A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

Dave Ogden (@daveo1880) reported@O2 are there any plans to roll out 5g in Rhyl/Prestatyn. Every other mobile provider has 5g in the area but you haven’t? 4g drops signal too often and I’m left with little or no signal to make any calls. Considering I’m paying over £100 per month it’s poor coverage

This isn’t even a post to get something moving, already raised to the complaints team, and they’re doubling down on trapping her in a new contract while not supplying her the service she ordered. I’ve also tried calling 02 to discuss four times and their customer services are inept. I’m giving it away now.
