@O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

Been with @O2 as long as I've had a phone, but think I'm going to have to finally bite the bullet and switch. Their app/site is such a pain in the arse to use — it's a struggle to even log in, never mind change anything.
