@O2 Thanks for the help...I may of missed this information on the SIM card packet but maybe it would be good to make the info more obvious if it’s there or put a separate litre leaflet in telling people what to do...but again thanks :)

DONT BE FOOLED BY @O2 INTO BUYING INSURANCE AFTER YOUR CONTRACT IS FINISHED AND YOUVE PAYED FOR YOUR PHONE BUT STILL USED THEM AS YOUR SIM PROVIDER AS THEY WILL STILL CHARGE YOU TO FIX YOUR PHONE! SO WHATS THE INSURANCE FOR THEN, HEY🤔

@O2 Mainly at my home address, I live near city centre never had an issue ever with signal, I get missed call text, by sitting in the same spot and the phone rings next minute

@dhlexpressuk I ordered a package through my mobile contract provider @O2 he other day, I was very happy to see their usual delivery service was changed to your company. The experience was like night and day....from order to delivery, I knew where my item was in the process.
