@O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

@O2 Well, I would but I can't get on the internet because the signal's so bad. I could understand it being poor for a few hours, but not 4 days in a row. Shocking🙈🙈🙈🙈
