    Trust a call from @O2 partners 'Plan. Com' 10 at your peril. Lied to me taken money from account and left me with emergency calls only. No phone arrived.

    @StagecoachEScot @O2 A case by case basis suggests this is down to driver discretion. That discretion resulted in me being denied entry despite explaining the circumstances. Common sense would state the ticket expiry counter, not requiring internet access, running down, would warrant entry 2/2

    @O2 Hi, unless you are able to apply the discount at the purchase then there is no point of a DM. When entering into a new contract I want that agreed & set in stone at the start. Bit late for me and my 3 contracts but maybe 1 for you to review for the future to help other customers.

    Enough is enough, @O2. You put my bill up 10.7% in April yet I’m getting woeful 4G signal wherever I go (even with full bars). Everyone I know with a 5G ready phone has no issues. Stop gaslighting everyone and just tell the truth and start refunding for your lack of service! #o2

    @O2 Scary that company of your size can get away with a mass grand theft, Free Disney which costs £5.99 per month. As in, NOT FREE. Your offshore customer service uses 'English not first language' and cut offs when having to deal with real problems.

    @O2 @robashcroft1 I’m in the same areas with the inclusion of Warrington. I’ve not got a 5G ready phone, all my mates that do have no issues with signal. Clearly prioritising 5G over 4G and gaslighting everyone with pointless tips that don’t work @O2

    @O2 Customer Service adviser, Callum in Ayrshire, deserves a pay rise. He was very helpful and friendly. Fingers crossed he has sorted the issue that two other advisers didn't.

    -@O2 -in the last couple of weeks you have taken over £700 out of my bank account in bills for 4 fraudulent accounts that were opened and which you told me you closed on Sept 10. I've spoken to customer services 4 times - but you just keep taking money out. You're a disgrace.

    @O2 No I can't spend all day on the phone waiting for you to pick up (20 mins so far) If you wish to turn my phone off and send the bill to a debt collector, feel free. How does your company square this with the rules around leaving vulnerable customers without a phone service? The Samsung phone you supplied does not work correctly, and for a disabled customer (you knew) should never have been offered to me. I am 100% confident I can beat you in court so feel free.     @O2 hi, I was on the phone with an advisor this AM for 25min and then got cut off, nothing is solved after days of trying to contact you and visiting a store even. AI assistant keeps telling me to use app when I can't log in. I need a data bolt on added and to log a complaint pls
