    @O2 Hi it’s started working but now my watch plan wont activate. I get Code 14. I even reset my watch and setup as new but still the same problem.

    @O2 Is there an issue with the Red Lion, Penketh Warrington?? Not one code worked there yesterday!! At least 15 people trying codes. They weren't working then coming up saying it'd already been redeemed!! Are they still getting the money for the drinks we're not getting??

    What in the actual hell is going on with @O2 ?! Trying to pay an overdue balance to remove restrictions is like pulling teeth. I've had TWO payment management advisors hang up on me, for goodness sake!! This is absolutely ridiculous

    @tjaneg1 @O2 They've done this to me too, took details from Virgin without my permission, set up an account and raided my bank account. As I didn't set up the account I don't have the info to pass security so can't fix it. Formal complaints aren't dealt with, it's shameful
