    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    @O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

    @O2 I have transferred to o2 but my number transfer hasn't been scheduled (I entered all of the details correctly and it's on the system). It's very difficult to get help with this. Can you help?

    Hands down the worst customer service ever @O2 over 24 hours to even respond. Still not sorted the issue. Absolutely ridiculous

    @O2 i need this issue resolved im not paying £40 for bolt ons im not even going to use. That is the amount for my whole months bill including the iPhone. You need to sort out your App and let people make direct complaints

    @O2 Getting passed about for 2 hours too just to get an upgrade on an account that’s 7 years or older was crazy. I deal with all of my mother’s accounts and it’s never been an issue even the last phone she got from o2 was straightforward. I was almost changing to vodaphone

    @O2 trying to set up e-sim on my new phone but it says I have to contact o2 to do it but I can’t ring up o2 because got no signal on both phones. Help?

    @Benleo It’s only got worse since they merged with @O2 both services are utter crap nowadays
