@O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

I understand due to the pandemic that your stores are closed, However when calling the helpline you are then directed to the website which doesn’t have any options for help if you have a faulty phone. So what should she do now??? @O2 @TheO2

@O2 I changed my payment card on my acct but my top up was still taken from the old card today. Can somebody please help? Finally got through to a human on phone but while on hold for the 5th time in 45 min I was cut off. Now 11 mins into 2nd call and still on hold. So frustrated

Hey @O2 quick question I need to add a phone onto my family plan what's the best way to do it online/phone? And also I need to transfer a phone number from the old phone on o2 but under a contract in a different name to the new phone help?! Cheers

@O2 An hour of phone calls, tried 3 times. 4 'customer service' agents, and issue still not resolved. So so so so so so frustrated and annoyed. What a waste of time. How do I get someone to phone me back? I refuse to go through the process for a 4th time.

Hi @O2. So having cut me off twice on Sunday, told me to book a call, called but couldn’t deal with my issue , promised to call back within 48 hours (didn’t) - now I’ve had a call from a third party? Have you given them my data or have you been hacked?
