    @O2 Let me clarify, the problem is not that the code is accepted but £10 is not being deducted. The system is saying the actual code is wrong and not letting it be submitted. But it was just what pasted in from the o2priority app. There’s no extra spaces or anything.

    @O2 All sorted now, a third phone call and finally switched over- although not impressed so far, lost a months service because of this and the signal near my house is very poor 🤔
