@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

Please could someone of some sort of seniority contact me from @O2, I have tried to deal with you for over 6 months, online, instore, via phone, I have raised a complaint with Rebecca Hollingsworth that was never resolved, I have escalated to the ombudsman. #worstservice

@O2 I have issue with O2 account logging in. Says account locked, contact support. Contacted support 4 times over the period of more than a month, summarised the issue from start every single time. No resolution yet! Really frustrating!!!!

@alwaysshaw1 @drunkenmunky86 @O2 Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced when I tried to port my number to O2 from a corporate account and it got stuck with people endlessly fobbing me off and my attempts to complain and escalate were ignored. Eventually solved the problem by simply porting again to EE.
