@O2 any idea whats going on with your shop on Regents Walk Tedcar as closed today ad its handy for me to go in If and problems saves going to Hill Street Centre store in Middlesbrough. I don't need any help ect today just curious as to why its shut or if shut for good. TiA

@O2 hi there, I was wondering if you could help? My brother switched from PAYG to a Pay Monthly SIM. His new SIM card arrived on Monday but his phone number, still hasn't switched from his old SIM to the new one. We followed the instructions, but nothing has changed. Please help?

@O2 Not getting any luck from your call centres at all, seems like I’m on the ‘staff who need more training’ line. Had internet issues in my area for weeks (literally like 300 kbps) reported it online but apparently there’s nothing wrong. Partner also has same issue.
