    @O2 extremely unsatisfied with the level of customer service this morning. I spoke to an advisor to apply a discount code which was provided by O2 (13 digits) and was told “don’t know where you got that from they should be 5 digits” - your website, that’s where! #mostunhelpful

    @RobinTheTwit @O2 I reply again to say they are now breaking the law because you legally MUST tell a customer “your statutory rights are not affected” because the law overrides any contract and they still don’t get it and tell me I’m not entitled. I’ve saved the correspondence to report it.
