Please could someone of some sort of seniority contact me from @O2, I have tried to deal with you for over 6 months, online, instore, via phone, I have raised a complaint with Rebecca Hollingsworth that was never resolved, I have escalated to the ombudsman. #worstservice

@O2 If you had not gotten rid of Switchup within 3 months I could get out of this contract. Now I am trapped by this and have to deal with the Honor Magic's utterly terrible video recording. You are now no different to your competitors. Switchup was THE killer feature and USP.

Hey @O2 It would be really great if you didn’t log me out of the app every few days. Verification to sign back in is shockingly **** and having to create a pin every time is a MASSIVE. *******. PAIN. Fix it!

@O2 The video recording would easily be fixed by Honor allowing Blackmagic camera and similar apps on their phones. Apple, Sony, Samsung, One Plus, Xiaomi and Google all do. Just not Honor for some reason. Allowing this would likely fix the video issue right away.

@Moonheid1 @teejwxm @O2 I saw this documentary once about a guy with no phone who got into distress, so he sent his dog to get help. Lassie I think the mutt was called. Feels like this guy should be training his chihuahua up rather than moaning on twitter.
