Oh my god sat listening to the sister trying to cancel dad's @O2 contract who passed away end of last year. I can't believe how they are treating her. One of them has just hung up this is fukin disgusting

@O2 So after waiting nearly a month for a refund, yet again waiting another 5 working days as it was never put through as a refund. No compensation when it’s a breach of basic rights, as a refund should be done within a 2 week period. How do I put a complaint in?
