@Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

@virginmedia @O2 Sadly, yes. One laptop and two smartphones. Website drawing a blank. App not even getting past the start up page. Servers/bandwidth weren’t suitably prepared for this, which sucks. Like, they didn’t do their job. (Not blaming you or O2, as you’re just the social media team).
