    £339 admin charge where do I send invoice? @O2 literally all your call handlers aren't able to help. Basically I'm closing my seven accounts because you failed to meet the contractual obligations and I have spent my own time sorting it. Time is precious and you're not taking it.

    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @O2 what a bunch of jokers you truly are. Lost my phone, spoke to a GURU, cancelled my phone, went into a store, got the password wrong (that I set up 4 years ago) Spoke to Customer service, waited online for 30 minutes to be told, can't activate a new SIM True Brilliance! #RT87

    Where's my refund @O2? Absolutely disgusting that you tell me I'm getting a refund and 14days later I still don't have it. Also you are going to owe me for this month too as you still haven't replaced the mast so it still doesn't work most of the time! #evidenceforombudsman

    @o2 you have left me no choice but to raise the fact you have not paid my refund or fixed the issue, the refund is for, to the ombudsman! You've had enough chances but fail at every step ffs. **** company and **** staff! #evidenceforombudsman

    @O2 @ad_moran4 💯 stay away from O2, signal is woeful everywhere. Sort your deal out with EE, you will regret it if you go to O2. I had loads of issues and raised incident tickets and they just kept saying there was nothing wrong. Useless network

    @O2 has totally lost it ! Anybody else thinks like I do ? Charged me £2,000 this year and the service I required and paid for did not work when i needed it !
