@O2 Yes, everything is up to date, including payments on the app? No recent changes have been made. It is really odd. I still cannot make or receive calls, and it is not connecting to your network.

@O2 Hi, can you please help me. My phone is saying it is not registered to the O2 network for some reason, and I can not make or receive calls. I have tried resetting the phone and taking out and replacing the SIM, but still no luck. I need to have cellular coverage urgently. TIA

@O2 I have provided all the information via DM but still heard nothing back. I'm afraid I will have to cancel my bill with you due to a lack of service if this is not resolved immediately. This is so unacceptable.

@O2 This is constant, and I’ve already experienced poor service from o2 when I was claiming on my insurance for a damaged phone back in December ‘22. Not good when I work full time, have 2 wee ones (one with complex needs) and can’t be glued to my phone “on hold” Needs sorting.

Feeling that it is a bit strange that the longest I have actually spent on a phone call is waiting to port my number to @O2. @O2 is this really what your customer service is like? Waiting for 35 minutes to speak to someone with a potential queue of an hour!

@virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 Do not sign up with Virgin. Customer services truly awful. Although no fault of my own, did fail credit score because of virgin media. Consequently I am paying over 3k a year on my mortgage. Truly a dreadful company. Sky is better.
