    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    O2 are an absolute disgrace poor customer service, poor network had nothing but trouble with this network for 4 months phoned this morning and said they will send new sim out and now tonight I have no network at all as @O2 have turned it off before new sim arrives

    @O2 your call centre is absolutely shocking! Trying to call to resolve an issue with my dad’s voicemail - they are rude, incompetent and are clearly have instructions to email their crib sheets to customers to get them off the phone. Appalling.

    Hey @O2, I’ve not had any phone signal where I have lived for almost 4 years and keep getting told a mast is being fixed. Pretty unhappy as this clearly isn’t happening…

    @O2 Yes, the code was presented within the time window and was visibly counting down even though the barrista was telling me it wasn’t being accepted. The code wasn’t showing ‘used’ until long after the incident
