@O2 After multiple attempts and one of the reps hanging up on me I managed to get to someone who helped, problem solved. Just wish it was more easier to get hold of someone.

@O2 so glad 4 people assured me my upgrade was cancelled today only for it to be dispatched! Big thanks to the “supervisor” who purposely waited until 11pm so he could instantly close my ticket with NO RESOLUTION. TERRIBLE customer service.

@O2 Placed an order on your website everything was fine got the email confirming it now it's showing as cancelled on the app when I go to track my order with no email as to why or even letting me know help

@SkyHelpTeam Nothing has worked and @O2 has had the bad speeds for 5 years now, it is nothing to do with my settings it is their equipment. I used to work for their supplier and no how slow their deployment of 4g equipment was. There is only @VodafoneUK that is worse and that's not by far.

Over a month of no data signal on @O2 and it's only just come back. Like, good, but also ridiculous.
