    Once again dealing with @ee for an improved sim only contract x 4 is fruitless. Decent 20gb 5g 24m deal for £9/month, only for BT broadband customers, **** all for a customer of 12 years. @O2 do 20gb for £8/month ffs

    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    @O2 @getlostidiot1 After reading this and having already been in touch with you concerning how my my 89 year old dad lost £10 from his phone without him knowing. Unfortunately, no one seemed to help me. He got really upset by this.

    One week with @O2 and still no service on my phone. Now been told I gotta wait upto 7 days for the issue to be sorted. Very poor . Back to three I think #disappointing

    @FHawksworth @O2 I know what you mean, these consultations can go either way, depending on who you get. And I have had weird issues with Vodafone and EE not connecting, no idea why, some calls go straight to voicemail despite the phone being charged and in range. Technology inconsistency sucks!

    @nikkiwba @O2 I’ve had a problem with them since January. been a customer for ?30? Years. Ordered new phone in Jan. not delivered. They’re charging me for it. Every time I phone I have to go through the whole story. many phone calls. One was 2 hrs and a couple of others for a hour or more

    @O2 what's wrong with your network? People keep trying to call me but calls not going through. Tried turning phone of. Have reported via app but no reply
