    @martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

    @O2 Not successful because the app and website have been down since 9:30am. Absolutely ridiculous. Not happy and now some absolute bellends are re-selling tickets for a ridiculous price. The app is “down for maintenance” now ffs

    Strongly suggest staying away from @O2 especially if there's ever a chance you need any help from them! Asked to reduce my tariff as like many I'm needing to cut back but instead of any help or advice I was #LAUGHED at by a #customerservice rep!!! No reply to any emails either 😣

    @O2 And I don’t actually blame people for buying 10 and reselling them when people will pay that money. Who would turn down a business opportunity to make £5-10k easy money? They wouldn’t bother if it was limited to such a small number wouldn’t be worth the hassle

    @O2 How are you sold out when no one could even get on the app?! No communication you’ve made it clear you don’t care about customer service either. Your apology is not good enough you couldn’t care less as long as the tills are full from the tickets you sold to the ticket touts eh?
