@O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

@virginmedia @O2 Well they have just screwed up my number port from EE and the customer reps make me feel like I have done something wrong. Told it would be addressed urgently, by which they mean 3 to 5 days. They were not impressed when I said I hope you don’t need urgent medical attention.

@O2 have spent over 3 hours this afternoon trying to cancel a contract that I thought had ended 18 months ago, have spoken to 4 different people but still haven’t cancelled contract. At one point after an hour and a half phone line was disconnected. Absolutely not good enough

@O2 No I’m afraid it’s Virgin Mobile. Simply put if it’s not resolved by tomorrow I shall look to move back to EE. I shall also take my two existing mobile accounts away plus my broadband, landline and tv. Absolutely appalling customer service over this matter and hours waisted
