@O2 had a new SIM put in my phone and not been able to make or receive any texts, calls, etc, or use any data for several days. Only usable over WiFi. Not a network issue - persisted over several different locations. Been a massive inconvenience. What’s going on?

@O2 worst customer service there is.. 3 hours to get through to be told call tomorrow we can't find your payment.. Even though we have a reference number.. Shocking! Can't wait to change providers
