    This whole @O2 signal issue is really starting to get on my nerves. I've not been able to make a stable phone call in weeks.

    @O2 Never have any signal. Wherever I go. Im in the Gu12 area and when I do its Slow. Meant to be 5G and thats a joke. That's even worse never works. Hence why you are they worst provider in the UK.

    @O2 Thank you for your reply. Surely that's not correct? For an hour of interrupted service, fair enough, but I had no data on Friday, Saturday or part of Sunday. That's a pretty bad service.

    @O2 Hi, I've tried to fill in the form to keep my number as I move over to O2 and every time I fill it in it says "Oops. Something's gone wrong". I can't figure out what's gone wrong, there's no explanation or elaboration. Help?

    @TomBosworth @O2 I’ve just switched to ID mobile and they seem really good. My son has been with them for over a year with no signal problems. In fact he always had better signal than I did when we were sat next to each other when I was with EE

    @O2 help please! Trying to log into my 02. Number on account doesn’t match mine - it’s a previous number - so can’t get an Authentication actioned. Tried live chat and it refers me back to the myo2 app and it’s a vicious circle!

    @NathanJBright @O2 Get a free pay as you go sim (on different network) & port number across. Then a new O2 contract through the third party website & port number back. It’s worked every time I’ve tried it (although I’ve not done it on O2, but can’t think why it wouldn’t…)
