    @O2 I am lost for words at how they could manage to do that to Hardie Sims one head of physical Sim now none of them work and you were unable to fix them so what am I going to do? Obviously we need our phones I cannot even work tomorrow without mine because I cannot get.2FA

    Is it me the @O2 customer service wait-times extremely long if you want to leave due to price hikes @MartinSLewis 30min and still waiting.
