    @O2 number should have ported on Monday, from @virginmedia as part of new package. After several calls this week the porting has still not happened, now have no service! And yes I have switched it off and on again! #help #notgreat

    @O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

    @O2 getting absolutely hacked off with the level of signal and the fact people can't get through to me and nothing is coming up on missed calls, then hours and hours later my texts and voicemails appear! Ex8 1pe area! And don't tell there's no problem as there is!

    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    @O2 the one good thing your network offered and now that's gone?! Why would Priority stop doing their free weekly coffee in favour of once a month? Is there actually any point in the Priority offers anymore? Who actually wins the stuff and receives any offers?

    @TakeThatClouds @O2 Just moved to Smarty becuase of **** like this, at one point a few years ago my number suddenly stopped working, they’d issued a pac code for my number and given it away, couldn’t get it back, so gave me a year for nothing, as soon as that was up I was off, 02 are utter ****.

    @sackedseafarer @O2 But I keep getting errors “Too many page redirects occurred” whether I use the app or website. I then tried to submit a complaint online and guess what, that throws an error too! So raised it via X DM and given a complaint ref and assured I’d be contacted via my preferred channel

    @O2 I have been hacked, my email compromised and deleted and your customer service lines are so bad - I’m trying to submit a complaint and your website won’t even accept it stating an error - total shambles.

    @ThePaulRawlings @TakeThatClouds @O2 It’s a pain in the a*se, but it stops an identity thief from gaining access to services that require a OTP. I worked in customer service for a mobile phone company & the number of people who has their email, & therefore multiple online accounts, hacked was staggering.
