Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

@O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

@O2 I’ve been with you the grand total of 3 days and already regretting switching to you! Can’t even get switching my number right. Had no working number for a day and you can’t tell me when I will actually have a working phone number! Shocking service!

@virginmedia @VMO2News @O2 Took the ‘free’ benefit out last week, was happy until my bill arrived today. My package cost has increased by £1.79 an month Volt M350 Fibre Broadband. @ZakVanHouten @O2 Exactly what i went through, my account difficulties even after reaching their support service and all i got was Robotic mail replying me until a friend of mine now referred me to Unimeta_tech on Instagram he was the one who helped me retrieved mine dm him he can help you
