    @O2 I recently upgraded my phone and can no longer join the wifi on the underground. The manage my 02 wifi link on the 02 app doesn’t work?? I have tried using wifi, data, different computer, I have turned off my phone & reset my network settings, Can you get this resolved asap?

    @O2 hey o2. A family member had just been convinced by a phone call to hand over the 6 digit code text to them. Which number can we call to speak to fraud to check their account isn’t compromised? The 202 number keeps cutting off everytime they get further down the line.

    @virginmedia disgraceful Virgin media, trying to resolve the new connection issue from last 2 weeks and incompetent customer support had no sense. Virgin is lying to customers at whatever extent they can to sign up. And spoiling O2 name along @O2 @VMO2News

    @O2 little bit disappointed. 2 of 3 places I spend leisure time have faulty masts, main out min 2 months, working one data slow. Offered £5 credit, but just want out of contract without paying for service I won't be using. SIM only. Why the penalty?

    @O2 Its related to Volt service, unable to use O2 sim as has issues with Virgin media.

    @O2 Update: DAY 8 still no resolution and unable to receive calls as my number port issue is not fixed , absolute joke, promised calls for manager , not a surprise no one had the courtesy to call me back.

    @O2 Done all that, I’ve checked network overage and it says earlier fault fixed yet it’s still rubbish. When I check again the mast is still shown as broke, when are you going to fix it

    @O2 why is your signal so dire in Somerset now?? It used to be solid, 4G everywhere I went but now it's crap. So unreliable
