@O2 This is why your reputation is shite. How do you manage to sell you allocation of priority tickets when service is down. Most probably to resellers at higher price so you can pocket yourself more revenue. Probably sold then even higher.. big reason why lots of people leave.

@O2 Bit of a c*nt move not freezing the sale until you sorted your issues out to allow a fair attempt for everyone. Been on my phone since 10am trying to get them.

@O2 your app and website is still broken though. You can't just say sorry people werent successful when the vast majority never got a chance due to your systems being broken. You should have shut the sale down until you sorted your issues out

@O2 Absolutely disgraceful service today. Anyone with two brain cells could have told you how "unprecedented" the numbers would be buying tickets for Peter Kay and yet you were still woefully underprepared. I (like most people) have been trying since 9:30am only to be let down.
