@Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

I don’t know what’s worse being stabbed in the **** or @O2 customer service! If I see “405 NOT ALOUD” or “oops something went wrong” again I’ll just smash the phone it’s easier!!!!!

@O2 your phonelines state they should be open til 9 I have been cut of 5 times after getting through security. I was looking for details for an upgrade but I may see what other networks are available if that's the service I can expect
