    Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

    @O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

    As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

    @O2 Help please! Whenever I try and call my voicemail (currently one to listen to) or dial 202 to get support from you my phone ends the call immediately without dialling. Seeing the notification is driving me crazy! I can dial out to other numbers. Please help!

    @O2 hello! I’ve just had my monthly phone bill come through - it’s £53… i pay £8 a month. It says I’ve used £32 of international data on 16th November (I haven’t), can you help?
