@O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

@O2 So after waiting nearly a month for a refund, yet again waiting another 5 working days as it was never put through as a refund. No compensation when it’s a breach of basic rights, as a refund should be done within a 2 week period. How do I put a complaint in?

@O2 really are taking the p**s now, never been so angry at a company. I've had a contract with them in my name for 6 years, previously in my parents name for 5 years...that's 11 years a loyal customer and they just treat me like s**t, guess I'll be changing in November then.

@O2 So where's my 5G coverage? 11.7% price increase we want something in return - let's start with 5G. What's the point of having a 5G flagship on your network if I can't get 5G where I live - time to spend your massive price increase on giving something worth 11.7%
