@O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

@MartinSLewis It’s all well & good when your not mid contract Martin. This is why I like @O2 - I can change my price plan once every 30 days up or down :-) the only network I believe that allows you too bar sky mobile. The only network to let you pay a device off & cancel contract too :-)

@O2 Day 53 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 Your customer care tell me they add/removed some 'bar' on my number. And yet I get no nofitication of changes done to my account or the reasons for those changes. Seems to be lack of accountability (or they're clueless). Either way, it's hard to trust O2 after 11 years

@O2 cut off twice today when speaking to one of your operators. 90 minutes wasted and issue not resolved. Why don’t you call the customer back when it’s plainly obvious they want the problem solved and haven’t just left the call??

@GrumpyMathTeach @O2 Get off O2. They have bollocks signal, refer you to their broken signal checker when you complain and just overall have awful service. They should be shut down.

@O2 @o2 The final insult!! After 45 minutes contending with 4 different customer service agents who thanked me for my patience and assured me they were here to help me, they ended the online chat (presumably because it’s 8pm). I guess that’s what happens when you outsource this.
