I put the sim in my partners phone & it said the same thing, its a pay as you go sim card it has no credit. Never had this

Chris (@Uncle_C_J) reported@xxxxminniex @O2 This happened to my elderly mum, too! A few months in a row. I kicked off with O2. They did help out and refund a good chunk of it. Then I put a spend cap of £0 on. It stops all the premium rate things like this happening.

Gem🧣 (@gems_endgame) reported@kokeshimum @O2 I live near four major cities. On 4G I can’t get an internet connection, cuts out constantly mid calls as soon as drops from 5G to 4G. O2 is broken.
