@O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

@O2 There are numbers, you just seem unwilling to share. The other numbers mean being bounced around 1st line support with operators working off scripts & having to escalate. It takes literally hours of being asked daft questions.

@O2 I keep asking from customer services that please give me options or time frame but seems that no one cares in O2. So far non professional and horrible experience, I am without mobile since last 3 weeks and they start charging me for the services😳

@O2 This is getting unbelievable I am so angry right now you are putting 5G in the middle of nowhere instead of what you said that you were putting it in city’s first I live in Exeter and I never get 5G the only place I get 5G is going into some random farmers field

Am happy to say I am now the non owner of the #GalaxyWatch4 after returning it. @O2 have said that in order to recieve calls, the Bluetooth settings must be turned off? Not helpful when using buds to play music. The battery lasts 5 hrs also. Poor watch, avoid if possible.
