@DHLParcelUK paid for urgent afternoon delivery of @O2 phone on Weds - you try to deliver in morning & it’s now Fri and no phone !! Inefficient and terrible service & lack of any communication from you .

So called @O2 to speak to someone with a general query, apparently this is no longer possible. This is unfair for the people who have no access to the internet! I understand there being a wait time due to it not being urgent but to have the phone just hang up is a bit of a joke

@O2 the free hot drink code on the O2 priority app doesn't work on friday/Saturday. Has this been sorted? Greggs said it doesn't register on their system as a free hot drink.

It'd be really annoying if you could use @O2 priority due to the SMS code not arriving due to lack of signal... Yes I have WiFi, yes I'm annoyed. Yes so is my friend who is also trying to get tickets.

Task of the day: sorting my mobile contract. Cheapest deal on @O2 is £8pm but because I'm an existing customer I can only get the same deal is £20pm. I guess it's time to switch network then 🙄
