    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    @O2 My issue is not the lack of signal. My issue is that o2's processes don't allow for situations like mine where there's no mobile service

    I’m getting sick of this now @O2 I’m will NOT be paying my bill until you fix the network issues in and across Burnley. It’s unacceptable. £55 a month for a service that isn’t working? And it’s not just me, several others on your network have got issues accessing data.

    Great customer service @O2. Rang 4 times regarding paying for mobile data on my Apple Watch and not being able to use it and have been hung up on 4 times after speaking to someone who will ‘transfer’ me to someone else 🙄🙄🙄🙄

    @O2 your customer service has to be the worst I have ever met after PayPal. Spending hours on hold and some other hours waiting for a call back. When people transfer you to a different department the call "cuts off". One of the tactics used by @ThreeUK many many years ago. Trash!
