    @O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

    @O2 again us people in the PL23 postcode are abandoned to having no service. Your general “known issue at busy periods” is now wafer thin. For 6 months now, we will have no service. It’s stinks and I’m fed up with it. Sort it out or I’m off. For 3 years you’ve told us the same BS

    @O2 I’m being refused a mortgage because of a ‘defaulted’ account on my credit file. It was an error caused directly by O2 in 2015. Unknown to me as O2 never contacted me. O2 admitted fault but haven’t authorised the correction to my Experian credit file.

    @O2 incorrectly charge £XXX to our bank account. Admit this was done in error. We have to wait until 6th Jan 2021 before it can be refunded. Even then, we have to call back to request it on the day. Why do we put up with this type of customer service??

    @O2 Hi, I'm living in the Netherlands now but still working off a contract (Note 9) with O2. My service seems to have disappeared despite owing nothing - no outgoing calls or internet. Just "R" above the signal info. Normally use the KPN signal. Tried T-Mob and Voda networks too.

    @O2 I'm not sure, why would my 5g phone not have a 5g sim card, that's like saying, check if that car I've sold you as an engine surly, I was sold a 5g phone and was told its the new slice bread, I've been paying for 5g for months but never had it,what's your thoughts on this @O2 ?

    @O2 why does my phone never ring? Just comes up with a missed call? I’ve got full signal and it never seems to ring?! Don’t even get me started on WiFi calls either. Absolute tosh.

    I have been a customer of @VodafoneUK for 21 years. Spoke with them today and they would not even come close to matching an offer from @O2 to new customers. Apparently, “it does not matter how long you have been with Vodafone”. Customer loyalty clearly has no value. #vodafone
