    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    @O2 Thanks for letting me make a wasted walk to Greggs, which ended in the rain, to get to the store to find this out, you're quick to promote your offers but NOT the changes you make to them. Think a new customer relations manager may in order to treat the customers you have right.

    @O2 your customer service is utterly terrible. I sign up to 02 virgin deal in May. I've been trying to sort out my package, each time I've been messed about. Now I ask to make a complain so someone can deal with it, and I get hung up on, 4 times now. Shameful!

    @O2 Thank you, I’ll have to try if we ever get the issue with Virgin sorted as I have no phone reception at home with O2 currently. Neither 3G or 4G work properly 😔

    I’ve never experienced such terrible service in the States. Called @O2 and nothing they can do about it. Reset settings, taken out sim etc but phone is useless without wi-fi. Just gives me the pointless EDGE indicator. Anyone find @EE better? #iphone 😡😡😡😡

    @O2 the service I have received over the last 2 weeks has been disgraceful! There is a bar on my phone that no one seems to know why and no one can remove it!! Get told different reasons each day! Now being told IT issue which could take 5 days?!?! Not good enough!!

    @O2 tried to use jet 2 holiday promotion on o2 priority but it says this voucher has been used but I have not used it before or ever used jet 2. Help please?

    @O2 I bought my phone aprox 1 year ago with 5 bars of signal at home; 12 months on and I am down to max 2 bars. What's going on?
