    @O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    Had a lovely message from @Schofe - made my day. Feeling rough but not doing too bad. Just stressed that I have no broadband. My data isn’t going to be enough. Hoping @O2 can help me out!

    @O2 Nobody will be able to get tickets by the time the app is fixed ! Yet again another disappointing service for the presale tickets ! Been up on the app since 8 and got logged out and now can’t get back in

    @O2 a communications company that can’t even cope with a ticket release. Typical poor experience on 02 - can’t wait til my contract expires and I can move to a decent provider

    @O2 The ‘big’ network get a test of its sites infrastructure and is failing. In 2022 a site can’t handle a couple hundred thousand views at once……. Time to stop spending the money potato servers.
