    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    .@O2 Signal so poor in Tq3 tonight your network checker wont even load ! Yes I know its a busy area at this time of year but its never ever been so bad, show some respect and acknowledge the issue

    @O2 Hello, can you please explain why I'm getting threatening letters over a billing error you made that I've spoken to Customer Services over the phone 3 TIMES over and told it has been sorted out? This really isn't fair and it is not right. Very upsetting

    @O2 Absolutely disgusting service😡 brought a new Apple Watch 7 with data plan, fist off provided a device that had been opened and damaged. After it was swapped they now can’t attached my data plan to my new watch and basically say there is nothing they can do about it! #rubbish

    @O2 I received my new SIM on Friday 15th July. I've done the SIM swap. Still my phone number is not working. 3 days now. All I am told is it's a technical issue and it will be fixed soon. This is now affecting my job. What's going on?
