@O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

I had been a customer of @O2 prior to moving abroad for multiple years. Like most we paid on contact £30/40/50 for calls, messages and internet thinking it's ok, not bad value. Imagine then going abroad and paying equivalent of £5 for an almost identical set up.

@O2 It’s everywhere I go … the signal is so inconsistent. There are ‘dead spots’ everywhere. Admittedly I’m over really covering London and south east. It’s so many o2 users.

@O2 you have been no help at all. My mother in law has dementia and has lost her phone. To help you insist on a password she has set up. You need to train your staff on dementia. Will be cancelling the contract ASAP. Disgusting service.
