    @Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

    @O2 I'm lazy to do more than switch my phone on/off I'm not going to trouble shoot your network deficiencies for you I have been with Virgin happily for 18months & before them Three for years and years My complaint is not based on a one off experience. O2 is consistently poor.

    Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

    @O2 my husbands new phone arrived yesterday, did the sim swap and still not able to call out/make calls. Was told should be fixed by 7pm tonight - it’s now 9.20pm and still not working!
