@Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

Having problem getting #Volt on Virgin Media, but you got it on @O2 then try this, make sure your email, phone and home address are the same on both accounts. Ring sales on @virginmedia and ask for one of the volt package. There will get you on a new volt package suited to you.

@virginmedia @O2 my Volt benefits have been activated. I have WIFI issues in the bedrooms, currently have wifi boosters. I want to order some wifi pods, but the Connect app tells me registrations are closed. Can I get some help please :)
