    @O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    @O2 was told I’d hear back about my complaint within 1-3 days; it’s been 5 (not forgetting the 2 days it took to get told it would take that long). So a week with no progress at all. Is there somebody at o2 who would like to resolve my issue?

    @2WeekTraveller @O2 Just super inconveninent & often dangerous as cutting me off when travelling solo and leaving me with no form of contact with the outside world isn’t great. Always happens at the worst time. If I sign off no data limit & pay all my bills would be nice to be treated like an adult

    @O2 Yes it has and I have tried everything, I will just wait till the shops open back up dont think anyone knows what to do about it, I have spoke@to customer service only had the phone 1yr and it’s slowing down already

    @O2 I may be wrong but I think it was when the original iPhone 3 was released...if not before 👍🏻 Always fantastic coverage, service and great pricing...why would there ever need to be a change! #UKsBestNetwork

    @hanna_mairi @O2 Yeah, everything just came back out of nowhere, just as I had connected with an agent. My wife is on O2 and didn't have an issue - so I have no idea

    @LiamDMiles @O2 Don't think you've been barred, pal. I'm on O2 and the network appears to be down. I downloaded the "my network" app and it says they're aware of an issue. Not great @O2

    Regular travelers which network do you use @O2 are freaking terrible and I’m tired of fighting to keep my phone on while travelling. Which network doesn’t auto stop your phone when roaming leaving you stranded on the reg? #travel #phone
