    Ordered an item on @O2 - got an email to say it would be delayed... and have heard nothing whatsoever since. No idea if I’ll get it this year... or ever. Zero customer service to speak to either. Blame it all on #COVIDー19 no doubt!

    @danboq @VodafoneUK At least @O2 only fob me off once every two weeks 🤪 And they don’t even give a reason, just knock the date back every time 🤣 As long as I have signal in time so I can send my Xmas texts I’ll be a happy chap

    @O2 I had issues with myo2 for over one year and I have asked for help to sought the issue of not able to login to check my bills. It doesn't matter how many times I change the password it still says it's wrong

    @O2 why its taken 2 months to get a blank sim. And when it arrives my nb not transferred . For the last 2 weeks trying to activate the sim and is blocked . Dispute resolution depart just on hold and not respond.# reasonable request. Now still not resolved.

    @O2 Amendment Team and Credit Referral have ignored EVERY email I’ve sent. I’m back to customer services telling me they’ve sent a form over and to wait for a call again. O2 can see the payment and yet told Equifax that the data wouldn’t be changed. I’m sick to the back teeth of this
