    Don’t buy a refurb phone from @O2 bought a iPhone12 for a Xmas pressie 18th Dec which isn’t working so cant use still no return envelope from them & still NO phone but happy to bill me for it but that’s ok cause they WONT CHARGE ME TO RETUTN IT 🤬 WTF customer service is a joke
