@O2 No, I hung up. I’m not spending my evening trying to cancel a SIM that I’ve never used because it was bundled with a virgin media product. I’ve cancelled my direct debit and this is my correspondence that I’ve cancelled the contract. You lot do what you want

@Colly_wobbles @tescomobile @O2 Can you go into mobile data and try to turn if automatic so it will try to detach and reconnect . Might change network turn back on automatic might work

Do not use @O2 or their new #O2SwitchUp. Customer Service is terrible. Promised money back on three occasions and still waiting three weeks later. Manager callbacks not honoured on several occasions. Formal complaint raised for 2 weeks now, still nothing from them. @Ofcom

@O2 This time I asked to get connected with a customer care manager and I was told within 24 hours I will get a call. I waited 24 hrs and called again requesting to speak to a customer care team they went through the same procedure and said i will get a call in 24 to 48 hours.

@O2 No, they marked my conversation as resolved so how are they going to get back to me? I've checked my bill, that's how I know I've been charged twice. If this is your idea of customer service maybe if be better off with @EE or @VodafoneUK

@O2 hi I am in Ecuador and I have selected the 02 worldwide roaming but I can’t seem to get data. I tried to select 3G but it just says 4g or 5g al does that mean my phone isn’t comparable please? I am on the Clara network and can make and receive calls that’s it though.
