    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    @O2 I was told I could cancel my airtime&cont paying my device plan. Got a new phone to then be told the device plan had to be paid in full. Complaint never raised as requested, didn’t get callback from manager as promised&now email saying my contract has cancelled&I have to pay!

    @O2 customer service is the worst company to deal with!! On hold for 2 plus hours to speak to them. Finally get through and they don't listen to your request. Taken my daughters phone off so no line available at all. Avoid this company!

    @O2 Day 52 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 Ok so all three separate customer service staff who said they would arrange redelivery were lying? Because had I known you would cancel it a week ago I could have arranged an alternative.
