    not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    @O2 Day 67 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 had an upgrade and kept same number, ordered new sim to fit phone but upon inserting, I can’t get any signal or nothing. I still get it on my old phone but not my new one can I have some help?

    @JPMason1995 @O2 Yep, even as a current customer with O2 for 5 years, I upgraded last week and they disconnected my number. Can't use my old phone which is paid for nor my new phone or smart watch. Good luck getting it fixed..I'd choose a different provider if I were you as O2 on its arse. @O2

    @O2 - PLEASE HELP I have no signal/my sim has been deactivated after requesting it be changed to an esim. My o2 app says it’s ready to be installed but needs to send me a text to confirm identity however I can’t receive the texts as sim is no longer working
