@O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

If that’s not the problem, it could be the Odeon you are trying to book for. My local one doesn’t accept them. Hope you can use them🤞

Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

@O2 You have absolutely THE WORST Chatbot on your website, it doesn't seem to understand anything. I have also tried mailing and still no response from you. Truly awful customer service. I expected more considering the 17.2% increase in my tariff this year!
