    @O2 what a bunch of jokers you truly are. Lost my phone, spoke to a GURU, cancelled my phone, went into a store, got the password wrong (that I set up 4 years ago) Spoke to Customer service, waited online for 30 minutes to be told, can't activate a new SIM True Brilliance! #RT87

    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    £339 admin charge where do I send invoice? @O2 literally all your call handlers aren't able to help. Basically I'm closing my seven accounts because you failed to meet the contractual obligations and I have spent my own time sorting it. Time is precious and you're not taking it.

    @tehscreener @O2 Make a complaint and they have no choice but to refund you. I've got £50 coming from Jan-April. I'll be putting in another at the end of this month too. Because they never processed the refund until I got hold of them the ombudsman will deal with the now!

    Used @o2 satellite up at @Beamish_Museum and was able to send and recieve texts and also whatsapps... No signal on EE so relied on o2... well done.. (this was on a iPhone 17 Pro Max)

    @O2 Duh. The issue is the recorded message from your network telling me that my phone is blocked despite your staff telling me that my account is not in arrears and my DD was taken on the 11th without issue.

    @dayvales @O2 Had this since December Dave,and O2 just give me the same old spin everytime. I’m currently looking for a better network in my area so I can leave asap. Shocking service
