    Please could someone of some sort of seniority contact me from @O2, I have tried to deal with you for over 6 months, online, instore, via phone, I have raised a complaint with Rebecca Hollingsworth that was never resolved, I have escalated to the ombudsman. #worstservice

    @O2 Did anyone actual manage to purchase tickets via the App. Most who were successful seem to have got them thtt re Pugh gigsandtours and didn’t need to be an o2 customer
