@O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

@O2 I am STILL owed £792.50 after o2 incorrectly charged me for early cancellation on15/01.Stating it would be returned within 7 working days and failed to do so. Yesterday again stated I'd have by COP, again nothing!This is an awful experience with a supposedly reputable company

@O2 I am trying to upgrade due to my current phone being broken. It wants me to verify a code that has been sent to my phone which I cannot access meaning I cannot upgrade. I cannot pay the remaining balance via 202 as again no phone. Live chat are not helping. Please help me.
