@O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

@O2 bought a new contract yesterday and requested PAC code from EE. I was able to use the O2 SIM yesterday but it's not connecting to the network today. Old number is still working with EE SIM. Is this normal?

@O2 As many crew do, if I traveled to Barbados, Antigua, St Lucia, Jamaica - popular flights from the UK with thousands of crew per month, all of those would be subject to an extra £6 charge per day. Vodafone wouldn’t charge for that some plans. Your offering outside EU/USA is poor
