    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    Hi @O2 your customer service is abysmal. I have a #visualdisability and am stuck in a loop on your website trying to update my details. When I call you I get a recording telling me to use an app I cannot use!

    @O2 I have had issues with service for weeks now & constantly getting messages saying a mast is not working & you’re waiting on equipment. How long does it take to fix these issues. We are paying for a service we are not receiving!

    @RevRichardColes @O2 I'm afraid I never found one! Shutting down my daughter's account after she started paying for her own phone line was an exercise in extreme frustration. Call handlers were rude and clearly told not to allow accounts to be closed! Worst service ever!

    @O2 so after 6 calls, a wasted trip to a store and back (as you can’t speak to a Guru on the phone, that’s COVID safe!) and in total about 6hrs wasted. 3 promised call backs never happened. Still no further to sorting my voicemail. Appalled
