£339 admin charge where do I send invoice? @O2 literally all your call handlers aren't able to help. Basically I'm closing my seven accounts because you failed to meet the contractual obligations and I have spent my own time sorting it. Time is precious and you're not taking it.

Anyone else experiencing problems in and around #Halton on @o2? Constant dead spots and frequently having to turn mobile data off/on to get a connection? #Widnes #Runcorn

  • BenA5hworth
Ben Ashworth ⚽️ (@BenA5hworth) reported from Far Sawrey, England

Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

  • Morecambebob1
MorecambeBob (@Morecambebob1) reported from Middleton, England

13.4% increase for a failing service. Your 4g isn’t fit for purpose and 5G is non existent round here. That’s me done ta- ra @O2

  • jimmyteeeeee
James (@jimmyteeeeee) reported from Lancaster, England

@O2 Not really. My issue is completely resolved. Thank you.

@O2 what a bunch of jokers you truly are. Lost my phone, spoke to a GURU, cancelled my phone, went into a store, got the password wrong (that I set up 4 years ago) Spoke to Customer service, waited online for 30 minutes to be told, can't activate a new SIM True Brilliance! #RT87

@Cerberusbite83 @BelfastGiants @O2 The alternate with the logo from away wouldn’t be too bad. Very football / rugby style though

  • bxns_hyfr
    #HYFR (@bxns_hyfr) reported

@karthika_gm @O2 Yeah the deals are quite affordable, I have used EE for similar amount of time too. I pay 19 quid, but the service is better 😜

  • ThePaulRawlings
    Paul Rawlings (@ThePaulRawlings) reported

@TakeThatClouds @O2 Exactly the same issue with EE in the past - I was atempting to switch from physical SIM to eSIM. Process got stuck in the middle, so neither SIM was working. Call up, explain, ask for replacement SIM - Nope, not without a working phone. Had to go into the local EE store. Even there I had to go with ID, which was uploaded on an app, along side me taking a "selfie" even though I'm stood there in the store!

  • parriso56
    Otis Parris (@parriso56) reported

@O2 Looking at the Network map what is good is rather subjective. Two bars isn’t good. Be honest and say the postcodes where you say it’s good just isn’t for data. The entire corridor running from Alwoodley- Chapletown is poor and towards St James’s is poor and has always been. Maybe it’s just geography

  • ChrisUK1980
    Chris Hammond (@ChrisUK1980) reported

@TakeThatClouds @O2 When it was BT / cellnet it was great and since sold out have been crap. Example : A mast replacement was needed as it was broken/ vandalized and cause their system said nothing wrong with it (literally) they wouldn't send anyone. Took a year and still not done **** it goodbye

  • pilgrim1889
    Hannah 💀 (@pilgrim1889) reported

@BelfastGiants @O2 🎵 we've got the worst jerseys in the league*🎵 *Several leagues

  • FiferTHF
    Melisa Bishop (@FiferTHF) reported

@BelfastGiants @O2 Awful! The teams name and logo should always be more prominent than a sponsors logo.

  • Stuartylovesya
    Stuarty Mccarroll (@Stuartylovesya) reported

@BelfastGiants @O2 I know it's been less than 24 hours, but i wonder how the jersey sales are going in comparison to previous seasons... 👀I'd guess they haven't gone well. Still time to rectify these poor decisions. White jersey is fine, the other three, horrible... Giants logo HAS TO BE central

  • PeteKnowles_
    Peter Knowles (@PeteKnowles_) reported

@O2 I have been hacked, my email compromised and deleted and your customer service lines are so bad - I’m trying to submit a complaint and your website won’t even accept it stating an error - total shambles.

  • Sc077as
    Scott (@Sc077as) reported

@O2 your phone coverage is absolutely diabolical!!! Sat in Bristol airport and have 4g and it’s about as much use as a chocolate fire guard. Pay for a 5g service and get nothing anywhere. Shambolic. #nO2
