@O2 No but a sim needs activated to that account doesn't it via khana and its done the same way....my old sim works periodically not 100%. Systems go down fair enough but I worked for o2 for 8 years in customer service and the level of customer service has slipped massively

  • Moomin7137 Moomin (@Moomin7137) reported

@O2 I'm getting, Not registered on network' message. I believe this is caused because I dud an oune chat earlier, requesting a 5g sim. I was to wait fir the sim to arrive and do a simswap, but it seems my network has been cancelled in error. Please can you switch back on.

@itvMLshow Any help? Ordered S22 Feb14 & whilst now being told the phone is finally in stock, am also told the offers promised with the deal cannot be fulfilled as past the expiry date, despite me chasing the phone for almost 3mths!a £250+ loss for me! Breach of contract? @O2

  • StavrosAvgousti Stavros Avgousti (@StavrosAvgousti) reported

@smalltimedread @O2 @O2liverpool Yes it turned up around 3 weeks ago. I also got my Buds. You should still be able to claim the buds if you preordered it on Feb 14th. The buds offer is made from the Samsung website not directly O2 Definitely speak to someone. I'd prob ring customer services, stores not to blame.
