Appalling customer service from @O2 - now the third time I have got to resolve the same issue… numerous hours wasted trying to get through for it to repeat again the next month. Why is it so difficult?!

@O2 It seems to be ok at the moment. Unfortunately they rely on a data sim and mifi for their Wi-fi so the link doesn’t help.

@MoneySavingExp I’ve been trying to disconnect from @O2 since I moved last November! Paying £18 a month despite not receiving any service from them!! They just told me that they can’t do anything as I’m tied into a contract!! Isn’t this a breach of contract @MartinSLewis

@O2 You guys having a bad day or something? 202 auto message says lines busy and cuts you off. My O2 support messenger says all agents are busy and won't initiate a convo, and email button on your support page won't do anything. For a Comms co, make it difficult to send a message

Tried to call @O2 again, message says 15 min wait, then you tell them what your call is regarding and the wait goes to 45 mins! 🙄 Clever, no one can cancel if they can never get through!

@O2 Really disappointed in your customer service today. Called on behalf of my 80 year old Mum who’s pay as you go phone had stopped working. Told number had been recycled and tough in relation to the lost credit. Very unimpressed with the attitude of your staff.
