    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    @YepJustJack @O2 I tried, at least! What did you empathise about? Agaaaaaain, why do you think it’s not relavant to know why someone has a meltdown if it’s so bad the police had to be involved? Not answering and saying ‘you don’t care’ doesn’t really make sense, does it?

    Getting sick to death of the 4G signal where I live @O2. Why am I paying so much, and a new iPhone and contract with 20GB data at that, and the signal is **** and I live in the city 😡

    @O2 Please don't use #DPD as your couriers. Again they've not attempted a delivery. Didn't ring the doorbell, or knock on the door. It’s a pathetic service, that just causes inconvenience.

    .@O2 - have ordered an Apple Watch through my02. I have been a customer with you since you were BT Cellnet! finding it difficult for you to deliver this watch - ridiculous. you want me not order it? I have an iphone and iPad with you. Would appreciate it could be delivered.

    @O2 huge problems with your recycle service - you lost my phone by saying you haven’t received it, but I have a Royal Mail tracking receipt to say you have. Keep getting told different things by phone & email. Last person on phone said you have it, now not / Who do I talk to?

    @O2 wow ring up about an upgrade wanting it checked Vince really couldn’t be bothered to help reckons 10 days max for a new phone and the abuse from him was unbelievable
