O2 But I can’t even get through to an agent to even make a complaint with you because every time I’ve tried it’s ‘all our agents are busy’ … oh and please don’t suggest that I call the helpline, because I would’ve tried that if I had signal.

    Hey @O2 what is the correct email address that I need to use to express a complex complaint with you that relates to multiple (family) O2 contracts - so that it gets resolved? I have spoken to various O2 employees who have said they’d take ownership to then promptly ghost me.
