@O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

@jennycodes @O2 Sounds like we now need sacrificial phone numbers as well as email addresses (some sip providers used to supply service & only charge for outbound calls don't know if they still do)

@O2 hi I recycled my phone in store the other day and wanted to track the status of where it is at. The o2 recycle website says it’s not the same login details as my o2 login. How do I track it? Thank you.
