@O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

Never thought a customer service agent could reduce me to tears yet 15+ years with @O2 and a phone broken with a manufacturing fault equates to their solution being "buy a cheap phone but still pay us every month, sorry bye" Such sadness. No understanding, no soul, just cruel.

Well @O2 you do it again customer service is appalling!! Been on the phone 30 min and been disconnected 3 times!!! Your phone line is terrible and you can’t help me with a faulty handset ! Trouble shooting of turning phone on and off is pathetic!

@O2 I’ve spoken to customer service 4 times and promised a call from the bereavement team. Unable to receive calls from friends and family as old number still not transferred. Poor from you O2.

@suziestreety @O2 They’re awful! I constantly have zero signal and barely receive any calls through to my phone yet when I’ve complained about it and wrote to them they “can’t find any faults in their service” and wouldn’t do anything about it. Think we should move to another network!

@O2 you might want to rethink your tone when sending out the end of credit agreements letter when people switch to other networks. The chance of me ever returning as a customer has become much slimmer now
