    @O2 I took a phone out on contract last Saturday. The battery is terrible In it am I still able to hand it back in for something else

    @O2 hi, having trouble upgrading my phone via O2 switch up and also purchasing an Apple Watch. Same card I used to make a payment for my monthly bill (which went through fine) is not being accepted to pay £1 for either device. Can I get some help please.

    @O2 shocking service. So far you've got two upfront fees, stuck on credit check, around five days later I phoned you to get the money back and you cut me off three times. Not impressed. I want to be refunded the fees I've paid

    @O2 I don’t have either of those. I’ll go into the O2 shop and have a moan in there. No point in calling CS as they’re in South Africa and have no idea what network congestion is or means. And I haven’t got 45 mins + to sit in the queue.

    @O2 what has happened to signal on your network in the past 6 months! Service is shocking. After nearly 20 years with an o2 sim/contract I’m debating moving. I struggle for signal everywhere!

    @O2 why am I still waiting for O2 to sort out why i cannot access the O2 APP? Its been 6 weeks of my new phone and tjet are quick to take tje money but service is shocking. As a VM custimer its now double shockung customer service. I need to escape fron these contracts
