@EnglandRugby @O2 I would go with Ellie but if Abby was there then she would win hands down. Get well soon Abby 🙏

  • dreaper73 Mr Davros (@dreaper73) reported

@O2 Offered Apple music for 6 months. Sent text to agree…. But nothing. Sent again and apparently a link was meant to have been sent. Didn’t happen. Any help welcome.

  • DHammy1971 DHammy1971 (@DHammy1971) reported

@schapps81 @O2 Yup. Same as. Where I used to have good signal now it’s poor. If I get into a crowd, I may as well use my phone as a beer mat, it becomes utterly useless.

  • TherapyByRobert Robert (@TherapyByRobert) reported

@O2 Please anybody that is thinking about joining o2…. Don’t!! I’ve been a customer for 15 years and this is the LAST TIME I will use them

  • Maenie Maenie (@Maenie) reported

@O2 for 14 day Cooling off period, is the day the contract is created day 1? Or the day after? Virgin transferred me over to O2 but I want to keep my number with Virgin. I haven't used or activated the o2 sim. Just tried to call to cancel but lines are closed.

  • brettclaxton Brett Claxton (@brettclaxton) reported

@O2 It turns out there was an issue with my call where it just didn't put me in a hold queue it seems (as I got no hold music or "please wait"). So held for 2 and a half hours of ringing. When I redialled was through in 10 mins and the person I spoke to helped massively.

  • um4yy4 υmαччα (@um4yy4) reported

So disappointed, I have been a victim of fraud and @TheO2 @O2 has still not come back to me- I have been a customer of yours since I was 16!

  • schapps81 Steve Chappell (@schapps81) reported

@DHammy1971 @O2 They’re all like it to be honest. All they’re interested in is putting out 4G, then 5G, then it’ll be 6G and so on, rather than sort their signal out. There are places where I can’t get any signal whatsoever. It’s ridiculous.

  • jsbilsbrough James (@jsbilsbrough) reported

Really disappointed in the response from @O2 when asking for some help with a refresh contract. Have to pay the device plan, even though the iPad was destroyed in an accident. But why am I forced to pay for airtime I’m not using, nor can use. Out of work so anything helps.
