Hey @o2 did you sell all of your masts so that your deal with @virginmedia could go through because if having no signal at home for 2 years isn’t bad enough, I can’t get any signal pretty much anywhere in London. One of the biggest cities in the world. 🙄

@O2 Understood and it’s clearly my fault for not checking. It’s just very painful right now so thought I’d check to see if there’s anything you could help me out with. I know calls abroad can be expensive but £99 is a huge bill to be hit with for two relatively short calls 🥺

@O2 is the worst for coverage. Barely any service in my house or my parents house in a major city in West Yorkshire. Bought a Ring alarm and the backup O2 sim has 1 bar or no coverage!!!
