Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Cheshirecats17 Splendiferous (@Cheshirecats17) reported

Further refund for the prolonged period without service. This, I was told, would be calculated by @o2 . This turns out to be untrue. Last night I again spent time with customer service. Last night I was told I could have the month's charge refunded. I didn't reply for 14 minutes

  • MBuj03 Marls (@MBuj03) reported

I’ve been with @o2 for over twenty years. I’m sitting in Liverpool city centre and can’t get reception, even to tag them. Disgraceful, they are so bad and I will be moving to @ee

  • ScottyHayter Scotty Hayter (@ScottyHayter) reported

@Dan_Agent47 @O2 It’s been shite for about 6 months. Cost cutting by the powers that be, no doubt. Didn’t have issues making calls/using my phone this time last year, truly abysmal.

  • taz9705 Tracy Burrows (@taz9705) reported

@nathanielJ92 @O2 I'm going through the same thing myself atm. They are more crooked than the criminals that ran up the charges on my account!! Always promise a phone call and that they'll rectify the account but they never do..

  • Garrytravis5 Garry travis (@Garrytravis5) reported

@O2 help, it says my 02 priority app voucher has expired, Any reason why

  • JCP1905CFC Jake (@JCP1905CFC) reported

@ScottyHayter @O2 Have the exact issue with EE

  • TORNADOTITAN Tornadotitan 🌪️ (@TORNADOTITAN) reported

@O2 Why have you decided to rip people off with the increase of £2.50 instead of £1.80. I personally want to see this itemised on my next bill and how you break it down. You are blatantly ripping people off and should be reported to watchdog.

  • NeilTrangmar Neil Trangmar (@NeilTrangmar) reported

Visited an m&b pub yesterday and used the @o2 WiFi. Had an email today from the pub thanking me for visiting. I don’t like the idea of o2 releasing my personal login credentials to third parties for spamming whilst boasting about security and privacy.

  • judgesmobile John (@judgesmobile) reported

@silentplayer @O2 @virginmedia We left 3 years ago over this ****, removing services and increasing prices, buy my own phone now and use ID mobile £8 pm and no April increase, Honor let you buy a phone over 24 months interest free if you need it.

  • kimturner70 Kimberley Turner (@kimturner70) reported

Because @O2 staff cannot transfer an O2 mobile number to a new contract they are now cancelling the contract. How is this growing the business if you can't do a simple mobile number transfer from one account to another within your own network?
