  @O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

  @O2 @O2 It’s the MyO2 app/account. I’m currently in Mexico with my UK O2 Pay As You Go SIM. my mobile number appears to be linked to a different email address, so I can’t link it to my Virgin Media O2 ID or top up. I can’t sign in because the O2 website/app blocks access from Mexico.

  @virginmedia @O2 I can only assume the reason I’m getting an IDF-12B error is because I’m now using a Sky connection rather than a Virgin one. Same computer, no VPN… Trying to get into my O2 account btw… which support line do I contact?
