    @O2 again us people in the PL23 postcode are abandoned to having no service. Your general “known issue at busy periods” is now wafer thin. For 6 months now, we will have no service. It’s stinks and I’m fed up with it. Sort it out or I’m off. For 3 years you’ve told us the same BS

    @O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

    @O2 Always seems to be an issue accessing my account, using either of your apps..... you really just need to simplify this!!! I remember when customer perception was a huge focus at O2, but they don't seem to care any more!!!

    @O2 your customer service is shocking refusing someone a 14 day change of mind we make a complaint you call back with a deal and said you will get another quote the escalations team yeah, right I'm still f waiting you're a joke.
