    Please could someone of some sort of seniority contact me from @O2, I have tried to deal with you for over 6 months, online, instore, via phone, I have raised a complaint with Rebecca Hollingsworth that was never resolved, I have escalated to the ombudsman. #worstservice

    @O2 need to send my phone off to repair but I can't call as that's the issue, can't visit a store and I cannot use your app as it's a maze leading me in circles. Your a telecommunications company who can't even help it's customers 👍

    @virginmedia Broadband is fine, this is regarding being moved to @O2 as part of my package negotiated with retentions. Previous mobile under Oomph package was great now being told that in my two main postcodes the 4G is congested and there's an unknown fix date 1/2

    @O2 I know of no company that in this day and age would leave an entire region without phone service for 6 days! What are you playing at? Or don’t you think the people of Arrochar in Scotland are worth bothering with, with their businesses, hydropower schemes, & climate activism.

    @O2 @SamsungMobile Worst customer service in the world. Tried (called 7x) to cancel sim within 14 days on my partners account (i upg instead), charged 25, told it was canceled, now have a final bill of £395.00, telling us to cancel DD which results in missed payments. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?

    @O2 I am absolutely appalled at o2 customer service. A member of the 'customer service' team hung up when I was trying after 6 hours on the phone to o2 over last 4 weeks to get the service I am paying for it

    @O2 hi I have been a customer for 17 years and I have been trying to get an upgrade but you a refusing until I pay £355.00 off my currant device one of you’re advisor admitted that you can wavie the cost when this option is available so why can’t you wavie off?
