    Please could someone of some sort of seniority contact me from @O2, I have tried to deal with you for over 6 months, online, instore, via phone, I have raised a complaint with Rebecca Hollingsworth that was never resolved, I have escalated to the ombudsman. #worstservice

    There is a case being brought against @O2 for not being fir for purpose and refusing to give refunds despite not providing the service already being paid for. If you have any problems, please voice on here using the hashtag #evidenceforombudsman so the ombudsman can find them

    @O2 where can I raise a complaint? I switch from o2 pay monthly to o2 pay as you go now my iMessage is completely not working, family cannot get in touch with me. I have been to the o2 shop and was just interested in trying to give me virgin media broadband.

    @O2 what is the best platform to use to raise a complaint? I have phoned every month for 5-6months in a row now due to billing errors and sent multiple emails however noone is solving the issue or responding to my emails.

    @O2 I am sat in Accra having issues at the airport, and I have international calling, bolt ones, inclusivity etc - yet every time I dial a number I'm told it's not recognised, why when I need my phone the most is it a dead fish in a barrel?
