@O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

@O2 Started an upgrade order last night but did not finalise as changed my mind (decided to wait a little longer). Despite this O2 have taken the upfront upgrade fee from my account even though I never completed the order?! How do I get this money back?!

@O2 Hi. I just signed up for a sim online however my current provider ended my service sooner than expected so I currently have no network. Can I go to an O2 store and get the sim now rather than waiting for it to come in the post?

@O2 @Apple One of the worst communication companies ever. Quick to ring and badger u to upgrade, trying to get hold of them because it’s all wrong has taken nearly 3hrs over 2 days to get through to them.. crock of ****!
