    Once again dealing with @ee for an improved sim only contract x 4 is fruitless. Decent 20gb 5g 24m deal for £9/month, only for BT broadband customers, **** all for a customer of 12 years. @O2 do 20gb for £8/month ffs

    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    Hey @O2, even Pitbull cancelled his concert in Riga last minute due to "technical issues", but somehow your roaming network is putting on an even worse performance. Stuck on 'No Service' in Latvia with a fully paid contract. Can a human DM me to fix this backend glitch?

    @Lucozade3D @O2 Look O2, another person who is getting the same issue when trying to pay the bill. Surely you know this is widespread by now! Sort it out and stop blaming your customers for your mistakes!

    @kokeshimum @O2 o2 is total overpriced garbage. Been with them for 20 years because they convinced me somehow alternatives are even worse. Happily binned them this year and switched.

    Well apparently if @o2 can provide no service, you still need to pay for it. We have both stuck with and paid for a service that does not work for 2 years and the repayment from O2 is to charge us for leaving. Been a customer for 10 years. @MartinSLewis
