@O2 Quick to get things off the open platform, not so quick to respond to your private DM request. Why is that, I only want the CEO email address because customer services are inadequate at dealing with a complaint and noting all of the detail in the complaint.

Trying to get support from @O2 is like pulling teeth these days. First I get directed to 'sales' and a predicted wait of 30 minutes. I call back and the automated 'service' says "down load the app, goodbye". The fact that I can't use it and it is irrelevant eludes them.

@O2 @andy_cov93 Dont do it!!!!!!! They are the worst. I have been on hold for 1 hour and 11 minutes. They have been promising to call me all week to allow me to leave my contract because they admit I have been paying for zero service for years!!!! They will hook you in and ignore you afterwards
