Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

@O2 why is your signal getting worse. It’s been like it for months. I am using an iPhone 12 but indoor and outdoor is absolutely shocking. This was not the case 6ths ago but now is getting to a stage where I look at another provider as soon as my contract is up.

@O2 hi. I've been getting these emails. Dec 21. "Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry." you then tell me its all fine. is it phishing? its not FINE! no data outside, let alone inside. please fix it.

@O2 you need to sort your customer service out. Went into one store to look at an upgrade and the guy had no idea about the phone, called it the Samsung pixel pro several times. Tried on a call and the agent I had didn't seem bothered so I gave up. Might be time to look at others

@O2 Now if only I could actually use my 4G in the UK instead of having it lock up due to the people with unlimited data hogging all of the bandwidth on tiktok, D+ and netflix. Giffgaff have no problems and yet use your service and they also offer EU roaming. £10 a month for 15GB also
