    @O2 Trying to get a replacement sim for elderly confused mum in hosp at the mo. Your cust serv said I can't manage it on her behalf. She cannot remember security questions. Is my only option to cancel her contract with you as I won't let her pay for services she can't access.

    Utterly incompetent @O2 I ended contract early due to change of your terms and been given three different final amounts to pay. I also don’t understand why I’m paying past my 30 days notice due to being able to cancel early due to this change.
