@helen_wallage You're welcome. I was suspicious, so I dialled the number and it went to an o2 messaging service. I have reported it to @O2 If you click the link, it says the PCR testing kit is free, asks for all our details and then asks for your bank details for £1 postage!

@O2 last month I had signal issues for 2 days, now emergency calls only coz a local mast isn't working again, this seems to be a regular occurrence now, due an upgrade in May but after 13 years of being a loyal customer, thinking it might be time to switch network 😢
