@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

I’ve been with @O2 for years, they recently increased my monthly contact with no additional benefits and when I decided to move to @giffgaff, they charged me for cancelling the contract with them. Such a great way to treat your (no more) loyal customers #O2 #customerexperience

@O2 Tried to take out a contract for a new phone... Royalmail have successfully updated my address on their side. O2 Customer Service says try again next week as it hasn't updated on our side and we don't know when... Can you please request your databases to be updated, thank you

@O2 Disgusted with levels of reception over the last 2 months. Repeatedly told mast is down in my area, update apparently on Friday 18/7/21. Date doesn’t even exist. Cut off this morning after wasting 40 mins trying to get through😡
