@O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

@O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

Anyone who is on @O2 consider leaving. I can honestly say that the level of service I have received from them is nothing short of appalling. Have had issue after issue, lie after lie. I’m done with these people

@O2 So #O2 reckons the problem is my SIM (I doubt it but willing to try), got a dispatch notification but no all data and voice services from my current one are disabled. I was not foretold this would happen. Service from this company is appalling.

@O2 How do I log in to my account? I sign in with chrome browser and I'm sent a code to my phone number but there is nowhere to enter the code. No further help in the text message and no help from the website about where to enter the code.
