Basically I'm closing my seven accounts because you failed to meet the contractual obligations and I have spent my own time sorting it. Time is precious and you're not taking it.

Third-party user testing from Opensignal and Ookla showed that the everyday user experience in the UK is among the worst in the developed world. 40% of the time your phone shows the "5G" icon in the UK, it is actually running on older 4G infrastructure.

Lord Follicle's whomsoever machine (@wotyagerrin) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone They also tried piggybacking on my personal bandwidth to offer their public “EE WiFi” service from my home router. Presumably they do this to all new customers? Not the best first impression.
