Please could someone of some sort of seniority contact me from @O2, I have tried to deal with you for over 6 months, online, instore, via phone, I have raised a complaint with Rebecca Hollingsworth that was never resolved, I have escalated to the ombudsman. #worstservice

@O2 Massive mistake joining your network. Can never get a signal so I pay for data I can never use. If I'm somewhere busy can't call. When you finally offer something on priority outside of London I can't even get a shot at it yet it sells out. uk's worst network

@O2 so the #O2Priority app was offline all last night to be ‘repaired’, just checked and it’s back online, but still doesn’t work, getting the same error message as yesterday!! Very poor customer service……

@O2 I hope you’re going to have a review of how your app/website failed I’d checked the previous day and I had my account and was logged in, all day yesterday it responded with various http server errors, and now today it just has me going through an endless registration loop!
