    OMG @O2 are doing work nearby so no 4G in the office. Had to sign a form last week to say we wouldn’t use the office internet either, other than for professional stuff. Work‘s awful when there’s only, well, work to focus on. It’s like the olden days 😳

    @O2 hi there, bit of a peculiar one. (customer service phone was no help, myo2 has been busy for an hour) trying to help mum upgrade her phone, we got to the very last stage of upgrading on the app, moneys taken out and contracts been emailed, but it wouldn’t let us confirm (1/2)
