    @tehscreener @O2 Make a complaint and they have no choice but to refund you. I've got £50 coming from Jan-April. I'll be putting in another at the end of this month too. Because they never processed the refund until I got hold of them the ombudsman will deal with the now!

    @O2 do you even accept new customers? first, the system accepted me, and i passed the credit check, but when i got to the eligibility check it marked my revolut card and a card from a traditional bank as fraud. the next day, i got this message (along with server configuration errors???) it's almost been four days since i was supposed to receive my callback, still nothing to this day i'm not the only one experiencing these problems, i even tried browsing the community forums but to my surprise they are also down please fix your broken system, not even your support team knows what's going on...

    Quality @O2 no signal for 3 days then they tell me it's going to take a month to fix the mast in my area!

    @O2 Hi, I have o2 sim but in Japan for a travel, just want to receive calls and texts but sim is not getting connected with any service provider and my voice calls getting rejected. I need your help to increase spend cap if needed to cancel this block so that Ireceive voice call

    @waynetuckwell @O2 It's honestly ridiculous. I've given up on them now I don't think they'll fix it. I was with O2 before it was even O2 but this last year has been nothing short of shambolic. If it's not full 5g giving me 5mb/s it's the fact I cannot look at my own accounts.

    @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 O2 signal is very bad, masts always going down, they now offer an extra charge if you want signal to use the new satellite scheme.

    @O2 I’m absolutely getting fed up with the new app, every time, I tried to use it keeps opening website for virgin media. Sends you an email, and, you’ve to click on it. Other companies aren’t like that. The previous version was absolutely amazing. Fix it immediately!
