@O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

@O2 Can you please explain why my (very low demand) connection is being made unusable just so those on VoLt can experience „#WorldBeating” service? It’s not like I’m asking for MBs - A stable 300kbps would be enough! 📶 Or is this because @virginmedia happen to dislike me? 🤔
