Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • ian_hindy Ian Hindmarch (@ian_hindy) reported

@O2 17.3% increase in price in April 2023 following 11.7% April 2022 is absolutely disgusting! Two increases during one contract term taking a £36 bill to over £47. It wouldn't be so bad but the coverage is terrible and Internet speeds slowest of all the networks. #getinthebin

  • Ironssparky1985 JP (@Ironssparky1985) reported

@tomdown1984 @O2 Exactly the same thoughts mate , meant to call them today to cancel ! Absolute piss take !

  • tomdown1984 Thomas Down (@tomdown1984) reported

@Ironssparky1985 @O2 Google profits they’ve made, totally dumbfounded and the rise is a joke. I’ll be getting out of my contract. Signal is **** as well

  • JamesSu30049584 James Sullivan (@JamesSu30049584) reported

@dhlexpressuk @O2 31406664521217 Hi I keep chasing with O2 and your company keep saying to call back. I'm being told it's being investigated. Your tracker shows the driver never parked outside my house and all my neighbour's cameras didn't see the driver either

  • Tallie_Anne Tallie Anne (@Tallie_Anne) reported

Wowee, moved over to o2 and the price increase this year is crazy 😳. I bet @O2 would never lower the price in line with inflation.

  • ThomasButtery Tom Buttery (@ThomasButtery) reported

@jockavfc06 @jodielouiseart @O2 Doubt the signal is any different as Sky literally piggyback from the o2 network.

  • AJsWatchin AJsWatchin (@AJsWatchin) reported

@O2 @lewwyle You lot are repulsive. You claim the increase is to account for power to your network. But there is no mechanism whereby you reduce cost if power costs reduce, as they are doing. Disgusting increase. And you know it. Ps, never replied to me querying 8 days no signal refund

  • twotonemanc james collier (@twotonemanc) reported

@Jmes_80 @O2 These prices never come back down though, do they. Happily rise when inflation sky rockets. **** off @O2

  • twotonemanc james collier (@twotonemanc) reported

@Jmes_80 @SW689908 @O2 I nearly did it last time. Claimed on my insurance, to then sell it but then thought why bother? Just keep this one. Got swept up in the shiny new ****** toy bollocks like every other coont tho! Regretted it almost immediately, but damn sure do now... 🤮

  • helpme96957119 helpme (@helpme96957119) reported

@O2 even if the quality of your network rose with the same percentage as your prices each year, o2 still wouldn't be a good value network to be a customer of. I cannot wait to be out of contract so I can switch to another provider.
