@O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

@O2 I’ve been with you the grand total of 3 days and already regretting switching to you! Can’t even get switching my number right. Had no working number for a day and you can’t tell me when I will actually have a working phone number! Shocking service!

@O2 Number porting seems to have failed. O2 SIM went down yesterday and was told I had to wait until 6pm today. Still nothing and the old SIM has obviously stopped working too. Not a good introduction to O2

@SJ_Selina Thanks love. Going for 7. Just had to cancel my order with @O2 though as they’ve not sent me a confirmation email yet the watch is expected tomorrow. They’ve been all over me all day but unsurprisingly post sales they’re CBA. Total shambles! Apple shop for me tomorrow!
