    @O2 No only lost service on the number I want to keep which is the registered number to receive verification codes etc. when you phone it says not recognised. Was assured it would be swapped over by 6 but still not done …

    @O2 I am a new customer. I want to transfer my number. You have been 'unable to process' my PAC code twice now - spent 30 mins on the phone with support who say appatantely my existing number does not exist, despite me using it for a decade. Any advice on what to do next?

    @O2 you really need to sort out your customer service!!. I have an ongoing dispute with yourselves over a HUGE mess up of my account. I was promised a manager would contact me and I’ve still heard absolutely nothing!!😡 it’s an absolute disgrace.
