    @O2 Nope. Done that numerous times and it’s always the same outcome, never o2’s fault, why am I paying for 150gb of data when I can hardly ever use it due to the lack of signal everywhere?

    @O2 Found it to be very unreliable for the two months I've been a customer. Today was just more difficult to deal with.

    I wasted half a day trying to get help from @O2 again. This has happened before. Having enough shops where people can go in and get personal help is too simple apparently.
