Kirsty Blackett (@kaeblackett) reported@O2 I’m sorry but your network is shocking. I would ring and complain but it’s a 45 min wait. I would complain on the app but chat isn’t working. These last 6 months nightmare. Today my phone not working cost me £200 and 3hrs! Joke of a network!!
