    Shocking customer service from @O2. Charging me nearly 50 pounds in extra charges for a 17 min international call I didn’t make. On hold for ages to be told they won’t do anything until after they’ve taken my money and then they may meet me half way & issue a partial refund. Done

    @O2 I've been updated that my service will be affected until the 2nd May now. This is absurd that a company as large as O2 hasn't made any contingency plans. I'm disabled and self-employed so rely on my mobile more than many folks and frankly, I've been billed for a service...

    Ex-flatmate hasn't paid the bill he put under my name again and @O2 are dead quick to remove the service across the whole account whilst not replying to me and my friends about how dire their service is in Manchester(, London and Rugby).

    @ribenakat1 @O2 Do you also have a fraud case with them? Their silence is deafening. I don't even know how an account would have been set up in my name - makes me think their procedures are not very stringent. I hope you get resolution.

    @FvdE @O2 Phone itself is fine. They can have it back, no issues, or I'll take it away. That's on 0%, not a drama. Airtime and extras though is an absolute (and I'll choose my words carefully) goat ****.
