    @O2 your #iphone screen protectors are duff! First one edge-cracked on day 1, 2nd within a month. I really don’t want to do another 60 min round trip for an exchange. Help!

    Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

    @O2 @O2 tried all of them before. I'm travelling the length of the country and signal is very poor. Can't stream anything without buffering or lose connection all together.....its been like this for a long time....

    @O2 how is it, in 2022, and the mobile phone being in existence for over 20 years, your network is so poor in major parts of the country. I think I made a big mistake renewing my contract with you.

    I am having a nightmare experience having just joined O2. I have had no service from them ever since I first applied for my Sim card on the 29th of August, a service for which I am paying. They are leaving me vulnerable and inconvenienced and they don’t care!@O2.
