    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    @virginmedia @O2 why is it so hard to link my O2 acc to my Virginmedia acc? Get to the "we've sent the code" page but no code has arrived. About 90 mins now even resend not sending code. Just want to ccess my O2 acc. O2 customer services were useless...

    @O2 2 weeks after renewing my contract and I still do not have a working phone. Was told in DMs on Thurs that if I just restarted, all would be well. Please help! No calls or texts on what o2 said was my now restored number

    @BedsGooner @virginmedia @O2 Feel your pain. Yesterday both my O2 and Virginmedia accounts were hacked. O2 were terrible and could have avoided lots of it from my first call, but almost ignored me then it got really bad, as people had access to my account.
