    @O2 I'm angry of the lies from this company you use on your website & app, look at reviews on Trustpilot there can't be 100s of phones with so called "Screen Burn" it's obvious it's a (your) get out clause from paying decent price & then your customer Locked in new deal "its wrong"

    @O2 Day 111 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 still no answer to why I'm charged falsely for things and no improvement on the signal at all. Absolutely useless having a phone most of the time. Should be allowed to come out of contract if you fail to provide a service!! #ripoff #poorcustomerservice

    Can I replace my @O2 sim number and use a number from a different network? I'm on a 1 year contract with O2, I want to extend but would like to change number.

    I cannot get help with a problem @o2 Very frustrating to keep getting texts about something I cannot access, when o2 help is a machine & does not understand the problem.

    Hi @o2 - is there an easy way I can convince your network that a number is NOT spam, please? I have unblocked the number on the phone, but they still can't get thru to me so it is evidently an O2/network decision. Thanks.

    @O2 placed an order on Thursday for next day delivery .. head nothing since.. order showing as confirmed .. repeated contact with customer services just keep getting told to wait another 24hrs.. not really acceptable
