Absolutely shocking customer service once again from @O2 ...... ordered a tablet 3 weeks ago and was told it would available in 3 weeks. Get told today its out of stock but more frustratingly they can't give me any dates when it'll be available! - terrible!........ 1/2

@virginmedia @O2 @Ofcom I am unable to get the advertised speed boost via volt as the virgin v4 hub is oos and being held for new customers. They have told me there is limited availability, however as a loyal customer it seems I am not entitled to it. This needs looked into.

@O2 Joined O2, had terrible network and internet connectivity. No incoming messages. Wanted to leave but no PAC code sent due to no incoming messages. Finally managed to get PAC code through email and left o2. Now i have early termination charges due to incorrect account closure
