@O2 7.8% Rise in my phone bill is just wrong! Because inflation increases it does not mean you have to follow suit. Been a customer for over 25 years and prices are getting ridiculous! #MartinLewis #o2

@O2 @dhlexpressuk I’ve had no tracking updates on my delivery which is due today, since the O2 dispatched email I received last night. Tracking number provided looks like it’s been handed over to DHL yet - can anyone help?

@O2 customer service is shocking. I’ve had two of the rudest agents. Who put you on hold then hang up. Also what’s the point in a security question, when you then want to send a text message and be given the code?? It literally says scam alert. So why would I give it out!

Well done @O2 firing up inflation by selecting the worst RPI you can find at any given time, mainly driven by fuel increases. That’s four phones less for you to worry about.

@O2 Hi again tested a few more contacts and it seems a couple are on EE and those are the people I’m not receiving messages from. Is there a known issue?

@TheLane15137969 @O2 Yes, but that is no good for texting. Seriously I know all the tricks in the book. You cannot use text messaging without a signal, unless it’s to an app or iPhone to iPhone, which uses WiFi- no good for banks!!

@O2 terrible coverage of 4G in Bristol, ever since I’ve had the phone (2 years). Your website keeps saying that the network covers it well but I consistently get 1 bar of signal when switching from 3G to 4G. Looking to come out of my contract for mis-selling, please contact me…
