    @O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

    Day 4 and our 5 business contracts with @O2 are still blocked @MarkEvansO2 with your fraud team. @O2 Twitter requested ID and bank statement address verification yesterday. Supplied within 5 mins. Still no reply from Fraud team. Awful customer service, time to look elsewhere

    @anntreneman “Smart meter, dumb idea.” Well observed. I had a 25GB contract with @o2 Checking my usage, I noticed that I NEVER exceeded 1GB, but (“choosing the right plan for me” via - you guessed it, O2) suggested I needed 50GB. Come on @Ofcom Get a grip.

    @O2 do you support visual voicemail for android, i was with sky mobile and had it but not working since switching to O2?

    @O2 Nope, wasn’t working even at the stations and they have been lots of stops. It’s very weird because the signal in England and 4G was absolutely shocking but as soon as the train gets towards Scotland, it works fine 🙄

    @O2 No, have waited 30 mins and spoken to a real person who cannot help either- so much for 20 years loyalty to O2- I will be leaving

    @O2 I've been on hold for over 2 hours trying to leave because your tech team can't fix my wifi issues. This is just ridiculous now. I'm surprised the phone hasn't cut out on me yet like the other times I've tried 🙄
