@O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

@O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

Okay @O2 help me with this catch22 situation: 1. I have lost service and cant make or recieve calls or texts so I need to speak to an online advisor through MyO2 app... 2. I have 2-factor authentification to get onto app but cant as I am not able to receive texts... What do I do?

Placed an order for next day click and collect with @O2 yesterday to a town I am in today. Now get a message to say it’s not going to be ready?! I don’t live close by, and trying to find a customer service number to call is a joke…

@O2 Your 3G and 4G in NP19 and NP20 areas has always been shocking, but today mobile data is non existent! Full bars yet can’t open a website! Your status checker says no issues. Just awful. Time to look for a better network I think!

@O2 I’ve been promised a manager call back, a credit to my account and a refund. None of which have happened. I’ve now just been told that the only way now for the incorrect, additional payment to not be taken, is to cancel my direct debit…What is going on?!
