    @O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

    .@O2 Pleas help. I've received truly terrible service from you over the last few weeks trying to migrate my old number onto a new contract inc a complaint that was never processed. I'm currently without a phone that can make calls so how can I contact you to resolve this?

    @O2 why is your customer service online and over the phone so appalling? Been trying to upgrade my phone for over a month now and called approx 6 times and each time either been cut off 30 mins into the call or told it would be sorted in a few days and it’s not. Sort it out.

    @O2 also being refused access to our account. Told for the last 2 days that the phone is being delivered and receiving no messages from any couriers. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM @O2
