@O2 @virginmedia Shocking response from your complaints handler. A lady called on Saturday and offered me £40 for inconvenience of having poor signal since May 16th. Today they call and recommend that I move to another network as they cannot guarantee a fix in the area. O2 mast

Hey @O2 turns out these companies come from your ‘marketing preferences’. I had to call to get those turned off. I have reported them to the national cybercrime number and O2 customer services. Now deciding if I leave O2 for this behaviour.

@O2 if you will agree with me this doesn’t speak well of your reputation from long time of waiting on call to talk to a customer service person and getting phone banged of by staff after picking this is so appalling I have been battling with a simple issue for two weeks now
