    @O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

    @O2 again us people in the PL23 postcode are abandoned to having no service. Your general “known issue at busy periods” is now wafer thin. For 6 months now, we will have no service. It’s stinks and I’m fed up with it. Sort it out or I’m off. For 3 years you’ve told us the same BS

    @O2 I have been trying to get through I broke my phone and bought a new one I out in my o2 SIM card and I can’t receive text messages hence can authenticate my payments apps I need urgent help

    @O2 can’t wait for my contract to be up so I can leave. Don’t usually moan, but not help whatsoever! I can’t afford £250 a month for two phones and a tablet.

    @O2 New online platform shared with Virgin is horrendous. Absolutely nothing wrong with the old set up, now its slow and full of glitches. Probably spent a fortune to make it worse as well.

    @StevieDee710 @O2 Unless you're paying up a phone on a contract...(something I'd never do tbh) you should only be paying around a tenner a month...we're all usually £5/£12 a month each for our phones

    @O2 Why am I constantly having to be sent email links to confirm my email every time I try to do anything on your app when I have fingerprint security on my phone? Ever since Virgin got involved it's been a terrible service.

    Every single month I have trouble accessing the my o2 app, since it’s became virgin media! Absolute joke can never pay my bill in time because of it, doesn’t let me sign in even though the details are correct!! Shouldn’t have to phone up every month to sort it! @O2 @virginmedia

    @O2 It’s been poor ever since I ported my number over to O2 I have made many calls to O2 and you are looking into it, but I am getting reports of not being able to message or call me and the data is sooo slow its painful
