Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

Been a customer with @O2 for over 10 years. The first issue I've had with my phone and they are unable to support unless I pay the rest of my device off. Massively disappointed. Loyalty in this age means nothing

@O2 no respect for longtime loyalty after 23 years I’m off to another network! When your yearly spend is that of a couple of gold sovereigns shows something when you call up and can’t be offered anything but a 7.8% increase! Contract over, off to @skytv
