@O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

@Ofcom need to be stricter on offers for new customers at the expense of loyal ones.... @virginmedia and @O2 Volt bundle available for new customers at £25 pm, for me to upgrade £58 pm minimum because I have been a Virgin customer for approx 10 years!!

@o2 we have been trying to cancel a phone contract with you since July but you’ve made it impossible. We no longer live in the UK or use the phone but you have continued to take money from our account. Please advise HOW do I cancel the contract or speak to a human?

@EnglandRugby @O2 Jones' persistence with Youngs ahead of in form exciting 9s in the past (Spencer/Robson/Care) and present (Quirke/Mitchell) is farfetched. Youngs has been hanging on by a thread for years now with his slow service, inaccurate kicking and inconsistent performances.
