  @O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

  @O2 @ad_moran4 If you want a signal stick with EE! Sick of not being able to access apps on my phone, you know for critical things like charging my car or transferring money between accounts so I can pay for items! O2 are an absolute joke!

  @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 Deffo look around. Lebara are on the Vodafone network which is better quality than O2. No annual price rises which O2 do now.

  @O2 I spent hours on live chat with you yesterday to sort an issue out, I thought it was finally resolved but the email I got confirming has all the wrong information in it. I’m getting so incredibly tired of spending 3 hours at a time waiting to speak to someone. Please help.

  @O2 Me & my partner both in 02 get nothing in town but we are paying a lot of money each month & getting no service at all in our home town it’s really poor, member of a tennis club had a social day 35 of us 12 had 02 all said they have the same problem, has been going on for a year

  I hate when im using my phone in public and @O2 decides there's no more signal 🙄
