@Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

@O2 Day 63 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 Still no coverage and the signal checker is now saying ongoing works until 16/01/23! What is going on?? I can’t receive calls and keep getting voicemail messages when the phone never rings then the message fails to play! One of which being from my Doctor. It’s not good enough

Hi @virginmedia I’m in the EU with roaming enabled but no data, texts or calls. People I'm with have @EE and @O2 with automatic connection on arrival. My son also has Virgin and he had an issue last month too - why do only Virgin customers have this problem and what can I do?

Bought a brand new iPhone a month ago. Had call issues every day - cuts out every phone call I make - everyone I ring says I sound like I’m in water. @O2 I’ve paid a full month for this awful service. Can I get my month refunded. Feel like just cancelling the contract.
