£339 admin charge where do I send invoice? @O2 literally all your call handlers aren't able to help. Basically I'm closing my seven accounts because you failed to meet the contractual obligations and I have spent my own time sorting it. Time is precious and you're not taking it.

Has anyone else been screwed over by @O2 since moving to a cheaper tariff? Problem with voicemail and now I can’t receive phone calls. Goes straight to voicemail. Practically on first name terms with Cust service. Fixed calls briefly now gone again. Fine before for many years.
