@O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

Been with @O2 on contract for 16 years, today was the last day! Customer service is awful and the contracts are long and expensive, called to see what deals they could do which is none, was happy to go on a 3 year contract if I could waiver the two month Iv got left

As someone who has been with them over 16yrs, I’d Love to know why I’m still paying over £50 a month for a contract that leaves me with no signal or 3G at best in the city centre, never mind being @ rural areas. @O2 sort your **** out, it’s 2021 this shouldn’t be a daily issue.

No idea why I’m getting bombarded by @O2 as to why I’m leaving their network. They clearly don’t leave notes on my account as to why that is. Another tick box as to why I am leading them. Idiots!
