@O2 Hi. Back in March I called an 0333 number which connected fine and was within my minutes allowance. However over the last month I've been unable to call the number, dialling it just brings up call failed without it even ringing. Any help please?

@O2 @TheO2 i’ve received disgusting from o2 over the past couple of months regarding a bereavement issue. I’ve made multiple complaints and was told on Wednesday that I would get a call back from a manager within 48 hours. No surprise that I still haven’t had one 3 days later 1/2

@O2 I'm roaming in Germany but only getting a 2G signal everywhere I go. Have tried restarting device and selecting different networks/signal speeds but no luck. Any ideas?

@O2 Yes I’ve tested this in both my phone and they both have the same issue, same with my iPad. No matter where I am in the country I have very slow speeds and most of the time nothing loads. I’ve been with you for over 11 years and it’s never been this bad
