@O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

@O2 Your customer service via live chat is truly terrible. I have been with o2 for over 10 yrs, having issues with my phone & need to upgrade. I’ve been on live chat for an hour and a half and have got absolutely nowhere! Been passed to 5 different people & still not sorted.

@O2 loads of random 020 numbers keep on calling me daily, each time on a different number so blocking doesn't work. Always recorded messages about an accident I've NOT had. How do I put a stop to all this?

@O2 How useless is O2 as a company?? TOTALLY. Been trying get resolution on an earlier issue but cannot get them to accept my password. But i KNOW it is correct. I would say to EVERYONE do not bother using O2 or Telefonica for anything because they are USELESS

@O2 Basically @dpd_support have delivered the wrong parcel to my property which I signed for but ironically claim I wasn't home to sign for my delivery 😱 there customer service is lacking @MPD_Online are also looking into this but I can't take another day off to wait in for a 3rd d
