@O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

Having so many issues with my network over the last few months. No helpful advice from @O2 😤 My signal keep dropping during a FaceTime call & regular phone call. I’ve reset my iPhone, reset network setting. Time to take my phone back to Apple I think 🤔

@EnglandRugby @O2 Sadly we need a drubbing by Australia to put us out of our misery and get a coach with no pressure on for the World Cup. Jones is a bad joke.

Hello @O2 your network coverage across the UK is awful: there’s about one street in Manchester where I get a useable 4G signal and nowhere else. Definitely isn’t my devise as I’ve just been abroad and the signal worked perfectly. What are my options please?

@O2 Well I said I am having problems with my 4g, you told me to follow the guide which told me to use the network checker, I showed you the results of the network checker and you said 4G isn’t about speeds. So what’s the point in telling me to use the network checker?

@O2 OMG O2 - why is it so hard for you to swap a phone no from a O2 PAYG SIM to an O2 monthly sim - two phone calls to customer service and still not done ;(
