Lowell "Solicitors" are scam artists. They claim I have a debt of almost £400 with @O2. I haven't been an O2 customer for approx 10 years and O2 have even confirmed the debt doesn't exist. I have told them this and they persist in writing to me demanding money I don't owe.

@O2 Ah, okay! I've already requested the port and received confirmation it will happen tomorrow. As I understand it then, I won't need to do a SIM swap at all? Will my Vodafone service automatically be cancelled once the number has ported?

@O2 What terrible customer service, requested a call back last wednesday was told a customer care manager would call 24-48 hours but they did not. Asked again on friday once again 24-48 hours now monday and still no call back. What a joke!

@O2 Hi, I've had trouble with sending texts to certain numbers since I changed my handset a few months ago. Getting a message that the number is incorrectly formatted even though it's a normal short number. I've tried sending ACTIVE to 2020 but it just says busy at the moment.
