    @O2 what a bunch of jokers you truly are. Lost my phone, spoke to a GURU, cancelled my phone, went into a store, got the password wrong (that I set up 4 years ago) Spoke to Customer service, waited online for 30 minutes to be told, can't activate a new SIM True Brilliance! #RT87

    @O2 possibly the worst ever #customerservice I experienced in a long while. It's a #shame as I've been a client since they were called BT Cellnet. Trying to solve an issue but their automated phone system is hopeless. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.

    @O2 Hi, can I get some kind of understanding as to why the 4G signal is absolutely ABYSMAL in Newry? I spend £60+ a month for 20GB of data that only get 1/2 or 3/4 used because there’s barely a signal, especially in the city centre. I don’t understand it at all?

    @O2 why is the 'suggested upgrade' to an S21 set at 20gb data minimum...yet if I go elsewhere on your site I can edit it down to 5gb?

    @O2 appalled at the service from O2 - I have spend 5 days and abs hour each day waiting for a manager to call regarding an urgent issues . Feels like groudhog day each day

    @o2 what is going on with your signal in the PA5 area. Johnstone and Elderslie have almost no data connectivity. It used to be good and it’s just gone downhill.

    Takes the absolute P when you can’t use your @O2 phone in a busy place when someone next to you is on the same network And has no issues!!

    Hi @O2 I have had a call from a guy saying he is offering your service at a 60% discount. He was calling from 03301747527. Are you able to verify this number at all?

    @O2 if I could afford would cancel my contract with 02 just awful providers in my view, nine times out 10 u may get one bar but even if u get two or 3 service so slow. Not happy
