Come on @O2 I'm getting plagued daily by false automated calls from different numbers #scams #fraud now I'm x directory and blocked lists etc so shouldn't receive such things. I know there's auto dialled but operators should be cracking down on this!

Got on to @O2 support because I can’t send texts. Eventually I was escalated to someone who ignored everything I said and didn’t help; just told me to go to a shop, to get rid of me. Now they want me to give them feedback by text… which I can’t send, because they didn’t help.

@O2, I’m unable to log into my myo2 account, it keeps saying my account isn’t activate, but it is, I’ve spoken to staff in 3 of your stores, none of which can help me, and I’ve spoken to customer services, who have ‘escalated’ the issue, but that was 2 weeks ago!
