    I never had issue with @o2 until they merged with virgin media. Now I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. You try and use the website, pages don’t load. Information isn’t available. How do you keep on top of your account. #awfulservice #neveragain

    So we were standing in line at 7 in the morning they counted us and when we got in at the O2 and they after we sat down. They told us it was a priority line and we couldn’t enter if we didnt have prio. But we could enter as a guest with one of our friends. @TeamAriana @O2 @TheO2

    o2 please fix o2 priority presales for the love of god I cannot count on one hand anymore how many times I’ve gotten to the front of the queue for there to be no presale and it just takes me to the event listing and it just happened again with adéla FIX IT @O2
