£339 admin charge where do I send invoice? @O2 literally all your call handlers aren't able to help. Basically I'm closing my seven accounts because you failed to meet the contractual obligations and I have spent my own time sorting it. Time is precious and you're not taking it.

@O2 you cancelled my direct debit and you won’t let me pay my bill by card. Every time I try to play it, it’s declined. Every time I ring customer services, it tries to make me pay my arrears and won’t let me speak to a human being.

@O2 Since we got it. It has always been poor but now much of the time it is nonexistent. I have moved providers already. I am disappointed that despite the fact the service is so poor, I am still expected to pay to get out of contract. I hope the new provider looks after us better

@virginmedia I have tried with @O2 let’s see how the try and resolve these issues but maybe the issues is also with the the 2 phone lady @viginmedia sold us they never been right for the last 4 months
