    Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

    Hey @O2, how come you’re able to block the IMEI of a phone that isn’t even on your network then refuse to assist in the removal of that block?

    @britbane2024 @O2 If you’ve transferred your number from another network it could still be porting. If transferring to a new SIM (already on o2) try turning off/on. If it’s an e-SIM **** knows - that’s witchcraft.

    @OzSabb77 @arokorol @O2 Yep he's only a few miles away from the PLA-controlled areas. Probably the first signal it found (especially if the plane landed from the east) followed by a closer one. I had to turn off roaming after visiting Bayt Lehm for fear of being billed thousands.

    Do you know what I’m actually changing my phone provider because O2 are so expensive and for what… They’ve just raised my phone bill but on top of that their perks are outrageously ****. priority is **** and does not work. @o2 you should do better & so should @axs

    @O2 I left O2 mid January having paid £61 in December, phone calls after phone calls and each time I was told a manager would call, never did, in the end I was going to go to the regulator.

    @O2 Have done that multiple times, and again, you have shown zero interest in a long standing customer. I have lodged a formal complaint and I am still awaiting my refund for the money you have scammed from my account. You really are appalling. I have never experienced customer service as bad as yours.
