    @O2 horrendous customer service experience. Husband snorted first attempt to upgrade as you made it so difficult despite him being out of contract, second attempt yesterday, an hour and a half on the phone and was satisfied with the package agreed on. Assured no upfront costs.1/2

    @O2 my £10 credit is still not issued this absolutely shocking customer service - I tweeted that the credit code did not work over a week ago and several people from your customer service team have messaged me asking the same questions.

    @IanGriffin63 @EnglandRugby @O2 Displaying skills behind the gain line is a recipe to get smashed. England were poor last season because of our lack of powerful runners off 9 and in the centre. Someone has to regularly dent the opponents D line, in order the shorten that line and thus create space.

    @daviddunninguk @O2 In rural Huddersfield, O2 can barely muster a signal of any description. Edge or 3G would feel like cutting edge technology.
