Got on to @O2 support because I can’t send texts. Eventually I was escalated to someone who ignored everything I said and didn’t help; just told me to go to a shop, to get rid of me. Now they want me to give them feedback by text… which I can’t send, because they didn’t help.

Come on @O2 I'm getting plagued daily by false automated calls from different numbers #scams #fraud now I'm x directory and blocked lists etc so shouldn't receive such things. I know there's auto dialled but operators should be cracking down on this!

Said it before but I do have to say it again: @O2 and all their customer support staff are such lovely people. I’m what could have been a horrendous situation everyone I spoke to went above and beyond to help, fixing the issue within 24 hours.

@O2 Hi there. Recently moved to O2 however I’ve found the signal to be poor in some areas I frequent. I’ve a SIM Only added to my partners plan. I’m within the 14 day cooling off with this, if I request a PAC will this cancel or cause any extra charges before full cancellation?
