@O2 I understand that upgrades to the network etc need to take place from time to time but we have had no service for 3 days now which is unacceptable. Why can’t there be a back up plan out in place like the use of another network provider ?

@O2 I have sent via private message but happy to share experience with current or perspective customers. As you are good at rising prices each year but the customer service declines further where left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing. Happy to explain further on here

@O2 what a joke of a customer services I've been lied to on numerous occasions and then still not got my replacement phone delivered to me! People be aware of the dodgy customer service you receive where the goal posts are changed!
