    @O2 Hi O2. I registered my flight with smartdelay a few days ago, now at the airport with a 2 hour delay and I’ve received nothing from them regarding lounge access. I’ve emailed their customer service but received nothing back.

    @O2 So yet again another day without WiFi signal. All I get is engineers are working on the mast next update on 23rd August!!! This really is disgraceful, another day not being able to watch my smart tv, use my devices. Gone on for weeks. 😡

    @virginmedia I've never even heard of volt, but suddenly I'm sign up to it and @O2 are asking me to pay £6. It took me 4 hours, 2 phone calls and 2 cancellations for something I didn't even sign up for.

    @O2 why am I being charged o2 travel when roaming and data has been off since the 4.8.22 leaving the uk.The staff in the o2 shop explained the procedures to following before reaching my destination yet you are still trying to charge me for a service I have not used or asked for!

    In this day, with all the tech we have… yet there is no mobile signal from @o2 in Cornwall. Have to rely on holiday camps to have WiFi

    @O2 your customer service has absolutely gone down hill in the last 10 years..muting customers, obscene amount of back ground noise even heard young children laughing..this wasn't the standard when I worked there 12 years ago!!
