@O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

Don’t think there’s been a day go by in the last 6 months where I haven’t had a call end because of signal on my phone @O2 - I can’t manage a phone all to someone in Manchester City centre from Liverpool city centre. Even worse by my house.

@O2 rang customer services to cancel my contract this morning with 30 days notice, filled out all my details, was asked to hold I said no problem at all and they ended the call and I’ve not heard back? Awful customer service, definitely not going back to O2
