    @O2 @xandvt Twitter to the rescue again. So much quicker to rectify problems when you can send a DM to customer serv. I have had great immediate results with Waterstones, Interflora &Odeon. Lets hope @02 can deliver too. Im sorry about your friend..what an awful thing to happen
