    @martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

    @O2 Hello O2, lastnight I was in the process of completing my upgrade with the chromebook deal, while trying to confirm the upgrade the site froze, tried to refresh only to find you decided to take the site down (with time left on deal) to update for black Friday, not helpful!!

    @O2 @virginmedia HELP- I have both services at the same address. O2 say virgin media isn't at my address but it is. O2 have boosted my mobile data but Virgin try to sell me an O2 SIM or say i can have an upgrade for extra cost.

    @O2 O2 posted profits of £6m in Q4 of 2020. Maybe this should have been spent of infrastructure & staff to provide better service for the customers who generated that profit. Not being able to contact a company of your size for a long period is not a reassuring customer experience.
