@O2 I’ve been with you the grand total of 3 days and already regretting switching to you! Can’t even get switching my number right. Had no working number for a day and you can’t tell me when I will actually have a working phone number! Shocking service!

@O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

Just had some excellent customer service from @O2 although they couldnt offer me what i was really looking for it was a better service provided than my current provider @ThreeUK has given.

@O2 - I'm being over charged on 2 new O2 contracts but it is impossible to talk to them to resolve the matter as their automated call system just cuts you off. What do I have to do to speak to someone ? Useless customer service !

@virginmedia @O2 Virgin Media are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Won’t let me cancel even though they’ve not upheld their part of the contract. Internet has been intermittent for 6 months yet want to charge me £140 disconnection fee. Do not enter into a contract! You’ve been warned
