Finally got onto a supervisor who said pay or we will face service disruption, I told them I would pay but wasn’t happy, they reissued the threat and hung up.

Town centres seem to have way too little capacity so just unusable, if you get a signal!!! Not sure what sort of area O2 actually works in to be honest!!!

Benjamin Webster (@benjaminlfc) reported@CherryBooBopper @O2 If submitted to the complaint review service email address you’ll be lucky if you hear anything what you will get is an automated email after 4 weeks telling you they’re still looking into the complaint, you’ll then get one after 8 weeks stating you can go to CISAS and only after going to them will you get a response from O2

WHY? Do I need to go to @Ofcom to report you or are you going to fix it? Selling deals you cannot provide.
