-
Godwin Stewart (@grshorwich) reported from Lea Town, England@psychomania666 @O2 At least it was on 3G. Most of the time it falls back to 2G round here. Plenty of boilerplate "we're always striving to improve the network" and "stay tuned" from @O2 but no actual improvement. At this point I'm sure there won't be any except in affluent areas down south.
-
Craig Verity MIH MBII (@CraigVerity1) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, EnglandThe @O2 network in this area is so bad. I am constantly telling people not to take out a contract with @o2 and the company doesn't listen to their customers when they tell the company there is problems with signal and coverage issues.

-
Craig Verity Mbii (@CraigVerity1) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, EnglandHaving to restrict my mobile to @o2 3G service because the 4G is absolutely shocking. And #o2 keep telling me there is nothing wrong with the service!!! Can't be me who is the liar as I'm getting nothing through my mobile!!!
-
Craig Verity Mbii (@CraigVerity1) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, EnglandI have had to lower my @O2 mobile network mode to #3G because the reception around here for anything higher is next to nothing. Have complained about this in the past and go not further communication, quite fitting really to have no communication when it comes to signal.
-
𝖪𝖺𝗍𝗂𝖾 (@KatieLouiseGunn) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England@O2 I’ve direct messaged screenshots, can you look into this? I’ve never had problems in the past.

Mark (@_notnehs) reported from Blackpool, England@bearz1066 @O2 @ThreeUK been with them for over 10 yrs no one can come close on price Never had any signal issues travelling up and down the country, usually works where my work phone doesn’t, that’s on a gamma sim meant to pick up either EE, Vodafone or o2 whichever is stronger.
-
Craig Verity Mbii (@CraigVerity1) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England@O2 Done, but I'm not expecting you to tell me there is a problem when this has been like this since I moved to the area 9 month ago
-
Craig Verity MIH MBII (@CraigVerity1) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England@O2 Your always sorry but nothing actually ever gets done about it. Just fob me off saying "well at time of point of sale, you will have signed to understand". I have already persuaded my whole family to go to a different network one of your competitors, and I will tell more people.
-
Richard Blackburn (@RPBlackburn) reported from Fleetwood, England@spottedorange07 @WainwrightRocks @O2 @214Club @lakedistrictnpa Great walk but even my #BorderCollie wanted a bit of a lay down after that I know I did #Wainwrights

Craig Verity Mbii (@CraigVerity1) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England@O2 can i ask what 4G speed your network should be giving out to the 99% of the UK you advertise.
-
sevs66 (@mgsevs) reported from Kirkham, England@O2 If the sites down how tickets already on resale over £250 Another example of f@ck the public & as long as we get our money who cares who buys them, ordinary punters or touts Disgraceful, @peterkay_co_uk should step in seeing as the strapline is low prices in these difficult times
-
Craig Verity Mbii (@CraigVerity1) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England@O2 @brough_ant I have the same issue, crappy 4G in an area which you say is great. Well it isn't! I bought the Samsung A70 with 5G ready, I doubt I am going to receive 5G, so pretty pointless really buying the phone.
-
Craig Verity Mbii (@CraigVerity1) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, EnglandAfter complaining for over 9 month about reception and signal strength in my area, @O2 advice me to change the sim, now brand new sim card and still the reception and signal is horrendous. So @o2 what is your recommendation now???

Michael Phillips (@MichaelPhi82389) reported@kokeshimum @O2 I'm in wales couldn't use my phone for 6 months due to o2 having issues so went to vadafone
-
Scott Elliott (@silverfox179) reported@O2 Hi. Is there a problem with your signal (apart from the usual, some may say) today??? I haven’t had signal all day. I’m unable to receive messages or make calls.
-
MartinWW❌ (@swaledalebirds_) reported@Savplast60 @kokeshimum @O2 You ******* retard.
-
P-Man (@pmiddy78) reported@MattHuddyHudson @VodafoneUK @O2 Mate, the customer service for Vodafone is so, so, bad!
-
Victoria 🦊 (@VickiMilly) reported@lynne_lil_devil @O2 I had 3 calls before being told they can't do anything and that I need to go into a shop. Went in and they had no idea this was even a problem and refered me back to the phone. Missed a call from them on Sunday and have yet to get a call back. It's been an issue for like a month.
-
I can't remember most the time. (@DavidCo73785574) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Across Europe the phone companies share mast access that's why you never lose signal. For some bizarre reason in the UK they don't share the beacons. I travel all over Europe with no signal loss. In the UK I have multiple black spots even in high population areas.
-
uni drop-out✨ (@_unidropout) reported@O2 I’ve tried everything that your website recommends on every occasion that I have no service… however I shouldn’t have to The service should work 99% of the time and it doesn’t. My contract is up in less than a month so I’ll be likely finding something new!
-
Sarah (@kokeshimum) reported@Son_Lyme @O2 Every single provider is awful in my area. 🙄
-
Bertie BigBollox (@Wayne_Hoos) reported@kokeshimum @O2 It’s quite simple really, the comms firms that own and run the cellular relay sites throttle the power down to save money, and only tweak it back up slightly when enough people complain about service standards…
-
Stevie (@RealStevieParry) reported@O2 gotta be the worst phone provider and when you need to speak to them involving fraud they go and cut you off 😭
