@O2 again us people in the PL23 postcode are abandoned to having no service. Your general “known issue at busy periods” is now wafer thin. For 6 months now, we will have no service. It’s stinks and I’m fed up with it. Sort it out or I’m off. For 3 years you’ve told us the same BS

@O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

@O2 - why when I ring up to talk about my tariff - I’m told that I can sort it out on the App? Then when I want to speak to someone about cancelling I’m advised to call back in 24 hours. I hope @ee customer service is better than this
