@O2 @InesonMatthew Yet 16 phone calls and you have done nothing to resolve the issues. Perhaps being shamed on social media is the only way to get things resolved. But I wouldn’t hold my breath if I were you Matthew.

@O2 can you help, me and the mrs put orders in for phones and contracts lastnight, she's managed to collect her set this morning, mine says the application is under review, I've had all the pre contract and confirmation documents but I am still waiting for collection confirmation

@InesonMatthew @MarkEvansO2 @O2 Yet you’ve already been called 16 times and failed to get in contact to resolve things for your customer. Perhaps been shamed on social media is the only way to get a response from your company. But I won’t hold my breath that you were actually address the issues.

@O2 just tried to change my old number to my new SIM card. Spoke to customer services and he did something to account. However now neither my new sim or my old sim are working and I can’t call anyone
