    @O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

    Whatever u do dont insure your phone with @O2 raised a claim on 10th jan and was told id hear back about my device in 9 days, today hits and i ring they say cant find my device and ive to wait 5 extra days to hear back, thats not a me problem, i need a phone! Cheek to charge £60!

    @PhilPdale @Jason__Watkins @O2 Hackers used the fraud teams number to ring me and clear nearly 10 grand out of my bank account. O2 couldn't give a **** as my fault. Luckily my bank stopped it going anywhere. Left them shortly after

    @Jason__Watkins @O2 Sorry to hear that Jason. Hope you get it sorted very soon. I had a concern about a scam text code recently and couldn’t get through to talk to anyone cos it was just after 6.30 in the eve. Not great service at all.

    Its wonderful that you pay extra with @O2 to have your phone delivered by 1030 and to not have that slot honoured. Then to call @DPDgroup_news and be told that they are not going to do anything except be very unhelpful then hang up on me.

    @O2 just switched to you guys for an old lady that got scammed by a phone company and made her switch over. Having a nightmare keeping her old number and getting hold of the company. Been in your branch and no help, was on hold only to be hung up on. #CustomerService #helpless
