@O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

@O2 Just spent 20 minutes on hold only to be hung up on. I have no signal in my area and haven't had for weeks now. While I have wifi calling enabled, I can't send or receive text messages which means I've stuck logging into stuff that needs 2FA.

@Sam6WHU @forfuksakeali @O2 They just don't care is the answer. They have hundreds of thousands of contracts and garbage systems to manage their customers. The squeaky wheel gets the grease and when the payments stop I bet they'll be in touch

@Steph35419631 @O2 @EE I wouldn't bother, EE is shockingly bad at the moment. Just do a search on social media it will confirm it all and today they slammed there customers with a 14.4% plus 3.9% price increase.
