    Please could someone of some sort of seniority contact me from @O2, I have tried to deal with you for over 6 months, online, instore, via phone, I have raised a complaint with Rebecca Hollingsworth that was never resolved, I have escalated to the ombudsman. #worstservice

    @O2 your website says everything is fine, but serious constant issues in PE28. Calls awful, signal drops alot, constantly spending phone calls saying ‘can you hear me now?’ There is no reason for anything but full, 4G signal anywhere in this day and age. Please investigate.

    @O2 I’m trying to transfer my account to another person but can I find the right person to talk to? Your “help” website just sends you around in circles. It is truly awful. So I’ll try this and hope for a better result…

    @O2 I wonder if you can help me. I have ordered a phone through your site and it has been delivered to an O2 shop yesterday. I'm waiting on an email for a code so I can collect it but it hasn't yet come through. Any idea what I can do?

    Hi @O2 Currently having difficulty making calls, they takeages to connect, cut off mid call and I repeatedly get a "Network Busy" message. I'm in postcoe BL0. Are there any network issues?

    @O2 any news on when you're going to be replacing the mast In DN14 area .. I've just been informed that for the 30 days I'm there, there is no mobile signal at all because you've removed a phone mast... Will we be getting 30 days worth of money back?
