@O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

@O2 you really need customer service training. Being told there’ll be no refund on a service that has been unreliable for a month and looks like it won’t be fixed any time soon is appalling. This mast in IG6 needs to fixed urgently now.

Is there a problem with your Live Chat option, @O2 ? I connected to an operator, sent them several messages and got no response. Have tried to start another Live Chat and keep getting the “we’re busy right now” message - been waiting to connect for over 20 minutes now!

@O2 maybe if I say I’m thinking of taking up the 14 day cooling off period and moving to @tescomobile you’ll answer the question as to why I have no service? Why would I keep a contract that from day 2 hasn’t worked?
