    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    @O2 are an absolute joke. Loyal customer for 15 years and o2 recycle lose a phone, take weeks to reply, cancel my order and return someone else’s handset.... to the wrong address.

    @O2 Hi. I’m afraid it’s nothing to do with this. It’s about us constantly being failed by customer service setting up a SIM card. It should be really simple but ten hours of calls, 5 SIM cards and two phones later we are no further ahead. Thinking of cancelling 4 contracts with you
