    Once again dealing with @ee for an improved sim only contract x 4 is fruitless. Decent 20gb 5g 24m deal for £9/month, only for BT broadband customers, **** all for a customer of 12 years. @O2 do 20gb for £8/month ffs

    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    @O2 I have already followed these steps on more than one occasion and reported the faults and done online chats before. I get h+ signal coverage if I'm lucky and I have a 5g phone!

    @AliHamidi @O2 I left 3 a couple of months ago because of bad reception and bad customer service, O2 can’t be as bad as 3

    If your on O2 becareful there are spam callers again I had another voice mail saying "Hello Francesca" then hang up @O2. It sounds forgein usually when I get miss calls a number comes up and suddenly not getting it. 🤔

    @O2 have spoken to someone on your customer service line who was unable to help me as he needs to speak to the account holder who is away. They can’t ring because their phone has also been cut off. We spoke to you recently to make sure this wouldn’t happen and it still has.

    Sadly after about 20years being with @O2 think I will be leaving worst thing you did was merge with vergin media. I can’t to sod all now nothing loads.

    Losing the will to live trying to replace a stolen phone with @O2 🙈🙈🙈day 4 of dealing with people that don’t listen and then they try and get you to do a customer satisfaction survey and cross sell you a watch!! Get your act together @O2!!!
