  • AntonisAnthony Anthony A (@AntonisAnthony) reported

@DeviousPL @O2 Ahh damn didn’t think of that. I would have done the same. Tbh not paying it is the best dent to my credit I’ve ever had so I guess I’ll just wait the 6 years til it goes away lol Virgin robbed me for years so I guess we’re even at this point.

  • DeviousPL PL84 (@DeviousPL) reported

@AntonisAnthony @O2 They’re both completely ignorant but Virgin Media is definitely the worst of the two. I guess maybe either company thought it couldn’t be much worse than what’s there now.

  • AntonisAnthony Anthony A (@AntonisAnthony) reported

@DeviousPL @O2 I’m assuming o2 have never read a Virgin Media Twitter feed before going in to business with them.

  • DeviousPL PL84 (@DeviousPL) reported

@AntonisAnthony @O2 Took Virgin Media to CISAS and won over the lack of service, didn’t need those idiots chasing us over bad debt - for a company that’s so bad at providing basic internet and TV service, they’re really good at hounding people for money. O2 is poor but I have two phones fortunately.

  • jaydeeandcoke James Davies (@jaydeeandcoke) reported

@O2 I don’t want to have to type out the WHOLE issue in an email again. The notes are there in black and white on your system. Lied to From day one and now nearly 2 weeks without the item and counting.

  • Steve_Red_Beard Red Steve (@Steve_Red_Beard) reported

@O2 @virginmedia One more question, Currently o2 phones are network unlocked, will this merger affect this ? As in will phones become network locked ? I need to know as I use more than just o2 sims in my current device obtained direct from o2

  • phall851 Peter Hall (@phall851) reported

@m1kewh1te83 @virginmedia @O2 I had this problem. Virgin just wanted me to rent their whatsits for £5 per month. Brought a different WiFi router £40 Clearly virgin router is shoddy. Loads have the issue & virgin don't care.

  • this_old4 2Old4This 💙 (@this_old4) reported

@O2 i cannot access my account via my phone. It doesn't recognise my mobile number! I want to know how much it will cost to terminate my contract. The merger with Virgin Media has taken place & I no longer wish to be an O2 customer.
