@o2 hi, i hope someone can help, my wife upgraded her phone yesterday to a S21 Ultra 5g and after doing the SIMswap, she is unable to receive texts. Any texts go to her old sim and phone if its on. We've tried all the suggested solutions but nothing is working. Can anyone help?
