@O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

@VodafoneUK and I couldn't even get money off my Apple Watch despite having a phone with yourselves, so you'll have to be able to offer something spectacular or I'll just move my business to another network. @EE @O2 what can you offer? I need an iPhone 13 Pro for around £40 w/ lots of data!
