@Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

@O2 Be honest no one gets a deal! A customer since 2010 and can’t even get a measly £63 discount even when spending almost £150 a month in Contracts. Loyal customers aren’t a priority and don’t PM me asking me to get in touch. It was a waste of time.

@O2 as a long standing loyal customer I find it shocking that I’m rarely getting good signal service, I rely heavily on my phone for running my small business and Especially in Edinburgh were 5G is supposed to be in use i’m struggle to get 3G

It’s almost as if @O2 @O2 don’t want me to pay my final bill - my accounts now been cut off and my service,no “direct” number works and one advisor just cut the call on me

@o2 received 10 texts this morning to say the phone I ordered 5 weeks ago was finally in store. Go to store to collect and they can’t release as system is down. Total waste of journey & petrol. Texts continuing to come in.

@O2 Tried calling sales, rerouted back to main menu. Did live chat! Took ages and webpage didn’t work. 2 iPads finally purchased in Black Friday deal and guess what?…….. OUT OF STOCK email 10 mins after I confirmed rules and regs! Awful process
