    @O2 I don’t mind waiting but don’t put the phone down on me. This is why I left o2 in the first place because it is always impossible to get through to you

    @O2 @ChechuzM Hi - I took a montly o2 contract 8 days ago. It worked well until you ported the number from vodafone. Since then I cannot connact at all. I contacted help, bit it just ‘logged a complaint’. How do I cancel. It is within 14 days.

    @O2 2 weeks ago I ordered a Rolling Sim only plan from you. Sim arrived 3 days later. Its now day 10 and we cannot make calls or texts because the plan you sold is broken. WHY? Do I need to go to @Ofcom to report you or are you going to fix it? Selling deals you cannot provide.

    @O2 your call centre is awful! Trying to upgrade to a new O2 phone but being made to buy out of my sim only O2 contract but staying with O2. The foreign call centre can’t understand this
