Missed a call from @O2 support about my Apple Watch issues. They left a message ‘We’ll call you back in a few days’. A few DAYS!? Unacceptable delay. I’ve already been without watch data for over a week. This message guarantees my next contract will be with someone else.

I like all aspects of the @O2 service EXCEPT that any Saturday in any town I have to turn off 4G as the data stops working due to lack of capacity. It’s the only thing making me consider changing networks on next renewal :-(

Just had a call saying - after a long incoherent spiel - you @O2 had selected me for a 20/30% discount "Are you the account holder?" I was asked "How do I know you are actually @O2?" I responded "Why are you wasting our time, stupid!", then hung up on me. #timewaster #whome?
