Hey @O2, how come you’re able to block the IMEI of a phone that isn’t even on your network then refuse to assist in the removal of that block?

Terrible customer service from @O2. I called them up to cancel a contract I never wanted to take out but was forced to to get a better deal with @virginmedia. They want a cancellation fee, even though I've never used the SIM card and when I phone them up, they cut me off! 👎👎😡

@sabphotos69 @O2 Don't expect from o2... They'd rather send emojis on twitter, than help folk pay their final bill. Leave them as soon as you can, but have money ready... They've some really weird money-grabbing cowboy shenanigans going on, clearly... Something smells fishy about how it's handled
