@TheLane15137969 @O2 Yes, but that is no good for texting. Seriously I know all the tricks in the book. You cannot use text messaging without a signal, unless it’s to an app or iPhone to iPhone, which uses WiFi- no good for banks!!

@O2 horrible customer service. Lady hung up on me because I asked her to be louder despite my phone being on maximum volume and asking them to speak louder, lady still hung up on me. ****** network coverage and service. Can’t believe I’m stuck in a contract with these idiots.

Sick of having to go half way down my garden to receive a text to confirm this bank or that payment etc all because @O2 is so ****. Stuck in a contract with a **** signal for another year. Apparently, because I knew the signal was poor, my complaint wasn’t upheld. I HATE O2
