    @O2 Is there network issues or something? I switched from ee to o2, thinking network connection would be better, but all i have had sijce switchin is errors, and signal issues. My 5g shows as havijg 2-3 bars of service yet it keeps sayin checking network whenever im usin the internet

    @O2 why do I have to raise a complaint just to get an issues resolved when your app glitches and I end up purchasing 2 bolt ons I don’t even need. You state that the purchase follows a text or email regarding the purchase and how to cancel but I didn’t receive anything. Very poor

    @virginmedia @O2 Hi. In this instance speaking through Virgin Media, it was set up without my knowledge and without a written or verbal contract. I am in the middle of this mess now and have looked a complaint. Thank you
