    @O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

    @O2 @virginmedia Shocking response from your complaints handler. A lady called on Saturday and offered me £40 for inconvenience of having poor signal since May 16th. Today they call and recommend that I move to another network as they cannot guarantee a fix in the area. O2 mast

    Even @O2 retention team admit the charges are higher than they should be and it’s odd they cannot be explained by customer services…I’ve seen no evidence of where this data usage has come from @Ofcom

    @O2 on 22/08 I got an automated email saying my complaint had been received and that I’d get a reply within 7 days. It’s now been 14 days and I’ve had nothing. Not very happy. Please can someone reply?

    @O2 my dad has no data network on his phone and because myself or my dad aren’t the account holders (my mum is) no one will speak to us or help sort this out. He’s currently travelling in Germany and has no access to his phone! Spoke to Apple and it’s a network issue! Help!
