just me (@PHILROOKS) reported@virginmedia After many calls to @O2 and having to raise a formal complaint, it has now been resolved. Such a shame a simple error tool a complaint to be resolved.

On Disney I’m referred to O2 where I’m able to upgrade very easily, add on extras easily but to cancel and view- impossible

ariff *LIVID-19* (@raz_007_) reported@O2 Hi. I double checked & no issue on the phone settings side. This issue was originally reported on 6 Feb at around 0830am to 202. The error was recognised on the customer service side and a form was filled out to resolve with a 24 SLA. I am still waiting and still unresolved 😢
