    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    After 25 years of being with @O2 the customer service I have received today has been absolutely abysmal. Fuming doesn’t even come close. I need recommendations for new providers!!!
