    Once again dealing with @ee for an improved sim only contract x 4 is fruitless. Decent 20gb 5g 24m deal for £9/month, only for BT broadband customers, **** all for a customer of 12 years. @O2 do 20gb for £8/month ffs

    @O2 I have checked your network tips and status many times. Again, I have said it has been going on with months. An iPhone 12 Pro Max getting data speeds in Glossop slower than that of 15 years ago. It needs looking into and sorted. Many people have complained and it’s unacceptable

    @O2 Hi I'm trying to top up a new PAYG sim and the top up payment keeps failing. Also tried setting up auto top up but after confirmation of this with my banking your website keeps failing to process the payment. Are there issues with your system at the moment. Cheers Chris

    @O2 I have been trying to get a PAC Code for a week now, I have been put through to three different people tonight, my phone is disabled, I can’t ring, text or go into my O2, the Customer Service has been awful since day one, which is why I’m leaving , what else do I have to do

    @O2 are you currently having problems with voicemail recording? I can’t a new voicemail which is a big problem
