@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Oh coverage should be the same. But coverage is just where the signal is, not how good it is. You then have to think about congestion, bandwidth, bandwidth allocation, etc.

@O2 your #iphone screen protectors are duff! First one edge-cracked on day 1, 2nd within a month. I really don’t want to do another 60 min round trip for an exchange. Help!

@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

@O2 I am absolutely disgusted at the customer service, for the first time in nearly 20 years a customer. Monies has been taking from my account. X4 although I was told my card is not working. I was told I would recieve it in 24hours it has now been 3 days. I want answers asap.

Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

@RealSamboraFan @O2 Because when you went through the app you are redirected to Gigs and Tours site to buy your ticket....they are the site they use. But I agree when the app didn't work O2 needed to share this info. I was just lucky to find out and buy tickets as from 8.30 O2 app down.

@O2 What an absolute con. It’s obvious from Twitter that no one has been able to buy them from the Priority app as it’s been down all day and now a maintenance sign is on it. This should be investigated. Something very dodgy gone on here.

@O2 How?… absolute joke I’ve never known such a shambles. There’s zero incentive to stay with you and I will be switching when my contract comes to an end. Been a loyal customer for 13 years along with my family of 5 and will be switching to @SkyUK mobile. Waste of a day.

@O2 I don’t even know how anybody was able to access the app/website. I spent all day trying to access both. As an o2 and Virgin media customer I feel let down by both platforms. You’ve already got people reselling them. Think these tickets should be allowed to be put back on sale!!

@O2 There is no excuse. I have been trying all day to purchase tickets and it has not worked at all. What a frustrating day I have had! You should have predicted the demand. YOU NEED TO FIX THIS ASAP AND GUARANTEE ALL O2 CUSTOMERS HAVE SEATS FOR PETER KAY! AFTERALL IT IS YOUR F’UP!
