Please could someone of some sort of seniority contact me from @O2, I have tried to deal with you for over 6 months, online, instore, via phone, I have raised a complaint with Rebecca Hollingsworth that was never resolved, I have escalated to the ombudsman. #worstservice

Well, at 21.40, you get transferred to the out of hours service as @o2 finishes at 21.00...nice enough chap (James just for context) but bugger all that he can do. Insists that the letters will have no bearing on property address as that's an archaic belief (not quite true)..1/2

@O2 I just had a call from 01204204019 claiming to be you, with a great offer on my O2 sim. I suggested he should try cyanide gas instead of O2, and he swore at me and hung up. Some people are so rude.
