@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

@O2 Nothing like coming home from a long day at work to find a bill for £10186.50 for contracts fraudulently taken out in my name and reported to you. Another 30 mins on the phone and absolutely no help at all. This is madness 😢 Why won’t anyone help!

@O2 @virginmedia I was sold the new #virginbolt service being told my mobile bill would be £25 bill has just arrived from #o2 and it's over £36 with no explanation of why so high. Waiting on customer services to answer the support but nothing. Please explain

Never have I had such disgusting service from @O2 someone took out a mobile in my name in October and they are STILL refusing to shut this mobile down and their fraud team STILL doing nothing about it. 4 months on and someone is still using for free 🤬🤬🤬🤬

@virginmedia after spending an hour and a half on the phone to customer services I get cut off. I pay both the virgin bill and @O2 bill but because my partners name is on the virgin account I can not get volt and no one can change the ownership of virgin.

@O2 Hello, O2, please fix this issue. I have tried buying Keshi's tickets today as an O2 PRIORITY member for his concert. However, it seems no tickets has released and everyone is complaining no one has been able to buy any despite being an O2 priority member. Please launch now.

@O2 I've already tried these ,still nothing, I'm having to use someone else Internet to contact you as I don't have WiFi , I used to get full service until a few days ago now nothing ,I'm disabled I need my phone incase of emergency
