    @O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

    @O2 Exactly the same with Internet Explorer, which I've never used on this laptop before. So clearly not a cache issue.

    @O2 I have an email saying to pick my extra but when I go to do this it leaves me a with a page saying something has gone wrong. I am a new customer. The same when I try and submit my PAC.

    @O2 What do I do when a customer of yours enters my e-mail address as theirs and I get 11 e-mails from you regarding an account that is not mine? Your live chat is asking me to verify my birth date and billing address. I'm not a customer of yours, how am I supposed to do that?!

    O2 has the worst customer service. I’ve spent 2 hours speaking to various colleagues today, cut off 3 times, handed over twice with no information shared & still left waiting whilst your colleagues “speak to another member of the team to discuss my account”. Please sort it @O2
