    @O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

    @O2 You didn’t look into it for me though. You told me you only deal with virgin media landline, tv and broadband, not much point in contacting you really. 0 help.

    Is anyone else getting absolutely inundated with calls from an @O2 call centre lately? I’m getting 5–10 calls a week at this point and it’s beyond frustrating. I’ve politely asked to be removed from their list around 9 or 10 times now and today, when I pointed out that I’ve repeatedly asked them to stop calling me, they simply slammed the phone down on me. How on earth do you actually get yourself removed from whatever ridiculous list these companies seem to have you on? Surely I can’t be the only one dealing with this nonsense?

    @O2 I’ve tried to top up my mum’s PAYG phone twice via 4444 and it has failed. The money shows now as pending being taken on the bank but the message on the phone said it hasn’t gone through. Is there an issue.

    @O2 Via dd and as I said to your customer service rep I don't have the ability to pay twice and that massive unpaid sign in all my lines/devices is now agrovating me why do you not just pur processing on the app if that is the case

    @O2 my data has not worked for 2 days and I don’t know why. Your app never works. I’ve turned it all off and on and you asked me to DM but you have not helped in any way. Why has my 4G not been working!!????

    Very frustrating that after being a loyal customer of @EE for over 25 years the best deal they can do me is £73 a month for the new iPhone 17 when @O2 can me the same deal for £57 a month. Loyalty means nothing these days ! 😡

    @O2 @ad_moran4 If you want a signal stick with EE! Sick of not being able to access apps on my phone, you know for critical things like charging my car or transferring money between accounts so I can pay for items! O2 are an absolute joke!
