@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

well after being a Loyal @O2 Customer since 2011 think I'm gonna change providers there as there Customer Service is appalling, I've had nothing but lies from them over the last year due to signal issues and its still going on #O2UK
