    Well @three, we pulled over to help an old gentlemen who had broken down just outside Barkston nr grantham, he had ran out of credit so couldnt call his wife so let him use my phone but guess what no signal!! Luckily my wife is on @o2 and had perfect signal. Might swap provider!

    @O2 we just dropped into the Richmond store. There were 4 staff, none of whom could help cancel a simple sync contact with my Apple Watch. 3 phone “advisors” later, after lengthy waiting times we were cut off at the final moment of someone getting things sorted. Bad bad service.

    Can only send this tweet or reply to the customer service agent because I'm now connected to WiFi. The app is now saying that it cannot connect me to anyone when I was mid-conversation/replying to a question. This has been going on for months. @O2 are a waste of time and money.

    @virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 We've had terrible Internet for over 2 weeks now. It's either no Internet at all or it's so slow we may as well not have it. Trying to get in touch is a nightmare. Everytime we call we are told there is an intermittent fault in the area and to call back in 24 hours.
