    @O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    The service in Richmond is so crap I can’t work out whether it’s the area or @O2. I cant even send iMessage using data inside my house it’s ridiculous. What network provider has better coverage pls. I’m cancelling this contract today

    @xlilyyrobinson @O2 They’re the biggest pile of **** going. I’ve had issues for a week and recieved two replies from then and not one has been to get the issue sorted. I’ve reported them now. They’re an absolute disgusting disgrace

    So, after more than ONE WEEK waiting for my promised call back from @O2 i am still waiting for you to resolve my serious complaint. Your customer service is frankly appalling. Call me back this week without fail!!!

    Really disappointed with the level of customer service I’ve received from @O2 recently. An issue O2 has acknowledged fault for still remains unresolved despite multiple calls, live chats, emails and more. I’ve completely lost confidence in O2 and just want a fair resolution. @O2

    I'm not surprised @O2 is the worst rated complaint company. 6th March open an account with Virgin Media. 22th went on holiday, O2 just decided without notice to close the account. Been back for over a month, calling O2 every single day, complaints and fraud, nothing. Any help?

    Disappointed with @O2. I’ve spent 4hrs on calls this week trying to resolve an issue. I’ve had contradictory information, multiple transfers & promised callbacks that never happened. Due to the repeated failures, the only reasonable option now is to allow me to leave penalty-free

    @O2 - Account locked. Still waiting on someone contacting me about my o2 account being locked. Time to give up on this poor service and speak to the shop I purchased my phone from.

    @DelBoy80s @EnglandRugby @O2 And he makes poor decisions in defence. Ultimately we will never agree on this but I suspect you wouldn't have an issue if he played for any other team.
