@O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

@O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

@O2 So. My wife ported her number over to O2. Now she can’t receive SMS messages. This means she can’t access bank accounts or iCloud data because she can’t get the TFA messages. Been waiting since Saturday for tech support to call back. Would request a PAC but won’t get the SMS.

The customer service of @O2 is truly one of the worst I’ve ever come across. They tell me to call, but I can’t because they’ve cut off my phone. The number goes through to a bot. Quelle surprise! I paid the bill, as always, and yet here we are. Been on the chat thing for four hrs
