Once again dealing with @ee for an improved sim only contract x 4 is fruitless. Decent 20gb 5g 24m deal for £9/month, only for BT broadband customers, **** all for a customer of 12 years. @O2 do 20gb for £8/month ffs

@Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

@O2 Can someone please contact me. I have been a victim of identity theft and receiving multiple letters threatening court action. I have been in contact with customer services multiple times with nothing being done and contacted your fraud team, again no response.

Come on @Vodaphone no signal from mobile mast in Southleigh woods since last Friday. Affected most of Crockerton village and no response to reported issues. Neighbours using @EE @O2 etc also affected.

@O2 Ok. But that was mainly for the old terms where there was no upper limit on data. Now, 25GB is the fair use and this should be at full speed with no restrictions as there’s no way of abusing the service. It is unfair.

@Hpsaucy515 @virginmedia @O2 They take us for mugs! Btw, on the signal issue, the village signal is practically non existent! At home ALL calls are automatic WiFi, the phone does that, not O2. Engineer: they must install a new tower. I'm told they refused, outright! (We weren't worth it!) Got my own back!

This will never happen but customers on mass need to stop paying these price hike bills it's the only way to stop price gouging and corporate greed. Imagination if 80% of the UK just stopped paying gas and electric bills or 80%+ of @O2 customers refused to pay the 11% increase

@O2 I tried to take my phone contract out of my mum’s name and into my own and was told by customer service I would have to pay a fee or pay off my contract, surely there’s a way to put my phone number/contract into my own name without having to pay a fee? Can you advise?
