    @O2 how long are you going to put this off? 3x I’ve waited weeks for a manager to call within 48hrs. 25/11 I’ve waited for the fraud team to contact me within 28 days. All you’ve done is send me letters, affect my credit score & hung up on me. Worst customer service imaginable

    @O2 And now no WiFi calling, even though O2 confirmed it would work prior to me switching. Only been on the network today and I'm leaving tomorrow and moving elsewhere. 2mb download as top speed and no WiFi calling, even though it has always worked with EE. Should never have left

    @O2 very disappointed, ordered a new phone and contract over a week ago, was told delivery in 48 hours, still waiting, contacted o2 and they was no help, not a good start to a 3 year contract, want to cancel already!!!😡

    Please help @O2 I did a sim swap yesterday, was told it would all be sorted within an hour but my new sim is still not working. Don’t want to be without a workable phone!

    Hi @O2 I have no signal over 24hrs after completing swap my sim. Trying to contact you on the app but saying you are busy already. Can you help please? I have a 3month old baby and my phone is my only means of contact. Therefore no signal is not ideal. TIA

    @O2 I've never had this issue before but overnight I seem to have had some sort of parental lock put on my account. I've forgotten password & my security answer to reset my password & cannot find another contact method to help/rectify. Please help!

    @O2 Transferred to O2 from Vodafone today and starting to wish i hadn’t bothered, my number still isn’t ported over from Vodafone, without service all day, really poor service you should be used to this process by now.🤬😤

    @O2 Just followed link from MSE website to O2 for sim only 12mth deal. It processed with my current number but, whilst O2 website clearly showed 6mth £0 airtime deal (I have a screenshot of this!), o2 claim it doesn’t exist….spoke for 1.5hrs to 5 o2 staff - Help, Not sorted!
