garyfarmer🏴 (@garyfarmsocial) reported from Linlithgow, Scotland@O2 Im not ignoring you @ajmalmushtaq got a wee phone issue I need fixed but can’t get to o2. First world problem given the circumstances but as soon as it’s fixed I’ll call you.
-
Ian Gordon Davitt (@IanDavitt) reported from Kirkcaldy, Scotland@O2 Customer for seventeen years, mis-sold a device I didn’t need and exorbitantly charged for it without my knowledge. O2 are despicable, when my contract ends, I’m going to a company that rewards loyalty, not take advantage of it.
-
Ian Macdonald 🇪🇺🏴 🕷 (@ghiribizzo) reported from Freuchie, Scotland@O2 Day 4, O2. Still no 4G on phone. Email support is cancelled (you say) and live chat is never available in the app. As a key worker I’m still at work and can’t phone you to be put on hold for 45 mins or longer.

𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗱 𝗕𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗲 🏴 (@BogieOnPatrol) reported from Auchterderran, ScotlandSCAM ALERT: Mobile number +447547993398 pretending to be @O2 Text message reads: Your 02 service may be terminated if we are not able to verify your details, please update your details via "myauth-o2 com" (minus dot) Haven't clicked link but know o2 sites are ".co.uk" not ".com"

Ian Macdonald 🇪🇺🏴 🕷 (@ghiribizzo) reported from Freuchie, Scotland@O2 That guide is useless. Somewhere, mine and hundreds of others’ use of 4G has been stopped. It is not a phone issue nor is it a network signal issue. If it continues much longer I’ll be going to another network as I cannot use the phone apart from on WiFi.

garyfarmer🏴 (@garyfarmsocial) reported from Linlithgow, ScotlandBeen trying for 3 days to pay an @O2 bill using an @n26 @N26_Support card. Something to do with a German address format that it won’t accept payment. I’m in the UK... please fix. Tried multiple times .
-
Scotland by Camera 🏴📷 (@scotland_camera) reported from Bo’ness, Scotland@O2 Hi, unless you are able to apply the discount at the purchase then there is no point of a DM. When entering into a new contract I want that agreed & set in stone at the start. Bit late for me and my 3 contracts but maybe 1 for you to review for the future to help other customers.
-
garyfarmer🏴 (@garyfarmsocial) reported from Linlithgow, Scotland@O2 Can someone please fix . @N26_Support
-
Lee Montgomery (@Macgumerait) reported from Oakley, Scotland@StagecoachEScot @O2 A case by case basis suggests this is down to driver discretion. That discretion resulted in me being denied entry despite explaining the circumstances. Common sense would state the ticket expiry counter, not requiring internet access, running down, would warrant entry 2/2
-
Stacey A Graham (@staceyAgraham) reported from Lochgelly, Scotland@O2 looking for help with a new sim
-
Wayne Spence (@wayne_0405) reported from Kirkcaldy, Scotland@O2 The black model. As long existing customer, +12 years, can you provide me a nice case for it 😉
-
Jacqueline mcdiarmid (@JacquelineMcdi1) reported from Crossgates, Scotland@O2 your customer services are pathetic. 40 mins to answer and still unable to solve my issues. Change of net work for me
-
Ian Macdonald 🇪🇺🏴 🕷 (@ghiribizzo) reported from Glenrothes, Scotland@O2 I doubt if your service could be worse. 14 days without data, stores closed, no email support or live chat, calls to 202 all fail - over 20+.

Sarah Ludford 🇬🇧 🇮🇪🇪🇺 🇺🇦 (@SarahLudford) reportedIt’s not just ‘recently’ @O2. @TomTugendhat is absolutely right that your mobile coverage in London is consistently poor. I have found it better in rural Spain than in ‘London, Global City’. Perhaps @MayorofLondon could direct his £7m PR spend to mobile infrastructure instead?
-
Malcolm Bebb (@BebbMalcolm) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE So which government mobile phone network do you use? 'Cos I don't see the connection.
-
Willem Moore (@willem_moore_uk) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE The market decided you like bad service, Tom - that’s privatisation, for you!
-
Lee - WildMonkeyUK (@WildmonkeyUk) reported@O2 @TomTugendhat You gaslighting *******. 5G in places like Manchester centre is like being back on one2one using WAP it's that's ******* slow. Stop paying out board members and upgrade your bloody network!
-
what the dickens? (@MitziStaff77788) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE We used to be able to work in France. Then your **** government took that away from us. So sit ******** down and shut ******** up. This **** is all your fault.
-
Hans Maulwurf (@HansMaulwurf51) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Any network connectivity in London is a joke
-
Hugies (@HughEdw54983916) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I thought you believed in the free market. It's not the government's job to support mobile phone operators.
-
YoshiJoshi ⭐️⭐️ (@YoshiJoshi_) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 Wonder if @Huawei_Europe can recommend a signal booster ?
-
👨🏻💻 ⚡️ (@EadrictheWild) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Becuase partly we don't put enough masts In (5g requires them every 300 meteres in cities) and partly because there's 10 million people more using our phone network than in the official cencus
-
Ellie (@EllieMBond) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE They are probably using the same masts. It is a lack of masts that is the problem. No one wants them in their backyard but everyone wants good coverage.
