@O2 2/2 refers me to the app. Do you see a pattern and problem emerging here? Finally speak to someone, who was about as helpful as having a 3rd armpit by the way, only to be told to call back tomorrow. Solid customer service chaps, well bloody done!!!

@martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

@O2 your customer service is absolutely a joke. I currently have no service on one of family phones and have called twice! The first time they referred me to a number that didn’t even exist, and the second time they hang up on me in the process. I will cancel the bill u frauds.
