    @sunshineinwelsh @O2 Was told my PAC code would have my number would be switched over in 1-2 hours, 24 hours worst case, it took 4 days. Spoke to customer services, was promised a 24 hour call back from management to sort it all out, still waiting 72 hours later. No apologies just cont.

    @O2 No it’s ok. I’ve already been through this I’m just going to go back to Vodafone as they have a much better service. Since March this year O2 has just become awful and I mean awful. Something has changed and your not telling me so for that I can’t continue.
