Hey @O2, how come you’re able to block the IMEI of a phone that isn’t even on your network then refuse to assist in the removal of that block?

Your customer service is shocking @O2 . I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with you for days now and one of your staff was so rude to me on the phone he made me have a panic attack and then hung up on me. I’ve never been treated so badly by a company before.

@O2 such a shame to be leaving after 22 years loyal custom to you. For the sake of £18, I can't get an early upgrade on a broken phone.
