@O2 Hi. I completely understand that it was a test, but I did not know about the test programme nor did I choose to be included in it. The timing was incredibly poor. You MUST inform people about these events in advance. I'd like to be told why my number was chosen, please.

@O2 I’ve upgraded to an iPhone 12 Pro and have received my new 5G sim however when putting it in my phone, it’s not picking up any network. Am I supposed to activate the new sim from my old sim? I’m confused.

@snudge27 @O2 You wouldn't need a fire alarm if you didn't expect one at some point. Also it's the first time either of us have seen a notification like this, if they sent it every week there wouldn't be a problem.

@lookerslounge21 @O2 I was with EE for years but their prices went through the roof. They are all as bad as each other now I think.
