    Twice in 2 days I come across an epos system that isn't fit for purpose. Small cafe hadn't got bacon on the breakfast options, and @O2 not being able to sell an existing customer 4 data Sim contracts, despite proving I was a director. Needed a letterhead!

    @O2 I'm onto the 4th day of only being able to use my phone if it's on WiFi. I live rurally so my WiFi is terrible and I rely on my 4g. This isn't good enough.

    @Tonybroug @O2 Thanks. We could pay for an online network checking service or via the high street but I believe her current network provider should be able to help/advise. I do not live near my mum to use my Tesco sim card. Not sure what access my mum has to try other sim cards!

    Finally offers I can use with @O2 Greggs replacing the useless and crap coffee from Cafe Nero which the nearest one was 25miles away.. Maybe we can get Starbucks at some point or Costa :)

    @rstantonmedia @O2 I had issues where call quality was terrible; you'll notice a huge improvement on any other network. Calls dropped and regularly data would lag. Was so bad I had to switch
