    @O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    Don’t think there’s been a day go by in the last 6 months where I haven’t had a call end because of signal on my phone @O2 - I can’t manage a phone all to someone in Manchester City centre from Liverpool city centre. Even worse by my house.

    @O2 And yet again.. oh im not showing any issue in that post code (even though its not just this area) it must be the sim or the phone (even though its multiple devices and sims). Usual response.. lets do nothing and blame something else!

    @deftonesjake @O2 Where do you see a status update like that? When I log into MyO2 my order list is blank and I have nothing aside from my original confirmation email which has no date on it. Appreciate any help either of you can give me!

    @O2 rang customer services to cancel my contract this morning with 30 days notice, filled out all my details, was asked to hold I said no problem at all and they ended the call and I’ve not heard back? Awful customer service, definitely not going back to O2

    @iKrushed @O2 @Apple I have issues where I have full signal but my 4G and Internet just doesn't load its so ******* annoying never ever had that issue with o2 before.
