Well despite repeated direct messages from @O2 it seems they are unable to help a long standing customer (15+ years) with an issue on phone that’s under warranty !! I tried visiting my local o2 shop also they can’t help !! #o2 #verypoorcustomerservice

@O2 I only upgraded to this phone and SIM last month and haven’t had a single issue before today, and I’m not having any issues with using wifi on the phone. I’m fairly confident it’s just bad service in my local area

@O2 have the worst coverage of any network provider I’ve had. I’ve literally had no service since I for the new sim. Had to get out that contract within my 14 day grace period ASAP! Back to EE lol
