@O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

@davefreeman1908 Ha...I think not. Its the fact buying an item id made so difficult and then when you try, @O2 completely messed it up on multiple occasions and then provide a customer services line which is not fit for purpose.

@Jael7102 @arokorol @O2 In a sense I guess it doesn’t matter because it’s more about how O2 (the cellphone network) misrepresented his location once he had arrived in Israel.

    Markandtfe (@Mark_ElderEmo) reported

@Sean_Bahamut @O2 I had the same issue, called and they were like we can't offer any discount on it. Tried to explain I wasn't after a discount and the price had been dropped by Microsoft themselves. Did you get anywhere with this with @O2 ?

  • MishehooA
    Misha Hoo (@MishehooA) reported

@arokorol @O2 Receiving a "Welcome to Palestinian Authority" message at Ben Gurion Airport happens bc your phone connects to the strongest available signal, which can sometimes be a Palestinian network tower located in the nearby West Bank, rather than an Israeli one. NothiNothing malicious.
