Missed a call from @O2 support about my Apple Watch issues. They left a message ‘We’ll call you back in a few days’. A few DAYS!? Unacceptable delay. I’ve already been without watch data for over a week. This message guarantees my next contract will be with someone else.

I like all aspects of the @O2 service EXCEPT that any Saturday in any town I have to turn off 4G as the data stops working due to lack of capacity. It’s the only thing making me consider changing networks on next renewal :-(

@O2 I was promised a callback within 3hrs on Thursday as I’m being overcharged by more than £200. Still no callback. Spent 50minutes on the phone on Thursday and I’ve still not got a solution. Shocking customer service.

@O2 oh my, I just called about an upgrade. Had to listen, and listen, and not allowed to interrupt a guy whose spiel totally put me off, way too much info about what to do in 2 years time on 36 month contract!? Hope you use the call for training purposes on how not to do it. Urg!

@O2 got myself a lovely yellow refurbished XR which was delivered today, just one issue. The cable that came with it is a USB-C to lightening cable rather than the USB to charge. Very disappointed as now have to shell out for a new one 😐

Having been with @O2 since my first phone, I’m done. Customer service used to be the reason I stuck with them even though they were far from cheap. Now expensive and terrible service (if you even get to speak to someone). Who are you with that’s better? Giffgaff seem ok?
