@O2 Day 101 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 can you send me the script of my last conversation with customer service on the ap? I received a notification and briefly saw it on my notifications. I’ve gone in the Ap now a while later to read properly and reply and all messages are gone!! My whole convo has gone!
