I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

I don't particularly care about the car charger but I specifically bought the phone and stayed with @O2 for this bundle. Waiting months until it's too late to return/cancel isn't ok.

I’ve been trying to pay my bill for a few days (I’ve since found out o2 have a technical issue), quite frankly ‘Sheila’ shouldn’t be answering the phone to customers with her bad attitude & constant interrupting.
