£339 admin charge where do I send invoice? @O2 literally all your call handlers aren't able to help. Basically I'm closing my seven accounts because you failed to meet the contractual obligations and I have spent my own time sorting it. Time is precious and you're not taking it.

@O2 @BBCWatchdog Currently one of the worst companies out there, customers services tell you anything, lie, don't do what they're supposed to, hang up on you, managers never call back, don't answer simple questions, leave vulnerable customers without a service and don't care. GRR

@Brendan_O2 @LutzSchueler imagine waiting months for a refund and going round and round in circles. @O2 is a horrendous company and provide awful customer service. Let’s hope I get my money back eventually, even if it’s through small claims court.
