@martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

@O2 The issue with my phone has been partially resolved but now when I put my memory card it goes back to being faulty. All my music and photo's is on my memory card and it has never been an issue before, so I don't understand why it is now causing the phone to be faulty.

@O2 hi, I've waited about 25 mins to get through to cancel my contract and as soon as I checked to see if they would ring back if we get cut off, because that seems to conviently happen, and the person has now left us on hold (for a long time) without even notifying

After briefly ordering @virginmedia Ultimate Volt bundle on 18th October and cancelling within 12 hours and confirming again the next day. I am being chased by @O2 for payment for the sim only contract I cancelled. Neither company have competent customer service!
