    @O2 I took a phone out on contract last Saturday. The battery is terrible In it am I still able to hand it back in for something else

    @O2 Hi it’s started working but now my watch plan wont activate. I get Code 14. I even reset my watch and setup as new but still the same problem.

    @turningleftfor @ThreeUK @O2 Three isn’t too bad when abroad though it can very quickly add up. I’ve stuck with them due to what I get in the uk. Airalo is quite good if you only need data when abroad and have a phone that can do esim.

    Day 4 after @O2 turned my sim off with no warning, and still waiting for them to come up with a solution - however if I were to upgrade they advertise they can have a new working handset to me tomorrow if I order by midnight 🤔

    @O2 Hi! I ordered a new SIM only deal on the 24th November but nothing has been delivered yet and I can't access any help through O2 app as I don't yet have a registered account because I don't have a number with you because no SIM. Can someone help please?
