@O2 are the worst network ever. Requested a esim for a new phone, coming on 16/09. Was told I can activate when it arrives. It then turned out to be incorrect. Current esim was deactivated and got no service for God knows how long #o2 #badcustomerservice #annoyed

@O2 your international data bolt on is useless in the USA. Almost no signal, can’t make a phone call and data when it happens is around 0.1 mpbs and. 400ms ping. It’s useless. And it’s the reason I moved to you……

@O2 I’ve just spent 6 days in New York, with o2 roaming and my data worked for a grand total of around 3hours in all that time. And my signal went completely dead anywhere indoors. £6 per day for this service is extremely disappointing.
