    .@O2 I've just moved to youse and I'm looking to move my number over. I have my PAC code from the previous carrier but I can't for the life of me find what I'm supposed to do with it your side. Not a great start as an O2 customer tbf. Please help!

    If you didn't know and are an O2 phone customer, if you visit the O2 Arena there is a fast-track entry lane through security. Used it yesterday and whizzed past the main lines. Just have your O2 phone and show ticket ready, and go to the right of the main lines. Thanks @O2.

    @O2 are there any known issues in North Wales? My eldest can’t use her phone, has tried turning it on and off. Has all data to use and unlimited calls/texts (I’ve checked the account). Help!

    @O2 new customer here! My one time passcodes don't seem to work which means I can't get access to O2 priority. Same issue happened with the My O2 app but that one let me change my password via email so I can now access. Is anyone able to help?

    @O2 2/2 formally when this is resolved….I wouldn’t recommend anyone trying to get resolution from your CS, simply appalling, not the people who have been good, the inability to resolve!! I also had to call my previous provider in a premium rate line on a wild goose chase!!
