    Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

    Hey @O2, how come you’re able to block the IMEI of a phone that isn’t even on your network then refuse to assist in the removal of that block?

    @O2 Every time I tried to go into my account it was asking for my password, now, it won’t even let me login on my mobile

    @mitchhirsty @O2 Yeah I figured that. Same issues on the website as well. I can’t pay my bill because I can’t access the app or website and I am not sitting for an hour on my phone whilst I wait to talk to someone.

    @O2 Hi, are you having issues in the LN11 area (Louth, Lincolnshire)? The service checker says it's perfect 5G, but it really isn't! People are talking about it on the FB community pages. You can't get on banking apps, send or receive on WhatsApp or Messenger, nothing at all!

    @O2 You’re charging me for a SIM card I’ve never used. There are no account cancellation options on your website and your pretty much hidden online complaint form gives repeated error messages. Shall I outline my full complaint in full here?

    @O2 Unfortunately it’s everywhere. No particular ‘bad spots’ luckily if I’m with my wife I can hit spot off her EE network, but I really shouldn’t have to. I simply canny put up with it much longer.

    @O2 ME19 and ME20 areas are shocking their seems to be no point being with o2 if you can’t make and receive calls or get online it’s 2026 ffs you report it and it’s the same excuse we aware of a problem and we are trying to fix it but it never seems to happen !!!!!

    @O2 Avoid at all costs! Put in a complaint about the non existent signal at home to be told a ridiculous response time. When I finally get a response they want to call me but can’t tell me when… I HAVE NO SIGNAL! Told me it’s resolved now, but my 1 bar says otherwise..! Sort it!
