    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    Once again dealing with @ee for an improved sim only contract x 4 is fruitless. Decent 20gb 5g 24m deal for £9/month, only for BT broadband customers, **** all for a customer of 12 years. @O2 do 20gb for £8/month ffs

    @O2 I just want to make an official complaint that’s recognised by ofcom and, I cannot do that. I spent 3hrs being transferred around today and the same yesterday. I really just want to make my complaint official however South Africa are on a different world!

    @O2 I have been a loyal O2 customer for decades, but Virgin messed me about and they think I owe them money. I will never, ever pay them that money. Where do I stand in regards to this merger?
