    Please could someone of some sort of seniority contact me from @O2, I have tried to deal with you for over 6 months, online, instore, via phone, I have raised a complaint with Rebecca Hollingsworth that was never resolved, I have escalated to the ombudsman. #worstservice

    @ollehpsek @O2 Data and Voice have been miffed (very miffed) for 3 weeks and despite messages through the O2 app, network checker app.....still very bad. Not just me but everyone I know wholes O2 dear.....hmmm maybe not for long though.

    @chrisckmedia @O2 Am having issues trying to cancel a SIM. 3 attempts to trigger the 30 day notice period, still no actual confirmation that its been done. Still waiting for 02 to finally answer DM's sent on Saturday. @virginmedia had the worst Customer Service ever, seems they’ve given it 02.

    @O2 This is really not good enough service. Call centre told me they can’t help. Web chat said it would be done by now. Twitter is taking days. I’ve been without phone since last Thursday evening, I am going abroad on Friday. No phone and no support. Why should I stay with you?

    @O2 Contacting you is hard work! Asked security questions twice & then couldn't understand what customer service was saying. I apologised for this but its going to be a complicated call. Then tried my online account but couldn't see where to say I'm leaving & get response.
