    @O2 Good Morning, I just want to say “thank you” for being awesome. My iPhone decided not to turn on today, so I used my iPad to speak with Shakil o2 customer services chat team and they quickly sorted the issue. Saves me a visit out on a Sunday morning. 🙏

    Anyone on @O2 in the West Midlands, after months of engineers looking into network issues, they have just advised me that 02 network isn’t being fixed and he has no solution, but does say any of us can leave, even if in contract so call customer services and you can leave!

    @O2 I've managed to call the call centre and they called me back as my WiFi calling wasn't good enough and there's no mobile signal at my parents. They've sorted out the spend cap.

    @O2 I have already done that in Cardiff last week and couldn’t even get 5g there and I work in the valleys and the signal is rubbish my other half has better coverage and he’s with Vodafone

    Yo @O2 still having issues with the ‘error 14’ issue and my Apple Watch. Sent you a dm and you’re either slow to respond or don’t. Phoned up - bolt on removed / re added… didn’t work. App ‘too busy’. What do I actually pay in excess of £100 p/m for if I can’t talk to anyone?
