    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    @O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

    @O2 my signal has been shocking for over a week now! No 5G, barely any 4G and struggle to make and receive calls! No doubt I’ll still be expected to pay my full, high, bill come the end of the month! Possibly time to shop around after 15 years!

    @O2 @o2 obviously the signal is so bad i cant check it. Can you please check yrselves why central Harpenden (shopping, parking etc) does not have a useable 5g signal? I am going to change networks as are many other users because we cant even pay to park, shop etc

    @O2 Multiple, I live in sittingbourne its bad. Home, work, bad. Leicester to see family bad. Bournemouth weekend away, bad. Your status thing says its fine. Im not here to moan about it more just to ask can you do anything about it? And honestly, why is it the worst its ever been?

    @O2 How **** is your website ? Spent the last 15 minutes trying to pay my bill but it’s impossible, that option is not there. The website is awful
