@virginmedia @O2 Yrs of VM pain, so signed up to Sky only to be sold a new deal with VM through retentions dept. They promised free wi-fi pods to sort wifi issues and I believed them. The pods did not turn up so I contacted VM and was told their was no mention of them on my notes, was I miss sold

@O2 I have just investigated your Volt benefits. According to your site, I'm not eligible because @virginmedia isn't available at my address. I'm sending this on their WiFi, having been a customer with them and predecessor companies for about 20 years.

@O2 I’m sorry but your network is shocking. I would ring and complain but it’s a 45 min wait. I would complain on the app but chat isn’t working. These last 6 months nightmare. Today my phone not working cost me £200 and 3hrs! Joke of a network!!
