@O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

@O2 issue in the network it’s always says “no service” in my apartment come on offer wifi calling right now i did speak with your staff in Kings road store and told them about that issue they’ve said we can’t do anything right now i might move to EE or Vodafone if this situation-

Such a shame that @EE retention offers are so breathtakingly poor. Looks like after 20+ years i'll be moving to @O2 as their offers are pretty good (£15 per month less than ee on a like for like basis) plus O2 alow roaming in EU without ripping off the customer.
