  @O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

  @O2 it's not just today - it's months, and EVERYONE on O2 in/around AL5 2RU is the same. Every O2 device in my household is the same. You need to fix the RAN. It started a few months back. Even when the O2 APP shows the problem, O2 says "Computer Says No". Sort your network out.

  @O2 this is why I left o2. My partner has a business and his customers are saying they can't get through to him. It has been over a week. The £10 refund is not enough. Can you just fix the mast please?

  @O2 I have an existing contract with you.I want to purchase a phone for an O2 SIM given to me by an O2 store.Your online system will not take my payment (funds are there, authorised in app).Your customer service can't find the phone I've picked.noone can take my money apparently
