    @comfypari @O2 Really that pure o2 experience 😌 In Germany you also get signal nowhere except big cities on o2 network so that's amazing as well 👍

    @O2 the website stops responding whenever I try to log in to upgrade, it happens on the app, in the website via my phone AND via my laptop…is this an issue for everyone?

    @shelleycoletoe @O2 They will tell you it’s your Sim but nobody I know gets 02 signal..I’m in a pub with 6 people..I have 1 bar same as other 02 users..ones on EE and Vodaphone have full signal!!

    @O2 My 4G was down all morning so I had to use 3G luckily your 3G is surprisingly fast

    @O2 trying to get through to pay off device plan and cancel airtime on a dongle but having a complete nightmare getting through. 45 min wait but the automated system to get your call through is an absolute joke and can’t point me in the right direction!!

    @Robdavies1 @O2 I haven’t had signal for ages same as family and friends..they say no issues it’s our sims…all of us?!?! God knows what they’re doing…
