Please could someone of some sort of seniority contact me from @O2, I have tried to deal with you for over 6 months, online, instore, via phone, I have raised a complaint with Rebecca Hollingsworth that was never resolved, I have escalated to the ombudsman. #worstservice

I swear I HATE O2 and Priority with a passion, kicked out, logged out, error 403 - Only wanted tickets for @LewisCapaldi - if they didn't plan for tonnes of traffic then they're just stupid @O2 sort it out, Gutted!

@jesshardy20 @O2 @LewisCapaldi The app kept freezing when I was on but I eventually got on only to find Glasgow was scalped to **** 😭. Panic bought the only tickets I could get for Sheffield, thank god my husband drives lol. Hopefully I can get tickets for Glasgow on Thursday and I'll sell my 2 Sheff ones 😭
