@fuhinsma @O2 @Telefonica Not any more. Google are offering the service because o2, Three and EE couldn't be bothered. If you're with O2 , just enable chat features and you're all done.

Now saying to go my o2 -when we repeatedly tried to explain that my 70 year old senile mother wouldnt have had an online account and dad doesnt use internet either, they hang up! I feel like @o2 are taking advantage of my elderly parents an im so cross!

the worst part is when l called @O2 to cancel the acount before Christmas i explained the situation and it was “no problem, thats that all sorted”, and no messing around with breaking open a goddamn phone to prove we owned the flipping thing! We will NEVER use o2 again! 🤬

@O2 I've got to say for the first time in over 20 years the customer service from o2 is terrible still waiting for a SIM card i asked for 2 weeks agoso much for 3 to 5 working days

@O2 hi O2 I need some help please, I changed my big bundle tariff before topping up and topped up for the higher bundle but you've take £10 off for the £10 big bundle so I can't get the bundle I wanted?
