    @O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

    @O2 I’ve been with you the grand total of 3 days and already regretting switching to you! Can’t even get switching my number right. Had no working number for a day and you can’t tell me when I will actually have a working phone number! Shocking service!

    @O2 great, no service, again, no updates til 20th Dec, brilliant…..meantime stop calling me asking me to upgrade, you cannot be serious when I can barely get 4G. Only thing happening next year will be me going back to Vodafone
