    @O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

    @O2 what is this appalling service!? dealing with credit check team - no reply after numerous emails...apparently my issue was transferred to a "backend" team but they can't be contacted so no idea what's going on 👎 I don't understand this when I'm wanting to be a customer🤔

    @O2 worst customer service experience- shocking - you have had our handset 6wks- still not fixed, no comms and when I call daily, zero interest ?! We have 4 handsets under our roof with O2.. not for much longer - horrendous and unnecessary

    Well @O2 at 14:30 yesterday I was faithfully promised “I realise you may not believe me, but your service WILL be restored within 24hrs” Nothing so far…..you have 4.5 hrs left to get your act together 🤬🤬

    @O2 @O2 is jugging me because I moved in with my partner last November, and lived in the previous flat for only one year (over 10 years in UK in long rent contracts). This makes my credit score a 'bad' score, meaning I can't have a sim plan with @O2 . Aren't you ashamed of yourself?

    @O2 I've tried a different device and browser. The error message always appears after I select my address from the list of options, so I never make it as far as getting to enter my payment details. Never previously had a problem with it, either!

    @O2 shoddy corrupt network. My wife cancelled a number from her account, you cancelled the direct debit for her airtime on her phone which meant we missed a payment so you sent a nasty letter. We went to the O2 store in Weymouth where your customer support agent
