@O2 my 74 year old mother visited her local O2 shop for tech help this morning. Was told she had to get a new phone and pay £50. She has been a customer since BTCellnet. Her old phone was even kept by the shop! #concerned

@O2 @danyologic Hijacking this thread - on MyO2, following these links tells me what Wifi calling is and how to enable it on my iPhone, no option to add the service or enable it on my account. However, when I do that in my phone settings I get "To allow Wifi calling on this account, contact O2"

@O2 say they their bolt on allows for roaming in the US but what they actually mean is you don’t even get 3G in a major city (‘E’ or nothing most of the time) and most of the time you’ll get no phone service at all, putting their customer’s safety at risk!

@O2 Yes I can log into the actual website but not the mobile app which is weird. Are there issues with the app?
