@O2 ok...this is ridiculous. My son is desperately trying to unlock his phone from o2 so he can use 3 network. Nobody is available from o2. Rang every day for 2 hrs, no reply. Live chat offline. No reply to tweets. Pls can somebody tell me how he can sort it. He has no phone!

@O2 my son has changed network provider from o2 to ee. Waiting 5 days now for tel no to be transferred. Unable to get thru and no response to messages. Its crucial he has a working phone especially at this time. Shameful customer service.....

@O2 I appreciate theres obviously a serious issue, I’ve never known signal to be down for so long at one time. There needs to be a conversation at some stage regarding a substantial reimbursement on this months tariff, because to not have any signal whatsoever for this long is a pain

You know what I find mad, I was in London this week and whilst travelling through the Blackwell Tunnel, I had full 5G signal, where as here in Birmingham, 5G is a myth - How can I be in a tunnel UNDER WATER with 5G but outside in open space 5G doesn't seem to work? @O2 explain!

@phorenzik @O2 The problem is you still need to cancel your account with them too otherwise they will report your missed payments to the credit agencies and it will give you issues with your score... I know it's expensive and annoying but you really want to buy the handset outright & have PAYG

@O2 Your mast at NG1 7 has been broken for some time. Please can you share an estimate of how long this will take to remedy as presently the whole work team (we don’t use cable) are unable to operate and you service checker only shows the fault

@camjeffers @O2 If you call them and report it and keep doing it they will have a network engineer investigate. I did this and they have explicitly told me there are huge issues in my area and that I *am* able to cancel my contract. However, they are making it very difficult to do that.
