@O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

Literally been an @O2 customer for over 10 years. Today I requested to move my number to rival network just because you can’t knock me a tenner a month off my bill for a new phone. Worked out that probably spent over £5000+ in those 10 years. Unbelievable Jeff

@O2 Your EU roaming charges are a pure money grab. You are multinational company which is based in Germany, Spain, etc so there is no reason to add roaming charges in the EU unless you want to exploit your customers. My family will never use or EE again

@O2 hi, can you explain why 2 phones in the same household both on 02, 1 is working and one hasn't been working since 2.30pm, keeps saying emergency calls only, recieved a text to say a mast is down and you might be on site, postcode is bs4,as the other phone is needed whilst

@O2 guyyyyys, I’m getting stressed, my 5G doesn’t work at all and loads things at snails pace, I’ve reset my network settings but it’s still rubbish and my personal hotspot doesn’t work either. I left my pals @VodafoneUK for you I thought we were gonna be good together 😭😭

@O2 Yes I read that in the letter which I received today. So I am ‘trapped’ in my new contract if I cannot pay off my device in full immediately. You bill my Device Plan separately, so why can’t I retain that part of my contract and just cancel the Airtime part?

@O2 what is going on with your network been with you for years and now I only ever get 1 bar in my home area instead of the full signal I have checked your website every time and the excuse is shocking the network is busy just now so may be slow! Shocking
