    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    @O2 I had 12GB of data left on a PAYG sim when I took out a contract. What I didn't realise is that using the same login to move from PAYG to contract effectively removes the PAYG from your account. Meaning that the £10 I had just spent on PAYG was a complete waste of money....

    @O2 morning who can I tweet to within O2 to tell about the disgraceful support and service I have so far been providing re trying to cancel my mother's contract who has dementia and not used her phone for over a year !!!

    @O2 I know you're regulated by the FCA but if a customer asks about the phones memory, mega pixels etc because the original phone isn't available. That's not breaking any regulations? I know you can't give your personal opinion but product knowledge isn't a personal opinion
