    @O2 Hey - I have checked the guide. It’s not my device as it worked 100% better on a recent trip to France. It’s not the environment as this is something I experience everywhere (in Leicester, in Manchester, on trains, at festivals) - but your signal checker says I have good 4G.

    @arokorol @Shimshon1800 @O2 O2 may be preferring Paltel as a roaming provider but I'd more bet on the provider aiming an especially "hot" sector at the airport to capture roaming traffic and generate revenue. A simple manual network selection will cure that. But they're so close together that it does happen. Same occurs when in the North, can get alerts roaming onto Alfa or Spacetel and data is HORRIFICALLY expensive on those.

    @O2 why can't I DM you? I've got terrible connectivity this weekend (in the Gretna area), is there maintenance going on? I rely on O2 for Internet and Streaming services (as the broadband here is worse than mobile signal..) and usually it is JUST about sufficient to use O2.

    @O2 Due to your automated phone system I couldn't speak with anyone about the matter as the number wasn't my number. It was handed to debt collectors who placed the default on my credit file. I have been a customer with you on my genuine number for 18 years and never missed a payment
