@O2 your #iphone screen protectors are duff! First one edge-cracked on day 1, 2nd within a month. I really don’t want to do another 60 min round trip for an exchange. Help!

Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

@O2 can I get some help I've requested to gave my number transferred over to O2 twice now and the only thing that has happened is my old number has been disconnected and not transferred to my new o2 sim from 3 I did this on Friday 6th and again on Tuesday 12th still nothing.

@O2 What reduction will I see in my 2 mobile phone bills? No service at all since Monday? It's now Thursday, and you send me a text (we have had to turn on WiFi calling to be able to receive anything, and that is patchy) to advise 'you are working on it'!

@O2 just wondering why absolute none of your staff care to help me. No network for over 8 days. Won’t fix your esim issues, won’t give me a pac code to leave. I can’t call you and all your solutions involve OTP. Which part of I can’t text or call isn’t clear?

@O2 I haven’t been able to get signal at all for 4days now. It says SOS whenever I’m not on wifi. I’ve been checking the network status and it says there is a mast broken near me. When will this be fixed?! I can’t contact anyone in case of an emergency!
