@O2 I’ve been with you the grand total of 3 days and already regretting switching to you! Can’t even get switching my number right. Had no working number for a day and you can’t tell me when I will actually have a working phone number! Shocking service!

@O2 I know maintenance is necessary, but no phone service until 8pm tomorrow night = nearly 48 hours with no service. Can't you focus on overnight works? Phones are essential for people work from home.

@O2 Okay - if someone would like to tell me what you need, it would help. Looks like your DM software is just repeating your open tweet messages.

@O2 I finally got it to work but not having a different option when someone lives somewhere with virtually no network is a bit stupid.... I could have received a call via WiFi calling but texts only come through when they feel like it! (P.S I like having no network btw!)

I see @O2 have adopted the @virginmedia customer service process already ready for the takeover. Expect long delays in the future especially if you are a new customer.

@O2 McDonald code not working. Tweeting is apparently the only way for support. First said code not valid and then it had already been used.

@O2 OK, can this message be passed on to someone to action, feel bad service having to have to ring back up again, when promised will be sent out

Literally the only reason I use @o2 now, is because no other provider can get a decent service to my rural location. Since Virgin took control, it's become a massive up-sell operation.
