    £339 admin charge where do I send invoice? @O2 literally all your call handlers aren't able to help. Basically I'm closing my seven accounts because you failed to meet the contractual obligations and I have spent my own time sorting it. Time is precious and you're not taking it.

    @O2 what a bunch of jokers you truly are. Lost my phone, spoke to a GURU, cancelled my phone, went into a store, got the password wrong (that I set up 4 years ago) Spoke to Customer service, waited online for 30 minutes to be told, can't activate a new SIM True Brilliance! #RT87

    @O2 I am an existing o2 customer who has recently purchased Virgin. I've registered with Volt. I have also received a new o2 sim with a new number. I need help getting the two o2 accounts linked on one log in and adding my wife's o2 number to the volt benefits for our household.

    @O2 I’ve tried to get through on the online chat via the o2 app only to be told you’re busy and can’t help, which isn’t very helpful! Here’s my query: Hi I was wrongly charged for two calls in October which came up on your system as international calls made from the UK to the USA

    @O2 Hi, can you check the phone masts that transmit to the DN8 area - Thorne, around Wike Gate Road area. There is no signal at all. Whereas in other parts of DN8 area signal seems fine. Cheers!

    @O2 have been a customer with 3x sim only contracts for 18 months, never had any billing issues, but yet your standards checks prevent me from porting two further numbers to you, for my children, at £6.40 each? Please sort or I’m going elsewhere!
