    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    @O2 ...in my 8 years as your customer, the time one spends whilst their 'call is in a queue' has been progressively getting longer. I tried calling over the weekend and got tired after being in a queue for 2 hours. This morning, i also got tired after being in a queue for 2 hours

    @O2 I have a Flip3 from you. I got the screen repaired by Samsung in November because it developed a crack on the fold. It's now got another crack in the same place. Samsung say I need to keep sending it away for repair. Is there anything you can do to help?

    @O2 The support phone line hangs up on people automatically, no queue. If I could use a PAC code online, I would! But your system doesn't allow that so I have to call, and then the automated voice says you're too busy because of lockdowns, which ended years ago. What gives?

    @O2 generally I'm loosing the plot. 20 odd times I had to call them Saturday due to getting cut off and on visiting the store they couldn't do anything either due to systems down crash whatever!!!!
