@O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

@O2 Jesus, even trying to root out scams is further infected with them, it’s out of control. 3rd parties keep trying to get me to renew my contract it’s infuriating. I’ll look into the TPS service, thanks.
