@O2 imagine I’m sat in central london with full 4G signal but can’t even download my theatre tickets coz since you’ve merged with virgin your signal is even worse than Vodafone’s but ya won’t admit to that & would rather have people think they’re Imagining it

@o2 I’ve been unable to view my bills online for MONTHS. Everytime I try I get error code DASH_ERR04. And then when I try to get “help” I just get sent around useless pages on your website. Live chat is always “too busy”. Can a real person help resolve this please?
