    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    @O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

    @O2 There are no listed issues in my area, I am in contract period. Since you launched 5G in the area the 4G network seems to have ground to a halt.

    @O2 what the hell is going on in the BL2 6 area .. its been all month the service has been shocking. I can't access Internet make calls or contact an agent on the online chat even when on WiFi..

    @c17yb8b3 @O2 I'm with them apart from charging me 150 quid for 150 Meg of data in Turkey they've been OK. Though they are 1 step away from losing a customer of around 20 years if they try that stunt again!

    @O2 I’ve just had a scam call from 0330 390 3771 impersonating O2, asking me to tell them the security code that had been sent to me in a text message. Thanks to the wording of the message warning me staff would never ask for the code, I knew not to give the code to the scammers.

    @O2 hi, my phone bill was supposed to come out today but the payment still hasn’t been taken? i’ve had a direct debit set up to come out on the 21st each month for a long time now and it’s never done this before. enough money in the account, usually comes out around 3am.
