@O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

@O2 What happened to your live chat? It’s awful now. I’ve messaged about trying to adjust my plan (as I can get much better deals elsewhere) and have been waiting days for a reply. Tesco can give me for £10 a month, what you’re giving me for £17.
