  @RossUKRFC @O2 Been with @O2 20 years and no surprise box for me but signal lately has been horrific. Cornwall for a week could hardly get anything whilst friends we were with on Vodafone and EE were fine and festival the weekend couldn’t even send a text despite it saying I had 3 bars of 4G.

  @O2 Tried all of the tips and still one bar - my wifi is just as bad so I’ve been surviving off of hot spotting from my phone and now I can’t do that.
