    Phone is still not working, thanks @O2 I was told it was sorted but apparently not, not a happy bunny at all

    @O2 Every time I tried to go into my account it was asking for my password, now, it won’t even let me login on my mobile

    @O2 Hi yes it just says busy usage but that's even at 10pm its not a busy area usually have min 4 bar signal and full 5g today I have no data and no bars

    @drunkenmunky86 @O2 I’ve been with them for years and for the last 8 they’ve been ****! Poor service and customer service, just happy to take your money and do sweet FA to fix issues. I nearly left but got convinced to stay with a new contract but it won’t happen again.

    @O2 Unlucky me this morning then, Power cut, Virgin media down and O2 all at 05:45 this morning in Heathrow area!
