  @O2 Before I send, I’d like to know what you will do about this repeated problem. The stupid app signs you out randomly then sends you on the idiotic loop of email verification, which is hit or miss when it comes to working. It’s been like this ever since the ridiculous change

  @O2 I am tired of using your My Network app to report no service, only to get a "Our network monitoring system hasn’t currently identified any issues at this location" SMS back. There is NO DATA in AL5 2RU - the centre of Harpenden town - for several months. It needs fixing!!!

  @EnigmaAkila @O2 I've had this issues for weeks now. I've had three phone calls that resulted in them saying they couldn't do anything. They sent me into a store and they had no idea about it either and reffered me back. I'm now waiting in my fourth call. It's maddening.
