    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    Had a lovely message from @Schofe - made my day. Feeling rough but not doing too bad. Just stressed that I have no broadband. My data isn’t going to be enough. Hoping @O2 can help me out!

    @O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

    @mhewson_MCH @O2 Especially as the service is absolutely shocking. Go into a city centre and can’t connect to anything. Ifnindidntnhave WiFi at home I’d never get anything - 4 calls this morning from people not one came through but got a text to say I’d missed the call…….

    @O2 I’m disappointed with your service. I paid for my order and ported my number to O2, but I’ve had no proper support at all.I’ve called customer service multiple times and even messaged here on X still no response. This iscompletely unacceptable #O2 #CustomerService #Complaint

    @O2 your customer service is shocking refusing someone a 14 day change of mind we make a complaint you call back with a deal and said you will get another quote the escalations team yeah, right I'm still f waiting you're a joke.

    @andrejpwalker @O2 Honestly andre the merge with virgin was the downfall of O2 I have had so many bloody problems with them
