I should be resting not dealing with @O2 who are useless & can’t help no matter how many times you explain you need signal for covid results…all they come back with is ‘go to a store or borrow a friend or families phone’ so O2 actively encourage potential of passing onto others.

@O2 your customer service is absolute horrendous. Wasted 1 hour on the phone today trying to solve a problem that you created in the first place and had to give up after being passed from one person to another and then running out of time.

@O2 can't believe the terrible service you guys provide. Made numerous calls since yesterday morning. Wait for over 30 minutes get through to someone who takes you through security puts you on hold and then after waiting for ages, get disconnected. What is going on?

@O2 I have switched to O2 and the number has transferred and I expect to receive the promised Volt benefits because I am also a Virgin broadband customer yet your system tells me I can't have Virgin at my address! Please tell me how to sort this out.
