    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    @LucySmale5 @O2 @peterkay_co_uk I was similar until just now... on the laptop (not the app which never loaded) I googled 'o2 priority peter kay london' and kept refreshing that link. It worked after a few refreshes!

    @O2 pleased to see FOUR hours after your tweet that you’re fixing the app that it’s still not fixed! still can’t log in - just says an error has occurred - WTH! all we want is tickets. pity the poor devils who have a concert today to show their priority passes!! fix update pls?

    @o2 @virginmedia shocking. Spent hours trying to get on. Then get the priority app to load asks me for phone number and sends the code to verify then just boots me off back to the main screen. **** customer service as usual. Bet all your staff have got tickets ok!

    @O2 your priority service today has been abysmal it is now 13:55 not been able to log in all day surely you knew there was going to be high demand for Peter Kay tickets I should imagine a lot of unhappy customers for not being able to use of the perks of o2
