@O2 terrible customer service. My partners been trying to get through for days to find out why his order has taken 5 days to "process" when it says up to 24 hours. You've taken the money, and every time he gets through to someone they say they're looking at it and then hang up!!!

@o2 I got new SIM PAYG today and shortly after setting it got call claiming to be O2 on 0333 344 0541 is that genuine? I had trouble hearing them and it disconnected but something seemed suspicious
