-
Lee Montgomery (@Macgumerait) reported from Oakley, Scotland@StagecoachEScot @O2 A case by case basis suggests this is down to driver discretion. That discretion resulted in me being denied entry despite explaining the circumstances. Common sense would state the ticket expiry counter, not requiring internet access, running down, would warrant entry 2/2
-

Paul (@itspaulactually) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@O2 @robashcroft1 I’m in the same areas with the inclusion of Warrington. I’ve not got a 5G ready phone, all my mates that do have no issues with signal. Clearly prioritising 5G over 4G and gaslighting everyone with pointless tips that don’t work @O2
-
ɹǝʞlɐʍ ɐᴉɥsʎl∀ (@alyshiawalker7) reported from Blackburn, ScotlandWithout a service on my phone since Friday and @O2 don’t even know how to fix their own issue 😴
O2 Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Jon Thompson (@JohnnyFocal) reportedStill nothing from @o2 still no phone service which they cut off without merit. Famous last words last week don’t worry we will iron out the bug with your service. That’s one way no service.
-
Cheryl Irving (@Dezrezchez) reported@O2 I am receiving updates already, however, I’ve just had my bill and because I have to switch my WiFi off to view it, I can’t because I have no signal. This has been ongoing for over a week now. It would be nice to have solutions not excuses!
-
amy simpson (@amy_jo_23) reported@O2 since you joined with @virginmedia my service has been shocking can’t even try and pay my bill with a problem or issue!!! I’m hearing the same thing from lots of people also!!!!! Sort it out
-
declan hegarty music (@dhegartymusic) reported@O2 This is not new.I'm fed up with this topic.i feel the only outcome is for you to ask your supervisors to acknowledge this poor service and stop given me some scrip.I get it.Hear it .know it .But alas, O2 is still rubbish. Please only respond with useful information...No script.
-
Triggerology (@TriggerologyUK) reportedIt's scary how **** mobile coverage is in the UK. My Internet is down and using 5G is comparable to dial up. Sort it out @O2
-
Dave Ogden (@daveo1880) reported@O2 are there any plans to roll out 5g in Rhyl/Prestatyn. Every other mobile provider has 5g in the area but you haven’t? 4g drops signal too often and I’m left with little or no signal to make any calls. Considering I’m paying over £100 per month it’s poor coverage
-
declan hegarty music (@dhegartymusic) reported@O2 .. interesting that O2 had nothing more to say???? Service is still terrible!.. Say something useful?
-
Deano... (@Frugal_ways) reported@O2 There was no outage in Burnley, nor Horwich (right next to a 5g mast!) a day later. Tried the old airport mode reset, plus phone reset, neither worked. Got home, works fine. Little point paying for a mobile service if it only works when I'm home.
-
Andy Sherratt (@andyps1275) reported@Osprey0 @O2 Used to be that Virgin were the go-to for being the customer champion, since they merged with O2 that isn't the case. Puts me off moving home internet to them.
-
Deano... (@Frugal_ways) reported@O2 Pretty much, yes. Whenever I'm in an asda it's the same, although I suspect that's asda blocking signal as their in house wifi works (opening their own website in the browser window)
