    @ibiza_music_edm @O2 Damn, that’s annoying. Only advice I can give is try keeping iMessage/FaceTime off for a bit (like a few hours) then give them both another toggle a couple of times. Then repeat. I think it’ll get there like mine did eventually…🤞 I’m coming from TalkMobile to O2!

    @virginmedia This has been going on since 3rd August. Original installation 28th July. It would be interesting to hear if @O2 believe this is high quality customer service?

    @O2 I have a complaint logged,the manager did a missed call so I called back.They refused to speak to me as they have ‘time to call back within the 48hrs SLA’ despite not calling me properly in the first place!Bad service on top of wrong charges, I will be cancelling my contract

    Hi @O2, how can I cancel an order I placed - which said was in stock at time of ordering - but was actually out of stock 10 mins later. I can’t see the order on myO2 so how can I cancel it?
