    @O2 can you tell me why there’s absolutely no signal in Winchester town centre? I rely on your network to make food deliveries but have been unable to work for 3 days losing out on over £150 because for some reason I have no internet (get full signal but nothing works or loads)

    @O2 your support service is terrible! I can’t get through on the phone - left waiting for hours. Can’t msg an agent on your app because it says “agents are forever busy”! How do I contact a real person? VERY close to canceling my contract with your sub-par service! #awfulservice
