    @martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

    @O2 I’d like to know why I’ve just had to pay anything considering I’ve had a contract with you for half of my life and never missed a payment as it’s a direct debit how can I owe you money when you take it out of my bank every month?
