@O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

@O2 @GoodThingsFdn @virginmedia When you call customer service on 202 and you request to speak to a manager and they say it will be in the next 24 hours. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Even support message are no answered as busy. O2 Travel takes 32 sec for a 2mb picture

@O2 Probably complaining about 1. O2 priority app failure for Peter kay tickets 2. Signal goes down for hours. 3. Signal still bad even though it's supposed to of been fixed or 4. All of the above and O2 appearing not to care apart from a 9 minute voice note!

@O2 the network with whom you can’t make a phone call at 22:50 on a Monday night in the centre of a major city because they’ve oversold their network capacity. Sick of companies thinking they can just rip off customers like this.
