Appalling customer service from @O2 - now the third time I have got to resolve the same issue… numerous hours wasted trying to get through for it to repeat again the next month. Why is it so difficult?!

@O2 I have no signal since 5.30pm last night, emergency calls only, nothing is stated on my 02 account as any issues in the area... Need phone for work... Awful service, out of contract, will move service provider!

@christof_b @RossUKRFC @O2 Same here! Bills higher than they should be, signal going from areas it always worked in. Customer service say ‘we are aware of a problem but won’t fix it’ time to leave, they don’t care about customers.

@O2 Hi, I ordered an iPhone 12 Pro Max 512gb online and the upfront payment was taken from my account, however a few hours later, I received an email saying it was out of stock, how long do I have to wait for it to be in stock? If the wait is long, can I cancel my order?
