@O2 Why when I switched contracts to you and gave a PAK code or whatever it is to keep my old number do I now have 2 numbers on the same sim card and can never be contactable on my old number but it picks and chooses which number it texts/rings people off?? Pissing me off

@O2 No, I hung up. I’m not spending my evening trying to cancel a SIM that I’ve never used because it was bundled with a virgin media product. I’ve cancelled my direct debit and this is my correspondence that I’ve cancelled the contract. You lot do what you want
