@O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

@O2 Hey. I recently bought a new iPhone 13 pro and a new o2 5G sim card. However when I inserted the 5G sim card into the phone, it doesn’t recognise my sim and it still says no service. Can you please urgently look into this? I look forward to hearing from you. Regards, Dan

@Apple @AppStore @O2 I’m totally unsure what to do. My phone won’t accept my Apple ID password I’ve tried every password it could be. I’ve followed all help online but yet still nothing. I need it sorted as I need to download the nhs app due to traveling abroad on Friday. Help

@O2 absolutely fuming at your crap service. Moved my number a month ago yet your still billing me and keep cutting me off when I ring to discuss. I'm no longer a customer so how about giving us a correct number to ring? And give me my money back too

@O2 trying to join your network with a new contract, buying online doesn't want to work, ring through only to be passed around and cut off 3 times!! You may have good deals but not sure i want them if its this much hassle!!

absolutely disgusted with @O2's service. Told in store by their gurus that bills were up to date on 18th, only to have phone disconnected on 20th WHILST ALONE ABROAD! Then told by online team there is nothing they can do unless i call them... With no access to another phone.
