    @O2 This isn't something just happening today, this has been going on for a few weeks and despite the fact your network coverage says its fine, it is not. Not been able to get 5g since the switch over. I would never sign up for o2 you're terrible. Not happy @virginmedia

    Anyone else stuck on @O2 I got moved on to their network and it’s absolutely terrible and the worst bit about it I was meant to be on a rolling contract and these slippery lot made it an 18 month one and I’m stuck with them. Proper insulting.

    @O2 Are you accepting that the mast is at fault? Presumably you are not persisting with trees that need pruning and your inability to find and get permission from a landowner to cut them? Your mast is emitting such poor signal right next to it - clear line of sight - no trees

    Has anyone had an issue with a transfer of number with @O2. Have been trying to get a number transferred since last Tuesday was told 24 hours for it to happen. Still waiting.....was told yesterday it can take up to 5 days! Appalling customer service!

    @O2 I just had a “phone call” claiming to be from you offering discount on my bill due to covid? Then said that o2 gave my number away? Are you selling customer information to scam centres if so I will be cancelling my contract with you! They called on this number 020 4552 0894
