  @O2 Thanks. I've downloaded the app and trying to run a speed test, but it says "you currently do not have network connectivity". I'm very much aware that's what the problem is. I'll leave it to you to find a solution.

  @O2 I am tired of using your My Network app to report no service, only to get a "Our network monitoring system hasn’t currently identified any issues at this location" SMS back. There is NO DATA in AL5 2RU - the centre of Harpenden town - for several months. It needs fixing!!!
