    @brightonsnapper @O2 Yeah done that with Vodafone and they done the same thing......! Complained over poor signal strength but yet there was nothing wrong with signal strength for the first few weeks; then nothing! Refused to pay and they sent the hounds out 'stating i was breaking the contract!

    @O2 Day 115 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @DrDingBat1 @O2 I have exactly the same problem! Fortunately I cancelled the dd that Virgin requested without my knowledge. Come on @o2, sort this out for us please.

    @sabphotos69 @O2 I can barely get 3G or make a phone call! The network it’s t fit for purpose! Then they have the audacity to hike their prices!!!

    @O2 I first noticed it about lunchtime when I went to make a call. Its always bad but I can usually get a call out from my office window. I assume its eSIM related.

    @O2 How do I make the My O2 App work again. I have tried resetting the password, uninstslling and re-installing the app and calling O2 customer services three times but it still doesn't work. Is there someone with more technical knowledge than customer services who can help?
