  @O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

  @SkyNews @O2 left me without a working phone for 3 months. Each time i phoned they asked the same scripted questions, was no help in store. Got me to send the phone for repair and it came back saying fixed but it wasnt. I cancelled the contract midway and they got balifs onto me. Avoid

  @willyepp @O2 @O2 have become arguably the worst company I've ever had to deal with. They messed up am order for me, then still took the money from my account. Nearly a week ago, amd still haven't been refunded.
