@O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

@O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

@O2 last week I was able to upgrade my phone and now tonight it's saying I need to pay to upgrade to o2 refresh when I'm already on that and yet I wanted to upgrade without paying for it... Help please

@O2 Hi, when I try to make a call the message 'Not connected to network' pops up on screen. I've used the network checker and it says there's work being carried out on a nearby mast. Is this why I'm getting the error message? Thanks

@vmbusiness @O2 Sadly, I can't look at anything online since our Virgin media Business Broadband has been down since Friday with not a sound of apology or explanation from Virgin. With VOIP phones as well, we're silent. And So far 22 min on hold to talk to someone.
