    @AliHamidi @O2 @BritishTelecom would give anyone a run for their money regarding poor customer service. Even their Complaints Resolution Team fail to call at a time/date agreed by them. Can only rely on getting a monthly bill. Funny that. Dreadful broadband, constant line faults. So, so bad.

    @O2 is the worst network ever, just been on the phone with 2 different customer service agents in relation to a sensitive family matter. And the customer service agent laughed at me when i told her my grandmother has passed away and my mother cannot make the call herself.

    @O2 Hi there, need to request a nano sim for my mum who is a current pay monthly customer but trying to live chat just says all agents busy but doesn't put in a queue. She ideally wanted to do it without phoning and can't get to a store, can you help at all please? Thank you

    Sadly after about 20years being with @O2 think I will be leaving worst thing you did was merge with vergin media. I can’t to sod all now nothing loads.

    @O2 have to be the ******* worst customer service ever! The dumb ***** continue writing to a previous occupant after I returned 13 letters and tweeted them multiple times! Dumb *****, get it right! They don't ******* live here no more so update your ******* records!
