    @O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

    Greedy @O2 . Not only do you have absolutely terrible service (best you can offer at times is "WiFi calling"). Now, a nearly 14% increase for a "non existent" service. Good thing my contracts up this year.

    @O2 @o2 Here's some more reasons not to love you: 13.4% price increase. And a network with very poor coverage. I will not be renewing my contract. That way, you won't be able to fleece me any more. No way to contact you. Just some inane 'virtual' assistant. Dreadful!

    @O2 our family has 3 contracts with you and my wife and I have been customers for 18 & 16 yrs respectively. This is an absolute joke, your service has been getting steadily worse and this price rise is totally unacceptable. PS Don’t bother with your cut and paste response.

    I advise anyone thinking of it to not take out an o2 contract and do not sign up for an upgrade! 2 months have gone by with no phone and NO HELP from @O2 shocking treatment of long term customers. Battling constantly to try to get help 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @joelycett Hi Joe, are there any plans for a new series of Got Your Back? I have a very serious complaint about @o2 and their treatment of long term customers. Their appalling Customer Services and horrendous waiting times. We are paying for a phone we have never rec’d 🤬
