@O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

@O2 Thank god. I've needed a new phone for months (microphones are broken so I can't speak on it) and every time I go to order a new one, it's out of stock on your site. At least in-store, I can choose alternatives.

My wife has been chasing @O2 everyday since Thursday to obtain proof of purchase for a phone on our account. Everyday they say: "oh yes we will email it." Each time nothing. #Fail Please O2 DM me or respond. How hard is it. If it's difficult don't promise to send confirmation.

@HeldinEU Yes, I've been with @O2 since they were BT, then Cellnet. Donkeys years, basically. I like them thus far. Maybe I've been lucky, but, I've never been anywhere completely without cover.
