    @O2 yes I have, but your contact/help pages are deliberately confusing and send users in a circular path around your website, get help > robot live chat > click here > get help > robot live chat... etc etc Try putting lost SIM into Aura & see what happens, doesn't need a discussion

    @YellowtailFP @O2 Have you got an O2 shop near you? I've just sorted out my broadband by calling into a high street shop rather than hanging on the phone and doing Option 1 and Option 2. You end up in the same place but with a face to face person accessing your account + dealing with your problem!

    @YellowtailFP @CashQuestions @O2 Telecoms companies are universally useless. My first job was an Orange shop, and it was awful then, and it hasn't got any better since! There is a "hidden" bolt-on that your rep forgot to add to your tarriff. It was the main reason for leaving o2, they struggle with iphone.

    @O2 bought 2 sim only contracts with the intention of adding on samsung watch plans to both. Got declined these a month ago and told to try again in 30 days and just got declined again. What is the point if offering watch plans when it's impossible to add them on? Awful service
