@martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

  • JonoVallans Jonny 🌍 (@JonoVallans) reported from Derbyshire, England

@O2 trying to buy a new iPhone on your website but the payment is not going through. Your live chat is not working and spoken to my bank who say there are no issues with my card! Any ideas on how this can be resolved?

  • CatherineMell0r Catherine Mellor (@CatherineMell0r) reported from Derbyshire, England

.@O2 I have been trying every night for two weeks now to cancel my phone contract via your customer services desk. Every day I get cut off at 5.50pm - My contract is now up & I’m desperate to cancel my contract to avoid any further bills. (1/2)

  • WhoStu Stuart Lauchlan (@WhoStu) reported

@O2 - just a pointer. "I wouldn't know" is not an acceptable customer service response, no matter how many times the agent says it. Especially when uv screwed up my service for the second time in 7 days, say u have no record of the last time and are now trying to blame the bank!

  • RakitaCraft Jenia #FBPE #FBPA #JeSuisEuropeenne 🕷🌍🇪🇺🇬🇧 (@RakitaCraft) reported

@O2 I appear to be unable to send texts in ca8 post code. Are there problems with the service and when will they be fixed? Thanks

  • suzannebridges Suzanne Bridges (@suzannebridges) reported

@O2 you set up a Direct Debit on the day my bill is due and then cut off the service for two weeks every month claiming you haven't been paid, meaning I'm paying full price for half my tariff.

  • Matthew_jones85 Matthew Jones (@Matthew_jones85) reported

@O2 lit worst signal out of any of the phone companies can literally be in the centre of town and nothing ?? Maybe focus on improving that instead of silly promotions or caring just about new customers

  • MstanfordMaseyk Madeline Stanford-MAseyk (@MstanfordMaseyk) reported

@O2 Feeling very duped by O2, literally set up to fail. I was not aware of the 'fair usage policy' for data and have been charged £67.06. If O2 were a good company, they would text and let you know you were approaching your fair usage data amount of 100gb.

  • sjg_001 Sarra (@sjg_001) reported

@O2 are your DPD drivers meant to be taking photo ID upon delivery ?? (Worst company to use as they’re notorious for delivering damaged phones )

  • jamie_g89 Jamie (@jamie_g89) reported

How do I change network provider during a contract? @O2 are appalling

  • _nananatasha NatashaShields🎃 (@_nananatasha) reported

Any idea what happened to the @O2 signal in West Kilbride? #naesignal

  • ajmajor Alison (@ajmajor) reported

@O2 No never! Would love to

  • MattNewman94 Matt (@MattNewman94) reported

Why are network providers such as @O2 not doing more to combat the absolutely ridiculous amount of fraud text messages and phone calls going around at the moment? Been going on for months and it’s only getting worse and worse
