@O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

Hey @O2 your customer service is being shocking once again. I’m not paying £120 for using data you never told me I was using. You can’t just text me saying that I’m being charged for data when you never let me know it would charge me.
