@martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

@O2 just called you to pay off some of my device to try and clear it quicker, was told I’d be put through to customer service, was then told *** an automated service that was unavailable at this time so hung up on me! Thanks for wasting 45 mins of my time! Can’t wait to cancel.
