    @O2 number should have ported on Monday, from @virginmedia as part of new package. After several calls this week the porting has still not happened, now have no service! And yes I have switched it off and on again! #help #notgreat

    @O2 getting absolutely hacked off with the level of signal and the fact people can't get through to me and nothing is coming up on missed calls, then hours and hours later my texts and voicemails appear! Ex8 1pe area! And don't tell there's no problem as there is!

    @O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    Hi @O2, I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and I’m trying to do something as simple as upgrade my phone. Today I’ve experienced doc upload, payment, app login, chat, form failures, spent 60 minutes on hold today and still no resolution. Awful customer service. Unacceptable!

    I'm on @O2 When I leave the house I expect zero signal until I next get to Wifi. They appear to have given up maintaining their cell infrastructure.

    @Richard268422 @O2 O2 have gradually got worse and worse coverage, go outwith towns uts pathetically inadequate and go to scottish boarders, you get practically nothing.These charlatans don't go for best customer coverage,they go for what's the bare minimum we can get away with

    @lloydoh17 @O2 I’ve been with them a very long time and never had issues like I have each month I’m looking at other networks coz the constant price increases and the drop in service it’s not worth it tbh

    @O2 Pretty much, yes. Whenever I'm in an asda it's the same, although I suspect that's asda blocking signal as their in house wifi works (opening their own website in the browser window)
