    It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

    Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

    Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

    @O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

    This just gets worse. They’ve cut my phone off. I can’t make or receive calls. @O2 you are a total disgrace. I can’t even call to resolve. What are you going to do? This is disgusting. 🤬🤬they’ve also sent me a message saying I’ll owe £476. I’m out of contract. Literally WTF!?

    @O2 I rang on Wednesday trying to pay off outstanding device and airtime, managed to pay the device off, but the operator said the screen had gone black, and would ring me back in 5mins, well still waiting for that call, so it seems you can’t cancel when you want

    @virginmedia @O2 Unless one person is on 02 and the other is on virgin mobile and their name is on virgin but the 02 customer pays the bill. Then you get nothing

    @O2 I’ve been waiting 2 days for my data plan to activate on my Apple Watch. It still says plan activating. I hear lots of people have this issue! Why is it taking so long and please don’t say wait another 24 hours. This is a simple process that shouldn’t take forever!
