@O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

@O2 and say i dont pass security questions and that i need to go into store . A ) i never asked for the contrct b) i never used the sim an put immediately in bin . c) i phoned customer services on 28/3 and account was cancelled and all cleared d) i am not wasting anymore time going
