    not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    I’ve never come across such poor customer service as @O2 … helpline useless, unable to carry out what is promised, unable to unblock temporarily blocked numbers and incompetent. Never report your number as lost unless you want to lose it. Please go elsewhere. Next step ombudsman

    @O2 help! Am in Spain for a few days. Am PAYG. Have data roaming on. Have texted TRAVELON and had confirmation text back. Have a big bundle. Cannot get any data connection at all. Phone is up to date. What do I need to do???

    @O2 hi got new phone today , transferred everything over , all working fine , only thing it is says no network , tried putting sim back in and reset network setting

    @O2 According to my wife it has. But that's no good to me when I'm at work. I was told that I would be put back to my old provider by 6pm yesterday but that never happened. Shite customer service

    @O2 hi if a select my free gift for being a volt cust, after the free period do the charges for that service come out of my o2 acc or the respective service provider? Im thinking of disney+ or amazon unl music, thanks
