    @SFL2326 @O2 I made this mistake a few years ago and moved to EE - it wasn’t really any better. Heard a few people speak positively about Three - not sure if they piggyback off another network though.

    @O2 what do I have to do to get a response. Mention a bacon or sausage voucher doesn’t work gets an instant response! How do I complain about your lack or service and response. It’s a joke now

    @O2 contacted yourself over a week ago about not receiving any information regarding a gift card. Been bounced around what feels like every department and given email addresses that don't exist. If it was £10 gift card I'd leave it but it £300! Awful service yet again!!!
