    @Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

    @O2 This is the biggest load of bull I’ve ever read, absolutely pathetic to have a service that could not cope with demand, you surely knew the demand would be crazy, was on from 8am and could never get onto the website or app

    @O2 Who had them all? All I’ve seen is everyone have the same issue as I did and couldn’t get on the site. Now the same tickets are going for hundreds,if not thousands of £s I thought they stopped people from getting scammed by touts? Clearly not!

    @johnsinfield @O2 No such thing as bad publicity - reports all over the bbc driving more traffic to a show thats already guaranteed to sell out. They are delivering the required service, as every available ticket will be sold. Cost to scale for a short peak just doesnt deliver a return.
