I've spent 20 minutes on @O2 website trying to get a PAC code. It's not clear. Can't do I by text it seems because I've got more than one SIM, help and contact options takes me round in a loop. What ethical reason could there be for making it so hard?

@O2 my son has complained regarding his and wife's service for months, it has fell on deaf ears, or a repetitive attempt to resolve. Which I witnessed in the O2 shop in Irvine, Ayrshire by the store manager. Why has a manager not called my son to attempt some sort of resolution?
