@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

@O2 Thanks for the reply. I'm not actually with #O2 but included all networks in my Tweet because no provider offers a working signal around here so there is no incentive to switch. It's always been like this here & it seems it's never going to be addressed.

@O2 Yes I did. I have now spoken by phone to the real O2 and all has been sorted. The scammer saw my post to you on X and was called O 2 customer service and had very similar logo.

@O2 Ah... so "variable" outdoor coverage and "do not expect coverage indoors" means it's good enough as far as #O2 are concerned! Anyway, it's really an issue which affects all providers and something I will take up with my MP before the analogue landline service gets switched off.

@O2 Absolute ******* disgrace, it took me less time and hassle to organise my dads funeral than it did to cancel his contract and keep my mums going, 3 HOURS i was on the phone!! I had to just tell them to stop in the end and I put the phone down, its still not done!!!
