    £339 admin charge where do I send invoice? @O2 literally all your call handlers aren't able to help. Basically I'm closing my seven accounts because you failed to meet the contractual obligations and I have spent my own time sorting it. Time is precious and you're not taking it.

    @O2 Why the hell are you giving access to @virginmedia customers too?! What’s the point in being an O2 customer where one of the biggest perks is meant to be O2 priority access to tickets, if you’re just opening up the “priority” access to millions more customers?! Fuming.

    @O2 help. I’ve had an awful experience . I’ve been with you for 20 yrs and about to cancel. You sent me a damaged like new handset and 2 weeks later and 8phone calls it’s not sorted.I’ve made a complaint and had no response and been promised calls backs and they dont call.
