    @O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

    @O2 I appreciate the swift response. However, my experience of your network is that I don’t get 5G more than I do. I have been with BT Cellnet->O2 since my first mobile (save for a few months when I had to use my employer’s preferred network), I shall be moving at the earliest chance

    @O2 I'm an existing o2 customer, I have just tried to order a basic product from you 3 times online and then over the phone - which took 2 calls and 40 mins. I had to cancel the order as you were unable to complete the sale on 4 occasions. Absolute awful experience

    @ungodlywheesa @O2 That's a bummer! What phone are you using? Most phones from 2020+ support eSIMs. If yours doesn't, it might be time for an upgrade — your future traveling self will thank you.

    @O2 Thanks for replying, ive spent 3 hours on hold, to nobody, no information. Ive decided that due to the pathetic signal I get with o2 coupled with the fact nobody will speak to me as a human to cancel all 5 contracts as they end the worst service of any uk provider ive experienced

    @O2 Sorry, a phone mast close to you isn't working. sorry. Our engineers are on the case. This have been like this for over 3 weeks now in newport spytty np194qq and glan llyn area. when is this going to be fixed? no internet or phone signal and i need it for work 😡🤬

    @SophiePrestonHa @O2 We need to look at gdpr again!! Data calls are apart of the problem along with spamming data calls.. Do you think it’s possible time to change from over seas call centres need to be replaced?? we should be able to ask the government to fix it?? They overstepped with no accountability to everyone personal information abroad

    @o2 you have left me no choice but to raise the fact you have not paid my refund or fixed the issue, the refund is for, to the ombudsman! You've had enough chances but fail at every step ffs. **** company and **** staff! #evidenceforombudsman

    The service in Richmond is so crap I can’t work out whether it’s the area or @O2. I cant even send iMessage using data inside my house it’s ridiculous. What network provider has better coverage pls. I’m cancelling this contract today
