    I’m getting sick of this now @O2 I will NOT be paying my bill until you fix the network issues in and across Burnley. It’s unacceptable. £55 a month for a service that isn’t working? And it’s not just me, several others on your network have got issues accessing data.

    @stemark01 @virginmedia @O2 Yeah our Virgin Media box went down at around 12PM yesterday and still hasn't come back up. Over 24 hours with no Wifi and I'm hoping it isn't just us 😢

    Hello @O2 our O2 signal was lost shortly before power was cut to PH6 because of #StormARWEN. Our electricity came back just after midnight but we still have no mobile service. Please can you tell us when the nearest mast will be up and running again.
