@O2 good morning. I have a question why is it when someone has had their number ported into O2 fraudulently why can’t you assist them? Why do you advice them to call their original network for example Three to open an investigation?

@O2 hi, the 4g in my area,ky128nx has been really poor for a few weeks now. Not helped by a sky bb outage today where I can’t get on 4g either. Are you aware? Signal checker suggests it should be ok but marked decrease in speed recently

@O2 I'm getting a little inpatient and frustrated using a broken phone and can't wait any longer.. can you give some sort of indication to when I will be getting my s21 ultra because I'm conscious I will not be in time to claim for my free gifts from Samsung!
