Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

@O2 Why have you changed my data on contract? 24m device plan paid off, the tariff on your site for same data/mins/texts as old plan is £15pm but you're trying to sneak in extra data and therefore a £35pm price tag? Is this what you call customer loyalty? You're taking the mick!

@O2 It's been roughly two weeks or so and he's still had no mobile data, on top of this the network drops for us both and people can't call us. Why are we paying for a contract with such poor service!? (3/3) #o2 #o2intheuk #consumerrights
