@O2 No, I hung up. I’m not spending my evening trying to cancel a SIM that I’ve never used because it was bundled with a virgin media product. I’ve cancelled my direct debit and this is my correspondence that I’ve cancelled the contract. You lot do what you want

@JohnBirtwistle @O2 Atrocious. Unlike other companies who take a DD payment out on Fri or Mon either side of a weekend due date, O2 don't do that, they suspend outgoing calls, demand payment & threaten to cut the user off! They claim it's a system error but do nowt to fix it, as it keeps happening!

@O2 partner has got a new phone and followed the agents info, now have 2 phones that she can’t use and can’t speak to an advisor unless she puts down she is leaving, well done, customer service dies again, absolutely abysmal 😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬
