    @O2 Every time I tried to go into my account it was asking for my password, now, it won’t even let me login on my mobile

    Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

    @O2 ordered 4 new lines yesterday day on y#two accounts. 3 set up one stuck in provisioning. Told It will take 5 days to push it through been billed already for lines I can’t use. What a bad start to this relationship.

    @o2 I'm glad I'm not a pay monthly customer of yours. Only got the sim because @EE have started to charge for EU roaming and I'm still in contract with them. Never had any technical issues with @EE.

    @O2 your service and signal strength is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced, no matter where I am I always struggle for data and voice signal/service, if I wasn’t tied in to the contact I’d leave in a heartbeat!!! Poor poor poor!!!!

    @O2 No. I'm.saying that I've been away all week and have had terrible signal in all areas mentioned,,even while on well known motorways where signal has been good previously. Locally to where i live, I cannot get good 4g signal and only 1 or 2 bars reception which drops often

    @O2 since Thursday I have had no service appear on my phone - this is the 3rd time now and I turn my phone on and off and worked before but now I have turned it on and off and it still says no service….please help!!!
