    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    @O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

    @O2 Most patronising company I’ve dealt with and always get passed pillar to post when the advisers don’t have a clue what there doing so either cut you off or transfer you to someone else to tell your issues over and over!!!!?

    @O2 want to upgrade to s21 plus on your site over 3 years would cost over £2000 through o2 but can get the same phone over 2 years through 3rd party on your network at just over £1000 ehats the deal with that ????

    @O2 This is now Day 4 of no service!! I have a husband in hospital who I can't visit and now can't talk to either. Another 5 days, as per your message today is unacceptable in my circumstances

    @O2 After about 10 phone calls and being hung up on by your inexperienced staff, my issue has HOPEFULLY been resolved. You’ll find out tomorrow if I don’t have service STILL😤

    @O2 (1 of 2) They have a case open and have given you one more chance to fix by this evening. It's poor that O2 have not been proactive in communicating a known technical issue at your end that leaves customers without a phone at a time when staying connected is essential.

    @O2 (2 of 2) To have use of neither their existing no. (that they want to keep) nor the one that came with the new phone and contract (which they don't) since requesting this at 5pm on Friday and then having to do all the chasing doesn't inspire. Is the tech issue actually fixed?

    @O2 more scam phone calls. 070 5885 2693, 07475 658150. DHL failed delivery scam. More fake virtual calls not blocked by another network provider. The providers have the tech to block but they don’t because they make £££ on the X connect charges.
