    @O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

    @O2 I also never assumed it would be written off! I just made contact to set up a payment plan! I currently have another 5 contracts with you! I’m seriously considering leaving o2 for good! I am still grieving and do not need more stress!!!

    @O2 got a new phone delivered yesterday, switched over my SIM card, it’s been 24 hours. You’ve disconnected my old phone and my new phone still doesn’t have a network. I can’t contact anyone on live chat either because it’s telling me the service is offline
