    Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

    Hey @O2, how come you’re able to block the IMEI of a phone that isn’t even on your network then refuse to assist in the removal of that block?

    @O2 Every time I tried to go into my account it was asking for my password, now, it won’t even let me login on my mobile

    @O2 Hi there, Please sort out the network service. Ain’t receiving calls and messages. As soon I call my mom, it says call failed repeatedly (from my moms iPhone) contacted they said 24 hours, been more than that. Cheers.

    haven’t even got a message welcoming me to the Network. Literally paying @o2 to use my own home Wi-Fi interspersed with being asked if I’ve considered turning it off and turning it on again

    @O2 is the worst company on earth. After complaining about no signal for months on end, they send me a new SIM card out, only to DEACTIVATE the one that’s in my phone before the other one even gets here. Haven’t been able to use this phone all day when I’ve had things to do!!

    @O2 how are you meant to speak to a human. New phone still isnt working after 27 hours all it is is automated service live chat constantly busy no accessibility team for disabled people...help someone please!!!

    @o2 service is awful. 24 hours with new phone, no signal, no data , no messaging, no Wi-Fi calling. Their suggestion? Put my chip in another O2 phone to see if it works.Of course I have a few of spare mobiles from each of the major networks laying around for this very scenario

    @O2 it’s now 3.20pm and I’ve not had a working phone all day due to the incompetence of your staff. I’ve had meetings I could not attend, places I could not get to due to no sat nav, people left stranded because I couldn’t cancel, I will be invoicing you for my daily rate of work
