    Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

    As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

    @O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

    @O2 I just tried to collect my upgrade at O2 holborn and was told I could only collect with a Passport or a UK driver's license... I had my EU ID card and was told no, it was not acceptable.... Why?? Please help.

    @O2 Hello O2, lastnight I was in the process of completing my upgrade with the chromebook deal, while trying to confirm the upgrade the site froze, tried to refresh only to find you decided to take the site down (with time left on deal) to update for black Friday, not helpful!!

    @O2 I’ve tried calling you twice on 202 and was hung up on 2x. On one call I was dealing with someone who had me on hold for ~10 min before we got disconnected and she hasn’t called back. Please can you help? I don’t fancy starting the phone queue again because you hung up on me!

    @O2 I have been trying with no luck. I upgraded as my phone broke. Received a text stating the order had gone through then the next day another stating there were stock issues. I need an ETA as borrowing daughters phone.
