    @O2 I don’t mind waiting but don’t put the phone down on me. This is why I left o2 in the first place because it is always impossible to get through to you

    @O2 your call centre is awful! Trying to upgrade to a new O2 phone but being made to buy out of my sim only O2 contract but staying with O2. The foreign call centre can’t understand this

    @altrinchamhq @O2 Get a second sim with talkmobile (Vodafone and 3 mobile) I'm on that and BT (EE). Still have the odd issue but gives you more chance of coverage.

    @O2 @Mally_DB Probably the one I've been telling you about for 7 months. But keep being ignorant of your failure whilst I contact the ombudsman... For anyone else .. myO2 backend is broken for a % of users and they don't know how to fix it. IT ticket closed without resolution

    @O2 I am tired of using your My Network app to report no service, only to get a "Our network monitoring system hasn’t currently identified any issues at this location" SMS back. There is NO DATA in AL5 2RU - the centre of Harpenden town - for several months. It needs fixing!!!

    Hi @O2 Please can you provide an email address to make a complaint to? I've tried using the online form and it keeps saying there is a technical error and to try later. I suspect there is a character limit, but this isn't confirmed on the page. Thank you
