    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    £339 admin charge where do I send invoice? @O2 literally all your call handlers aren't able to help. Basically I'm closing my seven accounts because you failed to meet the contractual obligations and I have spent my own time sorting it. Time is precious and you're not taking it.

    Looks like it's Ombudsman time this evening @O2. Two of them in fact. Can't speak to anyone at O2 as English is not their first language, totally unacceptable! No refund means the problem was never resolved! All you do is lie and I have the proof! #evidenceforombudsman

    @O2 my account has been blocked for 2 weeks now and i cannot get in touch with anyone to help. left me 2 weeks without being able to use data/make phone calls. Absolute poor service

    @O2 Blue Mondays not working for second week in a row :/ Last week was just not working at all, this week it says my phone number and email are already registered and provides no way to use the existing registration to spin.
