    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    @o2 Switch Up isn’t all that it seems. You can’t pre-order your upgrade or have one reserved for you in store. You can’t upgrade online. It’s a joke! New customer can however do all of those things.

    @O2 why is it taken a week and my number still not ported from Vodafone and more worryingly a distinct lack of clarity on chat support or which number to call to sort this out? O2 app chat constantly says busy. Perhaps I made a mistake moving over.

    @O2 have you given up providing network coverage? I get nothing at home where you claim 4G coverage, now on holiday in the Lake District, which is apparently out of network? Why are you so incapable of providing any kind of service?

    Turns out DHL don’t honour next day on Saturdays. @O2 suggest to swap to #DPD as they have great tracking, work 7 days a week and generally have a good quality service. DHL are ****

    I'd seriously like to know how I can get a better signal more data and a new device on @O2 for less then half of what I was paying on @EE on sim only shows how greedy ee have got
