Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

@O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

@O2 @O2 , still no response after 48 hours ? As i have little to no service can you refund my last 2 months airtime. Paying £45 month for a service that doesn’t work surely isn’t acceptable? Trying to run a business and it’s becoming increasingly difficult without a working mobile!

@O2 all incoming calls been showing as ‘no caller ID’ for 2 weeks now, tried new sim, sim in another device, and today after contacting o2 on the community page I’ve now been disconnected completely! Can somebody help me? As a long serving customer the service has been appalling!

@O2 you need to have words with your complaints manager Ningreipam three times he ended my conversation without resolving my issue and finished with okay bye without letting me respond having been an o2 customer for 17 years this is not the service I expect

@O2 hi O2, I am sad you have introduced me to Ralph Lauren as your new partner for O2 rewards, I could never afford them before this financial crisis and having them introduced now as a potential customer is a bit of insult to injury! Pls have more realistic people partnerships🙏

@O2 terrible service from O2 over the last week. Been a customer for 18 years but the service I’ve received from Ningreipam a complaint manager. 3 times today after spending hours on chat ended the message without resolving the issue, incredibly rude. @EE fancy a new customer?
