Cheers @O2 still don't have my new phone. Promised me next day delivery which infact ment 4 days. To offer a service if you can't provide it. More pissed of you lied about it and charged me for it. Fool me once shame on you, fill me twice..

@martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

Since I still have not heard anything from @O2 and I cancelled all the setup contacts on day of receipt of SIMs without even unpacking them I have cancelled the DD as I have not received any level of service, given up on moving and will remain with current provider for now

@O2 I rang Monday to cancel a contract within your 14 day cool off period. I checked today contract NOT cancelled. I rang again went through it all AGAIN the guy confirmed it had not been done correctly first time. I am still not convinced it has been cancelled 😡
