@O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

@O2 I’m a virgin media broadband customer and have access to O2 priority moments yet when I try to claim one it takes me to O2 log in and can’t Get past that I’m logged in/have access due to the virgin media connection.

@O2 I had call today from a random number in Leeds, confirming to me that you as my network are selling numbers to cold callers. I’m sure there is a policy/law under GDPR that forbids you to sell my information. Happy to give you a call to discuss cancellation of my contract.

Hi @O2 just wondering, have you given up trying to provide a mobile signal at this point? Because I notice your ability to collect a direct debit is still as competent as always.
