@O2 again us people in the PL23 postcode are abandoned to having no service. Your general “known issue at busy periods” is now wafer thin. For 6 months now, we will have no service. It’s stinks and I’m fed up with it. Sort it out or I’m off. For 3 years you’ve told us the same BS

@O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

Because I’ve been working from home I’m not even denting my 30gig mobile data plan. Have you checked yours? @o2 must have been making money hand over fist while everyone uses home WIFI. Just dropped mine right down saving £6 a month @MartinSLewis

@O2 so my father 93 is in a care home with no visiting since November can’t have landline fitted due to lockdown got him mobile on gifgaf as o2 is good in area BUT no signal can be gained for us to talk, prisoners have more success contacting the outside world

@O2 No, signal shows as normal but it just doesn’t work. And it gets worse when I arrive in area I live at, everything works just fine at my work and during the commute, so my phone is not at fault During 6min walk between tube station and my place where I use wifi, nothing worked.
