    @O2 I think you are just allowed to copy paste the response. You are not even bothered to check the issue. It’s not an out of stock problem but a technical glitch, which has to be resolved otherwise I am happy to leave O2

    @O2 No details, he hung up as I wasn't having it after he said there was a 30% discount, I didn't bother going further. Please do something about this. The help in that link is useless if your staff aren't trained or empowered to report it to the right people in your company

    @O2 terrible customer service. Can’t get a new sim in store after phone is stolen, employee makes me call customer service from inside the store! I’ve been on hold for 1.5h!

    @pollyesta73 @O2 Actually starting to think they have been taken over by a group of crooks just taking are money! From signal to customer service the whole company is shocking! And there’s nothing we can do !! I’d rather they just terminate my contract but they want silly money to do that
