@O2 joined last weds. Gave PAC code and still on 02 number. Online advice is no help. No advisors free to webchat. Telephone customer service line hangs up. Not enjoying my first impression……please fix urgently.

@O2 Absolute crap becareful if you want to leave 02 as since last Tues has taken me 5 attempts to get through and even then some melts who work for the company hang up or just make it difficult for you ffs as would understand if I was rude etc but nope I kept calm which is unlike me

2h on the phone with @O2 to undo the 💩 they made... and that's after multiple disconnected calls over the course of 3 months... still not on the right plan but at least the stupid £500 debt is gone
