Benjamin Webster (@benjaminlfc) reported@O2 I am sick and tired of not being able to make payment online or in the app because of your absolute shambles of a payment system, a system that you ironically upgraded last year telling us all that it would improve the system that had been around for years and years. The phrase “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” springs to mind. For the record tickets have been raised to your back office teams by your CS over and over and not one has ever been replied to or acted on.
-
wozwebs (@wozwebs) reported@Jonny_Ham @O2 I was the same. With them since Cellnet but I gave up 3 years ago as it was getting worse and worse. Went with EE and never looked back, miles better
-
🔋London Fella🔋 (@BethnalBoy) reported@O2 @TomTugendhat @O2 oh **** off lol. Your service is terrible - and when you see a popular tweet now you want to get involved? I’m counting down the days till my contract runs out with you guys. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
-
Amelia Eberhardt-Armstrong (@SoSoaksy) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 They are reducing signal strength to save electricity costs. They even boast about how they reduce energy consumption by switching equipment off/running in lower power. Esp in non peak periods such as overnight. Doesn’t seem to be subject to regulatory measures
-
Christopher (NOT Chris) (@puncharama) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone Try speaking to the regulator about it then you can really see why uk services are so poor
-
Smoke 🇬🇧 🇺🇦 🇮🇱 (@London__Smoke) reported@AnythingRugbyy @EnglandRugby @O2 He desperately needs a rest. He's made of scaffolding now and he's had so many bad knocks. Just let him heal so he can be around. Or let him just heal for himself the poor bastard.
-
HomoAntiquus (@FelisMortRes) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Maybe the companies set their network for official population data, and real population number is waaay higher?
-
Malcolm Bebb (@BebbMalcolm) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE So which government mobile phone network do you use? 'Cos I don't see the connection.
