    @O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    @O2 for 18 years I’ve had phone reception whilst at work and it was always perfect, now nothing at all for the last couple of months! What is going on? Other staff menebers are having the same problem too, I use my phone for work now I can’t. Bradford area

    @O2 after 20+ years I’m waiting for my number to port to another network. It’s been one thing after the other over the years - poor signal, poor service, the issue with the iPhone XR that you dragged out for months, and the very sneaky price increase

    @O2 my signal has been shocking for over a week now! No 5G, barely any 4G and struggle to make and receive calls! No doubt I’ll still be expected to pay my full, high, bill come the end of the month! Possibly time to shop around after 15 years!

    @O2 Seriously, I messaged by DM prior to 1800hrs today, and even notified you on the main timeline I had done it, and guess what, yep @O2 have completely ignored it. Customer service is missing

    @O2 Why is your 5G connection so poor! Even in London is rubbish! No chance of any speed or quality in Nottingham! Sort it out.

    @O2 Have been a long term customer & 2day asked Tottenham Crt Rd shop 4 tech support to download email app. Asked ME what IMAP is, I asked them if they knew - no. Walked out. A waste of my time. Maybe they sell better than provide tech help. Any ideas where to go now for help?
