@Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

@O2 It’s congestion nothing can be done until you buy more spectrum & put up more masts. This was the case on 3 separate iPhones too. 2 weeks ago Wellingborough had signal but 0 throughput, & Moulton NN3 7 has become progressively worse & the worst thing about that is Moulton has 5G!

@O2 @O2 This is the 7th working day and still no phone call from the complaints team. I've already started to take legal advice on this as it's an open and shut case. A phone call would have gone a long way to resolving this. Such a shame that customer service appears non existent.

@O2 I joined your service on 11th July for a SIM only deal. I haven't even received my SIM yet but I've been sent a bill for a full month. What's going on? Why do I have to pay £15 for a service I wasn't even able to use?
