@O2 I ordered an iPhone through upgrade team last week and was click and collect. Order is showing complete, the store doesn’t have it either. I’ve spoken to 10 different people today and been transferred from one person to the next and no one is willing to help!

@O2 I paid my bill, overdue by accident -on Sunday- now 3 days after paying what I was due I still have no service- can’t call or message/no mobile data for 3 days after paying now-the money has left my bank account-Unable to get to speak to anyone! Please restart my services!

@O2 You need to stop taking away all the avenues that people pay and then chasing them for it like criminals. Paid yesterday. Business lines next as soon as the contracts are up too. Zero effort to fix anything by @o2 equals maximum effort from me to get the hell away.

@O2 Thanks for the reply. I’ve attempted those things but it’s not better. Also - when I check your network status there is ALWAYS a problem with a mast nearby.
