    Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

    Hey @O2, how come you’re able to block the IMEI of a phone that isn’t even on your network then refuse to assist in the removal of that block?

    @O2 I was told I could get a second line with a loyalty discount for being a customer for so long. After a couple of months the discount wasn’t applied. I called every month and it was added but then I was told there was no note of it so they wouldn’t apply it anymore...

    @O2 the 4g around London E2 is terrible. Between Blythe Street and Cambridge heath road is abysmal.

    Just heard some man losing his **** to BPD levels @O2 about all the reasons why I left them and it made me feel much better about myself and how bad an effect they had on my own sanity

    @bhuvanbhaskar @O2 Update for you people on many faces of 02. Reported problem signal our mast busy stop complaining. If you take out contract your signal improves. Your phone at fault. This dead lock letter go away. I contact mp and ombudsman. Next face. Very sorry we have discovered fault
