Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

@O2 Trying to deal with a live fraud issue and everyone in your company is uncontactable. Everything from call centre, to live chat, to every method of contact possible. What am I meant to do? Zero service when it matters.

@stuartctaylor @O2 It’s dreadful. The mobile signal was better 20 years ago. Obviously not xG, but calls were stable and clear.
