    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    @O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

    @O2 what is going with your phone signal right now? It’s the worst it’s been for me in the 11 years I’ve been with you. Constant drop outs, ****** internet services won’t go above 2 bars. I’m paying over 100 pound a month for this garbage phone service. Somerset based no signal

    I never had issue with @o2 until they merged with virgin media. Now I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. You try and use the website, pages don’t load. Information isn’t available. How do you keep on top of your account. #awfulservice #neveragain

    @_Greazemoden @O2 Looool I moved from Three to O2 about 10 years ago. Recently the network has been on some joke ting. I thought O2 was the best outta all of dem. KMT

    @O2 This happens in Chester, Llandudno, Wrexham. My wife has the same problem, having a 6 month old and needing to check/updates things is impossible when out and about with O2. Very unreliable

    @mattstingray @O2 I’m finding exactly the same and their response was use WiFi calling! A great help when you don’t have access and need to make a call.

    o2 please fix o2 priority presales for the love of god I cannot count on one hand anymore how many times I’ve gotten to the front of the queue for there to be no presale and it just takes me to the event listing and it just happened again with adéla FIX IT @O2
