    @O2 I took a phone out on contract last Saturday. The battery is terrible In it am I still able to hand it back in for something else

    @O2 Hi it’s started working but now my watch plan wont activate. I get Code 14. I even reset my watch and setup as new but still the same problem.

    @O2 The 4g/5g signal in newcastle co down has been terrible for ages please sort it out….we cant use your your network at all !!!!!!

    @StudiniJones @timlukejones @O2 Yep I thought the 13.3.2 update had fixed it but I’ve lost signal again this morning. Had to reboot my phone. I’m on latest update. Pissing me off now. People can’t call or message me until I’ve realised and turned phone off&on

    @O2 It can happen anywhere at any time. Only way I know is when I look at phone. It’s not signal as when I turn phone off then back on it’s got full signal. It’s not just me. Check Twitter feed. So many people complaining about same problem
