    Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

    @O2 I don’t mind waiting but don’t put the phone down on me. This is why I left o2 in the first place because it is always impossible to get through to you

    @O2 Every time I tried to go into my account it was asking for my password, now, it won’t even let me login on my mobile

    @O2 been with for years and this past few weeks your single has been awful, can’t access apps that I need to park, charge the car, really isn’t great service, you say you have teamed up with starlink, honestly you whole system is terrible, think I might be moving providers

    @O2 But you haven’t. I rang about 6 weeks ago because I was always on E. Now in my house I get max 2 bars and two streets away/in the town centre there’s no signal but everytime I talk to o2 you guys say it’s fixed. It’s tiring

    @O2 my contract was changed last week to sim only as I don’t want an upgrade yet, but since then I’ve had limited signal for calls and no 4G/5G! I need this sorted asap! I can’t log to the app because it says I’ve been locked out and can’t always receive calls.
