    @O2 Been like it a week at peak times, two visits to O2 shop, 6 phone calls. Network busy is the reply. The mast is not strong enough to cope with all visitor usage in seasonal town. Sort it out, I’m paying for a service which I’m not receiving. #scarborough

    @O2 imagine chasing a complaint regarding illegal collections activity against a bankrupt person for a year despite being assured it was resolved. Imagine spending 2 hours on the phone yesterday and refused a manager live. (1/4)

    @O2 called yesterday because my bill was overdue, told customer service I will be paying it tomorrow when I get paid and not to switch it off as I need it for work, was told that was fine and it would be left on, woke up thismorning and it’s off😡nice 1 o2.

    @O2 still zero phone signal here, Guys. Just remind me what I’m paying you for? Could somebody please check to see what the problem is? Places I’ve been in the world with a better phone signal…..almost everywhere…..PLEASE!

    @O2 seen a deal ..samsung galaxy 21+ 256gb. 121gb data £272 up front for £33 per month . Why can't o2 do the same deal???? Terrible service for loyal customers !!!

    @O2 Yes it affects calls but the absence of data signal is very frustrating, particularly as the service used to be very good.
