    £339 admin charge where do I send invoice? @O2 literally all your call handlers aren't able to help. Basically I'm closing my seven accounts because you failed to meet the contractual obligations and I have spent my own time sorting it. Time is precious and you're not taking it.

    @O2 no more warnings o2 sick of your excuses about no network coverage, brand new phone I cannot take calls on at home, extremely poor 4g out and about, release me from my contract.

    @O2 just to let you know, the O2Priority app didn’t load yesterday when I was in Caffè Nero’s so I couldn’t redeem my free coffee. Other people also had the same issue.

    Hi @O2. Had a message saying the network thinks I'm in Europe (as opposed to UK) and that - if I don't stop using the data/minutes - I'll be charged extra. I'm absolutely still in UK. Not left the country in a year - for obvious reasons! Any ideas why this is happening?

    @O2 Its the same almost everywhere. To get a good connection have to try and find a wifi connection. On 4G its really slow speeds as you can see from the screenshot.

    Someone on @ukbizforums just commented that they are looking for a business mobile contract recommendations for making phone calls. I don't know where to go with this now, do people still use their mobile phones for actual phone calls? Help them out here @O2
