@O2 Wow the chat team are not very helpful. Told me I would need to call 202 before 9 to cancel and re-order. Yeah closed at 8. More training required I feel.

@O2 i've put it into my mums new iPhone 12 and my signal is stronger compared to in my phone? my signal has been bad since i've had this phone but i just ignored it, i've never had 5G in areas my sister has and her signal strength is alot stronger than mine

@O2 your deals are rubbish and your customer service advisors for upgrades aren’t much better! How rude was the text instantly advising the desk was no longer available to me the minute I questioned how poor the desk actually was! Maybe time to think customers come first o2!

@O2 O2 having system issues but no IVR message. Waited 20 minutes to speak to someone and all they said was ‘O2 having system issues ring back later’ and hung up. Some customer service that!! 😡

@O2 I was trying to set up four new accounts! I rang 08442 020202 and the person answering the phone said sorry our systems are down please call back and hung up!
