Please could someone of some sort of seniority contact me from @O2, I have tried to deal with you for over 6 months, online, instore, via phone, I have raised a complaint with Rebecca Hollingsworth that was never resolved, I have escalated to the ombudsman. #worstservice

@O2 hi. I placed an order online with £90 upfront which has come out but it says the order is unsuccessful. Does that mean the order will be cancelled and the £90 will be returned? It needed to cancel the order anyway. Any help will be appreciated. Thank-you.

@planetf1 @O2 You could turn off Private Address in your WiFi network settings then it will sue the same MAC address for all O2 WiFi networks and you won’t need to login.

@O2 I’ve upgraded my phone but not had any signal for over 24 hours on my old phone or my new phone. Your website says you will send me a confirmation text but how will I receive it? It’s a joke!
