    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

    @missingSanremo @O2 I wouldn';t hold our breath. New sim received 10 days ago, wont activate.. they are next to USELESS and really have Zero customer care. Cancelled it, going to gifgaff.

    . @O2 I keep using your bad network due to priority and it's been weeks that it won't let me even access it. I called your customer service repeatedly and they have no idea what's going on. I'll give it 2 more days and then my husband, parents and I will switch to @EE

    Honestly, @O2 continue to prove to me that they are worst company. They sent me an email to say they tried to contact me to discuss my complaint. My phone never rang but my iPad received a text saying they were going to call me.

    @O2 hi I cannot use priority app. It doesn't login. Says there's a problem. I tried switching network and I uninstalled the app. Still doesn't work.

    @EnglandRugby @O2 Every director of England Rugby Union needs to be sacked. Firing the most successful coach of recent generations. Keeping the current worst one. Culture always comes from the top and English rugby is in shambles.
