    @O2 We have insurance, and an extended warranty, which was on offer from O2 when the phone was bought. Manager in your store was not interested, and said it would cost over £200 to fix, even with the warranty.

    Customer services @O2 What a joke!!!! Trying to sort out a top up on my Father’s phone who was rushed into hospital yesterday and with no visitors allowed this is his only communication with us. He is 86 years and all we needed was a simple Yes or No to our ?

    @O2 I submitted a complaint on 09/11/21 and despite sending about 5 emails chasing up a response and your team apologising each time, I have still not received one! This is so poor!! Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced!
