@EnglandRugby @O2 The 9 - 10 axis is the root of England's problem. JVP is not international standard. Doesn't scan the play & therefore, hesitatant in distribution. Smith can't tackle and doesn't function when on the back foot. Opposition targets Smith to get in the front foot = England scramble.

@O2 Nothing short of disgusting service in Edinburgh #stjamesquarter #edinburgh Tyler couldn’t have been more insensitive and unnecessary, as for the sales woman eating jelly beans whilst with a customer and he on Instagram whilst on hold to the illness team on my behalf.

@O2 Do you actually run your MyO2 app or just leave it to do nothing? Stuck in a loop of attempting to sign in, after verifying. Will not allow me to change the email address now, as it simply takes me back to the same screen. What's the point of having an app?

How can a phone mast nearby still be 'not working' with engineers still on the case 'repairing' after 4 weeks? This is beyond a joke now @O2 I don't get data outdoors, I can't make phone calls anymore and half the time I don't even have signal at all 🥴

@O2 - as you have seen from other customers messages today, your change from 3 months to 11 months for your switch up customers has gone down like a lead balloon. Can you explain the reasoning for this?
