    Beyond Disgusting and Disgraceful cus service. 3 days trying to sort out SIM NOT PROVISIONED.Just spent £17 on Landline and guess what? We'll call you within 3 days. If you're thinking of coming over to o2. Just DON'T @O2

    @sackedseafarer @O2 But I keep getting errors “Too many page redirects occurred” whether I use the app or website. I then tried to submit a complaint online and guess what, that throws an error too! So raised it via X DM and given a complaint ref and assured I’d be contacted via my preferred channel

    @O2 Hi, are you having issues in the LN11 area (Louth, Lincolnshire)? The service checker says it's perfect 5G, but it really isn't! People are talking about it on the FB community pages. You can't get on banking apps, send or receive on WhatsApp or Messenger, nothing at all!

    @O2 so you have upgraded your network in #Kent with 5g+. Everyone I know that was on o2 have now moved away to another network as your network got so bad. Will this upgrade improve voice and signal ?

    @O2 You’re charging me for a SIM card I’ve never used. There are no account cancellation options on your website and your pretty much hidden online complaint form gives repeated error messages. Shall I outline my full complaint in full here?

    @O2 how do you allow all these touts and scammers to buy all the tickets to your shows at the o2 and let them re sell them for 5 times the value when there's children lose out. What a **** show
