    @virginmedia @O2 Why would I do that. I'm a VM customer ! It's your responsibility to support your customers. It's your decision to move to O2 that caused the issues.

    @O2 Hi guys. After at least 2 years of pretty much no 4g in the EX4 area or Exeter, I was wondering if there is anything that can be done. I literally do not get a data signal when I leave my house.

    @O2 @Domoniq39937541 Mine has been the same for over a month and O2 won’t do anything! Just say they can’t guarantee a network connection ON A MOBILE PHONE!!

    @O2 The SIM in an old phone, shows 'no service. ' How can I confirm whether deactivated, even though not six months of network inactivity? Phone used for 2-factor authentication, so needed. No warning from 02. Thank you.
