    @O2 The 4g/5g signal in newcastle co down has been terrible for ages please sort it out….we cant use your your network at all !!!!!!

    I wish @Ofcom made mobile phone companies charge pro rata for lesser service in rural areas. Might make them invest more in those areas. @O2

    @o2 Signed up for new sim 30/7, no. can’t be transferred til Tue-when I’m out of UK. Hours on call to cust service trying to resolve. Not told about porting delay when signed up in store and salesperson gave impression switch would happen same day. Can no. be ported by Mon a.m.?
