@O2 shocking customer service from your call centre this morning. Twice I have had the phone disconnected when trying to solve what should be an easy issue.

@O2 Thanks for replying. My biggest issue is that I need to receive text messages for 2FA in order to be able to log into my work services, but I cannot receive them at the moment. Can I access my text messages some other way, that doesn't require a mobile signal?

Would like to thank @virginmedia for the complete lack of help with my 85 year old dad after stopping his pay as you go contract and told they would help him move to @O2, all they did was send a new SIM card, he has no idea how to transfer the number! #ForgottenGeneration

  • mjb8028 Mark Bush (@mjb8028) reported

@bt_uk It’s a bit tricky to know if it’s on or off as I work on Sundays (including the last 2) and even if I was home I wouldn’t be able to message or call because I rely on the wifi to use @o2 wifi calling because the reception is so poor. Surely there’s some sort of past data log??

  • m333ruu1 Umair Ahmed (@m333ruu1) reported

@O2 don’t trust this company worst company to engage with. Advisors are liars not trained properly at all usually results in them accusing you of being something or another. 5 days I’ve waited for a call from a manager. Still not heard anything.

  • m333ruu1 Umair Ahmed (@m333ruu1) reported

@O2 been with O2 for over 5 years and have used them for over 10 and call comfortably say they have the worst customer service. And always the system that’s causing the problems.

  • jimborees james (@jimborees) reported

@O2 what is the best way to get some assistance? The online chat feature is unresponsive and your customer service lines are “closed”

  • ElliesWellies † E l l i e † (@ElliesWellies) reported

@O2 And receive calls, just not in Pulborough. I'm aware of this happening to at least 20 others in the area. Apart from leaving your network, what else can we all do? 2/2
