    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    @O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

    @O2 been trying to pay my bill for 3 days now and the app or website won’t load. Keep getting texts and emails demanding payment but I physically can’t pay it. Chat never loads on the app either. Can you help?

    @O2 I don't want to get rid of the handset, I just want to know if I can get rid of the airtime? I'm in a 30 day rolling contract rather than a 12/24/36 month contract. The signal is so poor round where I live and I just can't manage with it anymore and have considered leaving.

    @arokorol @O2 It’s picked up a signal from a mast in the Palestinian Authority area. If you are in Dover, O2 sometimes pick up a signal from France and send you a welcome to France text

    @o2de My contract was cancelled about a year ago and a refund was confirmed. However, I only keep receiving monthly credit notes by email, but no money has been transferred to my bank account. Please urgently check and clarify. Customer no.: 6094099929 @O2
