    @O2 I am now 5/6 weeks down the line in the worst customer service experience I have ever had! Not one person will call or answer the phone. And no evidence has been provided to help a long term customer. A total JOKE! I want my contract cancelled!

    @O2 second Monday in a row I’ve attempted to contact o2 and it is seriously like pulling teeth! Customer service in o2 over the years has massively declined! I’ve been with you over 10 years and next year when contracts are up I will be leaving. I deserve better

    @virginmedia @O2 Virgin seem to be spending their money on sending apology messages pointing to all the places you have already tried and been ignored by Cust Servs or complaints which are a jokeThey also lie about outage and do not report them on their website as many people report but not shown

    @O2 I am so appalled and disgusted now. I am 5/6 weeks down the line of THE worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!! No one will answer a call and speak to me, no one will call me. This is an absolute JOKE for a long term customer! #o2 #poorcustomerservice #Terrible

    @virginmedia @O2 Can I get a bit of help with this, as I’m going round in circles. I’ve been with O2 for years, and joined virgin last week, but I don’t know how I can combine the 2 as I’m new to one but not the other. Please help!
