    @O2 @Joegreaney Hi I'd just like to add that this is a problem for everyone on 02 and giffgaff in that area and it's because a mast in hither green has been down for 2 years and these crooks hate you enough to ignore it.

    @O2 Thanks! The checker said "We're currently working to improve the quality of coverage in this area. While our engineers carry out their work, you may find your signal drops in and out – sorry if this happens." - it's just that it's been 3 weeks now....

    Hi @O2 You took the local (GL11 5HD) mast down on the 20th to upgraded and said you'd be finished by the 24th. The coverage checker is now suggesting it won't be back before 30th. What went wrong?

    Hey @O2 3 days; 24 attempts; 2 hours trying to get through to make an insurance claim for daughter’s phone. Cannot get through on any route. Meanwhile daughter walking across City at midnight after work without working phone. Fix this. How to make claim today?
