@O2 @O2 you really suck at your job. 1 useless message every 24 hours and a chat function that's impossible to find on your site, and then permanently "too busy to speak to someone" is just beyond awful service. It's designed to not work.

@O2 worst customer services, ring 202 to pay off phone and they cut me off then don’t answer, told on chat to follow link to chat to someone else who tells me they can’t help and ring 202! Going round in circles no wonder once paid off phone I’m leaving!

Best mobile network? Preferably one with decent coverage and customer service that you can actually speak to? @VodafoneUK no customer service and send you all around the houses been trying to get in touch with them for weels @o2 seem to have a poor signal in Prestwich/Whitefield.

@GolHeungMing @O2 @NatWest_Help Overall I’ve had no issues with NatWest on my current mortgage or accounts. Just my situation and house sale falling through has thrown some up some stuff. 95% all good, just a little hassle caused by a complex situation.
