    @O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

    @O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    @EE is the worst network for consumers . Over charging . And doing the most to keep people on their network. If you press 4 on 150 to say you want to leave . They purposely put you on hold. Hoping you will put the phone down @o2 is definitely the way forward .

    @O2 - new customer immediately not happy. gave all PAC details at order and nothing. O2 app useless informaiton and no one answering phone! seriously considering if this was a good move - can someone provide the porting your number link so I can enter PAC code AGAIN!

    @O2 I need support to get my mobile data switched back on. All of my bills are paid and yet when I switch off my wifi, nothing is available. I need this urgently and neither your roundabout website or 202 have been of any help

    @O2 doorstep phone swap arranged for yesterday as sons I phone 6 days old and faulty , email confirmation saying it would be by 10.30 ! FAmily Waited in all day nothing arrived ! Tracking states phone still at depot …….. very unhappy customer 😡

    Don’t know what’s happening with @O2 but I’ve never used 30Gb of data in 3 months combined never mind in a week! It’s not only me, my partner, a few others I know are all experiencing the same! Loyal customer for 20yrs, never missed a payment…
