@Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

@O2 So it worked once on Chrome on iOS (14.1) and then reverted to the same behaviour as Safari of not working. Opening using new tab (Chrome) or in background (Safari) does work though. I honestly can’t see the point of locking users out of the app if they can’t use iOS 14.5 though?

@driving_without @O2 I dunno I always stayed with Vodafone because at the time they were cheap plus they have helped me while at one time about 12 years ago I was struggling so they never cut my service or we worked out a payment plan I can’t forget that.

I can honestly say that when my @o2 contract is up I will never buy another @o2 device again. In the dozen or so times I’ve had to speak to customer services they have never once made the process painless and things ALWAYS go wrong. Details are always lost and records missing.

@O2 I have been unable to get a coffee from nero since the change. It’s such a disappointment. Do you know if any of this feedback is being passed on to the priority team or if any change is possibly being put it place to fix the out of stock? Thanks
