Apparently, even though you have reduced my signal down to one bar rendering my phone useless, I just have to accept that and keep paying my monthly subscription whilst in contract. Can you explain to me how that is acceptable.

Turns out your agent capped my phone instead on an unlimited tariff? Over to you.

I have been a customer with o2 all my life but because of my experience in the bath o2 branch with James I am moving to a different company! His customer service was horrendous and he was very rude! Then, she said she unlocked it and I should be able to access it in 3 days. The whole thing doesn't make sense. And I phoned their number not a fake one :)
