@O2 @hubbubUK Well I currently am having to because after nearly 24 hours your service is still down for me with a 'mast issue'. I have to work from home but might have to drive to somewhere i can borrow WiFi just so I don't loose any more money from being unable to work 😔

@O2 why your internet service is so **** and it is so expensive? £33 for unlimited internet and your unlimited plan is 650gb... WHERE is the unlimited? WHERE is the speed? If I want to cancel it is very expensive. Unlimited doesn't mean 650gb, unlimited means UNLIMITED.

@O2 upgraded both my phones in Decemberm unfortunatly all the bonus extras I currently have subscriptions with, was gutted as been with @O2 for 16 years and never got anything as a gift. Gutted the 1 time I get offered something cant take it :(

@O2 been trying to get to sort this out ALL DAY now!! Spoke to someone on here but it’***** and miss, tried ur online messaging service but got nothing back been calling from my partners phone and just keep getting cut off! Cracking customer service!
