So tired of the poor customer service from @O2 - over charged my by £60 on my new contract, told me this months bill of £76 would be foc to now be told it wasn’t applied in time so will be foc next month instead. Beyond terrible service!

@O2 worse provider since joining forces with the worse other provider Virgin... please be advised not to buy from O2 been with them 15 years and they are now terrible. Sky are better than Virgin also in terms of customer service
