@O2 @virginmedia over a week now and no reply and still no fix to the issue that been going on for months, this long time multi account customer is going to be looking elsewhere at the end of my contract.

  • Julianhomeboy Julian (@Julianhomeboy) reported

@virginmedia @O2 @virginhelp 4g is slower than the 4g+.. hence the speed tests. Can you confirm its a virgin issue???? If its not then why does vodaphone sim give me the faster 4g+

  • gazjsmithy Gareth. (@gazjsmithy) reported

@O2 what’s the process for failed customer call backs? Twice this past week I’ve been promised 2 call backs, the first within 24hrs the 2nd same day and haven’t had either materialise 😕 Quite disappointing given the usual excellent service I receive.

  • lewisrocks23 Lewis Woolley (@lewisrocks23) reported

Don’t ever trade your phone in with @O2. My phone was in perfect working order when I handed it into the store, now the recycle company keep changing the story about problems with it, trying to offer £27 when I was originally quoted £137.

  • rosecrabtree rosecrabtree (@rosecrabtree) reported

@O2 I’ve transferred to a monthly contract with you via mobile phones direct. You’ve emailed me about my first bill but I currently have no service provided by you and no ability to ring you to sort this out as my old provider has cut me off. Can you help please?

  • robinwilson16 Robin Wilson (@robinwilson16) reported

There is a lot of confusion at O2 as well where first I went to the @O2 Stamford store they informed me they could not help and I had to contact Samsung directly. Even when I told them my friend just took his device into the store and it was sorted out I was told I was mistaken.

  • karenmmcmanus Karen McManus (@karenmmcmanus) reported

Did no-one in @O2 or @virginmedia test how the name Volt might work on their phone IVR, and like, whether it might at all sound like 'fault'? The answer is, of course, no. Quite difficult to get help on Volt, it turns out.
