Hi @o2 been a customer of yours for years. Have a new phone and contract and trying to get my existing O2 ported over is a nightmare. Over a week and your customer services are pretty poor to say the least, on the phone for over an hour and cut me off multiple times.

@virginmedia @O2 An still nothing from o2. Virgin, you made a big mistake joining forces. They will bring you down like they have done to their many unsatisfied customers. Loyalty clearly gets me no where!

@02vicwarehouse your automatic response said you’d respond within 14 days. Tomorrow it’ll be 6 weeks since I first emailed you. I’ve been to several Manc 02 venues and I’ve never had such an awful experience as I had seeing Paolo. #victoriawarehouse @O2

@Nessiethesosage @O2 @MoneySavingExp Happen again 3 times (though each time they put the phone down on me when I asked for the refund). I have spent so many hours the past month on the phone to them trying to get through and not be cut off after 10 minutes.

@O2 data services while roaming are bad again… What’s the point of free roaming as a selling point if then it doesn’t work. Both numbers, both phones, not a network signal issue. Sent you a DM yesterday but no luck. #belowexpectations

@IvyTenebrae @O2 @MoneySavingExp Christ! If customer service is in the dark then what chance do customers have. I had the same with a debt charity who guaranteed me recently that my dads debts die with him. Now my dads passed its” erm we’re not sure about his bank of Scotland loan”.
