    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    @O2 I have just joined 02 from Giffgaff. I am trying to move my number to 02 and it says the site is down. I have tried to ring and I am not able to speak to any one. How do I go about changing my number? Can you please help as this is not a good start to my contract

    @O2 It's all well and good telling me the exact same information I put on my tweet..that doesnt change the fact you should do something about it for the safety of people!!! Charging for an emergency service is just insane! And limiting it if you have a spend cap is even more insane!!

    @davemassey @O2 Wish they would demonstrate some commitment by ensuring that ALL have an adequate signal. I have to hang out of the window to even get a 2G signal

    @O2 hi. I just upgraded my plan yesterday which included 6 months of Disney+. When I go in to activate this it says it already has been used. Can you help?

    @O2 @OakNational Hi @O2 I have the same problem. Want to pay off my device plan. The website refers you to the phone, the phone is a robot and whe you ask for pay off device plan, it refers you back thr website!! I’m trapped in a nightmare customer service cycle. Please help me.
