Appalling customer service from both @dhlexpressuk and @O2. Phone addressed to and delivered to wrong address. Signed for by DHL driver himself. Deliver to an unoccupied house!!! Nobody calling me back to resolve the situation. What do I do now??? @O2 what do I do now??

So you split with an abusive partner and when trying to sort the finances, speak to @O2 to see how they can help you not pay for him anymore. Their solution? Contact said abuser and sort it with him otherwise you're stuck in contract and have to pay

@O2 I’m on a o2 refresh contract. I got my phone yesterday. Put in my new sim. Text swap to the number I was given and it worked last night and today until around 12 today. How can I fix this??
