    @O2 @Sunny_in_London I have tried this several times still the same. This has been going on for several days it is shocking service @O2 please sort this out!

    @O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

    @O2 My sim was blocked because my phone was stolen. I then got my phone back and I still don’t have data or signal despite being told by 7 different o2 members of staff that it was fixed.
