    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    To make matters worse, @O2 complaint handler sent me a letter completely misinterpreting what I said, and has now thrown her out of office on, so I have no single point of escalation to get this resolved, and have to go all the way back to the call centre to get this sorted

    Been with @O2 for over 15 years. Have 3 contracts. Just upgraded one last month and another yesterday. Went for a pixel 6 pro. Get fobbed off with buying a random generic charger. Phone to complain. Hung up on several times so decide to cancel the whole lot unless something is...

    @O2 You really don't need to @O2. I'm done. I have my pac code and im away to a working network - even at the break cost of nearly £200. Worst experience ever from a mobile provider. 20mo of unusable speeds despite full strength 4g. Joke.

    @O2 How do i go about getting refunds from my contract that i forgot to cancel when i changed to Tesco Mobile in 2019? is there any chance of being refunded, i'm getting £20 taken out of my account each month.

    @O2 You need to sort your ******* customer service team out… I just got hung up on by someone when reporting signal issues…she was rude and wouldn’t listen to me… 😠 stupid *****

    @O2 @Radiobex Really , we pay for network coverage , don’t seem to get it and then get told best to use Wi-Fi which we pay for separately to another provider. It’s like buying a train ticket and being told it’s best to drive yourself !!!
