Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

@O2 so my new iPhone 14 pro max should have arrived yesterday with @DPDgroup_news had text to say unexpected issue and still no update today…tracking says held at depot!

@thealmeister @O2 I had the exact same issue and I roam a lot. Spent hours of my life trying to resolve. I’m the end I ended up terminating my contract instead of upgrading and came back as a new customer and it worked. Network team just kept blaming the roaming network, but happed across EU.
