Always rated @O2 but a mast hasn’t been working properly in my area for OVER 4 MONTHS and they won’t even discount my bill for slow internet and calls cutting off. I pay £70 per month. Can’t wait for this contract to end!

@O2 my parents in their 70s on a £9pm contract went to your Edgware store to sort out an issue with their phone. Apparently your staff recommend they upgrade to a £40pm contract and £300 handset to sort it out?! Think you need to improve your customer care. Emphasis on care.

@O2 I’ve had such sketchy service from you for weeks now. Our local mast seems permanently down according to your service status. When can I expect to see this fixed? Im using all my data at home. Photos/videos impossible to view on WiFi.

Refreshing customer service from @O2 Instead of using Covid as an excuse for their incompetence their customer service representatives just laugh at you. 🙄

@O2 Thanks. You may want to tell your cs,retention and sales teams that. I've have two orders say that they are out of stock. I've stayed with my existing network. You're hold times are excruciating.

If I’m paying higher for a better service, I expect to receive it. So much lack of loyalty @O2.

@O2 I have been with @O2 for years now and the network coverage seems to be getting worse all the time. I struggle to have calls at home or in work and when I travel there are constant dead zones with zero coverage, what is going on?
