    @O2 shocking service by O2 Tried to pod my new number on Thursday morning. Still waiting despite calling over ten times to be told it’s in hand. o2 told me to DM them which I did. Obviously no return. Avoid at all costs

    @virginmedia @O2 and @libertyglobal what are you letting your associate companies do acting in this way. Nasty business practices of the lowest form. It should be illegal. Treat loyalty as a positive and it will benefit the supplier and people will stick with you. Not bad mouth you

    @O2 got the new flip phone...its very good. Shame about network coverage and they are not forthcoming with recycling your old phone and giftcard is a no show!

    @O2 been trying to sort a data problem since I added my daughter to contract last week. 2 visits to O2 shop, messages sent on MYO2, and a DM on Twitter which is still unanswered. I have explained this is urgent as she’s going away this week so please respond and fix😡

    Thanks @O2 .... For having moorcroft recovery harass me over £40. Don't you remember I'd couldnt give you the damn money! I tried online, over the phone and in store. Bloody redicilous!!!
