    @Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

    @ultimatedoris @O2 I also work around Bath and have the same issue , says I have 4g+ , 2 bar signal and yet nothing loads up , but my work phone on EE has the same 4g+ 2 bars and I can roam the Internet no problem at all , I'm also thinking of leaving as I'm paying for a service I'm not getting

    @O2 Ended one of my 02 contracts as couldn’t do anything close to the other networks. Second one will be ended next month and third one a few months after that. Then no more 02, and all because you don’t value your customer’s. 18 years of contracts coming to an end ✅

    @o2 @VirginMedia intermittent services from both for the last 48 hours - ridiculous considering the amount of money we pay to both each month. Can’t even rely on 5G when Wi-Fi continuously plays up as that’s not working either

    @O2 Reasons to leave O2 ✅ calls cut out despite having a full signal ✅ 4G speed less than 2mbps despite having a full signal ✅ complaint not upheld because I have used your service successfully for 6 months so the last 6 weeks of unsuccessful service is irrelevant ✅ cos u suck

    @O2 The service is crap, sick and tired of asking for help from you and not getting a reply. So once my contract is up I will be leaving. Sent many messages with no response
