    @O2 my son has changed network provider from o2 to ee. Waiting 5 days now for tel no to be transferred. Unable to get thru and no response to messages. Its crucial he has a working phone especially at this time. Shameful customer service.....

    Thanks to Paul @SkyUK who responded to my tweet, replied and then called me, I’ve just got 2 x 10GB sim only deals for a total of £26pm - saving me £15pm verses @o2 and giving James 10x data. And we can roll it over. @o2 just replied saying they couldn’t help!

    @O2 I appreciate theres obviously a serious issue, I’ve never known signal to be down for so long at one time. There needs to be a conversation at some stage regarding a substantial reimbursement on this months tariff, because to not have any signal whatsoever for this long is a pain

    Absolutely awful customer service from Awais at @O2 call centre. Takes 5 days to get an unlock code so that I can use my phone on another network and my o2 line finishes tomorrow! @Ofcom @WhichUK manager was in a 'meeting' and will get back to me by 9pm tonight. #stayawayfromo2

    @O2 Terrible customer service, AGAIN. Promised a call on Monday morning. Came whilst I was out of reception (No surprise there!) Voicemail left saying you would try again. Nothing all week. Another reason not to actually upgrade and to leave O2.

    @pensionmonkey @O2 Yes we can do wifi calling but even round at the in laws we cant get signal to make a phone call

    @O2 B11HQ B4 B42 B44 They are my main postcodes, they used to be fantastic, for about 3 months now signal has drilled into the ground.

    Why is @O2 so rubbish? Middle of a train station in a City Centre and can't send an image or message on WhatsApp 😭 worst thing I did switching networks.

    I want to ring my son today to wish him a happy birthday. Trouble is I'm on @O2 so can't use my mobile network and I have a @Google pixel 6 pro, so WiFi calling doest work either. I get a bonus next year, going to go on holiday so I can use my phone!

    @kylesoo @O2 You’d think it would be a little better outside the city but it’s not. I’m just outside greater Manchester and my signal goes from full 4G to nothing all the time. Kind of infuriating when you rely on the connectivity for work. Definitely oversubscribed.
