    @O2 having an issue with text messages coming in repeatedly. Been to 3 different stores, had some card changed and still it happens. Have now turned off notifications before the phone is bounced off the wall. One message has been received 37 times 😡

    @subrugbylad @O2 All I wanted to do was change a payment date. They said they did it but didn’t. Now going back on their word that they moved it. It’s not the money. It’s the being lied to. Awful awful service !!

    @robotmaths It’s legal but it’s stupid. Can’t wait for my 15% increase with @O2 and @bt_uk coming up this April. I assume they’ll be paying their staff 15% more as well?

    Upgrade or cancel with @O2? UPDATE 1/2 Comedy of errors continues. Popped into @O2 store, they checked the phone I wanted was in stock (it is). Then they told me they cannot take payment for deals I’ve not been able to complete EITHER online or over the phone…

    Worst customer service ever @O2 Ongoing complaint since before Xmas. 3 times managers haven’t called me when they promised they would. Absolutely appalling!

    @thedogman_918 @ThreeUK @O2 Plus you'll keep roaming with O2! Personally I'm surprised you stayed with Three for ten years! Their signal near me is horrendous and I got out as quickly as I could.

    Anyone else releasing how appalling @O2 actually is. Beyond livid and out of patience with multiple problems this week as well as obvious blunders on their part - switched on they most certainly are not.
