@Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

@stacyleigh1983 @O2 I've being trying throughout the day too app and laptop but yeah nothing. At one point I though oooo I'm in click it redirected me to the website which of course then went down. Absolute useless. Don't get me started on the scammers that should be stopped now!

@O2 How can you be sold out? Priority hasn’t worked all day, yet greedy touts/crooks can be selling them for outrageous prices, and you appear to be part of the scam O2. What a joke, while you increase profit with so many calls to you & other ticket sites. 0/10 Customer satisfaction

So @o2 Priority has been down all day for people trying to get Peter Kay tickets, yet miraculously they have sold out of Priority Tickets and you can now find tickets on re-sale for £300+ #MakeItMakeSense

@O2 Absolute disgrace today #O2 normally a raving fan of your priority app but a really poor customer experience today. You should be controlling traffic in the app and giving customers up to date information regularly. Your customers trusted your service and you have let them down..
