    @Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

    @O2 How can you report a network issue on your status page when the area doesn't have a postcode and you can't geo locate because you don't have a data service?

    @O2 It does, the worst thing is no issues and then Sept onwards it’s been sporadic in areas. I have an EE eSIM which I switch too and no issues.

    .@O2 I just had a long call from an 01234 number, Apparently O2 have upgraded our network in our area & I am getting a new 5G sim card on Monday? Can you confirm this is genuine & not a scam? Flagged up on my phone as a possible spam call? 🤔

    @O2 I told the agent in chat that the £50 refund was to be sent to my BANK ACCOUNT not my O2 account and its been sent to my O2 ACCOUNT IN CREDIT. Then they keep repeating themselves in broken english?!
