    @O2 Hi it’s started working but now my watch plan wont activate. I get Code 14. I even reset my watch and setup as new but still the same problem.

    @O2 The 4g/5g signal in newcastle co down has been terrible for ages please sort it out….we cant use your your network at all !!!!!!

    @O2 I took a phone out on contract last Saturday. The battery is terrible In it am I still able to hand it back in for something else

    @O2 O2 is a crap provider I can’t get a signal in North Wales let alone Europe. You even acknowledged this by giving me a £30 rebate!!! I pay you £50 per month TO USE MY PHONE so what use is a £30 one off rebate? Absolutely garbage, can’t wait to leave.

    @O2 what is going on with your data service? The last few days have been diabolical... it just keeps dropping out and running on H+ and sometimes 4G (I have 5G) I've tried restarting my phone etc, but a few other people have said they're having the same problem as me 😭😭😭

    What is the point of having o2 priority when you aren’t a priority at all? What a shambles this morning was, I sat by the phone since half 8 waiting on the Harry Styles presale at 9am and still never managed to even get onto the site, I was constantly kicked off. Sort it out @O2

    @O2 Hello o2, I arranged to port a number from an existing o2 account to a new one I set up on Monday, I received the SIM yesterday with temporary number but still hasn't switched and both Sims are active. can you help me?
