I gather that @virginmedia now have a deal with @O2 mobile.Since this happened, the mobile data has been awful around most places I go around Surrey.Can VM please revert back and postpone the Volt service until O2 is able to provide a proper service. Perhaps @Ofcom can help you?

@O2 I’ve looked plenty. Please actually invest in your data infrastructure so it can handle the capacity you’ve sold. Just saying “oh it gets busy here sometimes, so the service we provide might be utter crap” isn’t good enough.

@O2 are a freaking shambles spoke to 4 different people in an hour cause no one seems to want to take a payment off of me and then when I finally get to start a payment they hang up on me !!!!!!

@O2 Interactions with initial rep and CRS rep have been like talking to a wall, they ignored actual complaint, responded late. These are people I would have thought would be empowered (or at least trained) to help. Emails coming from an individual in your Complaint Review Service 5/5

Let me praise @O2 as it roamed in the USA with no issue *and* included in my tariff. More than I can say for my work-issued line on a provider that shall not be named.
