    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    @O2 Many thanks, issues are reported with a mast. Do I need to just leave 02 and go with another provider if u can't get things fixed in a shorter timeframe than many weeks. I need to be able to use my phone. Thanks

    @O2 promised a call back from your management and complaints team. Neither have happened,another advisor just terminated call as couldn't be bothered to deal with issue. Sent item back for refund a month ago.Still not refunded.Worst customer service ever experienced rogue traders

    @O2 I am waiting for customer services to call me back regarding waiving my contract early termination fee. They were supposed to call me at 5pm yesterday. No point me calling 202 as this issue needs management decision.

    @O2 I have been trying to get a refund from you for almost a month… at first I waited on hold several times for up to 58 minutes only for the line to go dead, now I’m just told your are too busy to take my call and am cut off completely. This is disgusting customer service.

    @BristolJMC @O2 @Alicelaston This "technical issue" has been in place for at least 8 days now. I've been falling to talk to anyone since last Monday with a similar issue. DMs here on twitter take 2 days each time to get a partial and unhelpful response. Utterly hopeless.
