@Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

@O2 I am roaming in the US. A text on arrival said I have 200 mins of calls every day, but if I try to make a call I get a voice telling me "The Service You Are Attempting To Use Has Been Restricted Or Is Unavailable. Please contact customer care for assistance. Message 0816265".
