  @Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

  @o2 where on the train line from Maidstone to London 3G=no signal 4G=no signal E=no signal and 5G=no signal unless you have all 4 bars unfortunately for the majority (approx 50 minutes of a 1hr journey) there is no four bar 5G. It’s 2026 ffs!!!! Your service is shite

  @mattstingray @O2 I was with O2 when they were BT Cellnet they got worse and worse moved to @lebara I now pay a quarter of what I was for an excellent service, I only had one issue since moving called them and it was sorted in an 8 minute call including waiting time.
