Anybody have issues with @O2 coverage/reception? Been going on for months now. Can't have a phone conversation with my folks who stay 10mins away. My phone doesnt ring then i get a vmail msg 😡 Mobile data coverage is horrendous now too. Time to look at @EE or @VodafoneUK

@O2 Think you’ll find under Consumer Act and under Sale of Goods and Services Act products of a certain value have 2 year warranty. But you know I’ve only been fighting for three weeks to get my product looked at by your company. Also O2 want proof of purchase from O2 you need help

@o2 messed up my voicemail when sorting out my new contract. Apparently they had the wrong type of phone registered on my account. This is despite me confirming it during the ordering process and them having a record of it on my account. Really poor service.
