When will @O2 do something to improve the data signal in popular tourist areas like here in Newquay!?!? This happens every year! I have a seizure alarm that relies on texts to alert my family but I'm housebound coz the network is soooo bad right now!!

@colinpmasters @VodafoneUK So far I've discovered that @O2 have free EU roaming as do many of the carriers that use their network eg Tesco. Also BT Mobile, but not EE (owned by BT). It’s worth shopping around. Note that Ireland does seem to be included by all carriers.

@O2 Done. For details listen to any of the calls you recorded. You've a lot to chose from. I just rang your customer services at 18:17 where spent 33 mins trying to follow up before I was hung up on without warning. Wasn't rude, only asked why issue hadn't been followed up on @Ofcom

@O2 Really unhappy with ky revent transfer to O2 for business .. have zero phone signal or Internet anywhere. I'm missing business calls and cant even call my voicemail to get messages. called into the store and they were VERY unhelpful or apologetic.. please advise
