Honestly @o2 I think I’ve completely exhausted my patience with your phone signal. The only place I don’t struggle to get a signal half the time is where I already have Wi-Fi.

@O2 The 02 priority voucher can’t be used to redeem the pistachio iced latte even though it’s included in the terms and conditions. The voucher didn’t go through at the till and they refused and I wasn’t to redeem for this. Please kindly sort this issue out.

Hi @O2 . I have made several complaints via email about my service. Been in store where they have advised me they can do nothing. Called customer services where they have explained that they cannot help me as it is being dealt with by the complaints department
