    @O2 I don’t know why this date was advised I was told to call cust service and pay a small balance on the hub spot that I never wanted (& was told came free with my last handset and watch) When I finally got thru to them I was told I couldn’t pay it but I was getting refund then

    @O2 No, doesn't work, keeps sending me back to the "all your outgoing calls are being transferred" and there is no option 4.
