    As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

    Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

    @O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

    @O2 very poor service...ordered an upgrade in Dec when it was in stock, this week told out of stock, ring to complain as not offered alt, told customer complaints closed at midday on Tuesday! Waited on hold for ages...promised a call back that never happened 😔💩

    @rockchickQB @O2 Annie, I couldn’t agree more! I’ve been an O2 customer for 22 years. One of their customer service agents told me that I was one of their ‘oldest’ clients. Throughout that time I’ve had ZERO reception where I live. Looking forward to my rebate though. 😉

    @O2 I think you still got a problem as I have just done a speed test and your network is Fluctuating on 4g I notice when Streaming TV and kept on stopping. I have turn off my device so that is ruled out.

    Hey @O2 sort it out. This is ridiculous. No service, 3G or 4G from 6am this morning. What a joke. In this day and age with the technology and you can’t figure it out. Even @VodafoneUK have been advertising all day on the radio. Laughing stock. I know I’m not the only one! Lol 😂

    I have been with @O2, @EE, @VodafoneUK, @lycamobile,@giffgaff and I have the same problem I have tried multiple things and I think it's time I should act by telling you my issue by struggling to receive a signals all around Cromer some places you have it then you don't.

    @EE @VodafoneUK @O2 you stay that you coverage all over the United Kingdom but around East Runtham and around Cromer when I go down to the caver van I always have a bad signal could you please try and improve your network. it's not my phone because I have tried multiple phones

    Absolutely gobsmacked by the service from @O2! Tried to place an order 3 times for an iWatch to find out that one of their staff members have made up my D.O.B, making me out to be 120- poor service for a customer that spends over £150 a month with them #disappointed #PoorService

    I was a customer of @o2 for over two decades with four devices on contract. Last 5 years service has been pathetic. Moved to Sky Mobile , same coverage, much cheaper and better customer service

    @O2 keep sending me a list of contacts, I’ve wasted over an hour on all, to no avail, useless customer service. You either talk to a robot or someone who can’t help you. You ask to speak to a supervised. They say I am the supervisor, can I speak to your manager=no. No help at all

    @O2 tried to upgrade to more phone data as I’m using so much, as I’m isolating. Been a customer for 10years. During a pandemic o2 see it as a business opportunity. The best they could do was charge me £16 for an extra 25GB of data. I have to wait till January to leave this crap
