    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    @O2 Still not resolved!! So you want me to keep chasing you guys rather than your huge company resolve the issue and treat people with respect! How about train your staff rather than making ex customers and customers keep chasing you while you destroy peoples lives?

    Hi @O2, I have been trying for months to cancel my contract as I have moved countries. Your support staff haven't responded, the number suggested is constantly busy. Help me cancel my contract! It's bad ethics to make it so hard #badcustomersupport

    Unbelievable. Spent over an hour on the phone to 3 different ‘customer service’ departments who again haven’t solved my issue. I will be in the @O2 shop Saturday to play my recording to customers and staff.

    @O2 No only lost service on the number I want to keep which is the registered number to receive verification codes etc. when you phone it says not recognised. Was assured it would be swapped over by 6 but still not done …

    @O2 The only other network showing as available is Vodafone IT which selects but shows no service. Data on I TIM is working fine, but voice calls dialled using +44 or 0011-44 both produce the message that “calls to that country are not allowed”
