    Have never known a worse network for signal than @O2....not even getting 4G in a town centre. Got 5G at one point and my message still wouldn't send! I'll be leaving thanks...might be faster via Pigeon.

    @O2 your customer service is so bad. I’ve just held on your virtual chat for 38 mins it then tells me you’ve closed shows me the opening hours which are 8pm it’s 705pm. Then it cuts me off. Now holding on a call listening to the same 6 bars of music. It tells me to go online!

    @O2 your ineptitude, both technical and in handling my account, today has left me exposed to fraud and without service. Icing on the cake was that you can’t even undo your own mistakes to protect me!
