@O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

@O2 again us people in the PL23 postcode are abandoned to having no service. Your general “known issue at busy periods” is now wafer thin. For 6 months now, we will have no service. It’s stinks and I’m fed up with it. Sort it out or I’m off. For 3 years you’ve told us the same BS

@O2 getting dreadful customer service, currently in the US since 05/01, unable to make any outgoing calls to any no. Gone through tech & network support with no solution Would like to get out of my contract as sim doesn’t work but being told I will be charged early exit fee,help!

@O2 @EnglandRugby Pay more attention to ur terrible phone coverage rather than worrying about the rugby match which you have no control over! Would be nice to get use of the service which your happy to take the money monthly for!

@VodafoneUK Your internet is shameful. I constantly have to use @O2 mobile internet. Ironically my husband is on Voda and he has to buy more data every month because your internet in our house is soooo terrible!!! Avoid this company.

@VodafoneUK why doesn’t your network function on an iPhone 13 in France? My friends on @O2 or @EE gave no problems, whereas I can’t even make a phone call. Helpdesk told me to buy a local Sim!

@virginmedia Ever since you joined @O2 your service has been diabolical cancel your contract with them there service is shockingly bad I'm lucky if I even get internet now back in 2020 completely different story
