Please could someone of some sort of seniority contact me from @O2, I have tried to deal with you for over 6 months, online, instore, via phone, I have raised a complaint with Rebecca Hollingsworth that was never resolved, I have escalated to the ombudsman. #worstservice

@O2 Hi there, need to request a nano sim for my mum who is a current pay monthly customer but trying to live chat just says all agents busy but doesn't put in a queue. She ideally wanted to do it without phoning and can't get to a store, can you help at all please? Thank you

@O2 Pretty peed of customer still awaiting for a call informed from a worker on the 13th June to which said a manager would be in contact with 48hrs and a response to written complaint on the 13th June, 7 working days later and still heard nothing! #dataprotectionbreech

@o2 are still repeating the same things but unable able to provide any details on usage to support their claims. Still appears they are charging even if no data, calls to texts are used which is against the terms of the bolt on contract. Still no call back from a manager either

I must be paying @ee for no network because that’s what I’ve had all day today. Can’t believe I left @O2 because I thought their network was awful. EE you’ve surpassed @o2 with your absolutely horrendous network coverage today of NOTHING!
