    Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

    £339 admin charge where do I send invoice? @O2 literally all your call handlers aren't able to help. Basically I'm closing my seven accounts because you failed to meet the contractual obligations and I have spent my own time sorting it. Time is precious and you're not taking it.

    @O2 hi o2 why can I on a new contract get unlimited data but when I've been a customer for years only get 20gb for only a few pounds less a month. It doesn't make sense. Exactly the same but just an upgrade.
