    Please could someone of some sort of seniority contact me from @O2, I have tried to deal with you for over 6 months, online, instore, via phone, I have raised a complaint with Rebecca Hollingsworth that was never resolved, I have escalated to the ombudsman. #worstservice

    Are all UK carriers going to sort out the poor VOLTE issue before you turn off 2 and 3G? Signal is there but calls frequently hang and the recipient of the call can not hear the caller. #4G #5G #poorcallquality @ThreeUK @O2 @VodafoneUK

    @O2 what is needed to get some assistance from anyone at your company well someone that will actually listen and act on it 2 visits to the shop = 30 mile round trip numerous online chat sessions several calls= still no help and now no service on 2 phones ? Still not listening!

    For weeks and weeks @O2 have failed to close an account they know to be fraudulent and now they're chasing us AGAIN for a £5,000 bill which ISN'T OURS. Any ideas how we can get some help with this @BBCWatchdog?

    @O2 There has been no response - yesterday is not "earlier". WHY IS MY SERVICE DISCONNECTED WHEN O2 OWE ME MONEY? And please review the appalling call to O2 "customer services" - people like this agent should not be employed. RESTORE MY SERVICE!
