    What is the story with the @O2 signal at Milltown Industrial Estate these days. The last few months since they “upgraded the network” it has been worse than ever. Getting very hard to run a business in the area without mobile signal.

    @O2 why do I pay for your service when the product you sell me does not work network coverage is poor at best and internet is not worth the hassle as it's so slow

    @O2 No. I've spent an hour on the phone just to get an upgrade sorted before speaking to customer servs for 30 mins. The upgrade offer is only valid for 72hrs and I have no intention of going through all that again because it takes you 5 days to fix an error you made.

    @O2 I threw it in the bin and got a Voxi SIM. Total waste of time attempting to deal with you lot. I'll be re-thinking my contract when it comes up. "You just need to top it up" No problem. How was I supposed to do that?! Did you read the initial message? Ridiculous.

    Had no signal or 4G all day so can’t make important calls whatsoever @O2 bit weird how I’m seeing this everywhere since you’ve joined with Virgin. Yet you network tracker claims it’s fine when it’s quite clearly not!! One of many disgruntled customers!!

    Got to say glad I’m not a @VodafoneUK customer, sadly my mum is, 5 calls to try & get a human! Automated service is crap & just cuts you off! Had a General question & didn’t like it I couldn’t put her on phone, bit hard as she in hospital 😡 might look to switch her to @O2
