I didn't realise that transferring my number to a new account would mean that all my saved voicemails would be lost. There are people whose voices I will never hear again and I am devastated. cc: @O2

Looks like it going to have to be the ombudsman now for @O2 obviously unable to honour your cancellation policy on the cooling off period that’s causing me problems 3 times now Iv been told it’s cancelled and you keep trying to take the money and it’s appearing on my credit file

still trying to get through to @O2 ... who'd have thought trying to upgrade/change contract could be so frustrating and time consuming. Any service or utility that requires negotiating a new deal is incredibly difficult these days. I'm stuck in a queue and no idea of its length
