@O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

@O2 I’ve been with you the grand total of 3 days and already regretting switching to you! Can’t even get switching my number right. Had no working number for a day and you can’t tell me when I will actually have a working phone number! Shocking service!

Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

@o2 returning an o2 device plan is impossible you are continuing to take money off me after I’ve sent the headphones back. This is shocking and customer service don’t seem to be able to fix this is 2021 how can you not refund somebody and cancel a device plan. Huge complaint here

@garyfranklin @O2 Let me? Out of a contract they’re not fulfilling. I can walk away any time if they’re not providing the service but they’ve essentially said they’re not sending anyone out to check it and we can all just go elsewhere. O2 are useless.

@O2 @O2 1hr 38 minutes and I'm transfered by mistake to DPD who cannot help me and have said I have to call back again. Human error is fine, but I cannot spend 3 hours on a phone trying to find out 1 piece of information. Because I know it'll be another 90 minutes on hold!!!!! Help!
