@GunnComics @O2 Having worked in calls centres it seems clear to me that their backend handling infrastructure is dysfunctional. Every department you're passed to you start again. Employees don't deviate from scripts. You get attempts to upsell you when trying to fix a problem. It's disgraceful.

Word of warning for anyone using @O2 . Had my contract originally with Orange 20 years ago and then it was bought out by O2. Phone no longer works and is now proving impossible to close down the account despite giving ID such as bank details, passport and other ID.

@redders61024 @O2 Maybe it was coincidence? All my Amazon devices went down together, but my phone was still connected. Not sure what the problem was, but did the old router reboot. And now we’re good.

@O2 Yeah I’ve reset the phone, manually selected O2, reset network settings, checked that there are no outages…. Happens on the regular
