Hey @O2 you changed my phone number without telling me and now the new one you put me on has been cut off. So now I don’t even have a number and I can’t call you to sort it out. 20+ years as a customer 🤬

@O2 You say the network is ok, but your shops says they are not. However you won’t admit that as we are still paying full price for a service that’s not fully functional!

@O2 An absolute joke of a company! I’ve been with O2 for over 10 years and never experienced such poor customer service as I have this week!! Trying to speak to a real person on the phone is virtually impossible. The web chat is a joke. 4 days and still not sorted the problem!

@virginmedia So since Friday 13 Jan, little or no TV and now Internet down all day. We have made numerous calls, with the last update stating services may be out for a further 4 days or until the engineer comes which isn’t until Friday. To make matters worse, my @O2 reception is 3G, very poor

@O2 They won't help. I've had an ongoing dialogue with customer services, your engineers department and I've now escalated the problem to my MP. The official.line is you do not own the land with the masts on and cannot access them when needed. This problem has been ongoing
