    @O2 I don’t mind waiting but don’t put the phone down on me. This is why I left o2 in the first place because it is always impossible to get through to you

    Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

    @O2 2 weeks ago I ordered a Rolling Sim only plan from you. Sim arrived 3 days later. Its now day 10 and we cannot make calls or texts because the plan you sold is broken. WHY? Do I need to go to @Ofcom to report you or are you going to fix it? Selling deals you cannot provide.

    @EnigmaAkila @iz__zy @O2 Wonder when they are going to get to the bottom of it. I have raised a complaint so seem to be getting some action but they still don't know what is causing it.

    @daviddunninguk @O2 They handed out their customer service section to another organisation (Virgin Media I think) and it’s been an absolute bin fire ever since.

    Brilliant from @o2. Called them to complain about the poor network signal of late and was told I need a replacement SIM as a start (when their coverage map shows an issue). Now what small signal i had is gone as they have made my current SIM inactive. Good stuff, top drawer O2

    @O2 I haven’t had a single bit of mobile phone signal for the entirety of my journey from central London to Berkshire today, or indeed for the whole of this week. What is going on???

    @daviddunninguk @O2 No signal in much of Beverley. Poor in parts of central Hull and I’m on 2 bars of signal in Barton-upon-Humber. I’ve been with them since they were Cellnet when O2 was just dioxygen.

    @Polymarket @O2 is great for this, 4G, 5G? It's all for nought because none of it works. The worst part, this joke of a network is the best option in my town.
