As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

@O2 Whats going on? No Signal in M38 area. Online originally said no fault, now says mast not working. Cant phone you even with wifi calling. Need phone for Two-Factor Authentication Need up and running or another solution ASAP

@UswitchUK @ThreeUK I disagree @O2 is the best in my opinion when I go to college, it says no service but on o2 I get signal just fine. O2 15GB and 6 months Disney. Can’t argue with that

@O2 customer service, 2 hours trying to navigate your baffling website, an hour on the phone getting bounced between departments and you managed to resolve absolutely ZERO, I guess I'm stuck with a £700 brick for the remaining 31 months of my contract! 👏🙌

"Get EE or get network envy" is, if anything, misinformation at it's greatest. I use @VodafoneUK and @O2 and in no way envy your network, your users and especially your overpriced and under valued deals. Can get the phones I want with better deals and cheaper here.

@suziestreety @O2 They’re awful! I constantly have zero signal and barely receive any calls through to my phone yet when I’ve complained about it and wrote to them they “can’t find any faults in their service” and wouldn’t do anything about it. Think we should move to another network!
