    What is the point of having o2 priority when you aren’t a priority at all? What a shambles this morning was, I sat by the phone since half 8 waiting on the Harry Styles presale at 9am and still never managed to even get onto the site, I was constantly kicked off. Sort it out @O2

    @TicketmasterUK @O2 fix your websites/apps 💀 both have crashed whilst my friends were trying to buy tickets for Harry Styles London show, despite them being 500th in the queue at 9am sharp. Are there even any tickets left or do ur apps even work???? give some updates

    @O2 what is going on with your data service? The last few days have been diabolical... it just keeps dropping out and running on H+ and sometimes 4G (I have 5G) I've tried restarting my phone etc, but a few other people have said they're having the same problem as me 😭😭😭

    @MBiggenden @O2 I was recommended to  baddo_cyber_spy on Instagram they were able to successfully regain access back to my account in ten minutes,check them out they can help you out

    @imah0eforhazza @O2 It would be good to have that confirmed since no one I know got tickets (and there were lots trying). O2 priority logging me out 9am did not help! 😭

    @O2 Many times I’ve done this. I just need to get it sorted. Is it worth me getting another sim from an o2 store? It was frustrating as the person gave no help and I haven’t received any emails.
