    @Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

    @LeahLNurse @O2 Hello 👋 You'd need to call @O2 and request this; you'd need to cancel your order and re order the device, there is no other way as logically o2 can't drop and change delivery or collection. Hope this helps and you resolve it!

    Can someone from o2 explain why their network is so ****? EE can flipping land a Plane with their Wifi and 5G and o2 cant even let me watch a 15 second TikTok without Buffering! Waste of money! Defo changing when I upgrade @O2

    @O2 None of these steps help! youve just got a really bad network service and you’re charging me an extortionate amount of money for a 5G service you cant even provide and a 4G network service that barely knows what its doing! Seriously unimpressed
