@O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

@wiredimage @virginmedia @O2 Thanks Ben... checked again and I finally had that option. MyO2 has been broken for 3 weeks (a known technical fault) so their assurances over the phone that it would happen automatically are not true!

@caitlinfitzpatx @O2 We have the exact same issue. It’s very frustrating especially as O2 are saying nothing except switch on/off. I’ve seen somewhere it could be Friday before it’s resolved. Not heard this direct from O2 though and it’s not good enough. People need phones for work purposes
