Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

Stephen (@Stephen1494712) reported@O2 Unfortunately despite having it dealt with twice, the app is showing the balance being brought forward from the previous month yet to see my own bill properly I have to use your ridiculous VirginMedia login instead of being able to simply use the app as normal. This is waste.
