    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    @O2 O2.. the company that lies to its customers!!...over 5 months and Enfield 0pa en2 still only getting poor signals..excuse after excuse..lie after lie..and still poor signal..I have saved all their excuses and lies..now I will take this further!!...they don't care!..it's a joke!😡

    @O2 And yet again.. oh im not showing any issue in that post code (even though its not just this area) it must be the sim or the phone (even though its multiple devices and sims). Usual response.. lets do nothing and blame something else!

    @O2 The reception has always been terrible and until you put a mast up this side of the hill it will remain so....

    @O2 Thanks for your reply - yes, connection away from home is fine. The housing development is in a dip and as far as I know no one gets any signal other than in certain areas of the development. The network status checker does confirm there are no issues.

    @O2 @virginmedia It seems like Virgin have applied my Volt benefits but 02 haven’t, I’ve tried speaking to 02 customer services about this but the only people who were helpful were the virgin media customer service team who sorted it. 02 don’t even seem to know about this when I ask…
