@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

@O2 Why have you changed my data on contract? 24m device plan paid off, the tariff on your site for same data/mins/texts as old plan is £15pm but you're trying to sneak in extra data and therefore a £35pm price tag? Is this what you call customer loyalty? You're taking the mick!

@O2 when I got my upgrade I was convinced into getting a screen protector and it's honestly the most awful one I've ever used. doesn't stick to my phone properly. Absolutely not a user issue as I've applied many times! Waste of money

@O2 you may want to quickly look into shutting this number down. I'm pretty sure it's an O2 number because I had an O2 number with the same first 7 digits.

@O2 3 phone calls to customer services today, one call 30 mins, second 50 mins and I’m currently on the third ....1 hour 45 mins... still counting! Not heard a word from a soul. What’s happening!!
