    @O2 hi I just upgraded my phone yesterday through live chat. I was told I would have to text my unidays code when I received my phone to 61202 but it’s saying it’s an invalid code. Also I swapped over sims just there and now neither my new phone or previous phone have signal?

    @O2 you are an absolute disgrace of a network provider. Your staff are incredibly unhelpful on the phone and then just leave you waiting for nearly half hour putting you through to the customer service team. Absolutely disgusting service

    @O2 when will the mast be back up and running for BN41 area? Very weak signal since Monday. Photos/videos on socials don’t load and only 1 bar of signal always. I’m rinsing my data
