    @Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

    @O2 Horrendous. Since May you’ve incorrectly tried to charge me for a phone repair for a phone that was never sent off. You can’t even connect within your own firm. As a result of your piss poor staff I’m still on a debt recovery firm list+my credit rating has dropped from 700 to 512

    @O2 Wish I had never moved to O2. Unlimited data contract but can’t use data because the network in my city is so damn overloaded, but O2 can’t find any problems. Absolute scam artists.

    @O2 I’ve been trying to get through since Friday. I’ve been told my direct debit is cancelled. Every time I try the support chat it says it is too busy. If it’s always unavailable, it isn’t busy, it’s obviously the normal level of traffic and you don’t employ enough support
