    @O2 Day 137 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 I have been trying to cancel my contract for 7days all they do is put the phone down on this is a joke of a company I am going to cancel my direct payment I have all the call saved and they have all my calls recorded I will never go back

    Thieving gits @O2 have increased my daughters mobile costs by 17% having only taken contract in Feb. How do they justify it apart from greed, exploitation and extortion. Signal isn’t even good on M42, so not being spent on infrastructure. @MartinSLewis

    @O2 It seems even as i have spoken to you in the past, that you are unable to fix the issue of no signal while in my home, this is on going for months, so it looks like i will be taking all three phones somewhere else, I don't like having to go for a walk just to make a call!!

    @wakeupmummy @O2 Same problem for the last 4 days. I cancelled my Disney sub on the o2 website after the 6 month free trial and their system put a bar on my outgoing calls. 3 support staff involved, none of whom could help. 4th time calling and they spotted the bar on outgoing calls. Unbelievable

    @O2 had no signal at work for over two weeks… not ideal for receiving emails and work things and certainly not why I pay you an extortionate amount per month!

    Been with @O2 for 13 consecutive years (no idea why) and I can’t believe how bad the network has become in that period of time. If you’re anywhere with even the smallest crowd you can forget about any decent signal.
