@O2 2/2 refers me to the app. Do you see a pattern and problem emerging here? Finally speak to someone, who was about as helpful as having a 3rd armpit by the way, only to be told to call back tomorrow. Solid customer service chaps, well bloody done!!!

Cheers @O2 still don't have my new phone. Promised me next day delivery which infact ment 4 days. To offer a service if you can't provide it. More pissed of you lied about it and charged me for it. Fool me once shame on you, fill me twice..

@martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

@corrigan7 @O2 Mines only 4g ready but it’s failing everywhere. And then loads of devices at work are doing the same? Doesn’t make any sense at all for them all to be down consistently, on different networks in other parts of the UK?
