@O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

@O2 I have just encountered the most unhelpful staff called James at the Leamington Spa branch today. I walked in at 15.45 wanting help with my Pac Code and he just doesn't want to know, spent 10 mins arguing why he can't help because he has a train to catch at 1600.

@O2 Absolutely useless. Over 7 days after paying £482 to end contract early and take a new phone. Phone attempted to be delivered to my old address. Now stuck in Sheffield DPD warehouse. Promises of delivery and call backs broken over and over. Given up but can't even cancel. :(
