@O2 you sent me an email saying you were varying my contract and I could cancel. I rang you to see if you could do anything but after 9 mins of navigating your menu and getting through, the person cut me off. So you're toast - moving to @lebara after 20 years. Bye bye.

@MartinSLewis @Ofcom Left @o2 years ago after 18 months with a mast down. After 20 plus years they lost a loyal customer. Hopefully they will lose a lot more.

@lebara you literally are the worst.. 4 days without a business line (emergency call out) because you can't port a number correctly!.. left @O2 and regret it straight away.. Anyone know if you port back out if I would take the temp or the 1/2 ported number with me
