@O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

@O2 I’m in Newcastle for the weekend and could hardly get a service, keeping jumping from 1 bar on 5G onto 3G, couldn’t get into social media or online due to it buffering. What a waste of time moving to you from EE

@O2 I’ve been trying to call customer services all day. When I select yes it’s urgent someone eventually answers but they stay silent on the other end. One even laughed when I asked if anyone was there then hung up. How is this acceptable?

@O2 Network coverage is ok. As soon as I’m in an area with a lot of people, ie football stadiums, concerts even busy shopping areas, my phone doesn’t work. It seems I’m not the only one!!

@O2 why can u get issue with calls dropping in the IG6 area sorted quicker, been 3 weeks very horrendous service. My calls drop or vanish for 20-30secs this is no way to run a business especially when you don’t update your customers. Have to wait 48hrs for update shocking
