    @O2 I appreciate theres obviously a serious issue, I’ve never known signal to be down for so long at one time. There needs to be a conversation at some stage regarding a substantial reimbursement on this months tariff, because to not have any signal whatsoever for this long is a pain

    Thanks to Paul @SkyUK who responded to my tweet, replied and then called me, I’ve just got 2 x 10GB sim only deals for a total of £26pm - saving me £15pm verses @o2 and giving James 10x data. And we can roll it over. @o2 just replied saying they couldn’t help!

    Absolutely awful customer service from Awais at @O2 call centre. Takes 5 days to get an unlock code so that I can use my phone on another network and my o2 line finishes tomorrow! @Ofcom @WhichUK manager was in a 'meeting' and will get back to me by 9pm tonight. #stayawayfromo2

    @Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

    @O2 Day 45 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 I rang yesterday to complain that I wasn’t receiving any signal on 4G/5G or having clear phone calls. You’ve sent me a new sim/ waiting for a technician to call but you’ve deactivated my sim!!! How am I suppose to answer your phone call? How am I meant to use my phone!!

    @O2 I got a SIM card through virgin media you sent the card early and virgin media never happened I paid the first payment called in to your Meadowhall store spoke to a girl called Chelsea and she cancelled the SIM card which had never been used and payment

    @o2 when am I going to receive a new phone that I ordered on 7th December? Contract already started by a couple of weeks but NO phone? Absolute disgrace. DPD are your delivery partner so this is as much your problem as theirs. 🤬
