As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

@O2 Hi .. Currently, my new phone states ‘No Sim’ when I put my current SIM card in. I have contacted customer care who are evidently sending me out a new SIM card (although I was told it would be with me on Monday and so far I have not received it). Any suggestions?

@O2 has the absolute WORST service of any network I've ever been with. Trying to call their customer service line as my phone just likes to not receive calls sometimes. Missed an important one and now calling O2 and the call sounds like it's being made underwater. AVOID.
