  • AdzCrawford2003 Adam Crawford (@AdzCrawford2003) reported

@MixedMagicWoman @O2 The only way would be to contact customer services to get sims sent to the address registered. But if you’re not the account holder, your mum would need to be present as they need verbal consent from them before action is taken on their behalf

  • 5xl20 scott (@5xl20) reported

  • iamneilpearce Neil P (@iamneilpearce) reported

@O2 Generally everywhere. In my home in SW London I regularly have no service. In London. Quite often can’t make calls, from various areas in London. Urgently in Bournemouth and can’t access any apps whilst out and about. Don’t insult me by sending me to your help page. Be better.

  • princessnas Nasreen (@princessnas) reported

@O2 Yes I can use the telephone to make callls (albeit with very poor signal ) but when I’m outside of wifi no emails/WhatsApp/signal/apps work. I’ve tried all the usual hacks and rebooting- am completely at a loss.

  • Andy_Aech Andy Aech (@Andy_Aech) reported

@O2 I can’t seem to log into myo2 on your website. I need help with my contract sim please.

  • iamneilpearce Neil P (@iamneilpearce) reported

@O2 I was wondering if you had any plans to introduce a service worthy of this century. Truly abysmal. Hardly get a service at home in London. In Bournemouth now, might as well not take the phone out.

  • CarlyxMc Carly (@CarlyxMc) reported

@O2 Your staff member has just told us while thinking of upgrading that if we hit the spending cap we wouldn’t be able to dial emergency services. When I questioned why as this is normally a free number she said it doesn’t apply to contracts with a cap on them.
