    not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    @O2 I don’t have Wifi calling I don’t think. No the O2 network is shockingly bad, neither 3G or 4G allow me to make a proper phone call. Nothing I’ve tried has made a difference so I basically can’t use it for phone calls whilst at home

    @MicrosoftHelps I purchased an Xbox from @O2, I’ve only had it 3 months & the buttons on the controller are sticking, they’ve told me they can’t help me to contact Microsoft. Can you tell me what I can do?

    @O2 so!! No one is taking responsibilty for a brand new phone with a scratch/hairline crack. Been trying to talk to some one since getting the phone. This is the worst customer service i have ever had. On the phone just now & getting 3rd degree questioning!! Shocking

    @O2 No one has been in touch and I’ve called to chase. I really need this fixed asap. How can I escalate this?? The moment my contract is up next year you’ll 100% be losing me as a customer.
