    @O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

    Hi @O2 I have been blocking & reporting spam calls to your service nearly every day for over a month, but I'm still receiving calls & Chinese voicemails originating from different numbers each time. What improvements have been made to prevent this from happening in future? Thanks

    @O2 Helpful as expected...not! They are also no longer a customer of O2, and didn’t use the myo2, legally you cannot not unlock a phone, don’t really understand why it’s so difficult, guess their kind gesture will cost us to pay to get it unlocked by a third party. #O2charlatans

    @O2 Hi I’ve started to report the numbers today and I’ve blocked them all. It’s very frustrating as to how did they get my number, yesterday was bad as it interfered with work continually getting calls. If it continues is there an option to change my number?

    @O2 Thanks, but I have a brilliant number that I bought from O2 back in 2008. I have no intention of changing it. I don't think it should be up to me to fix your problem by inconveniencing myself - do you?

    @O2 Trying to contact customer services to get a number reconnected and get credit restored as per the O2 community advice. Keep on getting cut off. Is there a direct messaging service available as my issue should be easy to remedy? Thanks

    @o2 your password reset page is so frustrating 😡 the time between receiving the fraud txt & code txt is too short 😡 count down timer ran out each time now I'm locked out , no wonder i don't use it much can't wait until my contract finishes 👋👋👋o2
