Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

I have tried calling them to resolve and old dispute and so far I’ve been put on hold forever or the 2nd time they said please hold and hung up on me! They’ve applied a charge for a dispute I raised before I ditched them for dire service and still awful

Graham Style (@grahamstyle) reportedI'm not surprised @O2 is the worst rated complaint company. 6th March open an account with Virgin Media. 22th went on holiday, O2 just decided without notice to close the account. Been back for over a month, calling O2 every single day, complaints and fraud, nothing. Any help?
