@O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

@O2 How do I cancel a iPad Airtime plan of £11.02 (I know not a lot) as the iPad only gets used on Wi-Fi and device plan was paid of ages ago. I don’t want to cancel my phone but not in need of anything at moment. Just don’t want to pay for the iPad Airtime plan anymore.

Outrageous service by @O2 . Called on 4 separate occasions to try to cancel my contract and cut off by the line every single time. All while I’m being charged for cancelling without calling! A joke of a customer service, absolute joke.

@O2 just had a scam phone call from someone pretending to be you trying to give me 50% off. But once I said that you never phone you just text and this is a scam they put the phone down. Just thought you should now.

@O2 Abslutely worst mobile service provider! At the saddest time of my life with my Mom passing away I have zero signal. What's the point of telling me to call a customer support number if I don't have any signal. Frustrated

Yesterday I spent 3 hours on an appalling web chat trying to upgrade my daughters phone. It was excruciating. To round it off she was then turned away from the store as I wasn’t with her to collect phone. I have 4 phones on a contract with you tbh I might cAncel the lot #o2 @O2
