    @O2 got my daughter a new phone from 02 on Fri. Still isn't working. Guru said wait! Something isn't set up right on her a count and I can't speak to anyone. A very unhappy customer who has 4 contracts with 02. Customer service is impossible at the moment.

    @O2 Been jumping through hoops all day to try and actually speak to someone at o2. With the automated system apparently that is not a possibility. Live chat was unable to help. Anybody?

    @JPsealy @O2 The problem is o2. All up to this second I’m still not getting any proper data. I’m officially leaving o2. May I remind you I’ve been having this problem on and off for 1 and a half years. I have. I idea why I stayed for so long after my contract ended.
