    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    @O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

    @O2 Hi. I desperately need help with my o2 phone. I'm puk locked out, and I can't recover my PUK code, because the phone you need to send my security code to, is the one I'm locked out of! The other phone number attached to my account is no longer in service... HELP! :)

    @jesshardy20 @O2 @LewisCapaldi The app kept freezing when I was on but I eventually got on only to find Glasgow was scalped to **** 😭. Panic bought the only tickets I could get for Sheffield, thank god my husband drives lol. Hopefully I can get tickets for Glasgow on Thursday and I'll sell my 2 Sheff ones 😭

    @O2 You barred my SIM over “fraud” — then admitted it wasn’t fraud days ago. But I’ve still had no service for 7 DAYS. I can’t contact my kids or partner and now you’re saying I might wait 10 MORE DAYS?! This is disgraceful. Fix this now. #O2 #Ofcom #FraudBarFail

    @O2 you are a joke ! 4 weeks of complaining, waiting for a replacement phone for a faulty one , after being told I can send faulty one back on receipt of replacement. 2 official complaints and still no further forward. Customer services are useless😡

    @O2 My issue is that it’s not my fault that ticketmaster was down during the time I was trying to confirm my tickets. It’s wrong and I feel wrong done by , I’ve been with @O2 for years I always book his priority now I don’t know if it’s ever worth doing it again. Will you compensate

    @O2 disappointing that I have to leave O2 , to get the offer that your are giving new customers. Poor customer service and no loyalty.
