not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

@O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

All I want is the @SamsungUK S21 Ultra to come down in price. Not loads just a bit. Just want to pay 45 quid for it with some data, unlimited calls and texts and on @O2 and on a 2 year contract. Not 3 year.

@O2 hi I got an upgrade on contract with you from iphone 11 pro to 12 pro and even though 5G is turned on and available in my area it refuses to connect to it and only uses 4G. It’s registered the sim and it works just doesn’t use the 5G network. How do I fix this?

@O2 To be fair to you i'm only just on the edge of 5G coverage and I suspect my phone is being a bit optimistic about it. Suspect it can see the 5G carrier but it's not strong enough signal wise to be useful.

@O2 @Clamfather Start by fixing your masts. That's 7 weeks without a signal now. Credit to @EE for providing me with an excellent signal that my husband uses to call O2 to hear their lies, false promises, and catch phrases such as, "We can't guarantee a fault free service."
