    @O2 Hi it’s started working but now my watch plan wont activate. I get Code 14. I even reset my watch and setup as new but still the same problem.

    @O2 The 4g/5g signal in newcastle co down has been terrible for ages please sort it out….we cant use your your network at all !!!!!!

    @O2 I took a phone out on contract last Saturday. The battery is terrible In it am I still able to hand it back in for something else

    @O2 my signal and service is terrible and messages are not coming through- your device checker says a mast isn’t working properly but it’s been like this for weeks - please can you fix it!

    @O2 @tescomobile networks currently non-operational and has been all day. What is going on? @Ofcom. All I get is a 3G signal which doesn't work.😡

    @O2 It’s an ongoing issue since January 2021. Over 15 calls, numerous emails to your complaints department and many failed promises of call backs that never materialise. Please can you confirm the contact number for the complaints dept.

    @O2 i wasn’t trying for paramore i was lewis capaldi so it was gigs and tours not axs, but the priorty app did crash just before they went up and kept logging me out so i think a lot of peoples were down! hope you got some!! <3 x
