    @O2 I have to turn my phone on and off all the time to try to get coverage, but it doesn’t always work. It’s not just me having issues either, I know of at least 10 others that can’t use your internet because it’s so poor. Why is this? Are you upgrading systems? Or just not care?

    @O2 I am so annoyed with your company. You have the audacity to take money from my account when I returned the handset within 14 day cooling off period. You took money out of my account when I'm NOT even your customer. You have a very very poor customer service centre.

    So, its come to this @O2 - absolute horrible company. I will be going public with your lack of customer service until you actually do your jobs properly. Its been 4/5 years. @Ofcom might want to look into this too :)

    10 years with @ThreeUK been with them since they were only a small company. Now can’t match a deal on a iPhone 13. Well bye bye, no loyalty shown to a customer. I’m off to @O2
