    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    @O2 They are 087 numbers, but other networks were waiving the network charges at some stage last year, presumably when people were unable to visit hospitals in person.

    @MrComputer089 @O2 Thanks for the advice but I don't "do" instagram. If I get no joy from customer support - I'll go back to the shop I bought it from, the sales assistant told me to come back to him if I couldn't get it sorted out. Have a feeling that will be the next step.

    @O2 Can someone please provide help on returning and cancelling a part delivered order. Your phone system is impossible with a shop order, simply the worst customer service I have ever received.

    @O2 I am unable to make/receive calls because of a mast problem in my area(SW13) and I’ve received an update saying it won’t be fixed until Jan 2022!! I can’t possibly manage without calls until then. What is going on?

    @O2 having network issues for months but really recognised it when getting a £10 ASDA sim which hasn’t let me down since getting it, despite paying £70 a month for my contract with you. Your app just sends me to your website with no help, anyway I can actually talk to someone?

    @O2 well the o2 omni shambles continues. Whoever is sending DM’s is clueless as to the issues. Re The phone my wife has ordered, you are unable to say when it will be delivered, when we will be charged for it & when 14 day cooling off starts (from delivery or order) dreadful

    @O2 so disappointed. Finally spoke to someone and after 15 years with them they are willing to lose me as a customer because vodaphone are offering cheaper prices. Not willing to offer anything.
