    @O2 you’re Customer Service is awful. On the phone you get told to press this number then another but then the recorded voice says you can look up your questions on line Thank You for Calling then cuts you off. Also tried the on line assistant but no reply. Utter rubbish

    @O2 This is pretty good for the area. Don't worry though, I've been reassured many times that there's nothing wrong in my area. I just like to call you out on your crappy service from time to time.

    @O2 @hubbubUK Well I currently am having to because after nearly 24 hours your service is still down for me with a 'mast issue'. I have to work from home but might have to drive to somewhere i can borrow WiFi just so I don't loose any more money from being unable to work 😔
