    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    @O2 No, that’s not what I asked. Will the service be solely supplied by o2 or will i be an o2/virgin customer? I left virgin for many reasons not just for the poor customer service.

    @O2 I just want to make an official complaint that’s recognised by ofcom and, I cannot do that. I spent 3hrs being transferred around today and the same yesterday. I really just want to make my complaint official however South Africa are on a different world!

    @O2 I have been a loyal O2 customer for decades, but Virgin messed me about and they think I owe them money. I will never, ever pay them that money. Where do I stand in regards to this merger?
