@O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

@O2 I got this sorted doing this however this is really poor service. This should be an easy, self-service digital journey. Absolute joke that this took 35 mins for both me and your staff. Total waste of time. Please feed back.

@O2 added a sim only deal to my contract this weekend (Saturday AM) and got the confirmation email, the new number is on my account but it still doesn’t have any signal. I was told within 48 hours the transfer would be done.
