    Once again dealing with @ee for an improved sim only contract x 4 is fruitless. Decent 20gb 5g 24m deal for £9/month, only for BT broadband customers, **** all for a customer of 12 years. @O2 do 20gb for £8/month ffs

    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    @O2 Hi, since Dec all my incoming calls show as UNKNOWN in caller ID & call history. I've tried resetting my phone, swapping the SIM to another phone - issue persists. Seems like a network/account issue. Can you look into this or reset my account settings? Thanks.

    @O2 after multiple phone calls to customer services to advise i had been receiving emails and texts stating I owed money when I dont a restriction has been placed on phone and they cant lift the restriction for upto 7 days. @O2 I wouldnt recommend you to anyone these days

    @O2 my classic PAYG SIM appears to have stopped working. It has £13 credit so that's not the issue. Your chat told me to phone O2 from my non functioning SIM.

    @O2 - mast not working properly in SW17 9PP. When will it be fixed? The local Church is without its Internet. The website has been saying the engineers are working on it, but there are no further updates.

    @O2 'Sorry you feel that way' is a dismissal, and shows that O2 have no real interest in customer care. IF O2 introduce real customer care, let me know. I will not be waiting.

    @O2 so prices have increased and I've got absolutely rubbish service, supposed to he on 5g plus service max speed mobile data 0.5meg and 1 bar on mobile for voice, time to go to another provider when contract ends in june
