Hey @O2, how come you’re able to block the IMEI of a phone that isn’t even on your network then refuse to assist in the removal of that block?

@_DanielOBrien_ @O2 Your not wrong about coverage, it’s beyond terrible. My option is o2 greed has put too many devices into a substandard network. Then your told to be patient! I’m paying for this crap service! Maybe retweet BBCWatchdog, WhichUK, Ofcom, Martin Lewis tags. Get something done

Cornwall... No phone signal No 4G/5G @O2 sort it out! I'm with people on diffrent networks and there's is fine!! Contracts up in December! Thank goodness! Put up with it far to long! #switching

@O2 To be honest , it’s off and on everywhere. Was in colwyn bay last sat, scatty there. Terrible in Llandudno, terrible in Bangor. Hit and miss all over Anglesey too. Caernarfon is average. All places I frequent often. I was in valley yest.. very weak

@O2 currently in London with a 5g capable sim and phone yet only getting 4g! My hubby with same phone can get 5g. Don't know what's happened to my phone help!
