  £339 admin charge where do I send invoice? @O2 literally all your call handlers aren't able to help. Basically I'm closing my seven accounts because you failed to meet the contractual obligations and I have spent my own time sorting it. Time is precious and you're not taking it.

  @O2 Two premier data accounts and no service almost two weeks and still not fixed and you’ve said on DM you won’t compensate on bill. Can’t get bank security texts or PayPal login either ‘Apparently’ network up by Thursday 8PM so paying 34 days without service You are taking the p*ss

  Well @O2 are being fairly awful to my brother. He’s been trying to negotiate what he feels are unfair additional charges but o2 are now preventing him from calling them or doing online chat unless he pays in full. I’ve just heard it myself, the calls disconnect.

  Well after being with @O2 for just short of a decade finally left after years of rubbish customer service and poor service. Who knows I could be back but looking forward to being a customer with @EE who have been fab at customer services and great in getting me set up on EE.

  @O2 can you stop cutting people's calls whenever we are calling for help. My old man was sold a contract when all he wanted was a pay as you go sim card. @O2 Stop taking advantage of the elderly that are not tech savvy

  @O2 has owed me £182.50 for 2 weeks now since apparently they were going to refund it. They have still not given me my money back so I have paid twice to upgrade my broken phone. They were very quick to take my money but they have been awful at paying it back. Don't use #o2.
