@O2 What reduction will I see in my 2 mobile phone bills? No service at all since Monday? It's now Thursday, and you send me a text (we have had to turn on WiFi calling to be able to receive anything, and that is patchy) to advise 'you are working on it'!

@O2 That isn’t my issue, my issue is that the app actively prevents you from even being able to apply for them, especially if it deletes the saved offer from your phone for no reason!

@O2 I haven’t been able to get signal at all for 4days now. It says SOS whenever I’m not on wifi. I’ve been checking the network status and it says there is a mast broken near me. When will this be fixed?! I can’t contact anyone in case of an emergency!
