  @JaadeSketch @O2 Jade, they are fully aware of the issue with their website and app when trying to pay a bill, but they are not doing anything about it! O2 - how many more people will it take to complain about the broken payment gateway before you actually fix the issue?

  Wow. The quality of signal and performance from @lebara since switching from @O2 which has been shite for a long time. 5G all the way on my tube journey, unlike o2. And Lebara is so much cheaper.

  @O2 You’re charging me for a SIM card I’ve never used. There are no account cancellation options on your website and your pretty much hidden online complaint form gives repeated error messages. Shall I outline my full complaint in full here?
