@HoulihanFinn @Joe_Guy @O2 Exactly what I told them on the phone earlier as they shouldn't keep accepting porting requests that they know they cannot fulfill, it is misleading customers. I have informed Ofcom about it and logged a complaint. Never experienced anything like this from any other provider.

@O2 Hi. 3 weeks in a row i’ve tried to get cinema tickets on o2 priority and 3 weeks in a row i’ve been let down. The all just logs you out and doesn’t let you back in until all the tickets are gone. We have 6 devices in our house with o2 and all tried………

@O2 My number has been disconnected for 2 days as part of your porting process but it still hasn't been ported. I can't receive calls or texts. I've called you several times but you're not sorting it. This is terrible customer service and an awful introduction to O2.

@O2 I appreciate that but I pay my o2 bill to be able to receive calls 😔 using WiFi defeats the object of paying you for a service that should work
