@O2 I have switched from three to o2 and provided my PAC. I was@told it would be done by 18:00 today. I have had no signal all day and I’ve tried taking the sim out, rebooting, resetting network settings and I still have no signal. My three sim also stopped working this morning.

@O2 And now no WiFi calling, even though O2 confirmed it would work prior to me switching. Only been on the network today and I'm leaving tomorrow and moving elsewhere. 2mb download as top speed and no WiFi calling, even though it has always worked with EE. Should never have left

@O2 30 hours. So... I can call the customer service line & be assertive & rude & demand to get escalated etc etc but I'd rather not. I'm mid-Covid too so tired & can't be arsed. Is there any chance you could just escalate & sort it like you would if I did call & shout at people?

@TheO2 @O2 are an awful network and I’ve had a horrific experience with them. Not only bad signal but one of the agents unbeknown to me signed me up to a 24month contract without my knowledge. Only knew when I got text and email notifications!! Such bad service.

@O2 Thank you. Tried all of that already and still the same. Think I've made a major mistake. 2mb download in a town centre with excellent reception is terrible.

@O2 having a fun 24h. Couldn’t make outgoing calls yesterday. Spoke to o2 who told me I needed a new sim and I collected from the o2 store. Was told it would take 24h to activate the new one. Old sim stopped receiving signal at 3, I swapped the card and nothing….

@j0wh1te @O2 Hi, did you get this sorted I’m still having this issue nobody can hear me when they call or I call them. Watsapp & FaceTime all crystal clear! This is certainly an o2 problem!!!
