@O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

@O2 I’ve been with you the grand total of 3 days and already regretting switching to you! Can’t even get switching my number right. Had no working number for a day and you can’t tell me when I will actually have a working phone number! Shocking service!

@O2 I am off to america tomorrow for 5 month and someone from o2 has said I need to stay in country otherwise technical problem can’t be fixed. Is this delay a method of encouraging me to leave country so you can operate outside of guidelines

@O2 Hi. Is there absolutely no way of getting this sorted digitally? My number is on your old system and the instore clerk has said he can’t help me unless I got to Aberdeen where their shops are on the new system. I really need access to this number along with the data services.

@O2 number should have ported from Vodafone. Still not working, old SIM has stopped, customer services just say it’s in progress. Have turned phone on and off several times, still no joy! Frustrated #o2 #poorcustomerservice

Absolutely shocking (lack of) service from @O2 and @DPD with my phone which I ordered on 9th December and has still not arrived. DPD won't respond, O2 reply with unhelpful comments. Meanwhile Samsung say that I've missed the deadline for their £300 cashback.

@O2 I've given my PAC code, and followed the text message instructions to swap over my number from Virgin a week ago, but the number hasn't changed yet. Help please, my old contract will end soon, and no-one will know this new number.
