@O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

@O2 I have been unable to get 5g on my iphone 12 in my area since having my phone. I barely get 2 bars of 4g. Apparently due to a mast being down…for years. I just had a message on my phone saying 4g has been deactivated on my device…and now have 3g. Absolute joke

@O2 what’s going on surely in 2022 you can do local upgrades without putting everyone in the village on 02 without signal can’t make or receive calls or text luckily I have WIFI 🙄

I’ve been an @O2 customer service for 15 years. For the past 10 they’ve requested for me to upgrade and I’ve not needed to. Then agreed and they have no clue how to process orders. Shocking!
