As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

@O2 your 4g coverage is appalling, I work less then a mile from Cardiff city centre and I’m lucky if I get 3G… your happy to hike your prices up, try using the extra money to gives us a service worth paying for.

@gramarsuperstar @O2 Totally agree signed up for 12 month contract beginning of March for an exclusive existing customer deal of £23.00 a month … first bill in £25.69?!! When you sign up thats the deal you expect NOT hammered for a completely different price on your first bill !! False advertising!

@O2 I rang on Wednesday trying to pay off outstanding device and airtime, managed to pay the device off, but the operator said the screen had gone black, and would ring me back in 5mins, well still waiting for that call, so it seems you can’t cancel when you want
