    Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

    Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

    The @O2 network has to be the worst ever. Even with a strong 4G signal, you still can’t get any data use!!! Certainly over subscribed. #notfitforpurpose #OFCOM

    @O2 I’ve been with you the grand total of 3 days and already regretting switching to you! Can’t even get switching my number right. Had no working number for a day and you can’t tell me when I will actually have a working phone number! Shocking service!

    @O2 hi, I returned a sim card to you, part of an @virginmedia VOLT deal, but I cancelled it the day after (within14days). Therefore this deal was also cancelled too. Yet you’ve taken £11 odd from me. Please return this to me. I am not an 02 customer as I cancelled. Thank you.

    Anyone having issues with @O2 ? Been receiving notifications that O2 has turned off 4g calls on my account. For months I’ve had to turn phone off and on daily to receive some form of signal. Even changed phone and SIM cards to make sure. O2 has not been able to solve.

    @O2 Latest is I'm waiting for another manager call so on a wait list for 48hrs despite just being on one. 22nd Nov I paid to upgrade then cancelled as ordered wring colour so next day I paid to upgrade and chose the right colour but was never refunded my initial payment

    @O2 I've replied however this is a know issue with these receivers where network operators reduce the speeds. I get 30mb on my phone and 0.5mb on the large dish. This makes no sense

    Hey @O2 take this as my complaint for the terrible customer servkce regarding a bill that we are disputing. Havent been able to sort ot for nearly 6 months awful...don't use @GooglePlay you have been awful too. Said yiu refunded but nothing and no help!! Terrible!

    @O2 most shocking poor customer service in the teesside park store middlesbrough, not only are they advertising phones and tariff's that have expired but when i asked to talk to the manager via assistant he totally ignored us, finished his computer work then walked away !
