    @O2 morning. Need help, can you reset call forwarding from your end? Everytime I try to make a change, or turn it off, its says unexpected error. When I check, status is all disabled, yet the calls are still forwarding

    @O2 if you can't generate vat invoices for my mobile phones either by email or post I am going to have to cancel my account. I have been asking for this for over a year and you are required by law to issue vat invoices !

    @O2 Yes it’s working now but took 3 days!!! Advice on phone and online chat was abysmal. Finally someone helpful from your sales team sorted it out in seconds. Dreadful customer service and incorrect advice until that point.

    @O2 Your team and link confirm there is no 5G in CM1 so wtf is it trying to connect to? Faulty handset or sim. Bounced from tech support, to upgrades, to customer services. Told I will need to take a day off work and wipe my handset to do a doorstep swap, so yeah, thanks for that...

    @O2 why would you send me a text saying I am in Euro zone and it’s like being at home. To follow 5 days later with a message saying that I have 25gig of data? I called customer service and got cut off is this how you treat all your disabled customers @MindCharity

    @O2 have to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. All I'm trying to do is transfer a Business phone line in to my business name and nothing seems to be right even though all the info is there 😡😡🤯🤯

    Hey @O2 how do you escalate a complaint? Spent over 4 hours on the phone and 1 visit to a shop all to keep being told someone will call me back! Who is this someone as it’s been 16 days???? The only person who has tried to help is Jenny at the Oldham store! 😡😡😡
