@O2 yep, at home in North Somerset, in my local village centre and various locations across central Bristol. Your network is terrible in the major places I live, shop, work and socialise. I’m not even gonna bother seeing what its like in London next week

What annoys me about 2022 is that the only way to get customer service departments to talk to you is to tweet them. With that in mind @O2 can you get in touch. I can't penetrate your system.

@andrejpwalker @O2 It should be law that every head of customer services has separate queues at every business and made to wait for two hours at least. “Here for dinner. Over there in the two hour queue. Come to see the concert? Over there mate.”

@O2 what’s going on with the priority app? I click sign in with O2, enter my number and the code I receive and then it keeps going back to the sign in page and having to request a code. Tried multiple times!
