    @virginmedia @ITVChase @O2 Disappointed that after being a loyal customer since Virgin took over from ntl that new customers get better deals than I do. How’s that for customer service?

    @O2 I’m in Ember Inn and code not working yet again!!! Are you able to refresh so it works? This problem occurs every week now so very disappointed as a wasted trip

    @O2 The service from O2 has been shocking. I’ve had issues ever since I switched my number. Every time I speak to someone nobody seems to want to acknowledge I have an issue. I just got hung up on!

    @nicurro @O2 Virgin have teamed up with o2 now so I’ve really noticed the difference virgin don’t get me wrong have other issues but I really identify the difference…I was with o2 from the age of 16 till maybe 6/7 years ago and the service back then was amazing and coverage now terrible
