    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    @O2 I then called you and you said you would re action it another 10 days elapsed no money. All the while my girlfriend is getting extra bank fees. I have contacted your customer services again who said I have to now wait another 7 days.

    @O2 possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever had. They forgot to submit my form. They forgot to email me the information. They forgot to call me back. They forgot their manners. Problem remains unsolved.

    @O2 I’ve changed network provider manually with no success. I also spoke to one of your team via messaging function. They assured me it will make a big difference. It did. I now have 73KBPS only… I found an old community thread that suggested that data roaming is capped at 500kbp???

    @o2 since I changed from virgin mobile to you guys everyday my signal has gone down once or twice a day. Today it’s been 4 times the signal has gone !!! NOT IMPRESSED!!SIRT IT OUT!!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @O2 Hey, can you provide me with an email address to talk about getting my oPhone 12 pro max repaired? I went in to apple and they have a diagnostic report and said they're unable to fix as I purchased from yourselves :)
