    @O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

    Can't believe how difficult @O2 make it to actually speak to a person. Utterly impossible. Just an endless loop of "tell us why you are calling" which then tries to railroad you into responses which they can automate. Utterly disgraceful customer service.

    @summerpenfold @O2 Ah I had that one too. Called three times yesterday because I’d been cut off and 202 kept hanging up on me and no chat available either. Do o2 have a problem?

    @O2 Is there anywhere we can suggest areas for coverage improvement? Various areas of Ipswich Town centre have absolutely awful coverage for data, even with 5G and it’s been like this for years. Been with you 20+ years but considering leaving due to poor coverage

    @O2 can I ask a ? my 83 yr old mother recently went into an 02 shop in Ashton under Lyne for a new sim as we had given her a newer phone. The custer service assistant wanted to see ID passport or driving licence before he would let her have 1. She has neither only is this right

    @davidsh66 @O2 Hello it also happen my account for 2 months and I tried contacting their service but they always gave me a robot reply so i got in contact with recovery_recovery_account1 on instagram I saw his advert on tv he was the one who got me back into my account he should hlp you

    @caledoniaman @O2 I ditched them a few years ago when I went into our local O2 store with a printed upgrade offer from Carphone Warehouse. They couldn’t/wouldn’t match it - can’t even beat their own franchised network deals :/

    @giffgaff @O2 I have a baby & need to get in contact w family & healthcare workers but a mast in my area isnt working. When will it work? This is atrocious, nothing for a week. No updates, nothing. Appalling. Temporary solution needed, otherwise my childs health is in your hands!
