    Hey @O2, how come you’re able to block the IMEI of a phone that isn’t even on your network then refuse to assist in the removal of that block?

    Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

    @O2 whenever I try and press the ‘enter’ or ‘copy code and go to site’ button on Priority, nothing happens. Any idea? I’ve tried uninstalling, cleaning cache and I’ve just got a new phone and it’s still happening. Help!

    @O2 4 times I've tried to log in to my O2 a/c. It sends me a verify link, fair enough, I verify, it says go back and sign in. I do. It says we're sending a verify link FOUR TIMES!!!!!

    So none of my peeps in the UK could have warned me about how terrible customer service is at @O2 - Can't wait to get back to cancel my line and make sure no one else that I know goes through what I've gone through with those guys today.

    @O2 I called to complain about lack of data signal on my new phone. Now I have zero signal at all. No data, no phone, no message. Can't connect to network. Well done O2. How to NOT provide a service.

    Signal on @O2 is borderline non existent in the 6 week holidays in Newquay due to the sheer amount of people however Vodafone works amazingly here even at boardmasters where I can’t even send a text. Is there anything that can be done to sort @O2 before I have to switch

    @O2 I've been waiting in the live chat for 5 hours and the time keeps getting extended... is this a joke or something? Gets to the end of the suggested hour wait time and then 2-4 hours added on.. if its a queue then shouldn't my time be going down not up?
