    @O2 Haven’t been able to make calls in Ph11 since the beginning of October due to a mast being down. Apparently you’ve been waiting to get access from the landlord for more than two months????? Just tried to call you and got cut off after waiting 42 mins.

    @O2 Now speaking to "MPUELELO" at O2. This individual has a serious attitude problem, has not bothered reading the notes and could not be bothered doing ID&V until prompted. Straight back on hold, call time now ridiculous.

    @O2 Day 51 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @ThreeUKSupport how can I get back money I’m owed? I returned a phone within the cooling off period and I’m still owed the £90 upfront fee. Every time I speak to customer service (joke title) I’m told I owe you money but I don’t! I can’t believe I was going to leave @O2 for you!
