Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

@O2 Why is it impossible to speak with a Manager to resolve an urgent issue!! I have a huge bill because your sales agent, when signing a new contract, forgot to put the International bolt-on onto my account. A bolt-on I have had for more than 10 years!! Shocking customer service

@AndrewFishy1 @O2 Save yourself the hassle as an o2 customer I do not recommend them at all , there signal isn’t terrible they do nothing about masts that’s are out and I’m pretty sure customer services is run by a bunch of nursery kids who don’t know the difference between there a*#e and elbow

@O2 your insurance company customer service is terrible. I have spoken with 4 different people and still no further along with a claim. Advised to go to the o2 shop!

@O2 spent over 2 hours trying to discuss setting up a payment plan for the remainder of my device plan as I have cancelled my contract. Line was terrible, had to put the phone down. Can I sort this in an o2 store?

Anyone else getting proper f***ed off with the price rises from @virgin @o2 @vodafone "to support the rise in our running costs...", yet Doctors, nurses, etc are told any pay increase will drive inflation. All MPs are *************** and in broad daylight.
