    I am a @virginmedia and @O2 customer. Can these companies tell me how I activate #VOLT ? My O2 account even says my address can’t get Virgin Media broadband?! It can. I have it.

    @O2 Its not a very good look when I’ve had 2 of your agents put the phone down on me when ‘transferring’ to another department. It’s also not a good look when you send me a cheque and a default notice within a month of each other. Even worse when the accounts been closed 2 months

    Trying to get a PAC from @O2 but getting the runaround. Text reply not working. They even phoned me to tell me to call another number. Then on hold 30 mins, and now cut off.

    @O2 the worst customer service! No signal where I am at the moment, can’t set up WiFi calling on my phone and I’m being told to call you….with what signal? Let’s hope I don’t go into labour today and can’t reach anyone yeah? Stupid

    @O2 spent 3 days trying to contact customer service. Online chat lets me fill everything in then says unavailable.
