Doug (@dougaitken) reported from Dundee, Scotland@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.
-
Rachel Robertson (@Rachypach168) reported from Dundee, ScotlandBit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...
-
Doug (@dougaitken) reported from Dundee, Scotland@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Oh coverage should be the same. But coverage is just where the signal is, not how good it is. You then have to think about congestion, bandwidth, bandwidth allocation, etc.
-
A Bloke With A Camera (@Kenny_B63) reported from Dundee, ScotlandLosing the will to live trying to get through to @O2, customer services advisors incapable of transferring my call, on hold now for almost an hour.
-
nicki gautier-hughes (@nicgh) reported from Dundee, Scotland@O2 @peterkay_co_uk Gutted we’ve been trying all day for presale for Glasgow for my 50th, no luck but Viagogo seems to have managed to get loads to sell at hugely inflated prices! Shocking especially when @peterkay_co_uk been trying to keep prices down and bring a bit of cheer in current climate!

-
Emeritus Prof Alpaca McSputum (@TheWhogg) reported@OzSabb77 @arokorol @O2 Yep he's only a few miles away from the PLA-controlled areas. Probably the first signal it found (especially if the plane landed from the east) followed by a closer one. I had to turn off roaming after visiting Bayt Lehm for fear of being billed thousands.
-
leeruddell (@leeroyruddell) reported@O2 when are you gonna sort out service issues In DN14......no service again all week!!

-
Jonathan (@TameTheZionist) reported@arokorol @O2 It gets mixed up because the towers cover both areas. I had the same issue. And then coming back to Israel a second time it said welcome to Israel.
-
Bel 🩷💜💙 (@cruellascane) reportedDo you know what I’m actually changing my phone provider because O2 are so expensive and for what… They’ve just raised my phone bill but on top of that their perks are outrageously ****. priority is **** and does not work. @o2 you should do better & so should @axs
-
Bradalad (@Bradalad) reported@O2 Ok, so, how can you help me? I'm not speaking to the call centre again, they've been useless.
-
lild3mon666 (@lild3mon1332) reported@arokorol @O2 Typically ****** network @O2
-
Ivor (@ivornev23) reported@arokorol @O2 For **** sake the phone network is anti-septic too I suppose
-
🔯Hebrew Hammer🔯 (@OyVeyzMeir) reported@arokorol @Shimshon1800 @O2 O2 may be preferring Paltel as a roaming provider but I'd more bet on the provider aiming an especially "hot" sector at the airport to capture roaming traffic and generate revenue. A simple manual network selection will cure that. But they're so close together that it does happen. Same occurs when in the North, can get alerts roaming onto Alfa or Spacetel and data is HORRIFICALLY expensive on those.
