    Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

    O2 mobile coverage down since last Friday. Can't do anything about it. Just says they're 'working on it'. No update. Still taking my money though. The reality of dealing with huge businesses that are completely detached from their customers @O2

    @dhl e-commerce is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. The customer support just blatantly lie. @o2 your no better. Resulting in me cancelling my contract and going elsewhere after so many years. What a joke.🤬

    I understand she must be asked the same question over and over but that was the extent of her so called customer service. When the phones eventually do come in stock il be going else where to the shop at the o2 arena as they are much nicer there. @O2
