    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    @O2 Hi @O2 I have been in contact with my provider again, and guess what? They can only let you know there's a problem with the mast which they've done again! We are 11 days short of a month without service and since I first contacted you through your website my baby has aged 2 weeks

    I can’t believe how crap @o2 are. Trying to get an esim and first they have to post it to you which is mental. But they disable the physical sim immediately leaving you stranded for days despite promising not to the second time. What gives?

    @O2 new client and my sim won’t work- have sat on the phone for over an hour trying to get customer support. Unacceptable. Poor first impression
