    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    So .. @O2 it is now one whole month of no contact from your credit file referrals team. One month since you damaged my credit score. One month of no phone because of your customer service errors. What is going on? Is this how you normally treat your customers? Answers please?

    @O2 I think there’s an issue with MyO2. Logged in, clicked on ‘change tariff’, logged me straight into it I then got 12 messages for fraud & one time passcodes. Didn’t request a passcode as I was already logged in. Happening multiple times if I come away from the page and return
