@O2 my son purchased a new phone yesterday and the signal worked for a bit and then it stopped and hasn’t had any since he needs it for work and can’t get into the shop until after work any help

@O2 please help my friend. late paying his bill, so was on incoming only. when he came to pay, he couldn’t use phone despite website saying can, even listing numbers, none of which work!! He paid his bill through my phone 5 days ago. No service, tday all calls cut!!Suggestions??

@O2 been an O2 customer for many years but not experienced sustsined 0% coverage. Attended Royal Intl Air Tattoo on Saturday and once on site at RAF Fairford had no comms (voice/data/SMS) from arrival at 06:30 until on way home at 18:45! My wife is on EE and no issues?
