    @O2 your customer service absolutely sucks. Been trying for 2 days to get a new handset and not one of your advisers have got a clue. Utter waste of time.

    @O2 any idea whats going on with your shop on Regents Walk Tedcar as closed today ad its handy for me to go in If and problems saves going to Hill Street Centre store in Middlesbrough. I don't need any help ect today just curious as to why its shut or if shut for good. TiA

    Morning @O2! Is it true that the facility to download a VAT invoice, if you are a consumer customer but your firm pays for your phone bill, is no longer available? I have tired support & they suggest it will 3-5 days to let me know.

    @Danieloopspedro @O2 I’ve got the same problem. Even have a message from them in writing to say I’ll be compensated to be told on the phone no I won’t, still take my money regular though for a service I clearly can’t access. Proper jokers mate

    @jodielouiseart @O2 Im on Sky Mobile which is O2 and as soon as I walk out of my house to walk the dog i'm cut off from the world. It says I have 4g but a very slow connection if any connection at all.

    Moved from @VodafoneUK to @O2 in April. Worst move ever. Dropped calls every day and texts not being sent. Then after months of phonecalls they inform me they've had problems with my local signal mast! Back with Vodafone. I should have never moved.

    @jodielouiseart @O2 Jodie - I’m the same, I’m done with @O2 (been with them 12 years, won’t be renewing) - you’ll get a message saying check their network coverage, when you do it will say excellent coverage blah blah, my phone forever says 4G yet won’t load scrap all, same with the standard signal.

    O2 very weak mobile signal in Sheffield S11 now for over 1 week, cannot use phone in doors, only out doors. Come on fix it, else move to another provider. @O2 #o2v
