    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    @O2 customer service is shocking. I've tried to get through to your customer service over 5 times now choosing options. Wording things differently. Everytime I just get greeted with "Thankyou for calling O2 -- goodbye" No online chat support,nothing , I wish I'd never joined
