@O2 I've been in touch, of course it took them more than the 48 hours you have to cancel payment for them to get back to me with proof of the "screen burn". A quick look at trustpilot and your own community forums shows this is a blatant SCAM. Not chuffed.

@O2 I rung them & wasnt any option about orders only if you have a personal or business mobile phone & have issues with lost phones nothing to do with online order. Surely there’s a quicker & easier way to do it?

Cold call “on behalf of @O2” today offering early upgrade. Told them I wasn’t interested. An hour later, 3 emails saying my account had been upgraded. (For over double what I’m currently paying) @O2 cust service very poor in dealing with it. Issue still outstanding.

@O2 Guess what didn’t happen? And I’m not patient, I’m furious. This is O2’s mistake and O2’s tardiness in fixing it or even contacting me at all is literally holding me back. You’ve ruined my credit score at the worst time when I need to get a mortgage.

@AFC_GLEN @O2 No mate. I did the same in November. Leave the vodaphone chip in until it cuts out then put the O2 one in. Contract with Vodaphone should automatically terminate

@O2 In the last 4 months my signal strength in my house has gone from top class 4g full bars To one bar and sometime E What are you doing in the TS8 9 ?? Been a customer for a very very long time
