    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    @O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

    @O2 number should have ported on Monday, from @virginmedia as part of new package. After several calls this week the porting has still not happened, now have no service! And yes I have switched it off and on again! #help #notgreat

    @O2 your complaints team are totally unhelpful. I have just rang 0800 298 6881 and been told there’s no one available today that can speak to be about my issue. I think I’ve been patient for long enough now.

    Hey @O2 I'm a pay as you go customer and I'm having access issues to MyO2 app. I have called customer services 6-7 times already & even requested callbacks and every time I was assured that the issue was resolved. Spoiler alert ... it isn't! Is it time for me to change company?

    Trying to call @O2 to talk to someone after being sent texts by them asking me to do so, And it says call ended every time I use the number sent to me, Try o2 customer service it tells you 2 press 1 and then cuts u off.... WTH is going on.?

    @O2 I ordered an upgrade that was due to be delivered this morning. I checked the tracking and it says it is being returned to the depot - no one attempted to deliver this. I am incredibly disappointed with this service.
