Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

@O2 I’ve been with you the grand total of 3 days and already regretting switching to you! Can’t even get switching my number right. Had no working number for a day and you can’t tell me when I will actually have a working phone number! Shocking service!

@O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

@O2 She was told that as it had been raised to the fraud team she would not be receiving anymore payment notice letters, yet received 2 more this weekend saying that this issue had been turned over to a debt collection agency

@JBooLJRB @O2 Hey dude, word of advise from me, if I were you, I'd tag O2's CEO Mark Evans into this conversation if they are not calling you back. O2 told me in March they'd call me back within 24hr and never did after 5 days, they only called me back when I tagged Mark into the conversation
