@O2 O2 is super s*** all your mast towers have gone down in redhill which apparently will take 6 weeks to repair which means all O2 customers are going to suffer yet be forced to pay full price for their plans…also your signal is sh*t in Betchworth, Surrey. Virtually non-existent 🤬

@O2 I have a contract with you for my daughter's phone. She works in Guildford. Unless she has WiFi, she is uncontactable all day when she is at work. We tried a 3 SIM for 3 weeks. No issues. The coverage is not fit for purpose and I'm unwilling to spend another £ with you.

@O2 I have a final amount to pay. I am having difficulties in logging into the website as I have changed providers. I also cannot call you as the customer service is not available to me. I cannot pay you until you let me. So please stop with the enforcement letter.

@O2 Hi, do you have any issues with 5G in the RG2 0JT area? I've tried restarting my phone and put the sim in a different handset but the 5G signal isn't connecting. It was fine until today.
