@Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

@O2 Because this happen 6 years ago which we proved y wife didn't owe any money you have a different customer linked to my wife due to the maiden names being the same but have different date of birth moorcroft recovery confirmed this 6 years ago and spoke to your company
