@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

Grouchy. @dhlexpressuk are now delivering my @O2 parcel tomorrow. But I’ve had to phone dhl automated answering to find that out. O2 website says ‘exception - major incident’ 😬 just want to know where my parcel is 😭

After many years im due to leave @EE for horrendous customer services and fully go ahead with @O2 but my god after so many marketing calls even before I have joined has meant that's not gonna happen ... How hard is it to find a provider that will just leave you **** alone !!

@d1nonlytimco @O2 Yep please put it back to Caffè Nero and after 12. The greggs coffee is cheap and awful. Caffè Nero was one of the big reasons why people got o2 contracts.
