Apparently, even though you have reduced my signal down to one bar rendering my phone useless, I just have to accept that and keep paying my monthly subscription whilst in contract. Can you explain to me how that is acceptable.

Turns out your agent capped my phone instead on an unlimited tariff? Over to you.

I called customer services pressed the option for emergency and the lady who dealt with me was bloody brilliant! don’t know if you’ve tried that yet?? 👍🤔🦆🦆🦆 The automated service is totally **** though! 😳

I have been a customer with o2 all my life but because of my experience in the bath o2 branch with James I am moving to a different company! His customer service was horrendous and he was very rude! Ronnie (@ronak_malde) reported@O2 I am writing to urgently seek clarification regarding a refund that was due to be credited to my bank account. The refund was initiated on May 9, 2026, and I was informed that the funds would arrive within 3-5 business days. As of today, the money has still not been returned to my account. My experience with your customer service channels thus far has been incredibly frustrating. The primary reason I chose to migrate to another carrier was due to poor service, and this current delay only confirms that I made the right decision. Given the lack of flexibility and the difficulties I have faced, I can no longer recommend your services to others. If you feel that you have it in your heart to give me back my refund, please reach out. If not, have a meal at Wagamamas on me!

Dr Yasemin Allsop MBE (@yallsop) reported@G99____ @O2 No, the customer care told me they had a security breach effected many accounts. I asked why did they not inform us, she couldn't answer. Then, she said she unlocked it and I should be able to access it in 3 days. The whole thing doesn't make sense. And I phoned their number not a fake one :)
