    @O2 Also when I advised o2 could you have not helped me out by contacting 3 knowing a fraudulent activity was being carried out ??? No help given at all. Companies such yours simply do not care sadly

    @O2 I’ve come to check the status checker again today as advised in the email in the image above. Now it says the next update will be the 13th October. When will the issue be resolved? This is getting ridiculous.

    Is it just me, or is @O2 #5G terrible? Every time my phone shows 5G whatever I was doing grinds to a halt!

    @O2 Hi, I have sent a DM. I have tried the numbers online to no avail. It keeps saying it will text me details, which is ridiculous as we have no mobile signal here. I need to speak to someone please. Thank you for your help.

    @O2 I cancelled one of my subscriptions for #DisneyPlus months ago after buying a phone for my wife however I’m still being billed for both. You don’t seem to want to acknowledge that and your o2 help chat on the app is shocking

    So let’s get this straight you cancel something I didn’t ask to be cancelled you send me a debt letter I call to pay it off and you’ve transferred me 3 times ? What is actually wrong with you. A financial ombudsmen will be in contact with you this is absolutely disgusting @O2
