    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    @O2 Thank you for reaching out but your customer service team has confirmed to on two separate phone calls today that I must pay if I want to leave, regardless of the circumstances - looks like I cant take this further. Yes this is happening in one location.

    @O2 Yes a phone number that keeps sending me through an endless loop of pay and go top up line. This is not an o2 pay and go number press the star key to get help. Press the star key. Please enter the phone number. Enter number. This is not a pay and go number press star key for help

    Just rang up @O2 to talk to someone about 2 randoms direct debits that have been set up on my account, selected the Urgent/ complicated issue options and the automated service literally went ‘bye’ and hung up !!

    Hey @o2 Your Middleton Manchester store needs more middle of the road PAYG phones the ones they had were too expensive. They tried talking me into a contract... Sorry I'm a PAYG only customer.
