@O2 Hi, my signal/data seems to keep dropping out and it’s just getting worse! I have to restart my phone multiple times a day which helps for a bit but then it’s shocking again. I regret entering another contract with you bc I can’t use my phone unless i can connect to wifi!

@O2 2 and half weeks of poor signal and slow speeds on data. Had several texts telling me, you haven't fixed the issue yet. Everytime I ring customer services lines are busy and I give up after half hour.

@simonhouston68 @O2 I reckon u need to get them to accept your messages are a complaint, insist they treat it as one and then ask them when they 'started the clock' in terms of issuing you with a deadlock letter. Get that and then take it to Ofcom. Sounds utterly ridiculous to credit you, not repay!

@O2 I was persuaded to transfer from EE to O2 and received the SIM card a few days ago. I want to keep my old number but I am having problems transferring. Simply put I have been lied to by O2 staff. Please DM me to discuss urgently otherwise I will leave O2!
