@O2 Hi. Yes, she is unable to relay the code to me. I was also told that, in order to cancel the account entirely, I’d also have to relay a code. I registered a security word when I set the account up. I’ve provided this. But I am still unable to admin/run my account. This is crazy.

  • SawdayJames
James Sawday (@SawdayJames) reported from Manchester, England

@O2 Hey - I have checked the guide. It’s not my device as it worked 100% better on a recent trip to France. It’s not the environment as this is something I experience everywhere (in Leicester, in Manchester, on trains, at festivals) - but your signal checker says I have good 4G.

  • alid7997
Alastair (@alid7997) reported from Manchester, England

@O2 why is your signal in Manchester so, so ****?!

  • SawdayJames
James Sawday (@SawdayJames) reported from Manchester, England

Hello @O2 your network coverage across the UK is awful: there’s about one street in Manchester where I get a useable 4G signal and nowhere else. Definitely isn’t my devise as I’ve just been abroad and the signal worked perfectly. What are my options please?

  • tybsz
Colin Tyborczyk (@tybsz) reported from Manchester, England

@O2 I've been experiencing really low download speeds recently, is there a problem with the network?

  • ZackHallam
Zack Hallam 🐝 (@ZackHallam) reported from Manchester, England

Why does @O2 refuse to give you internet connection whenever there’s more than 4 people near you… Surely there’s enough infrastructure in Manchester to support 4G?! Every single time I’m in a city centre, my data just doesn’t work. It’s a joke

  • kellyvmckeown
Kelly McKeown (@kellyvmckeown) reported from Oldham, England

@O2 It keeps cutting me off because I’m not calling to upgrade cancel or report fraud it’s frustrating to be told to call and then I’m cut off

  • Dr_Bass
Doctor Bass (@Dr_Bass) reported from Manchester, England

@O2 Hi, my 4G signal over the last few months has been dreadful. I’m currently sitting with 3 bars of 4G and waiting about 10-20 seconds for a picture to download. I thought it was just me but seen plenty others complaining.

  • kjgreigy
Karen Greig (@kjgreigy) reported from Oldham, England

@O2 No 4G barely works! I never get through a phone call without it cutting out

Joe Holmes (@J0eH0lmes) reported from Stockport, England

@joe_fush @O2 I've been trying to log into my @O2 account and you keep sending me text messages with codes on to log me in, but with absolutely zero signal I can not receive the codes to access my account 🥴

  • violetibeh
Violet (@violetibeh) reported from Manchester, England

@O2 please can I understand my refund for an order has not been done? I spoke to a customer representative after a week now and been told that it’s not on your system so I can’t get a refund? So why was a deduction made from my account and why was a receipt issued afterwards?

  • Josh_Deegan
Josh Deegan (@Josh_Deegan) reported from Manchester, England

@BigLouComedy @O2 100% Gonna try the general sale on Saturday. Don't hold much hope but you never know

  • LukeAMarsden
Luke Marsden (@LukeAMarsden) reported from Oldham, England

@angelak2271 @O2 I've clicked the link they gave me and it said there's a mast nearby that's not working. But it seems to be a problem across the country

  • thecharleslloyd
thecharleslloyd (@thecharleslloyd) reported from Buxton, England

@DPDgroup_news It arrived 6 days late and damaged. In answer to your question. In the UK and Stoke is the depot it came out of. @O2 should be a priority customer for you, but you don’t give a damn about delivering their products safely, on time and intact

  • chrisrogan
Chris Rogan (@chrisrogan) reported from Manchester, England

Pee'd off at @GreggsOfficial and @O2 three weeks in a row with priority debacle. One week over charged, last week paid for my own this week walked out. Staff not trained in the offer and Greggs not responding to customer service emails. More Greggs issue than o2.

  • aflanagancarter

@O2 I have no issue with waiting so long as you will have it in stock? I was told next Saturday on the phone for delivery this am and then received an email to say it's not in stock. Hence the confusion 😕

@O2 @TomTugendhat I never have a signal in Surbiton & yet you say ‘good coverage’ You just lie.

  • drhanko2
    Dr Hanko Honkasson (@drhanko2) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom Tugendhat suggesting that somehow the Government is responsible for very poor coverage by privately run mobile networks in Dulwich, and that taxpayer should be funding improvements for companies like EE (2025 profits £1.2 billion) as infrastructure rather than cycle lanes.

  • BaldeyAl
    Al Nickson (@BaldeyAl) reported

@O2 @TomTugendhat My signal is always terrible. How come it often shows 5G and I can’t even get a page to open? We pay so much for our tariffs and the service is worse than ever.

  • mikegardner_wb
    Mike Gardner (@mikegardner_wb) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I was in the West Midlands at the weekend. Reception ranged from patchy to awful. Countless billions wasted on high speed rail instead of reliable hi-speed mobile / Wi-Fi connectivity.

  • BrawdyHawk
    BrawdyHawk (@BrawdyHawk) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Never mind, once the new uber Embassy at Royal Mint Court is up & running there will be many more Cells popping up & coming on stream to help with harvesting all the data whizzing around our Capital. Perhaps you'll be able to tether onto some of these, just be aware of spoofs!

  • amerali
    amerali (@amerali) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE WiFi on tgv is awful. I've never been able to work.

Signal just gets worse and worse in the UK, in Chester train station atm and what used to work not too bad isn’t working at all and I’m on 4G full bars and nothing is loading or working. It’s pretty bad considering a place like Chester @O2

  • BeakerBate
