@O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

@TheTacticalBrit @O2 fyi, tesco mobile use the O2 network infrastructure and aren't including annual CPI increases in contracts until 27th march. if you want a locked price pick up a contract with them before that date.

@AidanGarnish @O2 @Ofcom Tbh I wish I'd stayed with Three; it was only because of the combined Volt benefits of Virgin+O2, and because of the roaming. Obvs I knew RPI+3.9% but given current situation it just feels like being fleeced. Service is also mucho **** compared to Three; O2 coverage terrible!

@O2 @VMO2News @virginmedia My o2 website down all day, been trying to log into my account after email announcing increase of charges April 2023 price of monthly will rise 13.4 (RPI) rate of inflation, plus an additional 3.9%. Its actually more than that my new charge is over 20%
