    I like all aspects of the @O2 service EXCEPT that any Saturday in any town I have to turn off 4G as the data stops working due to lack of capacity. It’s the only thing making me consider changing networks on next renewal :-(

    Missed a call from @O2 support about my Apple Watch issues. They left a message ‘We’ll call you back in a few days’. A few DAYS!? Unacceptable delay. I’ve already been without watch data for over a week. This message guarantees my next contract will be with someone else.

    Hey @O2, tell your support people that if they are going to call with no caller id (which I screen) they shouldn’t leave a message ‘we’ll call back in a few DAYS’ after I’ve already been without data for over a week. It will make that customer want to be an ex customer.

    Hmm. Decisions. Do I pay off the device for my @O2 Apple Watch so I can cancel the data contract, or do I just suck up the monthly data cost for data I can’t use as it doesn’t work. Tempted to pay off as the support experience for this makes we want to be shot of O2 completely

    The support experience with @O2 is a great example of a company I was pretty much happy with, making me want to sever ties with them over the course of less than 2 weeks. I’d suggest avoiding them if you can. Great until you need support, then BAD. Zero progress. Hours wasted.

    I take back all the awful things I’ve said about @O2 in the last couple of days. FINALLY got through on the phone to upgrade and got the best deal I’ve ever gotten ! Well done 👍🏻

    @O2 I upgraded my sim package yesterday and have had no network signal since .. I can’t get through to customer services as I’ve no phone and the app is down .. can you get back to me , I’d like to use my phone .. thanks

    @O2, been a customer for many many years and I’m very disappointed with the service I’ve received... called 3 times regarding the same thing, was told I’d get a call back... never did and then I won on your instant prizes was told I’d get an email and I haven’t

    Getting a lot of calls from 07860 numbers, which is the same first 5 digits as mine. Just answered one and the caller asked why I had rang her - I hadn’t. She’s having similar problems with her number and people calling her saying the same. Is this an @o2 thing or wider?

    @O2 That’s handy but is says a good service when it’s not the case it’s not just my phone it’s my work phone too and it’s been like this for the last month

    @TomHeath4 @O2 Oh ****** that's a long time isn't it! Not great customer service, I did the same with the huawei p30 Pro when it was launched and I recieved the watch in a week 😬
