    @O2 I’ve been with you the grand total of 3 days and already regretting switching to you! Can’t even get switching my number right. Had no working number for a day and you can’t tell me when I will actually have a working phone number! Shocking service!

    @O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

    @O2 It's always been poor slow data and voice calls cutting of now it's unacceptable to point where every 30 seconds or so the voice call cuts out

    @O2 Just joined you. Haven't had signal for a single minute since joining. Customer services hung up 4 times after being on hold for over 2 hours total. Can't obtain a simple PAC code to leave you...luckily still within cooling period. Feel sorry for your contracted customers!

    @O2 hey guys, trying to redeem my 3 months free Apple Music for existing customers through O2 Priority, but unable to do so as I am being told the offer cannot be redeemed with my current subscription (I am currently on a student plan). Any help would be appreciated!

    @O2 My original contract was done through carphone Warehouse & was handed back to you when they closed down. Do your stores still offer the service of downgrading handsets? I am finding my screen a bit too small & would like a bigger (plus size) handset instead of my iPhone 12.

    @O2 - need a simple PAC code. Have called 4 times and the agents keep hanging up. Cannot message as SMS not working. Why is it so difficult to complete simple tasks...???

    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    @O2 4 phone calls today and a shop visit! Partner in tears, kids been let down for a week now!! Been lied to, hung up on, false names been given 😳, calls not been returned!! Only interested in sales!!!

    @O2 Hi, you sent me a 6month free Apple Music offer the other day - thanks! But when I added it it was only for 3 months.. I contacted Apple & they said the code was for 3 & suggested contacting you… can you help?
