@O2 Donating internet connection? The O2 mast that serves our area has been down for over a week. No connection whatsoever and you're doing nothing about it. Why not? I'm paying you for nothing in return - maybe that's why.

@PeterMatza @patsy_murrell @O2 They are on TV almost 24/7 which I can choose to watch or switch off. I didn’t ask O2 to send me health messages on a service I pay for. What next? “You have used up your carbon points for this week - go home” Sounds inconceivable? Are you sure?
