@virginmedia Yep and we've just been told it will be 2 days before an engineer can visit. The combination of Virgin Media and @O2 is a digital media match made in hell. So bad at what they do!

One my friends is trying to set up a dongle with you over the phone. Whenever they ring 0344 809 0202 the customer service line, it transfers them to a dodgy fraud number. Any ideas? @O2

@O2 Oh it’s just going from bad to worse!! So there is no link between the fact that my new phone was due to be delivered today ( which hasn’t come) & the fact my SIM card suddenly stopped working ? I think uhave cancelled me in error? My hubby had had his phone & his sim is fine
