    not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    @O2 @Joff_L I would leave o2 if I were you. They do not care about loyalty, the prices and annual increases are diabolical. Their sneaky behaviour last year caused a riot. That said, once you’re out of contract I have previously gone onto a price comparison new customer deal for £8.

    @O2 hi again @o2, does anyone actually answer your DM’s please? Been waiting since Monday for Kerrie from resolutions to call me back as promised, can someone call me in her absence to actually resolve my ongoing issue - now over 3 months after raising it?

    @O2 Hi, since Dec all my incoming calls show as UNKNOWN in caller ID & call history. I've tried resetting my phone, swapping the SIM to another phone - issue persists. Seems like a network/account issue. Can you look into this or reset my account settings? Thanks.

    @O2 tried to sort out a new phone S25FE at me local store, CS was useless tried to make a complaint got nowhere, walked into @SamsungUK liverpool one, spoke to Matthew walked out with S26, time to change my mobile provider aswell I think
