Please could someone of some sort of seniority contact me from @O2, I have tried to deal with you for over 6 months, online, instore, via phone, I have raised a complaint with Rebecca Hollingsworth that was never resolved, I have escalated to the ombudsman. #worstservice

@O2 I've bought a Galaxy watch 5 pro. Had staff in-store set it up, it doesn't work. I've noticed their is no eSIM for it in the SIM manager should it show up their? Fairly sure that's why it's incapable of making/receiving calls&texts 😑

The worst customer service I have experienced is with @O2 I have tried to contact them for over 4 days, now on hold again for the 4th time as keep cutting me off!!! Shocking!!! It’s to give them more money!!! Thinking about moving now

Without doubt, the company that has fallen the farthest is @O2. It is shocking how poor they have become. I am trying to get customer service to resolve an issue, but repeatedly am told there is no one who can talk to me.
