Hello @O2, I’ve been without network since Friday (when I took out a new contract and carried out a number / sim swap). My local o2 store has been unable to help and, seemingly, the only way to contact you is by telephone - only I don’t have any network to do so. Help.

@O2 you’re a disgrace! I upgraded on Saturday and have not been able to use my phone due to an issue “in-house!” What’s the point of having a phone when you can’t receive or make calls!! I keep getting told it’ll be resolved in 24 hours but it’s now Tuesday!

@O2 I've got a question. It's 2022. If you have an O2 personal contract with the Apple watch, you can have an esim. However, if you are a business client (like me), you can't. Clearly it's possible on your network. So why can't I have it?
