    Welp @O2 support was great tellin me no better deals,tho new customers get massively better deals & the signal in my area should be good ๐Ÿคท. #Pac requested, got a @VOXI_UK Sim for half the price, better signal, more perks. 16 years brand loyalty with o2, was worth squat to o2.cya

    @O2 Hey - I have checked the guide. Itโ€™s not my device as it worked 100% better on a recent trip to France. Itโ€™s not the environment as this is something I experience everywhere (in Leicester, in Manchester, on trains, at festivals) - but your signal checker says I have good 4G.

    Honestly @O2 are dreadful, mess around with the payment of my bill YET again which I paid and my services STILL arenโ€™t up & running itโ€™s been over 24hrs? Not to mention the customer service team being absolutely useless.

    @O2 Your agent just tried to tell me that RECEIVING International Call (I.e. from outside UK) whilst in UK (I.e. NOT roaming) on my O2 registered mobile (UK domestic customer) is chargeable. What?! No, should NOT need any โ€˜bolt onโ€™! Charging me as described above is ILLEGAL!

    @JohnTillUK @O2 @Mozilliondotcom Nice one John. Theyโ€™ve been terrible near me with a mast down for 12 days now. They cited an issue then โ€˜routine maintenanceโ€™ with no update due until 1st Aug.

    @O2 Before I send, Iโ€™d like to know what you will do about this repeated problem. The stupid app signs you out randomly then sends you on the idiotic loop of email verification, which is hit or miss when it comes to working. Itโ€™s been like this ever since the ridiculous change
