    @Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

    @O2 I replied to your DM 5 hours ago. Whilst I appreciate you are busy, my problem is not of my doing. One of YOUR agents made this mistake and I am now waiting on a queue on 202 for the SIXTH time to sort this out
