    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    Once again dealing with @ee for an improved sim only contract x 4 is fruitless. Decent 20gb 5g 24m deal for £9/month, only for BT broadband customers, **** all for a customer of 12 years. @O2 do 20gb for £8/month ffs

    @O2 can you please tell me when normal service will resume in my area? You were fixing issues in my area for 4 days last week, service resumed again on Saturday, it’s no service again now! Not good enough.

    @O2 Hi. Re yr 7.8% increase. Whilst this may be within the terms, I have been a customer for more than 20 years. If you can’t recognise my loyalty then please be assured I will not renew my contract later this year.
