    @O2 Not replying at all wouls have been as useful. It took 10 minutes for that link to load, for it to be a load of crud that blames anything but your poor service.

    @O2 Your signal service thing has advised that there is a mast not working in the area. Can you please advise if it will be fixed this evening? Or when it might be sorted? It’s been ongoing since 6.30am this morning

    @O2 I am having network issues. I have checked the area issues but all is fine. I only got the phone last Thursday and told changing of contracts had already occurred. I am unable to contact o2 with any other method.

    @JamieCook1995 @O2 Ah I’m just me. Everybody loves a treat and even better if it’s free. The greggs and Caffè Nero will tell you if it’s still available and you’ve got 20 mins once you’ve requested the QR code to redeem it so do it when at the shop.

    @O2 I’ve been calling 30times a day to report that my mobile won’t make any calls/has network dropout. Every time it takes 5mins then disconnects. Chat function also not working! How do I contact you?! Currently paying for a service that hasn’t worked for weeks! #o2 #poorservice

    Hi @O2 i was accepted for a sim only recently. I have bad credit and defaults on my credit file, will i still be able to get a handset in 3-6 months? And would there be a credit check?

    @O2 Embarrassing that you think that nonsense is a suitable reply. Fact is- il move to another network at this rate. Its been a sub standard service for a while now, and its your equipment thats not up to the job- not weather or whatever else you try to blame
