    Cannot wait to leave @O2 as a network!! I’ve never heard of a network giving you options to solve a problem as ridiculous as this, it’s because there service is s@&t! I mean turn off mobile data to 2g, which they charge you for! Then you should be able to make a call..

    @casperKenty1 @O2 I did...ages ago was for pretty decent tickets aswell. However still never gave me a good phone signal outside the city 😭.

    @Kirrstyx3 @O2 Jesus made a massive mistake the network is awful I switched 18 months ago and struggled for signal ever since if I was you opt out of the contract you have 28 days if not get use to no signal

    @O2 Issue still isn’t resolved and now have to call back for a 4th time. Not good enough O2 your level of service has really dropped of late. Maybe time to move networks
