    I've been on @O2 for about 5 years and I've entered their Priority prize draws consistently over the years and I have never won anything. As in I enter prize draws I don't even want, just to see... How have I never won? Does anyone ever win anything on that app? I don't get it.

    @O2 this last week I have had lots@of problems with my sim in my phone. 3-4 times a day it comes up with invalid sim, no sim installed. Why does this always happen around the time that my sim deal is up for renewal. How to@stop it happening pls.
