    @O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

    @O2 tell me this and tell me no more! How on earth did we all manage to survive on 3G way back when it was the standard network signal but if we are pushed to 3G now is just does not work?

    @O2 I have raised a complaint with 02 and now subsequently the financial ombudsman as I haven’t heard back. I have a perfect credit score, no debt and have provided the reports to 02 and yet I am being declined with no explanation.
