@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

@O2 @bruskyyyy Try turning your phone on & off. I had the same signal issue around Clifton a few days ago, turned my phone on & off, resolved the issue & got 5G back

@O2 I’m trying to redeem the 6 months free Apple Music offer. When I hit the button copy code & go to site it takes me to the next page with header redeem code and the screen does nothing! Help please

@O2 He has, but it hasn’t helped much. Whoever he spoke to didn’t explain why but said they would send him an email, but he recently wound down his company and retired so his account email address was wrong. They also said they’d unblock the phone but that hasn’t happened yet.
