    @O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

    @O2 Keep trying!!! Why not just let everyone know when the site is back up & running! You where quick enough to let everyone know that they where on sale to priority customers with an alert! **** service

    @EnglandRugby @O2 Can’t help but feel for Jack Willis - debuts against Italy scores a try early to then suffer a career threatening injury- he returns months later playing as well as ever. Loses his club. Plays 5 minutes last week and is now dropped in place of an out of form 2nd Row! Shocking

    @O2 I want to cancel both my contracts. I pay for two contracts so I expect to be able to access o2 priority when tickets are released. It’s took 3 hours of continuous frustration and they’ve now all sold out…joke of a service. I’ll be moving to three where they can plan presale

    @O2 This is utter rubbish, why use an overcomplicated unsuitable system, you knew what was going to happen being the “UKs biggest mobile network” WHY DIDN’T YOU FACILITATE FOR THIS, expect worst case scenario, I hope it backfires big time

    Don't think I've ever experienced such incompetence before @O2 @virginmedia How, with the resources and infrastructure available to you, do you not foresee this volume of traffic for @peterkay_co_uk tickets and still not have it resolved? OVER THREE HOURS and it is still down
