@StuLittle1972 @EmergMedDr @O2 Bad advice imo. I would still settle it because it can still taint her credit score. As silly as that sounds, credit scores are based on a tick box list. Any unsettled debt or late payment can reduce the score.

@StuLittle1972 @O2 I'd say go ahead and make them acquire the court costs. It'd never get there, but the time spent trying, or even just getting debt and legal departments to review it all would cost far far more. And as they've now refused to take the payment....

@rp7673 @O2 @EE I was with EE for ayears they were awful, changed to o2 (much more prestige company) and was like night & day, however the timing of your switch plays a part as just lately there’s been problems. But generally and proven o2 are better (more towers / stronger etc)

@O2 I have great signal but my ping is all over the place one moment it's in the 20 - 30 ms rand the next it's in the 200 - 400 range and while I use my phone as a hotspot a lot and use a lot of data this happens on my phone and on other devices even when connecting the via LAN
