@virginmedia @O2 Issue is VM wants a new 18 month contract and the speed boost may not be free which is not mentioned anywhere in the T&C. Still waiting for O2 to double my data.

@O2 how do you get support? i have ended my contract, a few weeks ago, but had no confirmation email/text. i sent a text to o2 for PAC, no response. tried msg in MyO2, but says 'all agents busy'!

@O2 for two days running I have been past your store in Great Yarmouth to see the shutter down, today I asked the shop next door why this was happening. Apparently the staff were having lunch at 3.30pm.... Is this company policy?? 😠😠
