@IbzDanny I’m on @O2 refresh and currently pay £22 Per month until phone is paid off and then I have cheaper bills or upgrade so I never pay it outright but often thing yes that would have been a good holiday.

last weekend, upgraded two new phones, received one of them and experienced totally disappointing customer service for the other - not for the first time, either. Care to actually help this time @O2, as the people in the call centre yesterday seemed very reluctant.
