    @O2 I still have not had a reply to any of my complaint emails, your debt recovery team and customer service agents are useless.I made o2 aware of a DRO in June. Multiple calls and emails later I still am getting billed for the device when I’ve been I wouldn’t.I want to leave o2!

    Disgusted with service from @O2 after having my account hacked 2 weeks ago. They blocked the 2 fraudulent contracts taken out in my name but blocked my actual number at same time, 2 weeks later I STILL can’t use my phone that I pay for. Calls to customer service pointless 😤

    @O2 please can someone message or call me please? I’ve got an ongoing issue which is not being resolved by multiple different call handlers I get promised someone/manager will call and it doesn’t happen. Please help people keep trying to defraud my account

    @virginmedia @O2 Frustrating that my WiFi has been down since Monday and yet being with O2 I can't get complimentary unlimited WiFi until its resolved. What's the point of you being one company now?

    How do i complain to 02 because there after service is horrendous. Put a new sim in weeks ago and not had data since and keep getting fobbed off everytime i ring. @O2
