    @O2 @TheO2 are the most incompetent network I’ve ever had to deal with. Repeatedly being told via their call centre that a data roaming charge would be deducted. My monthly bill arrives and I’ve been charged the full amount!

    @O2 customer services are worse than me when I was hungover, still smashed, and trying to serve people at the builders yard all those years ago. I’ve spent all week trying to get assistance, but I’ve received diddly squat. DM’d them, tried calling, used the joke chat. Awful

    Hi @O2 please can you check the mobile data signal in the M28 area? The 4G signal seems very weak & intermittent and only 3G seems to be available. Thanks.
