    @O2 Actually disgraceful that you expect your customers to pay for a service you're not providing! Phone mast down in Kent, St Michaels and you expect people to be without phone service till April! Not even an apology! Leaving as soon as my contract is up!

    @O2 Well I contacted you first of on the 2nd of Jan and was told it'd take 5 working days to hear something never heard anything, rang again around 10 days later same response then tried again last week and was told the same again and still absolutely nothing the 3rd time I called I

    Full signal and 5G @O2 and once again, no service. Now conected to Wifi. Looking forward to leaving come March! Never again.

    @robjacobs25 @O2 I'm raging with myself. I had a gut feeling but like an idiot I agreed until I realised this morning. Trying to cancel the contract, might need to legally request the phone recording ad they're accusing me of lying 😡
