  @O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

  @O2 8 letters all the same telling me about my complaint .that never mentioned the origonal complaint arrived all at once .you must spend a fortune on ink and paper
