    @O2 what a bunch of jokers you truly are. Lost my phone, spoke to a GURU, cancelled my phone, went into a store, got the password wrong (that I set up 4 years ago) Spoke to Customer service, waited online for 30 minutes to be told, can't activate a new SIM True Brilliance! #RT87

    £339 admin charge where do I send invoice? @O2 literally all your call handlers aren't able to help. Basically I'm closing my seven accounts because you failed to meet the contractual obligations and I have spent my own time sorting it. Time is precious and you're not taking it.

    @ellellle @O2 I remember having a few issues with O2 too, the deal I got with 3 and have been on for 6 years is like unlimited texts and internet, 250 mins for £20 a month sim only deal

    @WardydartsWard @O2 I can't make or receive calls, send texts or connect to Internet outside due to no SIM because of mast problems. Furious!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Nothing has worked and @O2 has had the bad speeds for 5 years now, it is nothing to do with my settings it is their equipment. I used to work for their supplier and no how slow their deployment of 4g equipment was. There is only @VodafoneUK that is worse and that's not by far.

    @akpsnow @O2 Same. Never had issues anywhere in the US before. Only since we moved to @O2. Definitely not the service either of us have been used to by the looks of it

    @O2 Placed an order on your website everything was fine got the email confirming it now it's showing as cancelled on the app when I go to track my order with no email as to why or even letting me know help
