@Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

@virginmedia @O2 Passed from department to department. Promised emails to confirm bills have been changed, nothing ever happens! Even had people hang up on me. Spoken to at least 20 advisors. Stealing from low income people. How do I make an official complaint until this is sorted?

Still waiting for @O2 to get in touch. You are literally ignoring my messages. I cant call as my phone is not working. Shocking to say the least been without phonecalls and texts for over 24 hours. NHS workers need their phones to work !!!
