    @bluenobby @O2 Tesco mobile no mid contract price increases. Who use the 02 network.

  • valscholz Val Scholz (@valscholz) reported

    @t_hambrett @virginmedia @O2 Had a different but similar experience trying to cancel my contract as Virgin didn’t offer their services at the new flat. Took me 4 months and 2 formal complaints to finally cancel it as it’s impossible to do that online.

  • NathFerguson Nath (@NathFerguson) reported

    @ackoftheclones @O2 Put a formal complaint in then if they don’t respond take it to the financial ombudsman but you may have to wait a few weeks and they will sort it out for you. Them being busy is no legitimate excuse for them not sorting it out

  • clementsphil Phil Clements (@clementsphil) reported

    @Andy_Watt @O2 They could easily have taken a position, apologised for the need to increase and taken some of it on the chin. Increase due to energy price increases, but what will they do if those come down? Reduce everybody's bill?

  • bazzygee Matty (@bazzygee) reported

    @O2 I hope service levels are about to get 17.3% better… #CostOfGreedCrisis

  • t_hambrett Tom Hambrett (@t_hambrett) reported

    @virginmedia Please show where you are clear & precise with your marketing that the rates advertised are conditional on a redundant add-on offer via a “partner” @O2 who collects the spoils but takes no accountability for the dealing with customer complaints?

  • ackoftheclones Matt Hardman (@ackoftheclones) reported

    @O2 Has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. So please vote / retweet/like Please vote on how you think @o2 is most likely to help resolve my wife’s phone issue will it be by…

  • myrandomjukebox James Wilson (@myrandomjukebox) reported

    @oflahertyevents @O2 My wife is in the same boat, think she's going to change network if she can. If not, when her contract is up

  • wayneede Smush2 (@wayneede) reported

    @O2 Late reply. We don’t have Wi-Fi at work at the moment that’s the only reason it’s annoying as this isn’t the first time that It keeps saying Unstable Network.

  • LukeSmall88 luke small (@LukeSmall88) reported

    @AndyPearson68 @bluenobby @O2 Virgin/O2 wanted £6 rise on my broadband. Rung, whinged like ****. Contract renewed with a lesser price. Alas on £31 instead instead of £32 but still beats the £6 rise. Piss take.
