    @O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

    I never had issue with @o2 until they merged with virgin media. Now I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. You try and use the website, pages don’t load. Information isn’t available. How do you keep on top of your account. #awfulservice #neveragain

    @O2 any chance of some support for my daughter after her phone was stolen? The level of support @Ofcom so far, has been absolutely abysmal. It would be good to find someone who actually cares!

    Email from @O2 did I need satellite coverage, great if bagging munros in Scotland, or alternatively trying to get a phone signal in Kirkintilloch, Chryston, @glasgowfort or @hyatt hotel in Stratford. 📱

    @BillCockaCha @O2 I am having issues with it as well. They ask the same dumb questions when it's a problem with the app.

    @wheat_daddy @O2 Could be the coms mast itself. We’ve had trouble with Vodafone signal for a few weeks, then all of a sudden we have got upgraded to 5G and a decent phone signal. Hopefully you’ll get the same soon? 🤞
