    not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    @O2 Disgraceful Customer Service. All I require is a confirmation letter for my mortgage provider. Nobody will help me ! A simple request and as a consequence it's putting my house move into serious jeopardy. Please sort it out now ! 3 weeks of stress!! #o2 #poorcustomerservice

    @O2 Hi O2, have now received my Delivery Info but the Tracking Number for DPD relates to an O2 parcel from July 2020 which has long been delivered, not my brand new order for my S21 Ultra? Can you help at all.
