    @O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

    @envance @O2 @envance Your Mum needs to call to customer services & tell them she would like to cancel the contract. They will get her through to their colleagues in Retentions but your Mum needs to pass security first before customer services can transfer her to retentions.

    @trotttrott3 @O2 The networks congested, it’s not fit for purpose, masts all over the place are termed ‘busy’ which really means congested. Too many devices try to access poor infrastructure. I suggest retweeting complaint using BBCWatchdog, WhichUk, ofcom and Martin Lewis tags

    @O2 I'm on day 14 of my cooling off period and realised I want to cancel my pay monthly contract. My new sim (PAYG) will come in a few days and I can only use my PAC code then but o2 are telling me everything will terminate today and I have to use my PAC code today or lose my no?

    Seriously contemplating leaving @O2. Can’t get a signal almost anywhere anymore. I already switched from another provider because O2 had the best connection in my area. City centres and rural areas have no chance now, so disappointed.

    @O2 have now been unable to port my number for 6 days! No escalation has occurred, and customer service is no existent. Ofcom regulations state a number must be ported within 1 day. #CustomerService #O2
