Please could someone of some sort of seniority contact me from @O2, I have tried to deal with you for over 6 months, online, instore, via phone, I have raised a complaint with Rebecca Hollingsworth that was never resolved, I have escalated to the ombudsman. #worstservice

@O2 So why is a 1 gig tariff the same price as my current 3 gig tariff - I've just called and made a complaint and the woman I spoke to even said well that can't be right can it? Waiting on a call back but my time is o2 is probably coming to an end very very soon.
