    Once again dealing with @ee for an improved sim only contract x 4 is fruitless. Decent 20gb 5g 24m deal for £9/month, only for BT broadband customers, **** all for a customer of 12 years. @O2 do 20gb for £8/month ffs

    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    @O2 It seems to be everything. Call won’t connect, data won’t work. I don’t really use text so no idea if that’s not working. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue.

    @O2 my father IL who has 02 payg is trying to transfer his old number to a monthly sim sent by o2but is frustrated the automated service just cuts him off saying we're busy and will only deal if about fraud . He is partially blind phone is very important

    @O2 hi I look after my cousin’s finances, she has learning difficulties. She had a message from you to say her contract had ended. She started a new contract with vodaphone and cancelled her contract with O2. She has received a Notice of disconnection notice. Can you help me?

    @O2 my iPhone says visual voicemail is unavailable, I've tried resetting my network settings, texting STATE to 9011, my bolt on has also been activated. Do you know how I can fix this? Thanks :)
