    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    @O2 Day 36 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 Why is your mobile phone signal so bad in ML3 ? At times the best you can manage is 3G.

    WOW Shout out to @O2 They have listened! And acted! We told them what was broken. One area was customer services. Today? Security info once, transferred once, no repeating our issue, no long wait and a very fair resolution for my friend. NICE ONE @O2, Gold star @Ofcom? THANK YOU

    @O2 Having the same issue again this month as the previous. The direct debit you set up didn’t work and I’m not getting anything from anybody on the 202 line. Please help, you’ve threatened to cut off my device today and not reconnect it!

    Looking to buy a new phone as current one knackered. Seems the @O2 shop has now closed in Beeston. Ah, best online anyway. Log into O2 app, that promises to send me a confirmation code to log in. Code never arrives. Gave up. What's a good way to get a phone these days?
