    @O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

    @O2 last week I was able to upgrade my phone and now tonight it's saying I need to pay to upgrade to o2 refresh when I'm already on that and yet I wanted to upgrade without paying for it... Help please

    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    @O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

    @O2 Hey @02 5 days and counting and you've still not ported my old. number despite each day promising it will be done by 6pm. Ofgem regs give you 1 working say. Formal complaint to your email not even acknowledged. Huge compensation claim on it's way. Scandulously incompetence.

    @O2 hi, I’m a virgin media customer and downloaded the priority app and it keeps closing and won’t let me in. Managed to get in once but never again. Deleted and downloaded a couple of times and still the same. Any tips?

    @O2 hey, I've been with O2 for 10 years. The service is really bad everywhere I go. I've escalated it with Cs for a manager call back who rang me and then hang up in a second twice. The actually service of the network and CS is appalling. False promises.
