    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    @O2 whoever you have phoning around chasing up people for upgrades is disgraceful, had 17 different calls from different numbers since Saturday, and today I answered and told the lad I’m not interested then he proceeded to shout vile language to me 👌 great customer care

    @O2 don't you want our business? We've been trying every night for the last week to speak to someone and give a pac code over so that we can get the phone set up. Not even a customer yet and you're treating us like rubbish - is this what the future holds for us ?

    @O2 my dad switched to o2 recently. If I message him on his original number that he carried over he replied from a different number (not intentionally ). Therefore there is an issue. On his original number I can call and text but on this other number (the original sim number )

    @O2. Having not had signal at home for the last 3+weeks, I'm now told signal may not be restored until Feb 16th. According to your customer service department, I can't claim any kind of compensation. I find that not only ridiculous, but also facetious. Please reply.

    @Deej701 @O2 They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, you can message “syncunlocks” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine
