    The @O2 network has to be the worst ever. Even with a strong 4G signal, you still can’t get any data use!!! Certainly over subscribed. #notfitforpurpose #OFCOM

    @O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

    Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

    @O2 I’ve been with you the grand total of 3 days and already regretting switching to you! Can’t even get switching my number right. Had no working number for a day and you can’t tell me when I will actually have a working phone number! Shocking service!

    Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

    @O2 we’re having issues with our O2 signal NN15 area, unable to make calls, when we do they cut off, we are self employed & need our mobiles for work, we have tried turning everything off etc as you have suggested to others but it’s not working. Need this resolved asap please

    I've been an @O2 PAYG customer for over 15years. Recently I've been getting a "New voicemail" message - why? I have purposly never enabled voicemail since it costs 35p a time to check.

    @O2 Oh no this was different. Everytime I spoke he put me on mute. When I asked him to relay what I had said he couldn’t tell me. He was putting me on mute and not listening. Your entire service has been absolutely shocking since the merge with Virgin. Can’t even get signal

    @O2 there is a complete lack of mobile signal in central Reading, including the area directly over the railway station. Is there any chance of this being rectified any time soon? It’s been going on for months

    @benjaminlfc @O2 @virginmedia It's always the private browser software they fail on. Always states, "Access denied to this page" yet the options button asks me if, "I want to log out?" Funny that...
