  @O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

  @O2 over an hour on your dumb chat and the agent still hasnt got me through security. Talk about slow service! 1 reply every 12 or so mins what the point of having a online chat if its this slow? Im 1h 30mins in and still not help… where are you hiring these people?

  @O2 my phone number was disconnected on Thursday and was reassured numerous times it would be reconnected within 24 hours. 3 days later and it still isn’t reconnected. I’ve been advised to call 202. How when the network is still disconnected?! Very disappointing service!!!

  @O2 Er… No You’ve totally got this wrong.. it wasn’t me that couldn’t process Upgrade.. It was YOU who couldn’t process it.. I’ve talked to your cust serv team after a week of nothing.. They advised a visit to an O2 store to fix, they also unable to process.. utterly astounding!

  @O2 why can’t i ever get a signal in Edinburgh city centre specifically at the east end near Waverley station, no nothing. I think I’ll be moving provider, you seem to be getting worse.
