    @O2 I had a issue with my billing and spoke to several of your phone assistants who did not help much at all, kept batting me off to Ariel Direct who also were useless. I finally got through to Tracy who explained the situation in 2 mins and resolved the issue, pls reward her.

    Husband had to pay over a tenner for 1gb of data to get me through until this new plan starts, and the new plan will be costing £6 a month more than before, all because of @O2's total ineptitude & barefaced lies, so you can damn well guarantee we'll be going to @ofcom with it.
