    @O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

    @O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

    Well done @O2 firing up inflation by selecting the worst RPI you can find at any given time, mainly driven by fuel increases. That’s four phones less for you to worry about.

    @CharlieDemelo @O2 i worked customer services 4 years and it is nice to be nice to ALL customers, i had one angry customer with a problem once and i solved their problem for them but had to give them another number to ring the next day they rang back asked for my extension to say thank you, so nice

    @O2 I think you missed the point. Power is back, and with it mobile service. Why do we lose service immediately when the power goes out? That's not a very secure service?
