    Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

    @O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

    As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

    @O2 hi I hope you can help. I have had no internet connection on my phone since last night. I have tried turning it off and on, toggling between airplane mode, manually connecting to O2 data and nothing has worked. It connects to the Wi-Fi fine. Thank you

    @O2 tried to place upgrade today. Got confirmation link and needed to change address, which wouldn't work. Advisor suggested I kept logging out,then back in. Now I can't complete the order as I've exceeded amount of codes. I only followed advisors advice. Not happy, need help!!

    @O2 I have tried to login to my account using the correct email address and password several times and still can't get into my account. I decided it was pointless continuing if I can't login

    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    UPDATE @MartinSLewis @O2 have reluctantly given her £20 back BUT are going to TAKE IT BACK off her tomorrow, because shes not took out a bundle, and are stopping her number.....I dont like these forceful tactics and I never have liked any THEFT of people's money
