Please could someone of some sort of seniority contact me from @O2, I have tried to deal with you for over 6 months, online, instore, via phone, I have raised a complaint with Rebecca Hollingsworth that was never resolved, I have escalated to the ombudsman. #worstservice

What is the point in paying £40 a month to @O2 when you're constantly having to reset your phone to get any signal for about 10 mins?? And they're supposed to be the best network....ok

@O2 Ahh thanks but that still doesn't help with my problem. The worse thing is I've been a customer for over a year now and pay £100 at least every month. Think a change of supplier is needed asap. #broadbanddeals please.
