    @andrew_saval @Techusiast @O2 I think because Samsung wants you to buy it from them directly but I do understand customer service has been terrible with o2 since they lose all the uk-based staff and turned it over to India

    @O2 Still no signal after 2 days, and no updates on your network checker - any clue as to when we will have a service restored. I repeat we are housebound and are severely disadvantaged by lack of mobile service, preventing us shopping for food - cupboards running low!

    @O2 I haven't had a signal for almost 2 months & thought I had an issue with my phone prompting me 2 go 2 multiple phone repair outlets (unnecessarily, I might add) all due to the fact you haven't publicly announced this major issue. It appears no care, no communication & no solution

    Sick fed up of the crap service from @O2 mobile data barely working, calls going straight to vmail, can't connect when dialing out, texts won't send. And the excuse is because some mast has been removed.. Paying £55/mth for this?! Had it. Moving to @EE

    What is the story with the @O2 signal at Milltown Industrial Estate these days. The last few months since they “upgraded the network” it has been worse than ever. Getting very hard to run a business in the area without mobile signal.
