    15 years of loyalty and @O2 could not care less - weeks waiting for an upgrade to a phone they sold knowing it was out of stock and they continue to sell on their website - no effort to try and persuade me to stay - they can't even cancel it without that being delayed #appalling

    @O2 not impressed with the complete lack of response to my tweet. It is virtually impossible to contact o2 which is ridiculous considering you are a coms co! No signal at home now but nothing wrong with transmitter. Why no signal?

    @O2 an absolute joke of service for upgrade from start to finish. Topped off with going into store and not even being able to be given my new phone even though it was there!!
