    @O2 @EnglandRugby @wallabies Just sort your network signal and stop it with tickets people buy a phone contract for phone signal spend more time sorting your crappy signal and less time in the silly crap

    @O2 Switching to #o2 left me with no phone service for a week, money taken from my account, and being chased for more money. Incompetent *and* fraudulent - quite the performance. And when you get through the ten minutes of being told to go online for support, they cut you off.

    @O2 my 71yo mum has received 27 letters since August threatening legal action and bailifs for a fraudulent account that used her address. She has called & emailed but they keep arriving. She's so distressed. This is harassment! @mtpennycook @BBCWatchdog Please help! #harrasment

    @O2 I am getting very frustrated at the lack of communication about this. The status checker says that "we are making progress, but are not quite there yet" and this hasn't changed since the problem first started. Somebody must know what is going on and what the schedule of work is?

    So, as an existing @virginmedia and @O2 customer, what do I get? My tv/Internet package is well overdue the contract end date and with so many options on the market, will my loyalty be rewarded with a much better deal? 🤔🤔🤔
