@Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

The @O2AcademySheff/@O2 have now made it so you can’t get tickets to gigs unless O2 is your phone network 😳 So I can’t see my favourite band @TheKillers now. Thanks capitalism 👍

@thegaryturrell @O2 I am getting this too @O2. Terrible customer service: nobody at O2 would even estimate a timeline for resolution🤦. I just started this contract and am in 14 day grace period, will just cancel and leave to a competing provider if not given satisfactory advice on how to resolve.

@O2 the customer service is shocking apparently o2 don’t generate acquirer reference numbers for a refund. Different information is give out on every call it’s shocking this issue is ongoing 15 days.

@O2 @O2 no direct result of my own actions, what can be done to resolve this issue? The customer service agent I spoke to (who was rude) stated nothing can be done is that correct? If so im paying 70 pound a month (30 pound roughy of which is for my device) that is alot of money!

@O2 How do I find out when it is fixed? The only advice I got from customer service was "keep trying to set it up". I have until 21 April to leave O2 without penalty and can commit to switching to Vodafone if it is not resolved by then.
