@O2 Yes I did. I’ve been in 3 locations since yesterday morning experiencing issues in all 3 locations for 24 hours. The checker is showing an issue in 1 location but not in the other locations.

If I’ve told you once I’ve told you at least ten times @O2 my husband is dead!! After each call you cancel his account & say no monies owing. You even contacted a debt recovery company & when I explained to them they closed account. TODAY another letter!! STOP IT NOW!! 😡😢💔💔💔

Anyone got any suggestions on how to get a pac code from @O2 it's next to impossible to get through. Surely this is against @Offcom code of conduct? A comms network company that won't take customer calls!?! Anyone else having this problem? #ukmobile
