@O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

@virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 I asked for a remote control for the last 6 moths and you have failed to issue the remote control. Customer service is vile. They are rude and disrespectful. I will be cancelling my 15 year subscription and raise this with the financial ombudsman.

@O2 Day 94 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

The one place I need signal - the office and for some reason @O2 is the only network to that doesn’t work at my office in Birmingham city centre! No point showing full signal if network doesn’t connect to anything! Not sure how many times I need to raise this issue!
