    @O2 2/2 refers me to the app. Do you see a pattern and problem emerging here? Finally speak to someone, who was about as helpful as having a 3rd armpit by the way, only to be told to call back tomorrow. Solid customer service chaps, well bloody done!!!

    Why do @O2 make it so stupidly hard to verify and log into their own app! I've been a customer for 22 years and I can't use the phone, with the same 22 year old number, to log into my 22 year old account, to decide if I want to upgrade or leave. Maybe I'll just leave.

    @martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

    Man @o2 is the only uk network who's idea of customer service is employing people who don't give a damn and put the phone down on you just for sh*ts and giggles. 3 people have put the phone down on me today, there's a 30 minute wait to get through and they just suck

    @O2 I was looking forward to upgrading my phone but your fraud team have had my account locked for about 8 months now ,your customer service team apparently cant fix this. Just asked the same thing over & over again for an hour. Very close to finding a diff provider at this stage.

    @O2 I have called them. 4 times over the last week It ranges from "wait a bit longer" to "the offer expired" to "we don't know" and finally "management haven't told us what to do yet" might just cancel the lot since I'm in my 14 day cooling off period and go to another provider...
