@O2 I’ve been with you the grand total of 3 days and already regretting switching to you! Can’t even get switching my number right. Had no working number for a day and you can’t tell me when I will actually have a working phone number! Shocking service!

@O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

@O2 hi, I had my phone stolen tonight and your community pages say the phoneline to report this is 24 hours but when I call, the message says the line is closed. Can you please help? I’m concerned about waiting too long to report this and get my SIM barred

@O2 How can it be active if it’s in the post? I don’t actually care about the money as it’s not a huge amount just that it’s a bit poor to bill someone for a SIM card they didn’t even have in their possession during those “billable” days

@GOTSA_ @TalkTalk @O2 Leave them a review on TrustPilot and they will remember you exist. They did similar to me at the end of 2020 over Xmas leaving me without service when I run my business from home.

@TalkTalk are also refusing to compensate me even though I’d be liable for charges if I missed the appt. can anyone help me claim money back? Or maybe @O2 could help and put me on a higher tarriff and I wave my data charges? Either way I desperately need the net for work!
