@O2 why does the local B90 4AJ mast go faulty EVERY week. 6 weeks in a row now, we get no service until it is repaired. You need better repair engineers as their repairs do not even last a week!!!

@O2 can you stop advising people to "reset network settings" when your network has problems. This didn't fix the problem with your network and unfortunately wipes out all WiFi and Bluetooth settings, which then need manually setting up again. Not good advice at all.

If you are going to Dino Kingdom and are on @O2 - the signal and data is so poor - take a Mifi on another network - the AR app is useless O2 is so slow. Try @ThreeUK or @EE instead.

@O2 Yeah that’s what I was told by customer services on 202…. I was told that pro rata payment could be anything up to 100% of the new tariff, £26! Which for 5 days of data is just unacceptable! As is £13 for 2GB’s of data!

@O2 Hi, My bill landed today with Disney+ included as a bolt on. I wish to cancel this service before the price hike on 23rd August when do I remove the bolt on? (i.e. have I already payed for this months subscription?) and can I do it easily via my online account or via the app?
