@AvantiWestCoast @VodafoneUK @O2 No. I do not need your help. The bandwidth and patchy transmitter network is appalling. I used to get 9600-14400bps on the WCML in 1998 and I knew when the signal would drop. It is no better now. Despite three methods of connection to a network. This is a shambles.

@O2 o2 want £650 to repair the Phone.. they saying i have damaged the Phone when i know 100% i havnt.. the phone as been returned to me, with 2 marks highlighted saying thats the damage !!! these 2 marks was not there when i sent the Phone for inspection/repair..

@o2 I've switched my number to a new contract/ handset and my phone now has no signal or 5g access. I've been trying to get help via the support service in the @o2 app for more than 24 hours and it's always 'extremely busy and unable to connect me to an advisor'. Please help!
