    @O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

    @O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    I have an @O2 Samsung phone. I leave it on mobile data and WiFi all the time. If I am not in a WiFi area then I struggle to do anything on the phone. It has always been this way. Why is this? Is the @O2 network just bloody shite? 🤔🤬

    @O2 Other phone is an EE phone so locked. I've had this issue a while. It's most odd. Most of the time I'm on WiFi but if I'm not it's a real problem. How else can I check?

    @O2 I'm currently in Greece and the roaming provider @COSMOTE supposed to provide connection. The only thing I receive is no signal or fake 4g without or with very limited speed. It is supposed that I'm paying my contract and I should offered the same functions as in the UK.

    @O2 Also when calling your business support line on 8002, the automated system directs customers to download the MyO2 app which is only for consumer customers. Which is obviously frustrating
