    Hey @O2, how come you’re able to block the IMEI of a phone that isn’t even on your network then refuse to assist in the removal of that block?

    @O2 I don’t mind waiting but don’t put the phone down on me. This is why I left o2 in the first place because it is always impossible to get through to you

    3 Days no service, I am 70, disabled, and your still lying saying its a Mast problem when my phone says SIM NOT PROVISIONED. I cannot make an urgent call and your chat team say they can't help. @O2

    @O2 Can you please tell me what is going on with your network? The signal has been dire in the last month or 6 weeks and it’s not just my area, LN5. You have a mast 1 mile from me. I can’t hold a conversation now unless on wi fi at home. My contract has expired but i wont renew with current situation. Ive been with you years because the signal has been very good, not now though.

    I was told on the phone that I'd be able to use my allowances in Turkey but I'm getting no data. Roaming is on, data is on, but no mobile data. I'm a Volt customer. Help, please. @O2

    @_Greazemoden @O2 Looool I moved from Three to O2 about 10 years ago. Recently the network has been on some joke ting. I thought O2 was the best outta all of dem. KMT

    Thinking of switching from @O2 because their network is lacking. Haven’t been able to get decent signal at all for months and today, could get signal when I was in direct line of sight of one of their masts.

    @sackedseafarer @O2 Not this time, my original complaint was about that - their resolution, after lots of back and forth, was to allow me to leave without paying an early termination fee (so a £380 saving). I wanted to view my final bill through their app, along with tracking my device plans 1/
