At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

@O2 the credit referral team have very poor customer service. Despite numerous emails they have not responded to my request and have not removed an INCORRECT default on my account to which they apologised for. An apology is not enough.

constantly No Service ... @O2 Friends say they have sent texts but they don't arrive ... same with security passcodes ... appalling service.
