    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    @O2 What is the exact process for a premium rate number to authenticate and pass on charges to a network provider? Surely there has to be a legally documented process when charging money, I.e. some sort of protection from companies illegally charging and fraud?

    @O2 are actually terrible. I raised a complaint on 23rd and have been waiting for a response. Its been 8 days. O2 over twitter said it wasn't raised. Wow Just wow. Over 2.weeks without any service

    Again who sent me that message saying do @O2 and @British_Airways pay me for my drawings no they do not pay me i do it to keep my mind off things as what happened a couple of years ago i came down with depression are you happy now

    @O2 just to let you know, the O2Priority app didn’t load yesterday when I was in Caffè Nero’s so I couldn’t redeem my free coffee. Other people also had the same issue.
