    If anyone is waiting for the new Pixel 6 or Pro from @O2, I have been told by their customer service team that "There are no supply issues" and that "as the launch was today, so deliveries will START from today."

    @O2 That’s great thank you. But why am I being asked by @virginmedia to pay more. Spoke with two people yesterday and 1 person said an extra £2.25 for upgraded broadband speed and another said £12 for an extra SIM card?! Very confusing and not good service.

    @virginmedia @O2 If your so fast and good with Internet connection why is it when I go for a **** upstairs I have to switch my phone to 4G so I can use the ******* thing? Is 4G better than your connection? Or is the carrier pidgin running you connection on strke

    @O2 Hello how do I opt in to Volt as an existing customer of both o2 and Virgin Media? Tried to do it through My o2 but when I click to check eligibility, it sends me through the same screens over and over again.

    @MrPJFleming @O2 I've moved to sim only from GiffGaff. Uses O2 network but you always know what you're getting.

    @John_Perry_UK @O2 @virginmedia Ok I went on the O2 app and I'm stuck in a loop of viewing what's available>signing in>selecting the account>back to viewingg what's available>sign in>select account and round and round.
