    @O2 genuine question , how come I had 4g+ , 2 bars and nothing loads up I.e Internet , and yet my work phone which is on EE has the same 4g+ same 2 bars and is a older phone , works straight away no loading problems what so ever ??

    @O2 How come I had 4g+ and 2 bar signal and nothing loads up ? I.e Internet, what's app app etc....and yet my work phone on EE had same 4g+ same 2 bar signal and Is a older phone load up perfectly no issues at all ????

    @O2 According to your area checker there is a mast that needs repairing and you will start that work at the end of this month! Is that right? Post code PL2. Doesn’t explain why my colleague in Salisbury is having the same issue with his 02 service though

    Absolutely fuming @O2 priority I was on the app from 6AM with no problems until 9:51AM app kept saying something went wrong even though I’d been on and off the app all morning no problem 😡😡 !! Try again tomorrow #BeyonceTour 🤞🏽
