    @Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

    @O2 Can anyone help me with the cancellation of my father in laws mobile contract?. He passed away 3 weeks ago. We are being treated awfully by all at O2. The supposed Bereavement Team are hopeless and never call us back. My mother in law is getting very distressed about it all.
