@O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

@EnglandRugby @O2 We needed a team to get excited about and this isn't it. We've dropped a 13 that never got a pass last week the poor bastard and then the winger who came on and did something from nothing remains on the bench. I hope we win but fear it'll be awful.

@O2 Had no phone signal and data all day, i looked on your website and it says there is an issues and may be fixed by the 8th July, i have business i need to do and i can't do it without data, not really acceptable considering no messages were even sent out.
