    @O2 Quick to get things off the open platform, not so quick to respond to your private DM request. Why is that, I only want the CEO email address because customer services are inadequate at dealing with a complaint and noting all of the detail in the complaint.

    @MarkEvansO2 I have just forwarded an email to you from .@O2 customer service who have not detailed the full complaint I have raised regarding poor signal and service at a specific location since 2019, that affects multiple customers and devices. I look forward to Your response.

    @O2 @Ofcom That the complaint is being looked at but waiting for back office team to change the order status. Spoken to them again tonight and still no movement - absolutely insane lack of urgency - no support from any department

    @O2 Maybe you could help me with somthing as the website I can’t get sense from. Why am I being charged £9.50 a month on top of ultimate package for ultimate cover insurance when it was sold to me as ‘included’ I didn’t want insurance, I have my own. Can I cancel this separately?
