    @O2 I RECOMMEND EVERYONE NOT TO WASTE THEIR TIME WITH THIS USELESS NETWORK!!!! My phone order has been lost and their advisors literally do not move a finger to help me. All I want to do is cancel the order and end this nightmare but neither DPD or O2 is willing to do anything

    @wolvesbradders @wwfcrhys @O2 Even when it says I have 4 or 5g it never works, only place I actually get any signal is at home when I don’t need it. Yeah their priority is good tbf probably only reason a lot stay with them I’d say

    @O2 you said everyone should be connected at Xmas, I’ve had no service since Friday. I requested a 5G sim for my new phone and explicitly said I’ll activate it once I get it, as I’m currently using my older phone. Still haven’t received my new sim and no service since Friday.

    @wolvesbradders @charlll18x @O2 Yeah no chance in the ground, and struggle to get signal before I’m on the train home and then of course because I’m in the vicinity of more than 3 people I’ve got no chance then till I get off

    @O2 a month on and MASTS not working in ip11 this is a joke! And yet you text bomb saying it will be fixed soon. Very unhappy customer I’ll be taking this further
