Kate Robertson (@KatePDPstu) reported from Tidworth, England@O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

Paul (@ToeStrike) reported@TakeThatClouds @O2 I'd say you satisfied the requirement. The person you dealt with decided they didn't want to help that day, or take the risk. It's hugely frustrating to deal with O2 on any level.

Deborah Bentham 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈 (@BenthamDeborah) reported@ThePaulRawlings @TakeThatClouds @O2 It’s a pain in the a*se, but it stops an identity thief from gaining access to services that require a OTP. I worked in customer service for a mobile phone company & the number of people who has their email, & therefore multiple online accounts, hacked was staggering.

Matthew Ridsdale (@MattRidsdale) reported@O2 Well, I have never known anything as utterly shambolic as your customer service! Another two hours wasted tonight trying to help my mum resolve an issue with that occurred in JUL2025! Still no sign of a resolution. Come on, let's get it sorted. This is beyond a joke.

Jay (@zyonuk) reported@TakeThatClouds @O2 Ticketmaster are the same if you want to update your number on their system, they text a code to the number registered. Which is great if you still have that number, calling customer support is the only other option!

Sparky (@Sparkyisared) reported@SteveJoyce14 @O2 @TheGillsFC I live not far from the ground and the signal has been very bad over the last two days for some reason. So could be an area issue. The problem people keep moaning about the masts and stop them being installed so will never improve.
