    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    @O2 I need the PAC code for the SIM. You have sent a verify code to the account holder, and one of of your reps called her to ensure that she granted permission for me to speak with O2 on her behalf. I am 150 miles away from her, trying to help but I can’t because of your process.

    @EE I got annoyed enough that not only did I cancel the order, I’m in the process of leaving EE to take a contract with @O2. It was simple to order online. There’s no excuse for such poor customer service. Tried several times.. also tried chat and they were beyond useless.

    @O2 Appalling levels of customer service this morning from O2. Sent in my new WHITE Pixel because it was faulty. They couldn't fix it so they sent me a second hand PINK device as a replacement. When I questioned this with online chat they said it was in the terms and conditions..

    @O2 can’t send and receive sms on iPhone, had a rotten experience with o2 from day 1, contacted your support they said someone will be in touch within 3 days…. Great!

    @O2 I’m having a terrible customer service experience from you. A gold customer of 16 years. You make a mistake not taking payment and bar the phone for 4 days running and offer £10 credit!!! Very disappointing. Perhaps time to change network.
