  £339 admin charge where do I send invoice? @O2 literally all your call handlers aren't able to help. Basically I'm closing my seven accounts because you failed to meet the contractual obligations and I have spent my own time sorting it. Time is precious and you're not taking it.

  @O2 Avoid at all costs! Put in a complaint about the non existent signal at home to be told a ridiculous response time. When I finally get a response they want to call me but can’t tell me when… I HAVE NO SIGNAL! Told me it’s resolved now, but my 1 bar says otherwise..! Sort it!

  How I wish what happened yesterday had never happened. My arm hurts so much, even though I’m so happy to see Ariana; my back hurts, my feet hurt, my whole body hurts because of the sick people who did this to me.   @valhumphreys51 Unfortunately unable to see the rest of your posts because my broadband is down and my mobile provider is @O2 and they are hopeless, providing me with no wifi, hardly any signal and charging me an arm and a leg for the privilege. Sorry for passive aggression.

  @O2 I am travelling internationally and your app Help centre isn’t showing me any options to speak to an agent. And I don’t want to make international calls to your call centre. Please help. I have been wrongly charged for an extra month
