    @O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

    @O2 For weeks now when I check network status I get the following - 'Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry. Our engineers are likely to be on the case already, and your service might come and go until we fix it.' When is it going to be fixed???

    @keeliealisha @O2 @skytv I’ve been with O2 since they were BT Cellnet, never ever had any issues with them. Wonder if it’s just some jobsworth ******** you’ve dealt with, Keelie? They cut me a new deal just last year.
