    @O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

    As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

    Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

    @kelseyanewman @O2 I get the same problem. They fob me off but saying that they’ve checked any work going on in the area and I’ve said everything is fine the network is perfect so basically they’re blaming me & my phone. I’ve got a brand-new iPhone 11 with 80 gig of data and can’t use it

    72 hours without a phone. Unacceptable service from @o2 good job I managed to change my day off - was not going to lose money over something that is not my fault.

    @O2 do me a favour and listen to the last voice recording between me and your customer service representative... Absolutely shocking behaviour by whoever it was and they don’t deserve a job.

    The customer service provided by @O2 is so terrible, I almost think it’s deliberate. My order is a week overdue and I’ve heard nothing, the live chat is entirely incompetent and infuriating so I rang up and was put on hold for 20 minutes before they hung up on me. Utterly ****.
