Dear @O2 it's beyond appalling that 5 months after reporting issues with your network they're still ongoing, I still get next to know signal at work or on the journey home, it's not even about money anymore, it's just outright pathetic your lack of acknowledgement of the issue

@O2 Help please! Whenever I try and call my voicemail (currently one to listen to) or dial 202 to get support from you my phone ends the call immediately without dialling. Seeing the notification is driving me crazy! I can dial out to other numbers. Please help!

@O2 Needless to say, @O2, I'm not happy at paying full price for a service that I'm not receiving most of the month, given I'm in work 40-odd hours a week and often in Swansea town centre at the weekend. I would appreciate someone contacting me to propose a decent compromise.

@O2 I'm paying insurance on my devices, yet O2 customer services cannot explain why I'm not covered via their systems information. I am not able to make a claim due to an apparent mistake on their system. Very frustrating 😕 Poor service.

On Saturday, I spoke to my friends about @O2 priority tickets, and O2 has not stopped calling me. I am not even an O2 customer. This is getting creepy and you need to stop. Remove my number from that list. Av told your callers n am telling you now.

@O2 No 5G in large parts of Newcastle city centre is pretty poor. In 2022 I don’t think it’s too much to expect a decent signal in a city centre.
