Monies has been taking from my account. X4 although I was told my card is not working. I was told I would recieve it in 24hours it has now been 3 days. I want answers asap.

Shocking especially when @peterkay_co_uk been trying to keep prices down and bring a bit of cheer in current climate!

Skimo (@SkimoBeats) reported@O2 Yes, to go to a store. Which isnt close. And would have to go out of way to go there. They of course are unable to confirm if they will have the same issue. For confirmation, there is absolutely no issue with any of my cards (I have tried 4 so far). It's ridiculous.
