    Complete waste of time trying to get @O2 help can’t do it on the app as it displays a not available screen and then communication with them basically non existent

    @Richards21Scott @O2 Jumping in on a very old thread here but I’m in Alicante and O2/Movistar does not provide 4G, no internet/data possible. Tried alternative networks and O2 chat but no joy. Did you find a solution?

    @o2 how do I terminate my contract please? Your customer services refuse to engage? You cannot provide an up to date @apple watch therefore my phone contract is useless to me
