@O2 No. I've just got loads of data that I never use, he has hardly any, and he needs it more than me so I want to share a few gb with him. So do I have to wait until his contract comes to an end?

@2WeekTraveller @O2 I’ve signed out of data cap but need to call a UK call centre every time which never answers - even when I lift the cap they still cut me off automatically periodically until I pay ahead of my bill falling due. Can’t override & leaves me stuck. There must be a better way to deal

@TheSatanicWasp @EE They’re a shocking company to deal with Jay, I was with them for a few years but had had enough of the customer service experience, or lack of it more to the point. Finally jumped ship to @O2

@2WeekTraveller @O2 Just super inconveninent & often dangerous as cutting me off when travelling solo and leaving me with no form of contact with the outside world isn’t great. Always happens at the worst time. If I sign off no data limit & pay all my bills would be nice to be treated like an adult

@O2 Hi O2, I’m trying to access your chat function in order to sort out some issues with my account. This function seems now to have become well hidden on your website. Any clues..?
