    £339 admin charge where do I send invoice? @O2 literally all your call handlers aren't able to help. Basically I'm closing my seven accounts because you failed to meet the contractual obligations and I have spent my own time sorting it. Time is precious and you're not taking it.

    13.4% increase for a failing service. Your 4g isn’t fit for purpose and 5G is non existent round here. That’s me done ta- ra @O2

    @O2 what a bunch of jokers you truly are. Lost my phone, spoke to a GURU, cancelled my phone, went into a store, got the password wrong (that I set up 4 years ago) Spoke to Customer service, waited online for 30 minutes to be told, can't activate a new SIM True Brilliance! #RT87

    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    @O2 possibly the worse company ever, ordered tablet, paid upfront cost, passed credit check yet try to checkout and get whoops! Contact @o2 support and their solution is to place a new further despite paying with a new credit check! #poorcustomerservice #avoido2 #o2

    @O2 I cannot DM on X. Funeral services & family couldn’t reach my mother while preparing her husband’s funeral. Emergency services couldn’t reach her and now she’s in hospital where we can’t reach her. This has continued since 3/26. A direct number pls to speak to someone senior.

    Hi, I have recently joined @O2 on PAYG and topped up and ported my number in. Why am I getting an error when trying to log in to Priority followed by a text message telling me to top up to continue enjoying Priority? I am a new customer.

    @O2 tell me how I'm supposed to make an online claim about my stolen iPhone when every time I try and use the link it comes up with error 401 unauthorised. What is my £15 a month actually doing if I can't access this ****?????
