    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    Honestly, good customer service is the best thing. Just spoke to Amy from the Exec team at @O2 and I think they should give her a raise. She was incredibly kind (after an awful experience with o2 in-store)! The first woman on the case & she sorted it in a 10-minute call!

    Hey @O2 called customer services a few times today but couldn’t get through. Any chance you could check the status of a port in? Submitted it Saturday but still haven’t heard anything yet and number is still live on EE

    @KennySmithPhoto @O2 Vodafone are fairly decent (never had any issues really) and at the minute I’m on a monthly sim only for £11 a month on my old iPhone 8

    @O2 @Ticketmaster @TicketmasterUK really not happy !! Been in the que for Billie Eillish tickets since 9 and keep getting a circle. What’s going on!! Now only bad seats available.

    @O2 Wifi calling is off - as it was before. 4g voice and data is on, as is VoLTE- again, unchanged. I’ve never seen this pop up before. I don’t believe there is a setting on the phone to turn off 4g voice calls only - setting is for voice and data. So what is happening?

    @O2 any reason why my 5G is this slow? Since I moved to you the network has been woeful. The biggest mistake I’ve made. I spend most of the time on 3G/4G too. Pathetic
