Loveeee being on hold to @O2 for AGES, they’re quick to want their money or cut you off, but don’t wanna answer… And then when you do no one knows what they’re talking about or they pass you to person to person. 😡 Worst CS ever!!! Can’t wait to pay if my contract & leave. 🤬

@O2 I want to make a formal complaint about a member of your team. He didn’t know what he was doing when I was trying to upgrade. Then he lied saying he was supervisors after a while, then continued to ask me I was trying to lose someone their job! Great service02.👏🏼NOT!
