@O2 Hey O2, thanks for being prompt for sending out a jiffy bag, to poss repair the battery on my Samsung, that is 4 months old! On the phone said they said it could take 10 day to fix, strange you let your customers face with no phone! Im sure you'll still charge for these days!

There is an issue with a mobile mast near me that affects all networks & it’s had issues since January & it’s still not fixed! @O2 say “ordered a part” multiple times but never gets installed & @ThreeUK just say “we’re working in this area to fix a mast” It’s been 5 months!
