    @O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

    @O2 absolutely discusting service, cut both mine and partners phones off despite me paying my bill on the 11th and my partners not due until the 23rd. Cant ring them either as they've restricted both our phones!!!! Waiting 2 hours for someone to message me back on the myo2 app.

    @O2 can someone help? I have just tired to place an order online. Got to Apple Pay and I paid, but it said Apple Pay unavailable, but you have still taken the money. Can you confirm why? I have confirmed with @monzo who have said you have taken this as pending.
