@Mick___Curtis @O2 Thar is my intention. I've been with o2 for more than a decade and am a loyal customer but this is just getting ridiculous. I can't afford broadband so I rely on my own mobile for streaming and work and it just isn't fit for purpose.

@O2 There was a generic disclaimer at start of the call from @DLPHelp that a provider may charge access. But I have no idea how you can justify charging 65p a minute. What for? I had no other choice than to make the call and wait as long as I had to. Poor form on both sides.

@O2 It’s all area’s it’s just poor in general all over doesn’t matter where I am! 😢 it’s such a shame because it was such a good reception before Virgin merged with you. Can’t see me staying passed my upgrade x
