    @O2 I’ve been with you the grand total of 3 days and already regretting switching to you! Can’t even get switching my number right. Had no working number for a day and you can’t tell me when I will actually have a working phone number! Shocking service!

    @O2 I have checked the network and it says a mast in the area isn’t working properly. Any idea on a time frame for it to be fixed?

    So I call @O2 customer services and after about 2 hours of waiting and finally getting through they can't help me. They suggest I go to a shop only to be told they can't help me and I need to call customer services!!! Seriously the worst service ever!

    @O2 I'm a virgin media volt customer as part of that I had to take an O2 sim, virgin are increasing prices mid contract and say I can leave charge free including the O2 sim but when contacting O2 they say there are early termination charges. Please update your staff

    @rolo2rolo @stephenblevins9 @O2 I find it amazing that companies like this never get held to account and you still have to pay full whack for only part of a service but I assume that’s all in the huge contracts we sign without reading!

    @stephenblevins9 @O2 It’s been really bad in Markethill now since the middle of January. I’m Vodafone and it was bad too around the same time but it’s been better now for a few weeks. My wife is O2 and it’s still not great
