    For my #ChelseaFC followers who want to join a new phone network instead of @ThreeUK why don’t you try these guys instead @O2 @EE they are 2 of the best options out there in my opinion

    @O2 I turn my phone off every night this is basic connection #poor and this is since I got my hyper speed 5g compatible phone… it’s slower, poorer connectivity and disappointing… I shouldn’t have to reboot a phone to check socials

    @O2 Your rep, Bilal in Leeds, just hung up on me in the middle of my call after I rang to complain about the rep I spoke to prior to him who also hung up on me rather than answer questions about this messed up @virginmedia & @o2 joint venture. Simply stunning customer service.

    @O2 O2 just tried to call, I answer call connects after 10 second the call cut!!! No decency to call back 'manager call back' seriously 0 customer service skills!!
