not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

@O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

@O2 have spoken to someone on your customer service line who was unable to help me as he needs to speak to the account holder who is away. They can’t ring because their phone has also been cut off. We spoke to you recently to make sure this wouldn’t happen and it still has.

@O2 is the worst network ever, just been on the phone with 2 different customer service agents in relation to a sensitive family matter. And the customer service agent laughed at me when i told her my grandmother has passed away and my mother cannot make the call herself.

Hey @O2. When calls to your service last an hour and 25 minutes you know something is wrong. Thankfully my problem (seems to be) sorted now but literally all I wanted to do was pay an outstanding amount. That's it.

@O2 I have already followed these steps on more than one occasion and reported the faults and done online chats before. I get h+ signal coverage if I'm lucky and I have a 5g phone!

My wife's been without phone service for nearly two days after they made her think she didn't have a choice (and that it wasn't a proper switch). Reflects so poorly on @O2
