    @GarethTheNerd @mhewson_MCH @O2 They do, but you’re more likely to lose or have poor connection with the cheaper package. I suspect the lower pricing means you get dumped at peak times or during routine maintenance.

    @O2 Due to your automated phone system I couldn't speak with anyone about the matter as the number wasn't my number. It was handed to debt collectors who placed the default on my credit file. I have been a customer with you on my genuine number for 18 years and never missed a payment

    @O2 Hi, it looks like you guys recently cut off my spare SIM/phone number with no warning due to the 3G switch-off. I really need this number back as it’s linked to many personal accounts so I need it for authentication purposes, hasn’t been reassigned yet, can you please help?
