    @O2 Sitting here at Costa enjoying a latte. Not enjoying the Internet connection that is utterly rubbish as always. It has been for a few years, I gave up on it hopefully being fixed. Paying for 5GB data that I can’t ever spend because it just is slow as snails.

    @O2 how you are justifying a increase in price is absolutely scandalous. You’re signal in recent months has been the worst I have ever used. Paying for 5G and get it no where. 4G system is as useful as Gary Glitter looking after 12 year olds. This needs sorting out. 13% increase!

    @O2 I have 0 signal at all on my phone. No phone signal, no data signal, nothing and my phone says "Service state - Out of service". I am waiting for a 5G SIM, is it possible they've disconnected my old SIM or is my area having problems despite status page saying all fine?

    Ordered a phone from @O2 on Monday I’m still waiting for the order to be reviewed presumably your systems are via carrier pigeon im now tempted to cancel this order the delay is unacceptable in this day and age
