@O2 shocking service from o2 in Wilmslow. 5 new handsets through business and a few can’t be processed due to error. Assured error would be corrected today, it was but then it wasn’t. Messed up my morning yesterday, afternoon today and still two missing handsets.

I've been an @O2 customer for over 20 years, but these latest mid-contract price hikes are unsustainable. Only reason I even have a SIM is because of 2FA, otherwise I would go SIM-free Wi-Fi only. I'll probably be switching to @giffgaff or @LebaraMobileUK soon. Well done, #O2!

So @O2 have decided they will be increasing airtime plans by £2.50 from April 2026 instead of £1.80 What is the justification for this larger increase, and what will customers see in terms of benefits/better service, or is this just to keep shareholder profits nice and high

@Ofcom The only scams are when companies like @O2 put their prices up mid-contract. How about clamping down on that @Ofcom? You are not fit for purpose, I feel internet and mobile companies are scamming consumers every April and you do nothing to protect us from these unnecessary hikes
