@O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

@O2 absolutely appalled at the ‘customer service’ received from o2 this afternoon. Brand new phone that is blocked. Having to wait 24 hours for it to be unblocked as well as heavily pregnant and no means of contacting anyone. Well done o2…absolutely disgusting.

@O2 @SamsungUK I pre ordered the S22 in Feb. My current contract ends the same day as the O2Recycle offer 31/3, the date to claim the free GalaxyBudsPro ends 5/4. Will you honour these offers if it arrives after these dates? Or should I cancel and seek alternatives elsewhere?

Mint that @O2 advisors tell you they putting you on hold for “one moment” to then just re-queue you back into the queue with no warning. All because they’re too incompetent to figure out the problem.
