    @O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

    @O2 Nothing shows up. This is insane considering the tablet is rarely used. I’d rather get rid of the damn thing now. I don’t use it!

    @O2 I have been requesting a PAC code for 3 days with no success, I have tried via my o2 and also spent 1hr on hold to your call centre. Still no code. I got hung up on by your call centre because they couldn't hear me because my signal is non existent! Can someone sort this asap

    @O2 Okay, well you maybe happy to take a look, but i will not be paying £600 odd quid for a contract i don't even use, and I'll only pay £120 max to cancel it.

    @O2 O2 due to continuous peoples mess ups have left me with a day old baby with no network...in hospital...only form of contact gone. Spoke to 3 people who all said it was sorted...same thing happened again. Absolutely disgusting
