🦇 Oxygen Time Bomb 🦇 (@oxygentimebomb) reported@O2 I was interested to change to O2 from EE but am amazed during account creation at the password policy being limited to 16 characters with no use of symbols, this is far from a secure option and I can’t quite understand this being so poor. Is this right?

Steve (@RadiationSteve) reported@O2 It was all done in time as instructed by the O2 store, no one replies when I send info by via email, such as the proof of purchase to confirm the phones, black hawk do nothing despite what must be 10 calls to them, plus the O2 help line

Victor Meldrew (@VictorMeldrew00) reported from Spalding, England@O2 Are there any plans to support family setup for Apple Watch? Also why does requesting an esim need me to go instore or get something mailed out. EE support the first and on the latter it’s done online via a QR code!

Nath(an) (@InfieldFryUp) reported@Roseyanny @O2 The O2 shop in Chester admit that the service is not acceptable. Go in there and have a rant or two. I didn't even have to return the phone. Result.

Amy B (@AmyB03238619) reported@O2 I seem to be having problems receiving and making calls. When someone tried to call me it says 'number unavailable' when I call out it just cuts off without ringing.

Jay (@join4te) reported@O2 Day 1 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.
