@O2 there's a problem on your network? I haven't been able to access the internet for about a week now on 4G or 3G in my area (SE12), it can't be my phone as I and the wife are on o2, (I use android and she uses iPhone.)

@O2 It’s time to leave!!! Awful experience both online and on the phone. You are offering new customers far better deals than existing ones and competitors are offering better. That’s me done after nearly 20 years.

@O2 my device plan is up in June, can I cancel my SIM with effect the same day? I’m going with another provider, I’ve too many signal issues and calls dropped because of the signal, and 2 I can get more data for less money
