@O2 i wasn’t trying for paramore i was lewis capaldi so it was gigs and tours not axs, but the priorty app did crash just before they went up and kept logging me out so i think a lot of peoples were down! hope you got some!! <3 x

So O2 just ring me from their business team to discuss my new contract. I said “it’s interesting you should call as I plan on cancelling my contract!” He says “oh I am not cancellations” then gets cut off because of my phone signal @O2 @o2businessuk #nosignal #terriblesignal

Waiting on my phone call from @O2 to figure out exactly why their website was completely refusing to allow me to confirm my upgrade order because "OOPS, SOMETHING WENT WRONG" and in their customer service words, they have no clue why it's not going through lol, call at 11am yay
