@O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

@SkyHelpTeam having issues with the sky broadband. Only some websites are working despite restarting the router. It won't let me run a diagnostics. @O2 Network appears to be down so I am unable to run anything via my mobile network either.

For approx 3 / 4 months @O2 networking team lied saying there is no network problems when everyone at home (5 phones) who are O2 users complained data is slow and doesn't load, and just Y'day a network engineer said sorry the antenna or mast not directed towards 1/2

your direction so you won't be getting proper data signals. 1st why lie for months ?? 2nd this day and age of technology to say you can't get signals when in fact we are not far from @O2 HQ is shocking... Terrible terrible service. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone..
