Chris W 💙 (@cawalton7) reported from Middlesbrough, England@O2 Quick to get things off the open platform, not so quick to respond to your private DM request. Why is that, I only want the CEO email address because customer services are inadequate at dealing with a complaint and noting all of the detail in the complaint.
-

O2 Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Sarah H (@SarahWM45) reportedThrough a phone “system” and 3 operators who largely ignored our issue. We’re now on to the Complaints team at @o2. A disproportionate amount of effort to leave a contract they are not fulfilling, without being charged. As we can send a text or receive a call. @MartinSLewis
-
Deano... (@Frugal_ways) reported@LesTwigg @O2 Funny how the sim can receive signal from various masts, yet fails to work on the internet? BBC website loads, but search engines don't. Thanks for the heads up
-
Matt Hudson (@MattHuddyHudson) reported@pmiddy78 @VodafoneUK @O2 Don't do it you'll regret it , been trying to upgrade for weeks and can't . Signal is awful .
-
Hugh (@Hughtying) reported@Happyengland79 @O2 @BBCWatchdog That is utterly shameless. Admitting you're right just to pull the exact same stunt again is pure bad faith. Drop the formal deadlock letter and take them straight to the Ombudsman—they can't just keep raiding your credit!
-
richard gibbs (@GibbsRichgibbs1) reported@O2 I’ve been trying to cancel a pay as u go contract my son had for over a year now still paying £25 a month for a phone he hasn’t got not getting anywhere fast keep getting pushed from pillar to post how hard can it be to terminate a contract 😡😡
-
steve woolhouse (@stevewoolhouse9) reported@O2 yet again shocking service. Why do we bother to pay our bills. The customer service is just shocking and my phone is yet again dropping out as their are issues
-
Chris (@Uncle_C_J) reported@xxxxminniex @O2 This happened to my elderly mum, too! A few months in a row. I kicked off with O2. They did help out and refund a good chunk of it. Then I put a spend cap of £0 on. It stops all the premium rate things like this happening.
-
David Hughes (@GrumpyoldDavid) reportedHey @O2. Can you tell me when the mast in Lancaster will be fixed? Its been over a year since it went down
-
Minnie (@xxxxminniex) reported@Christo44671940 @O2 Thank you, O2 did they put a £5 cap on but it still continued to charge lots over this. Not sure how or why but it’s bad because they told her it was her sending picture messages off the WiFi and didn’t tell her it’s a scam. They even have an link to check premium numbers on the bill so I’m almost positive the call handlers knew it wasn’t my mum doing this herself and it says received texts and not ones she had sent!

anton Simpson ♿🧠 (@anton_simp66) reportedHoly crap I have 5g where I live oh no it's 4g back, oh nothing now oh 4g well that's @O2 again
