@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

@O2 @IdMjones I’m O2 and have never got a usable signal once in the seats. Vodaphone appears the best, my father has EE and he had no issues yesterday.

Oh my @O2 has probably the worst phone menu system I've had the misfortune to use. All I wanted to do was speak to someone and pay the closing balance. Took 4 calls and over 30 minutes... thank god I'm no longer a customer 🎉🥳 🎉🥳

@O2 why is my signal strength so bad and always has been on O2. I have been with O2 for years and cant wait to swop networks. My signal strength is always above -88dBm but mostly its -95dBm. Awful signal in most places now @mobilephones @mobilenetworks

@O2 i have been a long standing customer for over 20 years and wake up to not being able to receive calls or make calls all day and never mind signal at all. Over the years your service has declined cant even use my data in my own home thank god for wifi. @VodafoneUK see you soon
