    Please could someone of some sort of seniority contact me from @O2, I have tried to deal with you for over 6 months, online, instore, via phone, I have raised a complaint with Rebecca Hollingsworth that was never resolved, I have escalated to the ombudsman. #worstservice

    @Fevtruckdriver @O2 I swapped to O2 and had some issues with number transfers! I called customer services pressed the option for emergency and the lady who dealt with me was bloody brilliant! donโ€™t know if youโ€™ve tried that yet?? ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿค”๐Ÿฆ†๐Ÿฆ†๐Ÿฆ† The automated service is totally **** though! ๐Ÿ˜ณ

    @O2 It should not be on me and others to report every number. 5+ calls this morning all with 07802 prefixes. When i call back number does not exist. They spoof numbers too easily, reporting doesn't even dent the issue when they can change number to other non existent numbers at will.

    @Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay ยฃ326 for a repair!!

    @O2 doesnโ€™t take customer complaints seriously. Reported potential data breach and fraudulent case multiple times. If there is no meaningful resolution in the next five days I have to formally report it to the @Ofcom.

    @O2 You've clarified, but not helped. This reply is not helpful at all. Your support staff also had no idea about this situation, or how to handle it. All they could do as a solution was terminate game pass subscription before my minimum 6 month period had finished. Not good enough

    @TheO2 @O2 Any particular reason why accessible tickets were impossible to get for any Olivia Rodrigo date? Why the emails get no response? Why the phone number doesnโ€™t work? Do not get me started on the online system. Iโ€™ve never had so many issues before! What is going on?!

    @davefreeman1908 Ha...I think not. Its the fact buying an item id made so difficult and then when you try, @O2 completely messed it up on multiple occasions and then provide a customer services line which is not fit for purpose.

    I strongly recommend you don't use @O2 Switch Up by post. I did so, against my better judgment, in January -- Royal Mail seem to have lost the phone I sent back, and I've had nothing but problems dealing with O2 trying to resolve the resulting issues since. Despite me having phoned their ****** Indian call centre multiple times, giving them the RM tracking number so they could raise a dispute with RM, O2 repeatedly added device plan charges for my old phone onto my bill, which hasn't been right all year and was in duspute. They've now barred my service out of the blue, despite me having set up a payment plan anyway, and made my first payment towards it, whilst I wait for the account credit for previous phone charges to be processed. Consequently, I can not only no longer make or receive calls, including -- ironically, to O2 themselves -- I can't even use my account on the O2 website. The only way I've been able to contact them was through the messaging service on the app, which was no use at all, and I spent over two hours on it, the vast majority of that time being wasted on waiting for any response at all I'm ******* fuming, and if I weren't tied into a lengthy contract with O2, I'd have left them already

    @Lorna__xx @O2 Honest to goodness they are shocking. I was out today and my phone said I had two 5G bars. Couldnโ€™t send a WhatsApp, search the internet, make a call or seem a Snapchat. Alls they say is service is fine. Dreadful if Iโ€™m home without WiFi I canโ€™t do anything!
