@O2 I've done that. I've clicked on what I need. I get sent to MyO2. Then clicked on support. Then clicked on what I need. I get sent to MyO2. You see the problem? There's no 'talk to someone now' option. It's not a helpful or user-friendly website at all.

@O2 I signed up for a new sim on 30th for my sons phone (sim only) but I’ve just found out that his contract has ended yet so need to cancel this
