    Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

    @joel_hames @O2 It doesn’t affect me personally as I rarely make or receive calls. It’s only the data side that I’m bothered about, but that seems to be working. Sounds like it’s a problem at their end.

    Hey @O2 , question!! My iPhone 12 Pro max has issues when turning on or off, it glitches and taken ages to do either .. is this a fault in the software or a phone issue ? #apple #iPhone

    @iD_Mobile_UK @O2 @giffgaff As expected, and despite the promises, I have received no call back for a third (and now final) time. Please escalate the complaint as requested - I've had three commitments for a call back only for you to miss every single one of them. Beyond poor service.

    Come on @O2 I'm getting plagued daily by false automated calls from different numbers #scams #fraud now I'm x directory and blocked lists etc so shouldn't receive such things. I know there's auto dialled but operators should be cracking down on this!

    @O2 trying to set up the app keeps saying password not working then the resets not working , cust svcs saying I need to wait until July for my first bill in meantime I’m losing my weekly benefits

    @O2 Yes. And that link doesn't fix the issue. It says login for upgrade options, but when I do and hit upgrade, there are no SIM only options.

    Laughing & people shouting in the background. Very unprofessional behaviour. Ive also been taking to a robot all day trying to sort this issue. Yet no help! So I’ve been without a working phone most of the week unless I’m connected to Wi-Fi. Not one person wants to help. @O2

    @EE But was rubbish once I left the city and went home. Hence, I’m still with @O2 who I also got a 4G signal from in the city.

    Still more AI drivel from @o2 instead of actual customer service, I will not deal with AI to sort out a problem of your making, advertise goods how your prepared to sell them don't try and flimflam customers or you'll end up losing them like you have in our case.

    @O2 can see the trouble @O2 customers are experiencing but she was just reading, parrot fashion, that she could diagnose it. Have a look at the issues people have wrote on here @O2 and you will realise it's not me !! 😡😡

    @O2 my daughter, stranded abroad with no phone after a theft, has received terrible service from you. Unless you can actually support her we will be cancelling our DD and making a complaint to @Ofcom. Good customer service is not rocket science!

    @sackedseafarer @O2 But I keep getting errors “Too many page redirects occurred” whether I use the app or website. I then tried to submit a complaint online and guess what, that throws an error too! So raised it via X DM and given a complaint ref and assured I’d be contacted via my preferred channel

    What is seriously wrong with companies these days. It's definitely no longer about the customer and pure fleecing for profit. @O2 @British_Airways all brilliantly versed with their loopholes for how not to commit and be helpful
