@OpenreachHelp So @SkyHelpTeam are saying it’s an Open Reach issue and are fixing the fault TODAY. There is an outage in the area. No fault fixed. I have just spoken with another Sky CSA and he says it’ll be more than 48 hours. Living rurally and @o2 being a piece of crap too, no comms at all

The service/reception over the last few weeks with @O2 has been absolutely minging. So many complaining about it. Continuous dropped calls, calls scrambling while on the phone & some not connecting at all.

@virginmedia offered me a free @o2 sim card with my new media package ..free ...does free mean you get charged £25 a month for the free sim card which I didnt want or even use .. and now they both say contact the other to explain why . Disgusting customer service

@O2 @Dizzwell Hi Adam. You can pop into your local store in Skipton and they will be happy to help. Don't have a Guru anymore but the staff are really helpful and I'm sure they will be able to fix your issue.

@Thejourneyman01 @gazswain @O2 I was with o2 for years and I never had an issue. I then left and went to Virgin which was ok. I could even get a signal at VP! Now with Tesco’s and the coverage, especially at home is shocking!

@gazswain @Thejourneyman01 @O2 I’m with o2 via Tesco’s and the coverage is shocking. Never had an issue until they merged with Virgin.
