@O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

@O2 I’ve been with you the grand total of 3 days and already regretting switching to you! Can’t even get switching my number right. Had no working number for a day and you can’t tell me when I will actually have a working phone number! Shocking service!

@O2 just joined o2 and can’t login. Spent more time talking to the support team who have no idea what to do and promise callbacks that don’t happen. When I try to login it just says ‘your o2 account has not been activated’. Can anyone help me?!

@O2 lost the phone number I've had for 10+ years, then I was without service for nearly TWO WEEKS while it was being 'fixed' - now my phone number is still lost, and they actually billed me for a phone I barely got to use over the last month. Absolutely fuming.
