    Once again dealing with @ee for an improved sim only contract x 4 is fruitless. Decent 20gb 5g 24m deal for £9/month, only for BT broadband customers, **** all for a customer of 12 years. @O2 do 20gb for £8/month ffs

    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    @Alicetweets @O2 credits of £165 and £54.42 missing been on hold, cut off through security 5 times since 16.17 today, and it is now 18.14 and told that the credits have been moved, but they can not tell me where, and there is no senior person than the rude and obstructive individual I am talking to, and he has lied to me three times during this call, which is mean to be recorded.

    This! I recently added @O2 satellite for £3 a month extra. Meant to kick in outdoors when signal drops. Literally have never connected to it or seen a difference!

    @cherry_ugh @O2 They depend on us just accepting it and not knowing how to deal with them legally. They back down every time. Ps I’m on o2 and the signal sucks

    Is there anyway to submit a complaint to @O2 via email? Their online form doesn’t work and I don’t have hours to sit on the phone and go over something that I have already spend hours on the phone dealing with.

    @O2 what is going on??? Still no update on my phones, no one answering at your “phone” store and even your so called “resolutions” team won’t give me an update! I guess you feel the money is in the bank so don’t have to bother with any level of customer service?

    @O2 @rraanes Youve been looking at it for over 6 months now so I doubt you're actually going to fix it. @ofcom need to look into the shoddy security on o2s site that causes customers to not be able to access accounts
