  @O2 This isn't the network can get busy at times. This is you can't make a phone call to another person in Bolsover Town centre or use data at all. This has been the case for 2 years and all we get told is there's a fault, then 2 months later get told it's been fixed, when it hasn't.

  Purchased an Apple Watch SE (3rd Generation) directly from @O2 14 days ago for my son’s 10th birthday… still no cellular. Endless calls/escalations no callbacks, no resolution. Extremely poor service. If not resolved immediately, I will escalate to the @CommsOmbudsman @Ofcom .
