I've been advised to use the O2 signal checker which I have done and it always says that my area is at FULL signal strength. This just isn't the case. 4G since covid is atrocious :0(

When it doesn’t, it’s a similar nightmare. Same impossible log on procedure, MI5 levels of security I just want access to my emails and bills.
