    @O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

    @O2 I have tried to cancel my contract/account via the live chat and by calling customer services. I cannot pass the security verification as I have never used the sim card connected to the account, it was taken as a volt bundle with my virgin media services. How can you help?

    @Ofcom - Since @O2 joined with @virginmedia the customer service has declined considerably sadly. My online account /app has been locked for weeks now. Lots of phone calls/DM’s/emails. Lots of promises & no action. Feel like am bashing my head against a brick wall. Help please ?
