    @O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

    @O2 I suggest you sort your customer service line too. We’re paying a lot for monthly bills and you can’t even pick up the phone unless we’ve lost it or had it stolen. That’s appalling.

    @tescomobile @O2 are the worst join them and they say I will get extra trade in then don't. I should get family discount and they say no as kept checking number and said its too late now. Then get 2 messages saying RPI increase. Terrible service really annoyed will cancel all asap
