@O2 what is going on with your 5G roll out. You seem to be completely missing out Stafford/stone Staffordshire. It’s poor compared to other networks with 5G available . My contract is up soon will be a shame to switch due to this !!!

Carried on misunderstanding the @O2 customer service guy on the phone. No reason for it at all, perfectly normal accent, I just couldn't process the words properly. Said 'pardon' and had to ask him to repeat himself, I feel so bad

@O2 Received a call from 0333 006 7136 claiming to be from 02, offering 40% discount on my contract, if I renew for 2 years. When I asked if I could speak to the team via Live Chat on your website, they said they'd put me through to another team on call to help. Suspect fraud.

@O2 Oh great that’s a relief I’ve only got to pay £648, thought it might be more 😵💫 No point sliding into DM’s it’s a case that I didn’t read the small print as a long term customer I assumed (humph) that I’d be looked after 😢
