    @Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

    @O2 were is my order I ordered iphone pro plus on 21 Oct min 2 weeks delivery it's gone past that know to 4 weeks I will cancel my contract you took a deposit which if the goods wasn't in stock you shouldn't absolute joke funny ee have these in stock

    @O2 my 4G and general signal has been rubbish in SA15 for well over a year. Network status says I should have good service in the whole of Llanelli and all the troubleshooting steps haven't worked.Can you please sort it out or I'm going to have to switch. It's becoming impossible

    So @O2 apparently cannot tell me when my order (Christmas present for my son ordered 9 days ago) will be delivered as they are out of stock. No mention of this of course on their website and no customer service team can assist as 'they don't deal with that item'.....

    @O2 Check DM. No help Received From Wednesday I can't use my Esim as No signal in it. Till date it's same . Number of times mentioned about same to your Team. Still not rectified. Immediately Activate my SIM. I pay for the services. Worst Service @O2

    @O2 @virginmedia Yes I need help getting connected not had internet since last Wednesday. Have literally been around the world speaking to Virgin customer service. These people are experts in apologising but when it comes to resolving a fault then they’re absolutely useless. STILL NO INTERNET!!!
