Just discovered @VodafoneUK kept on charging me for an Apple Watch number that was unusable after I cancelled my phone. Meanwhile @O2 keeps chasing my wife for payments on a contract they confirmed on 3 separate occasions she'd cancelled because the SIM never came. Grrr. @WhichUK

@O2 Not changed my mind I want that ******* call back surely you guys can bloody escalate it and email someone to call @MarkEvansO2 you must be proud a customer is constantly fobbed off and forced to waited more than 4 days for a call back that "supposedly" meant to get within 24 hrs

Omg, how much of a let down are @Apple and @O2 not only did an Apple iPhone 11 become faulty around its 12 months mark BUT o2 told me to send phone back for repair then say I have to pay over £300 for a recon phone and then I find out they haven't even looked at my phone.

@O2 @giffgaff any update regarding the phone signal in Bristol area still 2 bars used to be 4 bars 4g but 3gnis faster in the area what did you do Downgraded the signal for us?

@O2 I’m still on a chat with an advisor for the 8th time! This one has been 1hr 20mins it’s a joke still no resolution! You do the ground work And find out the problem I’m fed up of typing to O2 and nothing being done

@O2 DE21 5 area. Little to no signal for voice/data even though checker says good indoors and no issues. Using 4g/wifi when at home but over the last week constant messages on my iPhone saying you've switched it off. Fed up with people sending Whatsapp asking why my phone is off

@PaulBrown_SA @O2 If it has to be that complicated, wouldn't be any harder to get a PAC code and port your number out to a service provider who perhaps cares more.
