@O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

@O2 haven’t got back to me and haven’t been a lento use my phone for 3 days now - I’ve tweeted, DM’d, phoned, live chat. The signal in my area was down for 2 days and now the postcode says on your website that it’s working fine - I have no services still and no signal

@virginmedia @O2 just renewed my old virgin contract yesterday, virgin have provided the incorrect email address phoned O2 who said not there problem, phone virgin again, virgin transfer me to O2 again to be hung up on, get this sorted between yourselves if not I am cancelling!
