@O2 Absolutely shocking treatment of your customers, I have deleted the app and won’t ever use the shoddy service again. Once my O2 contract is up I am leaving. Nobody could get through in your app, yet hundreds available on eBay, I guess you run a multi level “priority” service.

@O2 #O2Priority been trying to get tickets to #PeterKayLive all yesterday until you shut this app down for maintenance I even tried at 5 am and was still down and now on look everyone is back at it and I can’t even get on that maintenance really worked

@O2 Not an excuse this service is paid indirectly through our bills and when it’s down o2 who are making money either way should do something about. - extend the exclusive period till it’s fixed.
