    @O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

    @DntHavNigtmares @O2 How many people do you have off @O2? It’s actually laughable going through your tweets and replies and seeing so many people angry, frustrated and disappointed with your service, you’re basically the Everton of the phone services. Do you know how heavy that is?

    @O2 I’ve already spoken to your customer service team this morning and they stated I’ll have to wait 1-3 working days (but with it being new year this will be longer now) to wait for the returns parcel so I can return the phone and then once that’s done the new one can be sent out.

    @O2 I am fed up with the customer service! Was advised to call payments management team and they transferred me to customer service and customer service said it’s not their job. 👏🏾 Is that how you train your team to deal with situation.

    @O2 Your customer service is a joke. I’ve had to message yourselves on here, the app and then eventually got through on the customer service line to enquire about my upgrade as it’s been over a month and a half without an update now I’ve been sent the wrong phone, it’s ridiculous

    @O2 Yes it was Dec 19th I finally got someone to "cancel" the contract. It was to cancel completely and stay with current provider

    @O2 I’m just applaud with the service as I haven’t made a mistake but because someone on your end has I’ve now got to go to the post office to return the phone and then wait for the one I originally ordered, so that’ll be 2 months without the phone I ordered, how is that fair?
