@O2 You can't deactivate call forwarding when you're on WiFi. You have to be on the network. How do you not know that?! And when it failed to work,for over an hour, I was static with full 5G signal.

@O2 my order has still not arrived?! Despatched 14th…(ordered on the 10th) DHL delay delivery every day, got email confirmation that Saturday delivery was guaranteed and it didn’t come… I’m losing patience now. I have never been so angry at such shocking service.

@O2 every day I get a notification stating a phone mass is down and your engineers are fixing it. Think you might want to find out what mass your engineers are fixing because it doesn't seem to be that one. I haven't had 4g or good Internet signal outside for over a year.

@O2 @TheO2 Win the prize for being the biggest corporate liars Scrooge this Christmas. When you have a broken mobile and request urgent delivery and guaranteed next day delivery. three days later still have no phone. Thanks I am about to go into hospital for surgery.
