    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    @O2 Customer service in SA is completely awful they activate a contract deal and keep charging... spent 4hours on the phone and nothing has ever been dealt with ! Everytime I call i have to keep repeating myself.... Can someone help?????

    My 4G LTE is at 1mbps everywhere I go, but when I tried my wife’s @VodafoneUK SIM card in my phone I was getting 30mbps. Which suggests to me that the excuses about masts, network contention, and my device being the problem from @o2 is nonsense

    Having major regrets joining @O2 abusive customer service, no response regarding complaint 1320441131 and trying to get to speak to ANYONE your phone system just tells me to go to the o2 app... never ending circle of hangups. 👌

    For goodness sake @O2, why is it SO bloody difficult to get into my account? None of my usual passwords work, you then say you'll send a code. Code doesn't work. Have to ask for another code and another, but by then it says logins exceeded. 🤬 Beyond bloody frustrating! 😔

    @O2 Maybe your not reading this very well there’s a mega issue with your network it needs resolving it’s nothing to do with my phone. I’m a taxi driver 1000’s of others are having same issue. 1000’s of other users not just me this is an issue with the transmitter

    @O2 so this is the problem using Volt. It seems to be more stringent than O2s own checks. I registered my O2 ACC as Rob successfully but cannot change to match Virgins Robert. So I guess I would have been in the same boat if I had used Coco as my name and still got an O2 acc?

    @virginmedia yet again, my super fast (and added volt with being a @O2 customer) broadband can’t cope with running 2… yes 2 boxes. Even with a Wi-Fi booster we struggle to maintain any Wi-Fi upstairs with buffering…. Nothing but issues since we left Sky.
