    @O2 is there an option to setup a direct debit without making a phone call? It used to be set up but for some reason didn't change when I used the Switch service to move banks and I'm fed up of being told I'm behind on a payment. Can I do it via the app? Thanks

    @O2 I have sent the Dm. I have scored the customer satisfaction survey I have been sent as very dissatisfied across the board. I have asked for a call back from someone in head office. I will escalate to the ombudsman if this isnt resolved by Thursday

    @O2 Two o2 employees have mentioned the practice, yes I’m a pay monthly customer. I think some of trading standards org need to investigate this practice it sounds odd to me
