    Please could someone of some sort of seniority contact me from @O2, I have tried to deal with you for over 6 months, online, instore, via phone, I have raised a complaint with Rebecca Hollingsworth that was never resolved, I have escalated to the ombudsman. #worstservice

    @O2 anyone else have terrible experience with @O2 My partner has been with them years, recently taken out 4 new phone contracts and a watch, firstly signal is awful!! First bill came a different date than we were told in shop and each contract was £20 more than we were told

    The appalling treatment my elderly parents have had from @virginmedia @O2 for about a year, trying to fix a service fault on a mobile phone is disgraceful. They’re passed from 1 person to the next, none acting on previous info & then they’re told it’s their fault. I’m so angry.

    @O2 I've already spoken to someone at O2 about this who suggested to "turn it on and off again". It's done nothing, i get these messages at inappropriate times at least once a week - maybe just look into your auto texts and fix that?

    @EnglandRugby @O2 The problem is that I don’t feel there is much argument about who is the England squad the best England qualified players on form etc were selected. So what has happened where they beat the all blacks in the autumn and now can’t beat Italy, Scotland or Ireland? It has to be coach

    @O2 Since you've merged with Virgin Media, I can't actually access my mobile account information anymore. When I did try to transfer it over, it now says I don't have any products or services. How can I access the old login method?
