Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

Absolutely disgusted in @O2 customer service. They've been charging me for something for 9 months that they shouldn't be, and won't fix my problem. They also assured me a manager would call me back over a week ago. Shocking.
