    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    @O2 It’s on my bills, there’s no credit to cancel it out. I pay it every month and have no way of cancelling as it’s not synced to apple store subscriptions!!!

    Today I offered customer services at @o2 £100 to any charity of their choice if they could tell me somewhere within 500m of my workplace where i could get 2 bars on my mobile signal... still waiting ... not the first day either.

    @O2 when are you fixing the mast in Redhill it's been over 2 weeks with no signal! I'm paying for a service I cannot use.

    @O2 beyond frustrated with customer service. A fraudulent O2 account means mortgage is being turned down and if not sorted me, wife and 10mth old will be homeless in 3 weeks. Fraud team uncontactable, customer service refusing to let us talk to a manager and hanging up on us

    @O2 ... Senior advisors hanging up on customers, account activation sla of 3 days taking over 7 and still not resolved... superb... tell me again why I bothered.. absolutely shocking service
