@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

@O2 It's been terrible in the whole area for years!! Should be pretty good on an industrial zone. Other networks have no problem. You should be ashamed of yourselves when you say your the UK's no.1 network service. Think I might have to try @EE

@O2 Maybe some customer service training is required for most your employees, especially the downright rude South African department I was transferred too who were downright rude and basically called me a liar before hanging up on me

Hey @O2 - your latest update says that the mast you took down AT THE END OF MARCH has still not been replaced (hence we still get ZERO signal for SMS or phone calls). Next update 28th May!?!! No phone service for 2 months and no refund? You think that’s acceptable?!

Why is @Ofcom allowing these networks to pump out more RF, when they clearly don't have the backhaul to cope with current demands. It's as if they are using @O2 network. Vodafone next.
