4 weeks waiting for iPhone Pro Max from @O2 . On ordering the lead time was “up to 2 weeks”. My order status was changed to “up to one week” and the “2 to 3 days”. stuck at “2 to 3 days” for 3 weeks - no further updates. Have called with no satisfactory response! Poor service

@wildfiresmm @O2 Their customer service is infuriating. They can't/won't tell me when it will be available. Yesterday evening, I was told by an advisor to just wait, and the online chat was ended on their side.

@O2 ringing to cancel a SIM card is absolutely awful! I had a SIM card on my account for my Nan’s use - sadly need to cancel as she passed away 2 weeks ago. Very uncaring / unsympathetic staff on phone. Ridiculous!

@o2 o2 have just increased their mid contract price increase giving you 30 days to cancel the contract. I might suggest switching to giffgaffs unlimited 18 month contract which is cheaper has more data and no mid contract price increase.

@O2 as usual your cust service line goes dead when calling. You’ve messaged to say you’ve cancelled my rolling plan on 18th October- but have taken the monthly DD on the same day. I now can’t make phone calls and only direct is to top up centre. What’s going on???
