@Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

It's a shame I've got a year left on my @virginmedia contract. This week it's been up and down more than an elevator, this week. Thank God that my @O2 phone has saved the day for work and social life with a hotspot. Ironic that they're now partnered huh...

@O2 Hi there,I've had this issue a few times but when I'm off WiFi on my phone and I try to connect to the internet using mobile data my phone won't connect. Data is switched on. My friend's EE Samsung works, mine doesn't. 😔

@O2 If I'm honest I'm not sure! But I must have triggered something and my emergency contacts got 4 messages with photos, voice recordings, location etc. Brilliant if needed but I would have expected it to be free? It was going to keep sending them too until I realised and stopped it

@O2 for two days running I have been past your store in Great Yarmouth to see the shutter down, today I asked the shop next door why this was happening. Apparently the staff were having lunch at 3.30pm.... Is this company policy?? 😠😠

@O2 Accidentally sent emergency messages to people (by hitting a button on my phone too many times) a couple of weeks ago and have just found out they were charged at 54p each as they were mms - is this right? Surely this shouldn't be paid for in a real emergency?
