    @O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

    @O2 It’s not just where I live you’re signal has gradually got worse all over. If I could leave now without a penalty I would but that would be me breaking my contract but it’s ok for you to reduce signal

    Will be giving up with @O2 and my phone as the signal is not good enough at home as the signal fails to reach my phone and causing a nuisance with only 1 bar yet the transmitter is like half a mile away so it’s not giving a strong output for my phone

    @O2 I leave home where I have no signal. Travel on the train to London where I have no signal. And work in an office where I have no signal. Why am I paying O2 for anything at all? Their service is a racket.

    @O2 please teach your customer service staff to listen to what the customer is saying rather than constantly dismissing them and carrying on with their own agenda to SELL UPGRADES AT ALL COSTS - want to keep your customers? Then don’t get pushy - right now you are pushing me away
