@O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

Seriously @O2 have a bunch of spastics working on their web chat. I placed an order the SIM card never arrived and ******** **** asks me what the sim serial number is.

@financialombuds Yes I had to resort to this to deal with @O2 who just cannot be bothered to answer customer complaints. They hide behind “email sent in error” a joke and a disgrace @LutzSchueler

@daeyved @O2 Our work phones were the same. I believe the tower problem has been fairly longstanding. We’ve switched to EE and it’s great, consistently.

Back on the @O2 network after 5 long days networkless. The staff in store managed to get me sorted and admitted they have awful systems and processes they have to work with. I hope this is a one off 🤞🏼

@O2 I raised it through the o2 complaints email address. Received an automated response back to say will respond in 7 days. Have chased 3 times and nothing back at all. I am owed a refund and also would like to discuss my lengthy complaint about the service received
