    @O2 Well @o2 just spoke to the payment team-totally unhelpful -they referred me to customer service and actually cut me off instead 😥. I will be taking this to the financial Ombudsman. Why send an enforcement letter for cancelling a contract-NO MISSED PAYMENT

    @O2 trying to pay off my device plan on the app and it’s not allowing me so I’ve called 202 and I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes. Do they close at 5 if so I’ll hang up now!

    Finally got myself a new Sim Only (1 month rolling) contract with iD. Thank you @O2 for the past 2 years, Incredible service and allowing me to have my phone running for when my bill was late. But going from £42 p/m down to £10 p/m for practically the same deal is a easy deal.

    @O2 still waiting for an update, called them up everyday since 13/04 still nobody can provide me with one, then literally just had the phone put down to me from one of the members of staff. Customer service at its absolute finest 👎🏼
