@O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

@VodafoneUK Rubbish. I change from a contract on a 4g only phone and@you charged £15 a loath more for a 5g enabled phone phone. Yet the 5g service is as poor as you customer service. I would only ever recommend @o2

@VodafoneUK You charge me a premium for 5g. Yet you can’t deliver. So your argument against your substandard network can not be substantiated. @O2 are far better and out do you service.
