    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    @O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

    @O2 Thank you but these are just platitudes. How can it take 8 days to fix a broadband fault? You tell me there is ‘good mobile coverage’ here for O2 but there is none and hasn’t been for years and yet your charges increase! All talk and zero action! @Ofcom @MartinSLewis

    @O2 2 weeks ago I ordered a Rolling Sim only plan from you. Sim arrived 3 days later. Its now day 10 and we cannot make calls or texts because the plan you sold is broken. WHY? Do I need to go to @Ofcom to report you or are you going to fix it? Selling deals you cannot provide.

    @O2 Why did I spend the day in Pendle yesterday with absolutely NO SIGNAL?! What’s going on when you can’t even have a day out without being cut off from the network??

    @o2 why has your 4G data become so bad? I have 2 bars but very difficult to get online at Axminster Train station to check on travel. Bridport is just the same. Why?

    @altrinchamhq @O2 Get a second sim with talkmobile (Vodafone and 3 mobile) I'm on that and BT (EE). Still have the odd issue but gives you more chance of coverage.
